在化妆品中,掺混有以氧化锌、氧化钛、氧化铁等无机粉体作为基材的着色颜料或紫外线散射剂,但无机粉体本身显示出强凝聚性,具有粉状感的触感或对皮肤的物理刺激,此外在皮肤上的光滑性或对皮肤的附着性或密合性也差。为了改善这些问题,对化妆品中掺混的无机粉体实施利用各种有机化合物的疏水化表面处理,作为疏水化无机粉体掺混。
另外,近年来,在水和油的乳化系化妆品中,通常在油层中掺混疏水化无机粉体,但为了进一步发挥化妆品的效果,或者为了追加新的功能,大多要求希望也在水层中掺混疏水化无机粉体。为了实现该要求,提出了将未进行疏水化处理的无机粉体分散于水或多元醇中而得到的组合物或以50重量%以上的高浓度掺混进行了疏水化处理的无机粉体而得到的分散组合物。若未进行疏水化处理的无机颜料与水接触,则释放出金属离子,因此在分散工序中粉体粒子凝聚,出现分散物的增稠现象,难以得到均匀的分散组合物。另外,也影响分散后的组合物的经时稳定性,经时稳定化也困难。另一方面,在将进行了疏水化处理的无机粉体分散于水或多元醇中时,由于粉体粒子表面为亲油性,所以与水的亲和性差,虽然用亲水性的表面活性剂润湿亲油性粒子制成分散组合物,但由于溶剂与无机粉体的比重差而经时沉降,难以得到稳定性,这是现状。作为在多元醇中的分散组合物,公开了以1,3-丁二醇作为分散介质的分散组合物,但1,3-丁二醇具有作为防腐剂的功能,从皮肤刺激性或眼刺激性的观点出发,在化妆品中的掺混量有自主的限制。在多元醇中,甘油由于安全性高且具有高保湿性,所以更优选应用于驻留性(leave-on)化妆品。未发现只以未掺混水的甘油作为分散介质的高浓度地含有疏水化无机粉体的经时稳定性优异的流动的分散组合物。换句话说,为了提高疏水化无机粉体的分散性和提高分散状态下的经时稳定性,在化妆品中掺混非离子型表面活性剂和多元醇。
例如,专利文献1~3中公开了含有疏水化无机粉体、非离子型表面活性剂和多元醇(例如1,3-丁二醇)的液态分散体。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
以下分析是从本发明的观点出发而进行的。需说明的是,上述现有技术文献的各公开内容通过引用而纳入到本说明书中。
专利文献1~3的液态分散体中的疏水化无机粉体的分散性和储存稳定性尚不充分,在疏水化无机粉体所具有的发色性或透明性、紫外线遮蔽能力等特性提高方面存在应解决的问题。即,本发明的目的在于提供疏水化无机粉体的分散性和储存稳定性得到改善的分散体。
解决课题的手段
根据本发明的第1观点,提供甘油分散体,其含有疏水化无机粉体、聚甘油系非离子表面活性剂和甘油,所述疏水化无机粉体以无机粉体作为基质,通过用有机表面处理剂包覆该无机粉体而赋予疏水性。
在第1观点中,聚甘油系非离子表面活性剂中的烷基的碳原子数优选为10~14。
在第1观点中,有机表面处理剂优选为选自硅酮化合物、烷基硅烷、钛酸烷基酯、酰化氨基酸、脂肪酸、卵磷脂、酯油、丙烯酸聚合物、氨基甲酸酯聚合物的1种以上的化合物。
在第1观点中,疏水化无机粉体的含量优选为50重量%以上。
根据本发明的第2观点,提供掺混有本发明的甘油分散体作为水层成分的化妆品。
发明的效果
根据本发明的各观点,提供疏水化无机粉体的分散性和储存稳定性得到改善的甘油分散体和含有该甘油分散体的化妆品。
具体实施方式
首先,对本申请中使用的用语进行说明。
[疏水化无机粉体:成分(A)]
疏水化无机粉体是指以无机粉体作为基质,通过用有机表面处理剂包覆该无机粉体而赋予疏水性的粉体。作为疏水性的评价方法,在200cc玻璃烧杯中加入100cc的纯化水,将刮勺中采集的0.2g的粉体从距水面2cm的高度投到水面上后,以1秒钟2次的速度使用刮勺搅拌50次后,静置30秒钟。优选观察水中时粉体粒子不转移到水层中而浮游的粉体。
作为基质的无机粉体,只要是通常化妆品中使用的无机粉体,就没有特别限制。例如可举出绢云母、天然云母、煅烧云母、合成云母、合成绢云母、氧化铝、云母、滑石粉、高岭土、膨润土、蒙皂石、碳酸钙、碳酸镁、硅酸镁、硅酸铝、磷酸钙、二氧化硅、氧化镁、硫酸钡、偏硅酸铝镁、氧化铁、氧化铬、氧化钛、氧化锌、氧化铈、氧化铝、氧化镁、普鲁士蓝、群青、氢氧化铝、硫酸镁、硅酸、硅酸铝镁、硅酸钙、硅酸钡、硅酸锶、碳化硅、钨酸金属盐、铝酸镁、偏硅酸铝镁、氯羟基铝、粘土、沸石、羟基磷灰石、陶瓷粉末、氮化铝、金刚砂、钛酸钴、钛酸锂钴、铝酸钴、无机蓝色系颜料、低价态氧化钛、微粒氧化钛、蝴蝶状硫酸钡、花瓣状氧化锌、六角板状氧化锌、四针状氧化锌、微粒氧化锌、氧化钛包覆云母、氧化钛包覆云母、氧化钛包覆二氧化硅、氧化钛包覆合成云母、氧化钛包覆滑石粉、鱼鳞箔、氧化钛包覆着色云母、氧化钛包覆硼硅酸(钠/钙)、氧化钛包覆硼硅酸(钙/铝)、铁丹包覆云母、铁丹包覆云母钛、铁丹·黑氧化铁包覆云母钛、胭脂红包覆云母钛、胭脂红·铁蓝包覆云母钛、锰紫(マンゴバイオレット)、钴紫、玻璃纤维、氧化铝纤维等。
无机粉体优选由含有Ti、Zn、Si、Al、Fe、Mg、Ce中的至少一种的金属氧化物或金属氢氧化物的粒子构成的粉体。作为这样的无机粉体,可列举出氧化钛、氧化锌、二氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化铁、氢氧化铁、氧化镁、碳酸钙、氧化铈等。这些无机氧化物粉体粒子也可被其它氧化物或氢氧化物包覆。
作为有机表面处理剂,可列举出选自硅酮化合物、烷基硅烷、钛酸烷基酯、聚烯烃、酰化氨基酸、脂肪酸、卵磷脂、酯油、低聚果糖、丙烯酸聚合物、氨基甲酸酯聚合物的1种以上的化合物。
作为硅酮化合物,也可使用甲基氢聚硅氧烷(信越化学工业社:KF99P或KF9901、X-24-9171、X-24-9221等)、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇(dimethiconol)、单末端烷氧基甲硅烷基二甲基聚硅氧烷、三甲基硅氧基硅酸、四氢四甲基环四硅氧烷等环状甲基氢硅酮、丙烯酸硅酮、硅酮丙烯酸、氨基改性硅酮、羧基改性硅酮、磷酸改性硅酮等。此外,作为由信越化学工业社市售的产品,还可使用KF-9908 (三乙氧基甲硅烷基乙基聚二甲基硅氧基乙基二甲基硅油)或KF-9909 (三乙氧基甲硅烷基乙基聚二甲基硅氧基乙基己基二甲基硅油)等。
