Description

便携式锯机
本发明的领域
本发明涉及一种提高了横向与纵向稳定性的便携式锯机。
本发明的背景
已知的木材锯切装置,包括单个圆形锯刀片,其能绕轴转过90°在水平与垂直两平面内起作用。已知上述锯刀片是与发动机一起安装在可沿横向移动的刀架上,此刀架则又安装在一可沿纵向移动的十字床上,该十字床可沿操作者在其间具有通道的两条轨道移动。此外,又已知这两条轨道被安装在位于一预定位置处的端架上,并且这些轨道在各条轨道的两个支点上可被人工且独立地升降。
本发明的一个目的在于提高这种锯机框架的稳定性。本发明的另一个目的则在于改进这种锯机装置的操作性和稳定性,例如只由一名操作者在即使是恶劣的条件下,也易于对此锯机进行安装、组配和操作。本发明的概述
本发明涉及一种具有横向与纵向稳定性的便携式锯机,它包括:
(a)第一与第二大致呈矩形的端架,每个端架包括两个水平件和两个垂直件;
(b)由托架以可滑动方式连接到相应的第一与第二垂直件上的纵向轨道与水平轨道;
(c)与相应的第一与第二上部水平件相组合的第一与第二卷扬装置;
(d)位于各垂直件底部的惰轮,
其中的各个托架是用本说明书中所限定的柔性联接装置、通过相应的卷扬装置和相应的惰轮连接到相应各个端架的底部,以这种方式能可靠地上下升降所述轨道。
在上述总实施例的一种变型中,自行加力制动器可与一个或各卷扬装置一起使用。
在上述总实施例的另一种变型中,利用支撑装置与端架的一个或两个垂直件的上部区域连接,其中这种连接方式使得各个支撑装置能相对于它的相应垂直件改变其位置与长度,以提供锯机横向支承或使锯机与木材对准。
本发明还提供适用于如上定义的便携式锯机的支承托架,它包括:
一个托架体,该托架体包括:
用来将轨道保持在地面以上所选定高度处的支承装置;以及
用来安装一垂直件并允许托架体上下运动从而将所述轨道保持在所选定高度处的滑动装置,
其中锯机的端架形成部件可以沿着轨道被设置在所选择的位置上。
本发明还提供支撑式支承件与套筒件的组合体,此组合体适用于如上定义的便携式锯机,其包括:
(a)垂直延伸的支撑式支承件;以及
(b)可延伸到至少是部分地围绕所述垂直延伸的支撑式支承件且可沿该支承件运动的套筒,
其中该套筒可被连接到一轨道上,由此该轨道且从而该锯机可被支承在一水平面内。
本发明甚至还提供有驱动装置,它适用于如上定义的便携式锯机,其包括:
包括驱动轴的发动机,
其中此驱动轴的中心线被设置在锯机的锯刀片形成部件旋转所绕的轴线之下,并尽可能与该轴线靠近。
本发明也还提供适用于如上定义的便携式锯机的移动控制装置,它包括:

其中施加到所述支柱上的转动力使该支柱变直并且使其绕中心转动,由此所述锯装置便取两个相互正交的稳定位置,而在这两个稳定位置间的移动速度则用液压方式控制。

本发明的详细说明
在本说明书与权利要求书中所提及的“柔性联接装置”是指绳索(天然的、合成的或金属丝)与链。
构制自行加力制动器,以储存可用于提供制动功率的能量。因此这样一种制动器可与绞盘相组合来控制此绞盘的操作。
关于弹性的肘形支柱,最好采用充油的气体支柱。油用来调节活塞的工作速度。
把发动机驱动轴安装到低位的理由是,本发明人认为需要将发动机的重心保持在锯机咬合木材的所在位置。
参照附图,由标号10总示出的矩形框架包括矩形端架11与12。端架11包括相应的上、下部件13与14和相应的边部件15与16。图中所示的套筒式支撑装置17通过边部件16来支撑端架11。边部件15与16分别装配有相应的可滑动的托架18与19。示出的卷扬装置20与上部件13和边部件15关联着。
图2中示出纵向轨道21和22连接着端架11与12的边部件的内侧。每条边轨能用可滑动的托架18、19等作上下调节。所示出的支撑装置17是处于其操作位置的情形。
图3中增设有支撑装置23用于发动机与锯装置组合件25的滑架;同时参照图4。图中示出轮子装置24,该轮子装置以及其余三个轮子装置支承着支承装置23在轨道21与22上运动。
参照图5与图6,这些图提供了与端架11相组合的卷扬装置20的操作细节。由此示出绳索40卷绕在可旋转的上部件13上;还可以看到轴颈部件131。绳索40固定在可滑动托架18上的第一凸耳41上。绳索40的另一端绕过位于边部件15底部的惰轮42,直到位于沿可滑动托架18向上大约一半路程处的第二凸耳43。
实际的锯刀片由标号57示出。
参照图10与图11,由一辅助支撑件61支承着支撑式支承件60。套筒装置62将支承件60连接到轨道21上。该套筒装置是由螺栓63连接到轨道21上的。孔64在另一轨道22上标明,其内装有一个与螺栓63类似的螺栓。支撑式支承件60的底部设有一销钉65,有助于使支承件60固定到地面上。

Claims (7)

1.具有横向与纵向稳定性的便携式锯机,它包括:
(a)第一与第二大致呈矩形的端架,每个端架包括两个水平件和两个垂直件;
(b)由托架以可滑动方式连接到相应的第一与第二垂直件上的纵向轨道与水平轨道;
(c)与相应的第一和第二上部水平件相组合的第一与第二卷扬装置;
(d)位于各垂直件底部的惰轮;
其中的各个托架是用本说明书中所限定的柔性联接装置、通过相应的卷扬装置和相应的惰轮连接到相应各个端架的底部,以这种方式能可靠地上下升降所述轨道。
2.与权利要求1中所述的一个或各个卷扬装置相组合的自行加力制动器。
3.如权利要求1所述的便携式锯机,其特征在于,利用支撑装置与端架的一个或两个垂直件的上部区域相连接,其中这种连接方式使得各个支撑装置能相对于它的相应的垂直件改变其位置与长度,而为此锯机提供横向支承或使锯机与木材对准。
4.适用于如权利要求1中所述的便携式锯机的支承托架,它包括:
一个托架体,该托架体包括
用来将轨道保持在地面以上所选定高度处的支承装置;以及
用来安装一垂直件并允许托架体上下运动从而将所述轨道保持在所选定高度处的滑动装置;

5.适用于如权利要求1中所述的便携式锯机的支撑式支承件与套筒件的组合体,该组合体包括:
(a)垂直延伸的支撑式支承件;以及
(b)可延伸到至少是部分地围绕所述垂直延伸的支撑式支承件且可沿该支承件运动的套筒;
其中该套筒可被连接到一轨道上,由此该轨道且从而该锯机可被支承。
6.适用于如权利要求1中所述的便携式锯机的驱动装置,它包括:
