Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种洗涤织物的方法。该方法通过洗涤循环而在中途引入钙阳离子。该方法提供改善的清洁性能,尤其是针对污垢诸如彩妆和油脂。该方法还减轻了不希望污渍的去除性能的偏斜性,诸如当将钙引入洗涤液体时可以观察到的不良草污渍去除。
背景技术
在洗涤期间在自动洗衣机的洗涤液体中钙的存在需要酶稳定性和经由增强的填充和乳化特性改善的表面活性剂性能。因此,钙的存在可能导致改善的对表面活性剂敏感污渍诸如油垢的清洁性能。然而,在早期洗涤期间,过量浓度的钙也可能导致一些硬度敏感的表面活性剂(诸如十二烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS))的沉淀以及不良的对硬度敏感类型污垢(诸如经揉搓的草)的清洁性能。因此,期望开发一种系统,该系统可以通过洗涤来调整钙水平,以使油脂去除性能最大化,同时使对经揉搓的草的负面影响最小化。
需要提供一种方法,该方法用于处理织物以实现改善的油垢清洁性能,同时保持对其它类型污垢的清洁功效,而无需将更多类型/量的去污活性物质添加到洗涤循环中。优选地在不显著增加与洗涤添加剂相关联的制造成本或不显著增加与自动洗衣机相关联的操作成本/能耗的情况下实现这种成就。
发明内容

优选的钙盐为碳酸钙。
水性钙浆料
通常,水性钙浆料包含5wt%至80wt%、或10wt%至70wt%、或20wt%至70wt%、或30wt%至70wt%的钙盐。
水性钙浆料通常通过使钙阳离子(诸如钙盐)与水接触以形成水性钙浆料来形成。
衣物洗涤剂
衣物洗涤剂通常包含去污表面活性剂。衣物洗涤剂可包含螯合剂以及任选地其它洗涤剂成分。洗涤剂成分更详细地描述于下文中。
优选地,污表面活性剂包括烷基苯磺酸盐。

测试方法
污渍去除测量:
通过任何洗涤循环实现的污渍去除性能的程度被计算为在洗涤之前和之后污渍与纺织物背景之间的色差。初始色差被定义为初始显著性(INi,公式1),而最终显著性(FNi,公式2)是指在洗涤之后污渍与纺织物背景之间的色差。如公式3所述计算给定污渍i的污渍去除指数(SRIi)。
实施例
实施例1:根据注射到洗涤液体中的钙的织物处理方法的比较污渍去除性能。
所有实验均使用Electrolux W565H可编程前加载式洗衣机(FLWM)进行。所有机器都在使用前通过进行90℃棉循环来清洁。接下来,所有实验均使用洗涤循环在40℃下进行45分钟,其中主洗涤持续时间为30分钟。在所有情况下,压载物负载由60%的针织棉样本(50cm×50cm)和40%的涤棉织物样本(50cm×50cm)构成。此外,以两次内部重复将包含油脂、酶、颗粒物和有色饮料类型污垢的一组污渍添加到每次洗涤中。该一组污渍由2个包含待分析污渍的针织棉样本(20cm×20cm)构成。所有样本均由Warwick Equest Ltd(UK)供应。所有实验均用液体洗涤剂制剂进行,该液体洗涤剂具有描述于表1的组合物(作为由此形成的水性洗涤液体中的相应成分的TTW)。所有实验中使用的水的硬度为中等的(~8gpg)。

在所有情况下,首先将具有先前描述的组合物的3kg压载物负载、4个SBL污垢片(WFK Tesgewebe GmbH,Germany)和待分析的污渍添加到洗衣机的滚筒中。接下来,在比较洗涤过程中(实验A),将所需剂量的液体洗涤剂制剂(38g)添加到小塑料容器中并在开始洗涤循环之前引入洗衣机的滚筒中。
在本发明的洗涤过程中,在添加压载物负载、SBL污垢片、污渍和所需剂量的液体洗涤剂制剂(38g)(如先前针对比较洗涤过程进行的)之后,在不同的时间点注射20mL的CaCl2.2H2O水性溶液(其具有通过洗涤获得22gpg(格令/加仑)等效浓度的所需浓度),如下文针对每个实验(B-E)所述。

在表2和表3中可以观察到,在所有本发明的洗涤过程(实验D-E)中均观察到对于油脂污渍(培根油脂、煮熟的牛肉和彩妆)观察到的污渍去除的益处,而不管将钙盐注射到洗涤液体的时间如何。然而,需要通过洗涤注射钙盐的延迟(实验E)来减轻对于一些污渍(诸如经揉搓的草)观察到的污渍去除程度的损失,这受到洗涤液体中存在的硬度水平的负面影响。
实施例2:在短洗涤循环中在钙存在下织物处理方法的比较污渍去除性能
所有实验均在Peerless系统平台上运行的中型高通量设备中进行。它由10个容量为1L的容器和类似于Ganguli和Eenderbug(1980)所用的三叶片后搅拌器组成,其并行运行。设备是自动化的,使得容器的填充、洗涤、排水和漂洗由系统自动进行。
在开始洗涤过程之前,首先通过向设备的容器中的每个容器中加入0.25L目标洗涤温度(30℃)的自来水来对容器进行清洁。在1800度/s的恒定搅拌下,将水在容器中保持2分钟。在排出用于清洁阶段的水后,将1L目标洗涤温度(30℃)的自来水加入每个容器中。接下来,将所需剂量的描述于表4中的液体洗涤剂制剂(3.8g)(作为由此形成的水性洗涤液体中的相应成分的TTW)添加到每个容器中并在1800度/秒的恒定搅拌下搅拌2分钟。此时,将含有50g针织棉样本(5cm×5cm)的压载物和含有待分析的污渍的测试物品(10g的7cm×7cm针织棉样本)手动添加到每个容器中并且开始洗涤过程。
在洗涤过程中(实验A),将主洗涤进行12分钟,而无需通过洗涤过程添加任何钙。在另一个洗涤过程中(实验B-D),在不同时间注射10mL的CaCl2.2H2O水性溶液(其具有通过洗涤获得22gpg(格令/加仑)的所需浓度),如下所述:

5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中将在步骤(c)中的所述钙阳离子以水性钙浆料的形式引入所述洗涤液体中,其中所述水性钙浆料包含5wt%至80wt%的钙盐。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中所述水性钙浆料是通过使钙阳离子与水接触以形成水性钙浆料而形成的,所述水性钙浆料包含浓度在5wt%至80wt%的钙盐范围内的钙阳离子。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中在步骤(c)中形成的所述富钙洗涤液体包含浓度在高于100ppm至300ppm范围内的钙阳离子。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中所述衣物洗涤剂包含螯合剂,并且其中所述螯合剂选自羟基乙叉二膦酸(HEDP)及其盐;二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸(DTPMP)及其盐。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中所述衣物洗涤剂包含螯合剂,并且在步骤(a)中形成的所述洗涤液体包含浓度在10ppm至300ppm范围内的螯合剂。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中所述衣物洗涤剂包含淀粉酶。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中所述衣物洗涤剂包含柠檬酸。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中在步骤(b)中使所述织物与所述洗涤液体接触之前,用螯合剂对引入步骤(a)中的水进行预处理。