作为烷基硅烷,可列举出烷基烷氧基硅烷。作为烷基链的长度,以碳原子数计,可列举出1~18,具体而言,可列举出甲基三乙氧基硅烷、辛基三乙氧基硅烷或十八烷基三乙氧基硅烷、氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷等。
钛酸烷基酯是以Ti(OR1)4结构作为基本骨架的化合物,可列举出R1相互独立地为烷基或有机羰基的化合物。作为市售的产品,可列举出异丙基三异硬脂酰基钛酸酯(Plenact TTS,Ajinomoto Fine-Techno Co., Inc.)等。
作为聚烯烃,可列举出聚乙烯、聚丙烯等分子中至少具有1个羧基的聚烯烃树脂。例如可列举出日本特开昭63-179972号公报中记载的公知化合物,即将分子量为500~40000且熔点为40℃以上的低分子聚乙烯或聚丙烯氧化而得到的氧化聚乙烯、马来酸化聚乙烯、氧化聚丙烯等。
酰化氨基酸是碳原子数为12以上且18以下的饱和脂肪酸与选自天冬氨酸、谷氨酸、丙氨酸、甘氨酸、肌氨酸、脯氨酸、羟基脯氨酸的氨基酸的酰化化合物或来自小麦或豌豆等植物的肽或丝肽、来自动物的肽等的全水解物,氨基酸的羧基可以是游离物或形成K、Na、Fe、Zn、Ca、Mg、Al、Zr、Ti等盐。具体而言,可列举出由AJINOMOTO CO., INC.市售的AmisoftCS-11、CS-22、MS-11、HS-11P、HS-21P等,由Kawaken Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd.市售的SOYPON SLP、SOYPON SCA、Alanon AMP,由法国SEPPIC公司市售的SEPILIFT DPHP等,由Nikko Chemicals Co., Ltd.市售的Sarcosinate MN等。这些酰化氨基酸可以是与脂肪酸的组合物的形态。作为酰化脂氨基酸组合物,可列举出由SEPPIC公司市售的SEPIFEE ONE(由棕榈酰脯氨酸、棕榈酰肌氨酸、棕榈酰谷氨酸、棕榈酸这4种成分构成的组合物)。
脂肪酸是碳原子数为12~22的直链状或分支状的饱和或不饱和脂肪酸,例如可列举出月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸、棕榈油酸、山嵛酸、二十四烷酸、2-乙基己酸、异十三烷酸、异肉豆蔻酸、异棕榈酸、异硬脂酸、异山嵛酸等脂肪酸或其Ca、Mg、Zn、Zr、Al、Ti等金属盐。
卵磷脂是将从蛋黄、大豆、玉米、菜籽、向日葵等中提取的天然的卵磷脂和合成卵磷脂氢化而得到的碘值为15以下的氢化卵磷脂,是具有磷酸基的甘油酯。作为处于盐形态的物质,可列举出Al、Mg、Ca、Zn、Zr、Ti等水不溶性氢化卵磷脂金属盐等。
作为酯油,包括使碳原子数为1~36的1种或2种以上的醇与碳原子数为1~36的1种或2种以上的羧酸反应而能够得到的总碳原子数为16以上的酸性酯化合物,优选酸值为15以上的化合物。在日本特开2004-51945号公报所示的公知的化合物中,具体地可列举出由The Nisshin OilliO Group, Ltd.市售的SALACOS MIS (癸二酸异硬脂醇酯)、SALACOSMOD (壬二酸辛基十二烷醇酯)、SALACOS 1A (己二酸辛基十二烷醇酯)、SALACOS HD (二聚酸辛基十二烷醇酯)等。
另外,作为酯油,还可列举出糊精脂肪酸酯,作为低聚果糖,可从由糊精或低聚果糖和脂肪酸构成的酯或其衍生物中选择。具体而言,例如在日本特公平5-3844号公报或日本特开2002-188024号公报中记载的公知的化合物中,可列举出由千叶制粉社市售的Leoparl KL、Leoparl MKL、Leoparl TT、Leoparl KE、Leoparl TL、Leoparl ISK等。
作为丙烯酸聚合物,可列举出包含丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸的1种以上的单体与丙烯酸烷基酯的共聚物。作为INCI名,可列举出(丙烯酸酯/丙烯酸烷基酯(C10-30))交联聚合物、(丙烯酸酯/山嵛醇聚醚-25甲基丙烯酸酯)共聚物、(丙烯酸酯/硬脂醇聚醚-20甲基丙烯酸酯)交联聚合物等。
作为氨基甲酸酯聚合物,可列举出具有聚氨酯骨架的亲水基部、且分子中具有疏水性部分的聚合物。作为INCI名,可列举出(PEG-240/癸基十四烷醇聚醚-20/HDI)共聚物(ADEKANOL GT-700:ADEKA公司)或双硬脂基PEG/PPG-8/6(SMDI/PEG-400)共聚物(AQUPECHU C2002:住友精化社)等。
疏水化无机粉体的制备方法没有特别限定,只要将有机表面处理剂和无机粉体混合来制作即可。混合方法也没有特别限定,只要采用能够均匀处理的混合机即可。例如可列举出亨舍尔混合机、带式混合机、捏合机、挤出机、分散混合机、均质混合机、珠磨机等。混合后,通过用热风干燥机或喷雾干燥机、快速干燥机、圆锥形干燥机等进行干燥,可得到疏水化无机粉体。
对于疏水化无机粉体,可将1种或2种以上掺混在化妆品中。
[聚甘油(PG)系非离子表面活性剂:成分(B)]
聚甘油系非离子表面活性剂(非离子型表面活性剂)是指作为亲水部的聚甘油(PG)与作为亲油部的烷基通过醚键或酯键结合而成的表面活性剂。烷基的碳原子数优选为10~14,可以是直链型或分支型。另外,烷基链可以是饱和型或不饱和型。聚甘油(PG)是指甘油的三聚体以上。此外,PG与烷基的键合数为1 (单)~3 (三)。
关于用下式定义的HLB,聚甘油系非离子表面活性剂优选HLB在12~15的范围内。

