本发明涉及一种洗涤剂,属于洗涤剂组合物技术领域。
背景技术
洗涤剂是日常生活中必不可少的一种日用化学品,目前家庭用织物洗涤剂种类繁杂,按产品类型可分为通用洗涤剂、漂白洗涤剂和加酶洗涤剂。通用洗涤剂是家庭日常使用最多的一种洗涤剂,其利用洗涤剂溶于水后表面活性剂通过在气液两相界面吸附降低水的表面张力去除污染物,其优点是成本便宜、可选择性多,缺点是洗涤效率低、部分成份污染环境。漂白洗涤剂和加酶洗涤剂因加入大量特定漂白剂和酶制剂可去除特定污渍,但是存在损伤衣物、适用范围小、安全性难以保证的问题。
近年来氢气相关产品越来越多,因为氢气是迄今为止发现的最小的气体分子,是一种无毒、无色、无味的气体,因其体积小质量轻而具有极强的穿透性,自从氢气被发现以来,氢气在物理、化学等多种学科中都先后被广泛重视和应用。目前关于氢气应用于洗涤剂方面的专利还比较少,已知中国专利号为CN201810479576的一种富氢液态生物洗涤剂及其制备方法与应用,采用的是将制取的氢气通入纯净水或自来水中制作成不同氢气浓度的液体用于不同物体洗涤,该方法存在的主要问题:一是洗涤剂中的氢气浓度不稳定,在制作洗涤剂时在不同压强温度条件下氢气的溶解度均不同,并且洗涤剂中氢浓度会逐渐衰减,难以长久保存;二是该方法制作的洗涤剂本质上是不同浓度的富氢水,从洗涤原理来说单纯利用氢气的穿透性可以去除轻污渍,难以保证重污渍的洗涤效果,并且缺少实际的洗涤测试数据。
另外,在保证衣物清洗干净的同时,洗后衣物的良好保存也成为一个日益严峻的问题,尤其是在潮湿的环境下长时间存放,容易出现生菌发霉现象或成为蟑螂等家居虫子的温暖巢穴。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的第一技术问题是:使生活中实时使用的洗涤剂中可以获得稳定含量的氢气,从而满足对洗涤物进行高效环保去污的需求。
本发明需要解决的第二技术问题是:在解决上述第一技术问题的基础上,进一步满足对洗涤物的抗菌抑虫的需求。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:一种富氢洗涤剂,包括如下重量百分比的组分:
阴离子表面活性剂13-30%,非离子表面活性剂2-30%,助洗剂10-18%,氢氧化钠0.1-2.3%,羟基乙叉二膦酸四钠0.1-1.0%,填充剂5-30%,防污垢再沉积剂0.5-5%,酶制剂0.1-0.5%,氧化剂10-24%,碳酸氢钠10-22%,钙盐1-5%,柠檬酸0.1-0.5%,水解珊瑚4-10%,催化剂0.1-0.7%。
本发明为解决上述第二技术问题对上述技术方案的改进是:还含有中药活性组分0.4~2%;所述中药活性组分可以是选自翼齿六棱菊提取物、绵马贯众提取物、翻白草提取物、金莲花提取物、地锦草提取物、山银花提取物、鹤草芽提取物和雷丸提取物中的任意二种以上。

(1)本发明的富氢洗涤剂洗涤衣物时只需对衣物进行浸泡清洗,无需洗衣机洗或人工搓洗,节省了大量时间和能源,同时洗涤剂无磷无荧光剂,环保安全无污染,另外洗完衣物后的溶液清澈,无二次污染。
(2)本发明提供的制氢原料遇水立即溶解并产生氢气,具有氢气含量高、持续时间久,并且实时可测氢气含量。
(3)本发明的富氢洗涤剂不仅利用了氢分子极强的穿透性,同时也充分提高了其他表面活性物质的工作效率,不仅高效去除轻污渍对重污渍也具有良好的去除效果,并且具有抗菌抑虫、安全环保的优点。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例,对本发明的富氢洗涤剂做进一步说明。实施例中洗涤剂含有的所有组分产品均来源于市售,配比均为重量百分比。
实施例1
本实施例的富氢洗涤剂所含组分及配比如下:
十二烷基苯磺酸钠13.2%;月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚15.5%;轻质碳酸钠14.9%;氢氧化钠2.25%;羟基乙叉二膦酸四钠0.9%;无水硫酸钠5.6%;羧甲基纤维钠0.52%;液体碱性蛋白酶0.48%;过碳酸钠12.1%;包裹型过碳酸钠11.45%;碳酸氢钠14.1%;碳酸钙2.9%;柠檬酸0.45%;水解珊瑚5.0%;纳米铝0.65%。
实施例2
本实施例的富氢洗涤剂所含组分及配比如下:
