The underground multilayer transverse moving parking device comprises a rectangular space arranged underground, and is characterized in that a track frame with the upper part penetrating to the ground is installed in the rectangular space, a plurality of parking spaces are formed in the rectangular space and located on the two sides of the track frame from top to bottom, a vehicle transporting plate is arranged on each parking space, a lifting basket is installed in the track frame, and a push-pull vehicle used for pulling the vehicle transporting plates into the lifting basket or transversely pushing the vehicle transporting plates into the parking spaces from the lifting basket is arranged in the lifting basket.

An underground multi-deck traversing parking apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the rectangular space is formed by an inner cavity of a rectangular steel mold buried in the ground, and the top surface of the rectangular steel mold is provided with a through hole for the rail frame to penetrate through, and the through hole is provided with a waterproof flange turning upward and protruding out of the ground.

An underground multi-deck traversing parking apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the track frame comprises a plurality of columns and cover plates arranged at equal intervals, the lifting basket is connected with the top of the track frame through a lifting mechanism, and guide wheels which are vertically matched with the track frame in a sliding manner are arranged at both side ends of the lifting basket.
4. An underground multi-deck traversing parking apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a positioner is installed on the lifting basket to match each parking space, and a runaway overturn prevention mechanism is installed on the lifting basket.

An underground multi-deck parking apparatus as recited in claim 4, wherein the positioner comprises a worm screw mounted at a side end of the basket and driven by a servo motor, the worm screw is engaged with a worm wheel, the basket is provided with a positioning rod sliding transversely and connected with a center screw of the worm wheel, and a positioning hole sleeve matched with the positioning rod is arranged at one end of each parking space adjacent to the basket.

An underground multi-deck traversing parking apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the runaway overturn prevention mechanism comprises a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod which are longitudinally arranged and one ends of which are hinged, the other end of the first connecting rod is hinged with the front upper end of the lifting basket, the other end of the second connecting rod is provided with a slotted hole, the slotted hole is connected with the rear upper end of the lifting basket in a sliding manner, the first connecting rod, the second connecting rod and the lifting basket form a triangle, the other end of the second connecting rod is in a shape of a convex tooth, and the track frame is vertically provided with a rack for inserting the convex tooth when the broken line of the lifting basket is out of control.

An underground multi-deck transverse moving parking device as claimed in claim 5 or 6, wherein the push-pull cart is provided at both sides thereof with hook plates having middle portions hinged thereto, the hook portions of the hook plates protrude out of the push-pull cart, the push-pull cart is provided with electromagnets disposed at lower sides of the other ends of the hook plates for attracting the hook plates to lift the hook portions, and the end of the car transporting plate adjacent to the lifting basket is provided with a fixing hook ring for inserting the hook portions.

An underground multi-deck transverse moving parking device as claimed in claim 1, 2, 3, 5 or 6, wherein the parking space is provided with a parking guide rail matched with the vehicle carrying plate, the vehicle carrying plate is longitudinally arranged in the length direction and is provided with a pulley matched with the parking guide rail at the lower part, one end of the vehicle carrying plate adjacent to the side wall of the upright space is provided with a magnetic connecting structure, and the lifting basket is internally provided with a guide rail matched with the pulley of the vehicle carrying plate.

An underground multi-layer traversing parking apparatus according to claim 1, 2, 3, 5 or 6, wherein a gear box driven by a servo motor is installed at the lower side of the push-pull vehicle, a rotating shaft is installed at the output end of the gear box, the side parts of the rotating shaft are respectively connected with the bottom surface of the push-pull vehicle through suspension bearings, a control guide wheel and a gear are installed at the outer side end of the rotating shaft, a grooved guide rail matched with the control guide wheel is transversely arranged on the lifting basket, and a transverse rack matched with the gear is installed in the grooved guide rail.
10. The method for using the underground multi-deck traversing parking apparatus according to claim 7, comprising the steps of:
(1) when parking is needed: the lifting basket is lowered to the layer where the idle parking space is located, and a positioning rod in the lifting basket positioner extends out and is inserted into a positioning hole sleeve of the parking space to complete positioning; the push-pull vehicle moves towards the direction of the idle parking place to enable the hook part of the hook plate to be inserted into the fixed hook ring of the vehicle transporting plate and to be buckled on the fixed hook ring through self weight; the push-pull cart moves towards the opposite direction, and the cart transporting plate is transversely pulled into the lifting basket; the lifting basket rises to the ground, and the vehicle drives into the vehicle transporting plate; the lifting basket descends to the position of the parking space for taking out the vehicle transporting plate and positioning is completed through the positioner; the trolley is pushed into the parking space by the push-pull trolley, the hook part of the hook plate is driven by the electromagnet to lift, and the push-pull trolley moves in the opposite direction and is separated from the trolley transporting plate to finish parking;
(2) when the vehicle needs to be taken out: the lifting basket is lowered to a parking space where the vehicle is located, and a positioning rod of the positioner is inserted into a positioning hole sleeve of the parking space to complete positioning; the push-pull vehicle moves towards the direction of the parking space to enable the hook part of the hook plate to be inserted into the fixed hook ring of the vehicle transporting plate and to be buckled on the fixed hook ring through self weight; the push-pull vehicle moves towards the opposite direction, and the plate conveying vehicle carrying the vehicle moves into the lifting basket; the lifting basket rises to the ground, and the vehicle runs out of the vehicle conveying plate to finish vehicle taking and wait for parking.