在通常可得到的聚甘油系非离子表面活性剂中,酯型的物质可列举出癸酸PG (3)(商品名:TEGOSOFT PC31,EVONIK公司)、月桂酸PG (4) (商品名:SY Glyster ML-310,阪本药品工业社)、月桂酸PG (5) (商品名:Sunsoft A-121E-C,太阳化学社)、月桂酸PG (6)(商品名:SY Glyster ML-500,阪本药品工业社)、椰子油脂肪酸PG (3) (商品名:EMALEXMCCG-3,NIHON EMULSION Co., Ltd.)、肉豆蔻酸PG (5) (商品名:Sunsoft A-141E-C,太阳化学社)、肉豆蔻酸PG (6) (商品名:NIKKOL Hexaglyn1-M,Nikko Chemicals Co., Ltd.)、二肉豆蔻酸PG (10) (商品名:Sunsoft Q-142Y-C,太阳化学社)等。作为醚型的物质,可列举出PG (4)月桂基醚(商品名:ML04,Daicel Corporation;商品名:SUNETHER L-4,太阳化学社)、PG (6)肉豆蔻基醚(商品名:MM06,Daicel Corporation)等。例如,在癸酸PG (3)等表述中,( )内的数值,即“3”表示聚甘油的加成摩尔数。
[甘油:成分(C)]
甘油只要是可用于化妆品的甘油即可,包括通过合成法制备的合成甘油或对天然来源的油脂进行皂化而制备的天然甘油。由于甘油的粘度非常高,难以操作,所以有用纯化水将浓度稀释至84%~87%的甘油或95%以上的甘油。作为通常可得到的甘油,可列举出化妆品用甘油85%、化妆品用浓甘油(甘油95%以上)、日本药典甘油、日本药典浓甘油等。其中优选的甘油是甘油浓度为95%以上的浓甘油。虽然甘油是使疏水性粉体分散的主溶剂,但甘油的二聚体或三聚体也可在不损害疏水性粉体的分散性和流动性的范围内混合或替换。例如可列举出双甘油、三甘油。若将可溶解于甘油的其它水性成分(例如丁二醇或戊二醇、己二醇、水等成分)混合到甘油中进行分散体化,则疏水性粉体的分散性变差,分散体的粘度也上升。
甘油分散体的掺混比率为(A)疏水性有机表面处理过的无机粉体/(B)碳原子数为10~14的亲水性聚甘油系非离子表面活性剂/(C)甘油=50.0以上/10.0以下/至100.0(wt%)。优选为50.0以上/7.5以下/至100.0 (wt%),更优选为/50.0以上/低于5.0/至100.0(wt%)。聚甘油系表面活性剂的安全性较高,但在掺混分子量为1000以下的表面活性剂的情况下,从对肌肤的刺激性的观点出发,优选尽可能少的掺混量。
在甘油分散体中,根据需要,可适当掺混增稠剂、抗氧化剂或防菌防腐剂、螯合剂、颜料分散剂、触感改良剂等。
甘油分散体的制备方法没有特别限定,只要通过混合上述成分来制备即可。混合方法也没有限定,只要采用能够均匀分散的通常的方法即可。例如可使用球磨机、珠磨机、湿式喷射式磨机、均质机、高压均质机、单轴混炼机、双轴混炼机、三辊磨等分散机、混炼机等装置。
通过在化妆品中掺混甘油分散体,可提供使用感和化妆效果、化妆持久性优异的化妆品。
化妆品根据化妆品的种类和剂型而不同,可相对于化妆品整体掺混0.1重量%以上的本发明甘油分散组合物。作为掺混有疏水化无机粉体的化妆品,作为化妆用化妆品可列举出化妆底霜、粉状粉底、液体粉底、油性粉底、粉底棒、粉饼、扑面粉、白粉、口红、口红外涂层、唇彩、遮瑕膏、胭脂、眼影、眉笔、眼线笔、睫毛膏、水性指甲油、油性指甲油、乳化型指甲油、指甲油顶涂、指甲油底涂等,作为护肤化妆品可列举出润肤霜、冷霜、美白霜、乳液、化妆水、美容液、面膜、皮脂调理露(carmine lotion)、洗面液、洗面泡沫、洗面霜、洗面粉末、卸妆剂、美体乳、防晒或晒黑用霜或洗剂等,作为头发化妆品可列举出发用光泽剂、发乳、洗发香波、护发素、染发剂、刷毛剂等,作为止汗化妆品可列举出霜或洗剂、粉末、喷雾型的除臭剂制品等,作为其它可列举出乳液、肥皂、浴用剂、香水等。
另外,在化妆品中可适当掺混通常化妆品等中使用的颜料分散剂、油剂、表面活性剂、紫外线吸收剂、防腐剂、抗氧化剂、皮膜形成剂、保湿剂、增稠剂、染料、颜料、各种药剂、香料等。
甘油分散体在将疏水性粉体掺混到化妆品的水层中时是有用的。在粉末系化妆品的情况下,几乎不掺混水性成分,但通过掺混作为保湿剂的甘油,可将疏水性粉体掺混到化妆品的水层中。另外,在乳化系化妆用或水系化妆品中,通过在水层成分中掺混本发明的甘油分散组合物,可赋予着色性或光泽的调整、紫外线遮蔽功能。
实施例
以下,列举优选的实施例和与该实施例对应的比较例来详细说明本发明。需说明的是,本发明不限于下述实施例,在不脱离由下述实施例所发现的本发明的技术意义的情况下,可进行修正、变更、应用(包括部分的应用)及它们的组合。
[甘油分散体的调制]
调制下述所示的实施例1~22和比较例1~13的甘油分散体。
(实施例1)
将61.2g的肉豆蔻酸PG (5) (Sunsoft A-141E-C,太阳化学社)和18.8g的苯氧基乙醇(Microcare PE,THOR JAPAN LTD.)投入到670g的甘油(Triol VE,Kokyu AlcoholKogyo Co., Ltd.)中,在60℃下溶解。在3kg的辛基三乙氧基硅烷处理的疏水性颜料级氧化钛(商品名:ALT-TSR-10,三好化成株式会社)中投入上述溶解液,用捏合型混合机混炼30分钟后,用三辊磨进行分散,得到实施例1的甘油分散体。实施例1的甘油分散体是流动的高粘性液体。
(实施例2)
将125g的肉豆蔻酸PG (5) (Sunsoft A-141E-C,太阳化学社)和27.3g的苯氧基乙醇(Microcare PE,THOR JAPAN LTD.)投入到2302.3g的甘油(Triol VE,Kokyu AlcoholKogyo Co., Ltd.)中,在60℃下溶解。在3kg的辛基三乙氧基硅烷处理的疏水性黄氧化铁(商品名:ALT-YHP-10,三好化成株式会社)中投入上述溶解液,用捏合型混合机混炼30分钟后,用三辊磨进行分散,得到实施例2的甘油分散体。实施例2的甘油分散体是流动的高粘性液体。
(实施例3)
将125g的肉豆蔻酸PG (5) (Sunsoft A-141E-C,太阳化学社)和27.3g的苯氧基乙醇(Microcare PE,THOR JAPAN LTD.)投入到2302.3g的甘油(Triol VE,Kokyu AlcoholKogyo Co., Ltd.)中,在60℃下溶解。在3kg的辛基三乙氧基硅烷处理的疏水性红氧化铁(商品名:ALT-MTRZ-10,三好化成株式会社)中投入上述溶解液,用捏合型混合机混炼30分钟后,用三辊磨进行分散,得到实施例3的甘油分散体。实施例3的甘油分散体是流动的高粘性液体。
(实施例4)
将92.8g的肉豆蔻酸PG (5) (Sunsoft A-141E-C,太阳化学社)和23.1g的苯氧基乙醇(Microcare PE,THOR JAPAN LTD.)投入到1499.1g的甘油(Triol VE,Kokyu AlcoholKogyo Co., Ltd.)中,在60℃下溶解。在3kg的辛基三乙氧基硅烷处理的疏水性黑氧化铁(商品名:ALT-BHP-10,三好化成株式会社)中投入上述溶解液,用捏合型混合机混炼30分钟后,用三辊磨进行分散,得到实施例4的甘油分散体。实施例4的甘油分散体是流动的高粘性液体。
(实施例5)
将61.2g的PG (4)月桂基醚(ML04,Daicel Corporation)和20g的苯氧基乙醇(Microcare PE,THOR JAPAN LTD.)投入到918.8g的甘油(Triol VE,Kokyu Alcohol KogyoCo., Ltd.)中,在60℃下溶解。在3kg的硬脂酰基谷氨酸2Na处理的疏水性颜料级氧化钛(商品名:NAI-TSR-10,三好化成株式会社)中投入上述溶解液,用捏合型混合机混炼30分钟后,用三辊磨进行分散,得到实施例5的甘油分散体。实施例5的甘油分散体是流动的高粘性液体。
(实施例6)
将125g的PG (4)月桂基醚(ML04,Daicel Corporation)和27.3g的苯氧基乙醇(Microcare PE,THOR JAPAN LTD.)投入到2302.3g的甘油(Triol VE,Kokyu AlcoholKogyo Co., Ltd.)中,在60℃下溶解。在3kg的硬脂酰基谷氨酸2Na处理的疏水性黄氧化铁(商品名:NAI-YHP-10,三好化成株式会社)中投入上述溶解液,用捏合型混合机混炼30分钟后,用三辊磨进行分散,得到实施例6的甘油分散体。实施例6的甘油分散体是流动的高粘性液体。
(实施例7)
将125g的PG (4)月桂基醚(ML04,Daicel Corporation)和27.3g的苯氧基乙醇(Microcare PE,THOR JAPAN LTD.)投入到2302.3g的甘油(Triol VE,Kokyu AlcoholKogyo Co., Ltd.)中,在60℃下溶解。在3kg的硬脂酰基谷氨酸2Na处理的疏水性红氧化铁(商品名:NAI-RHP-10,三好化成株式会社)中投入上述溶解液,用捏合型混合机混炼30分钟后,用三辊磨进行分散,得到实施例7的甘油分散体。实施例7的甘油分散体是流动的高粘性液体。
(实施例8)
将92.8g的PG (4)月桂基醚(ML04,Daicel Corporation)和25g的苯氧基乙醇(Microcare PE,THOR JAPAN LTD.)投入到1882.2g的甘油(Triol VE,Kokyu AlcoholKogyo Co., Ltd.)中,在60℃下溶解。在3kg的硬脂酰基谷氨酸2Na处理的疏水性黑氧化铁(商品名:NAI-BHP-10,三好化成株式会社)中投入上述溶解液,用捏合型混合机混炼30分钟后,用三辊磨进行分散,得到实施例8的甘油分散体。实施例8的甘油分散体是流动的高粘性液体。
(实施例9)