十二烷基苯磺酸钠23.5%;月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚28%;一水碳酸钠10.4%;氢氧化钠1.2%;羟基乙叉二膦酸四钠0.5%;无水硫酸钠5.5%;羧甲基淀粉2.0%;固体碱性蛋白酶0.11%;包裹型过碳酸钠11.4%;碳酸氢钠10.05%;碳酸钙1.3%;柠檬酸0.3%;水解珊瑚5.5%;纳米铂0.24%。
实施例3
本实施例的富氢洗涤剂所含组分及配比如下:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠28.3%;脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物3.0%;十水碳酸钠17.05%;氢氧化钠0.3%;羟基乙叉二膦酸四钠0.2%;无水硫酸钠15.4%;羧甲基纤维钠4.85%;液体碱性蛋白酶0.3%;过碳酸钠10.4%;碳酸氢钠10.3%;碳酸钙4.7%;柠檬酸0.35%;水解珊瑚4.5%;纳米铝0.15%;纳米铜0.20%。
实施例4
本实施例的富氢洗涤剂所含组分及配比如下:
十二烷基苯磺酸钠16.5%;月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚10.0%;轻质碳酸钠15.1%;氢氧化钠2.1%;羟基乙叉二膦酸四钠0.8%;无水硫酸钠6.8%;羟乙基纤维素1.0%;液体碱性蛋白酶0.3%;固体碱性蛋白酶0.2%;过碳酸钠12.5%;包裹型过碳酸钠10.5%;碳酸氢钠15.0%;碳酸钙3.0%;柠檬酸0.4%;水解珊瑚5.0%;纳米铜0.11%;翼齿六棱菊提取物0.37%;绵马贯众提取物0.33%。
实施例5
本实施例的富氢洗涤剂所含组分及配比如下:
十二烷基苯磺酸钠13.5%;月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚9.0%;一水碳酸钠14.8%;氢氧化钠2.2%;羟基乙叉二膦酸四钠0.5%;无水硫酸钠6.8%;羧甲基淀粉2.0%;液体碱性蛋白酶0.25%;固体碱性蛋白酶0.25%;过碳酸钠13.5%;包裹型过碳酸钠6.5%;碳酸氢钠20.85%;碳酸钙2.3%;柠檬酸0.3%;水解珊瑚6.5%;纳米银0.25%;翼齿六棱菊提取物0.06%;绵马贯众提取物0.20%;山银花提取物0.10%;金莲花提取物0.04%;雷丸0.10%。
实施例6
本实施例的富氢洗涤剂所含组分及配比如下:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠24.0%;脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物3.0%;十水碳酸钠15.05%;氢氧化钠1.7%;羟基乙叉二膦酸四钠0.5%;十水硫酸钠21.0%;聚丙烯酸钠0.95%;液体碱性蛋白酶0.3%;过碳酸钠10.9%;碳酸氢钠11.0%;碳酸钙4.0%;柠檬酸0.40%;水解珊瑚5.0%;纳米铜0.10%;纳米铂0.10%;翼齿六棱菊提取物0.17%;绵马贯众提取物0.16%;地锦草提取物0.10%;山银花提取物1.13%;鹤草芽提取物0.44%。
实施例7
本实施例的富氢洗涤剂所含组分及配比如下:
脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠16.9%;烷基糖苷6.5%;重质碳酸钠12.5%;氢氧化钠2.0%;羟基乙叉二膦酸四钠0.8%;无水硫酸钠9.5%;聚乙二醇3.0%;液体碱性蛋白酶0.3%;固体碱性蛋白酶0.15%;过碳酸钠12.0%;包裹型过碳酸钠9.0%;碳酸氢钠14.5%;柠檬酸钙2.5%;柠檬酸0.1%;水解珊瑚9.5%;纳米铂0.15%;绵马贯众提取物0.16%;翻白草提取物0.05%;金莲花提取物0.14%;地锦草提取物0.05%;雷丸0.20%。
实施例8
本实施例的富氢洗涤剂所含组分及配比如下:
脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠18.0%;脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物9.0%;重质碳酸钠11.0%;氢氧化钠1.5%;羟基乙叉二膦酸四钠0.5%;十水硫酸钠19.3%;聚乙烯醇0.9%;固体碱性蛋白酶0.45%;包裹型过碳酸钠18.0%;碳酸氢钠10.2%;氢氧化钙4.8%;柠檬酸0.45%;水解珊瑚5.0%;纳米铂0.13%;纳米银0.07%;山银花提取物0.13%;鹤草芽提取物0.2%;金莲花提取物0.03%;地锦草提取物0.21%;雷丸0.13%。