(实施例10)

(实施例11)
将191.5g的肉豆蔻酸PG (5) (Sunsoft A-141E-C,太阳化学社)和30g的苯氧基乙醇(Microcare PE,THOR JAPAN LTD.)投入到2778.5g的甘油(Triol VE,Kokyu AlcoholKogyo Co., Ltd.)中,在60℃下溶解。在3kg的硬脂酰基谷氨酸2Na处理的疏水性微粒氧化钛(商品名:NAI-Z-300,三好化成株式会社)中投入上述溶解液,用捏合型混合机混炼30分钟后,用三辊磨进行分散,得到实施例11的甘油分散体。实施例11的甘油分散体是流动的高粘性液体。
(实施例12)
将157.9g的肉豆蔻酸PG (5) (Sunsoft A-141E-C,太阳化学社)和25g的苯氧基乙醇(Microcare PE,THOR JAPAN LTD.)投入到1817.1g的甘油(Triol VE,Kokyu AlcoholKogyo Co., Ltd.)中,在60℃下溶解。在3kg的二甲基硅油和辛基三乙氧基硅烷复合处理的疏水性微粒氧化钛(商品名:SALT-MZ-500,三好化成株式会社)中投入上述溶解液,用捏合型混合机混炼30分钟后,用三辊磨进行分散,得到实施例12的甘油分散体。实施例12的甘油分散体是流动的高粘性液体。
(实施例13)
将157.9g的月桂酸PG (5) (Sunsoft A-121E-C,太阳化学社)和25g的苯氧基乙醇(Microcare PE,THOR JAPAN LTD.)投入到1817.1g的甘油(Triol VE,Kokyu AlcoholKogyo Co., Ltd.)中,在60℃下溶解。在3kg的异硬脂酸处理的疏水性微粒氧化锌(商品名:MZY-505EX,TAYCA CORPORATION)中投入上述溶解液,用捏合型混合机混炼30分钟后,用三辊磨进行分散,得到实施例13的甘油分散体。实施例13的甘油分散体是流动的高粘性液体。
(实施例14)
将191.5g的肉豆蔻酸PG (5) (Sunsoft A-141E-C,太阳化学社)和25g的苯氧基乙醇(Microcare PE,THOR JAPAN LTD.)投入到1817g的甘油(Triol VE,Kokyu AlcoholKogyo Co., Ltd.)中,在60℃下溶解。在3kg的烷基硅烷处理的疏水性微粒氧化钛(商品名:STR-40 OTS,堺化学工业社)中投入上述溶解液,用捏合型混合机混炼30分钟后,用三辊磨进行分散,得到实施例14的甘油分散体。实施例14的甘油分散体是流动的高粘性液体。
(实施例15)
除了将实施例1的肉豆蔻酸PG (5)替换为癸酸PG (3) (TEGOSOFT PC-31,EVONIK公司)以外,与实施例1相同地操作,得到实施例15的甘油分散体。实施例15的甘油分散体是流动的高粘性液体。
(实施例16)
除了将实施例1的肉豆蔻酸PG (5)替换为肉豆蔻酸PG (6) (HEXAGLYN1-M,NikkoChemicals Co., Ltd.)以外,与实施例1相同地操作,得到实施例16的甘油分散体。实施例16的甘油分散体是流动的高粘性液体。
(实施例17)
除了将实施例1的肉豆蔻酸PG (5)替换为二肉豆蔻酸PG (10) (Sunsoft Q-142Y-C,太阳化学社)以外,与实施例1相同地操作,得到实施例17的甘油分散体。实施例17的甘油分散体是流动的高粘性液体。

除了将实施例1的氧化钛替换为癸二酸异硬脂醇酯和硬脂酰基谷氨酸2Na复合处理的疏水性颜料级氧化钛(商品名:NHS-TSR-10,三好化成株式会社),进而将肉豆蔻酸PG(5)替换为椰子油脂肪酸PG (3) (EMALEX MCCG-3,NIHON EMULSION Co., Ltd.)以外,与实施例1相同地操作,得到实施例19的甘油分散体。实施例19的甘油分散体是流动的高粘性液体。
(实施例20)
除了将实施例19的氧化钛替换为氢化大豆卵磷脂处理的疏水性颜料级氧化钛(商品名:NLI-TSR-10,三好化成株式会社)以外,与实施例19相同地操作,得到实施例20的甘油分散体。实施例20的甘油分散体是流动的高粘性液体。
(实施例21)
除了将实施例20的氧化钛替换为二甲基聚硅氧烷和硬脂酰基谷氨酸2Na复合处理的疏水性颜料级氧化钛(商品名:SA/NAI-TSR-10,三好化成株式会社)以外,与实施例20相同地操作,得到实施例21的甘油分散体。分散体是流动的高粘性液体。
(实施例22)
除了将实施例1的甘油替换为双甘油(UNIGLY G-2,日油社)以外,与实施例1相同地操作,得到实施例22的甘油分散体。实施例22的甘油分散体是流动的高粘性液体。
(比较例1)
将61.2g的棕榈酸PG (10) (DECAGLYN1-PVEX,Nikko Chemicals Co., Ltd.)和21.4g的苯氧基乙醇(Microcare PE,THOR JAPAN LTD.)投入到1203.1g的甘油(Triol VE,Kokyu Alcohol Kogyo Co., Ltd.)中,在60℃下溶解。在3kg的辛基三乙氧基硅烷处理的疏水性颜料级氧化钛(商品名:ALT-TSR-10,三好化成株式会社)中投入上述溶解液,用捏合型混合机进行混炼后,用三辊磨进行分散。得到的比较例1的甘油分散体为固体状。
(比较例2)
除了将比较例1的棕榈酸PG (10)替换为异硬脂酸PG (10) (DECAGLYN1-ISV,Nikko Chemicals Co., Ltd.)以外,相同地操作。得到的比较例2的甘油分散体为固体状。
(比较例3)
除了将比较例1的棕榈酸PG (10)替换为二异硬脂酸PG (10) (商品名Polyaldo10-2-P,Lonza公司)以外,相同地操作。得到的比较例3的甘油分散体为固体状。
(比较例4)
除了将比较例1的棕榈酸PG (10)替换为二棕榈酸PG (10) (Polyaldo 10-2-P,Lonza公司)以外,相同地操作。得到的比较例4的甘油分散体为固体状。