对上述各实施例的富氢洗涤剂进行性能实验测试如下:
实验一中氢气含量采用滴定测量法,所用试剂选自日本MIZ株式会社生产的溶存水素浓度判定试剂;
实验二中污布制作和洗涤性能测试参考GB/T 13174-2008 《衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》进行测试。
实验三中抗菌效果测试参考QB/T 2850-2007 《抗菌抑菌型洗涤剂》中抗菌性能效果评价进行测试。
实验一
对上述实施例洗涤剂氢气含量及保存时间测试结果如表一所示:
从表一中可以看出实施例中的富氢洗涤剂初始时刻氢气含量均较高,且从水中逃逸出的速度缓慢,具有较好的稳定性。
实验二
对上述实施例1、实施例3、实施例5、实施例7的富氢洗涤剂与市售洗衣粉、洗衣液分别进行洗涤效果对比测试,实验结果如表二所示:
从表二中数据可以看出蛋白污布、果渍污布和咖啡污布采用不同洗涤剂清洗后测定的洗涤效果差别均较大,其中实施例1和实施例5测定的白度值较高,说明洗涤后的污布洁净度较高,明显优于市售洗衣粉和洗衣液的洗涤效果。
实验三
对上述实施例4~8进行抗菌测试结果如表三所示:
从表三中可以看出实施例中的富氢洗涤剂杀菌率均大于99.9%,说明实施例中富氢洗涤剂具有良好的抗菌效果。
以上实施例仅为本发明的几个具体实施例,但是本发明并非局限于此,比如:1)阴离子表面活性剂还可以选脂肪酸钠(皂粉)、脂肪醇硫酸钠(AS)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠盐(AEC);2)钙盐还可以选乳酸钙、氯化钙、氢化钙、氟化钙、硫酸钙、硝酸钙、醋酸钙;等等。对于本领域的技术人员来说,任何能想到的与本发明相关的变化或改进都应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种富氢洗涤剂,包括如下重量百分比的组分:阴离子表面活性剂13-30%,非离子表面活性剂2-30%,助洗剂10-18%,氢氧化钠0.1-2.3%,羟基乙叉二膦酸四钠0.1-1.0%,填充剂5-30%,防污垢再沉积剂0.5-5%,酶制剂0.1-0.5%,氧化剂10-24%,碳酸氢钠10-22%,钙盐1-5%,柠檬酸0.1-0.5%,水解珊瑚4-10%,催化剂0.1-0.7%。
2.根据权利要求1所述富氢洗涤剂,其特征在于:还含有中药活性组分0.4~2%;所述中药活性组分是翼齿六棱菊提取物、绵马贯众提取物、翻白草提取物、金莲花提取物、地锦草提取物、山银花提取物、鹤草芽提取物和雷丸提取物中的任意二种以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述富氢洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述阴离子表面活性剂选自十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪酸钠、脂肪醇硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠中的任意一种或多种;
所述非离子表面活性剂选自月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物和烷基糖苷中的任意一种或多种;
所述助洗剂选自轻质碳酸钠、重质碳酸钠、一水碳酸钠和十水碳酸钠中的任意一种或多种;
所述填充剂选自无水硫酸钠和十水硫酸钠中的一种或两种;
所述防污垢再沉积剂选自羧甲基纤维钠、羟乙基纤维素、羧甲基淀粉、聚丙烯酸钠、聚乙二醇和聚乙烯醇中的任意一种或多种;
所述酶制剂选自碱性蛋白酶中的液体蛋白酶和固体蛋白酶中的一种或两种;
所述氧化剂选自包裹型和非包裹型的过碳酸钠中的一种或两种;
所述钙盐选自碳酸钙、柠檬酸钙、乳酸钙、氯化钙、氢氧化钙、氢化钙、氟化钙、硫酸钙、硝酸钙和醋酸钙中的任意一种或多种;
所述催化剂选自纳米铝及其氧化物、纳米铂及其氧化物、纳米铜及其氧化物、纳米银及其氧化物中的任意一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求3所述富氢洗涤剂,其特征在于:还含有中药活性组分0.4~2%,所述中药活性组分是翼齿六棱菊提取物、绵马贯众提取物、翻白草提取物、金莲花提取物、地锦草提取物、山银花提取物、鹤草芽提取物和雷丸提取物中的任意二种以上。