将61.2g的肉豆蔻酸PG (5) (Sunsoft A-141E-C,太阳化学社)和21.4g的苯氧基乙醇(Microcare PE,THOR JAPAN LTD.)投入到1203.1g的1,3-丁二醇(Haisugarcane BG,Kokyu Alcohol Kogyo Co., Ltd.)中,在60℃下溶解。在3kg的辛基三乙氧基硅烷处理的疏水性颜料级氧化钛(商品名:ALT-TSR-10,三好化成株式会社)中投入上述溶解液,用捏合型混合机进行混炼后,用三辊磨进行分散。得到的比较例8的分散体为固体状。
(比较例9)
除了将比较例8的肉豆蔻酸PG (5)替换为聚甘油(4)月桂基醚(ML04,DaicelCorporation)以外,与比较例8相同地操作。得到的比较例9的分散体为固体状。
(比较例10)
除了将实施例9的甘油替换为1,3-丁二醇(Haisugarcane BG,Kokyu AlcoholKogyo Co., Ltd.)以外,与实施例9相同地操作。得到的比较例10的分散体为固体状。
(比较例11)
除了将比较例10的肉豆蔻酸PG (5)替换为聚甘油(4)月桂基醚(ML04,DaicelCorporation)以外,与比较例10相同地操作。得到的比较例11的分散体为固体状。
(比较例12)
除了将实施例12的甘油替换为1,3-丁二醇(Haisugarcane BG,Kokyu AlcoholKogyo Co., Ltd.)以外,与实施例12相同地操作。得到的比较例12的分散体为固体状。
(比较例13)
除了将比较例12的肉豆蔻酸PG (5)替换为聚甘油(4)月桂基醚(ML04,DaicelCorporation)以外,与比较例12相同地操作。得到的比较例13的分散体为固体状。
下述表1是实施例1~22和比较例1~13的甘油分散体的组成的一览。

[甘油分散体的粘度、分散性、经时稳定性]
对于上述实施例1~22和比较例1~13的甘油分散体,评价了粘度、分散性、经时稳定性。
(粘度的评价)
对于刚制备后的甘油分散体,使用BH型旋转粘度计(博勒飞公司)在25℃、4号转子1.5rpm/60秒和3rpm/60秒的条件下测定粘度。(4V1.5/4V3)
(分散性的评价)
取5.0g的甘油分散体置于200cc玻璃烧杯中,添加离子交换水至合计为100g。将混合液用分散混合机以1400rpm/1分钟进行分散。用滴管取1g的分散液,滴加到定性滤纸No.2(150mmφ,ADVANTEC CO., LTD.)的正中间,使其浸入滤纸中。在1分钟后评价在滤纸上是否观察到颗粒。需说明的是,定性滤纸No.2的孔径约为10μ。评价标准如下所示。
○:未观察到颗粒。
×:观察到颗粒。
(经时稳定性试验)
将150g的甘油分散体放入100ml商品名为アイボーイ的广口瓶(PP制)中,加盖,作为试样。将试样放入50℃的恒温槽中2周后,取出,在常温下放置1天,评价此后试样的外观和性状。对于外观,通过目视评价是否产生离浆、是否在瓶底产生沉降物。另外,对于性状,用刮勺触碰沉降物,评价是否硬饼化。评价标准如下所示。
○:未发现离浆或沉降。
×:在上层部发现离浆。或者沉降物硬饼化。
下述表2是关于实施例1~22和比较例1~13的甘油分散体的粘度、分散性、经时稳定性的评价结果。

(评价结果的考察)
由实施例1 (分散介质:甘油)、实施例22 (分散介质:双甘油)和比较例8 (分散介质:丁二醇)的评价结果可知,与丁二醇相比,在使用甘油或双甘油作为分散介质的情况下,粘度、分散性、经时稳定性优异。
另外,在实施例1~4、9~12、14、16、22 (肉豆蔻酸PG (5):碳原子数14)、实施例5~8(PG (4)月桂基醚:碳原子数12)、实施例13 (月桂酸PG (5):碳原子数12)、实施例15 (癸酸PG (3):碳原子数10)、实施例19~21 (椰子油脂肪酸PG (3):以碳原子数12为主体的碳原子数8~18)中也可实现优异的粘度、分散性、经时稳定性,由此可知PG系非离子表面活性剂中的烷基的碳原子数优选为10~14。另外,由实施例17 (烷基的键数:2)、实施例18 (烷基的键数:3)的评价结果可知,无论烷基的键数如何,均可实现优异的粘度、分散性、经时稳定性。
另一方面,根据比较例1 (棕榈酸PG (10):碳原子数16)、比较例2 (异硬脂酸PG(10):碳原子18)等,在PG系非离子表面活性剂中的烷基的碳原子数为16~的情况下,与碳原子数10~14相比,粘度、分散性、经时稳定性差。
另外,如实施例1、15~22所示,可知在本发明的甘油分散体中能够以高浓度、特别是50重量%以上掺混疏水化无机粉体。
另外,实施例1~22的甘油分散体是流动的高粘性液体,与此相对,比较例1~13的甘油分散体为固体状。即,虽然实施例1~22的甘油分散体是有粘性的液体,但与高浓度地掺混有疏水化粉体的固体状的比较例1~13的甘油分散体相比,操作性好。
[掺混有甘油分散体的化妆品]
接着,调制下述所示的化妆品,对使用感、化妆效果、化妆持久性进行评价。使用感、化妆效果、化妆持久性是请25名专业评委使用1天各化妆品,对值得以下所示的5个等级中的哪一个评分进行打分,用其平均值进行评价。另外,使用感是从光滑性好、无粘性、舒适性的观点出发的评价。另外,化妆效果是从粉状感、无涂抹不均、化妆膜的均匀性、自然的光泽感的观点出发的评价。另外,化妆持久性是从不随时间推移而产生颜色发暗或反光、无粉皱的观点出发的评价。
(实施例23:O/W型乳化粉底)

A:将油层成分充分分散混合。
B:将水层成分充分分散混合。
C:在上述B中加入A,用均质混合机进行乳化,得到O/W型乳化粉底。
掺混有本发明的甘油分散体的O/W型乳化粉底的使用性和化妆效果、化妆持久性良好。
(实施例24:水系防晒乳液)

(制备方法)
A:将油层成分充分分散混合。
B:将水层成分充分分散混合。
C:在上述B中加入A,用均质混合机进行乳化,得到水系防晒乳液。
掺混有本发明的甘油分散体的水系防晒乳液的使用性和化妆效果、化妆持久性良好。
(实施例25:O/W型防晒化妆品)

(制备方法)
A:将油层成分充分分散混合。
B:将水层成分充分分散混合。
C:在上述B中加入A,用均质混合机进行乳化,得到O/W型防晒化妆品。
掺混有本发明的甘油分散体的O/W型防晒化妆品的使用性和化妆效果、化妆持久性良好。
(实施例26:粉状粉底)

(制备方法)
A:将粉体成分和油层成分充分分散混合。
B:将水层成分充分分散混合。
C:在上述B中加入A,制成浆料状。
D:将C填充于金属盘中,在表面放置吸水片,使用多孔质吸头进行吸引压缩成型。
E:将D在70℃的恒温槽中放置一夜,完全除去纯化水,得到粉状粉底。
掺混有本发明的甘油分散体的粉状粉底的使用性和化妆效果、化妆持久性良好。
(实施例27:水系香粉)

A:将粉体成分充分混合。
B:混合水层成分并溶解。
C:在上述B中加入A,充分搅拌,得到水系香粉。
掺混有本发明的甘油分散体的水系香粉的使用性和化妆效果、化妆持久性良好。
(实施例28:水系眼影)

(制备方法)
A:将粉体成分充分混合。
B:混合水层成分并溶解。
C:在上述B中加入A,充分搅拌,得到水系眼影。
掺混有本发明的甘油分散体的水系眼影的使用性和化妆效果、化妆持久性良好。
(实施例29:水系化妆底霜)

(制备方法)
A:将粉体成分充分混合。
B:将水层成分的BG与上述A成分混合,用辊进行处理。
C:在上述B中加入A,充分搅拌,得到水系化妆底霜。
掺混有本发明的甘油分散体的水系化妆底霜的使用性和化妆效果、化妆持久性良好。
(实施例30:口红)

(制备方法)
A:将油层成分充分混合。
B:将粉体成分与上述A成分混合,用均质混合机进行充分分散处理。
C:将B加入A中,均匀混合。
D:混合水层成分并加温。
E:将D加入C中进行乳化,得到口红。
掺混有本发明的甘油分散体的口红的使用性和化妆效果、化妆持久性良好。
(实施例31:止汗剂)

A:将粉体成分充分混合。
B:混合水层成分并溶解。
C:在B中加入A进行混合,得到止汗剂。
掺混有本发明的甘油分散体的止汗剂的使用性和化妆效果、化妆持久性良好。
Claims (5)
1.甘油分散体,其含有疏水化无机粉体、聚甘油系非离子表面活性剂和甘油,所述疏水化无机粉体以无机粉体作为基质,通过用有机表面处理剂包覆该无机粉体而赋予疏水性。
2.权利要求1所述的甘油分散体,其中,所述聚甘油系非离子表面活性剂中的烷基的碳原子数为10~14。
3.权利要求1或2所述的甘油分散体,其中,所述有机表面处理剂为选自硅酮化合物、烷基硅烷、钛酸烷基酯、酰化氨基酸、脂肪酸、卵磷脂、酯油、丙烯酸聚合物、氨基甲酸酯聚合物的1种以上的化合物。
4.权利要求1~3中任一项所述的甘油分散体,其中,所述疏水化无机粉体的含量为50重量%以上。
5.化妆品,其掺混有权利要求1~4中任一项所述的甘油分散体作为水层成分。
