技术领域

背景技术
无纺布的扣紧区域特别是通过在SMS类型的无纺布支撑上面装配纤维条而生产。纤维在生产过程中是独立的,需要大量纤维以产生扣紧结构,并且大体上,只有与支撑相反的表面上的纤维能够与钩子接合。因此,必需提供大量的纤维和相当重的产品,以提供令人满意的与钩子的接合,从而满足用户的性能期望。大量纤维还会导致形成在SMS支撑的一个表面上的印刷图案的可读性差。
此外,在使用的细丝的重量和钩子穿入扣紧区域的能力之间存在矛盾。使用的相同体积的纤维的重量越大,钩子越难以穿入。
一般而言,形成着陆区(the landing zone)的条带的形式为层压体,并且包括支撑部件,例如SMS无纺布,支撑部件上特别可以印刷有装饰图案,另一方面包括具有毛圈(loops)的无纺布,例如粗梳和压延的无纺布,其固定至支撑部件的上部。

发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中的缺点,提出一种提供上述类型的具有扣紧能力的层压体的方法,其特别用于形成着陆区,而不会降低支撑层上印刷的图案的可见性。

图1显示了根据本发明的层压体1,其包括由一层SMS无纺布(即,由三个叠加的无纺布层形成:纺粘/熔喷/纺粘)形成的支撑部件2和由压延固结的粗梳无纺布形成的具有毛圈的部件3。
如图3所示,图案已经印到支撑部件2的上表面上,接下来两个部件2和3一起穿过两个辊子4和5,从而通过压延互相固定在一起。根据一个版本,也可以将图案印到支撑部件2的下表面上。

如图所示,曲线从0%伸长率增加到点R处的对应于最大伸长力或对应于断裂力的大约60%伸长率。超过点R,曲线下降,特别是陡坡式下降,坡度的绝对值比O和R之间的区段的坡度大得多。
为了测量拐点,可以使用任何典型方法,例如通过图表利用切线法(d2)或多项式模拟,特别是曲线的第四行。
在O和R之间的区段上,曲线包括拐点Pi,在大约20%伸长率处。拐点Pi优选大于4%,特别是在7%和30%之间,更优选是在7%和20%之间。
根据过给(overfeeding),扣紧能力将提升,因此提高性能,特别是层压体,特别是着陆区的剪切和剥离性能,如图4所示。
如图2A所示,如果不为辊子中的任何一个提供超速(V1/V2=1),则曲线将不包括拐点。获得的层压体不具有任何扣紧能力。
剥离法
为了测量根据过给变化的剥离性能,使用开度为180°的装配在一起的钩子/着陆区对的阻力测量。13mm宽,25.4mm长的钩带被装配到25.4mm宽的80g/m2的纸质支撑上,借助单个2kg的辊子将该钩带挤压到尺寸为50mm×50mm的着陆区样品上,产品的相对定向和纸尿裤上使用的相对定向相同。然后向钩子支撑施加1kg的牵引力,时间为10秒,从而模拟纸尿裤,特别是具有弹性襟翼的纸尿裤的密封。接下来将支撑钩子的纸插入由MTS系统公司制造,配备有100N测力单元的Synergie 200H型牵引框架的上移动钳口中,将着陆区插入到下钳口中。两个钳口之间的距离为50mm。为了测量打开力,框架的上部接下来以305mm/分钟的速度从下往上平移。接下来记录机器提供的最大力的值和与在牵引框架的前13mm行程上获得的测试曲线的表面下方的区域相对应的任何能量值。
剪切法

然后向钩子支撑施加1kg的牵引力,时间为5秒,从而模拟纸尿裤,特别是具有弹性襟翼的纸尿裤的密封。
将支撑着陆区的金属板插入到由MTS系统公司制造,配备有100N测力单元的DY30型牵引框架的上移动钳口中。
接下来将支撑钩子的纸插入到固定的下钳口中。
框架的移动方向将和1kg的牵引力方向相同。两个钳口之间的距离为76mm。为了测量打开力,框架的上部接下来以305mm/分钟的恒定速度从下往上平移。测试在毛圈和钩子完全脱离之后结束。接下来,记录所获得的曲线上的最大力值。
在本发明中,无纺布是指在形成已固结的纤维和/或细丝条带之后获得的产品。固结可以是机械固结、化学固结或热固结,并且通过纤维和/或细丝之间存在连接来体现。该固结可以是直接固结,即通过焊接在纤维和/或细丝之间直接实现,或者可以是间接固结,即通过纤维和/或细丝之间的中间层,例如粘合剂层或粘结层实现。术语“无纺”涉及一种结构,该结构的形式为以不均匀、不规则或随机的方式交织的纤维或细丝的叠片或条带。无纺布可以包括单层结构或多层结构。无纺布还可以与另一种材料,例如薄膜接合,从而形成层压体。无纺布可以由不同的合成材料和/或天然材料制成。举例来说,天然材料是纤维素纤维,例如棉、黄麻、纸浆、亚麻等,并且可以包括再加工纤维素纤维,例如人造丝或粘胶纤维。可以利用各种方法,例如粗梳来制备无纺布用天然纤维。举例来说,合成材料包括但不限于已知可用于形成纤维的合成热塑性聚合物,该合成热塑性聚合物包括但是不限于:聚烯烃,例如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚丁烯等;聚酰胺,例如聚酰胺6、聚酰胺6.6、聚酰胺10、聚酰胺12等;聚酯,例如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚乳酸等;聚碳酸酯;聚苯乙烯;热塑性弹性体;乙烯基聚合物;聚氨酯和混合物及其共聚物。
一般而言,纤维和细丝的主要区别在于它们的长度和生产方法。
细丝指的是单一元素,相对于它们的截面直径,其长度非常大,细丝被连续挤出以直接形成一条无纺布,无纺布接下来能够通过热连接或任何其他方法固结,从而能够获得理想性能和/或其运输性。优选地,细丝的长度大于120mm。
纤维被人们理解成通用术语,指代织物材料或织物材料元素,其长度小于细丝的长度,并且能够纺织和/或在生产无纺布时使用。两种纤维之间可以区别开:短纤维不连续地形成,长度小于70mm(优选25mm至60mm),长纤维不连续地形成,长度大于70mm(优选80mm至120mm)。
和挤出之后直接固结的细丝不同,在粗梳步骤中纤维集体对齐并排列成条带,对于本领域技术人员而言这是已知的。该条带接下来可以通过热连接或任何其他方法固结,从而能够获得理想性能和/或其运输性。根据本发明,可以有利地使用包括高伸长率纤维的带毛圈无纺布。
高伸长率纤维被理解为指代在断裂之前最大伸长率高于250%的纤维,即在静止状态下并且在拉伸之前可以拉伸至少2.5倍自身长度的纤维。
更具体地,高伸长率纤维在断裂之前展现出300%伸长率以上的最大伸长率,或者在断裂之前展现出300%和600%伸长率之间,更具体地,450%和500%伸长率之间的最大伸长率。
根据一种实施方式,带毛圈的无纺布包括高伸长率纤维,特别是包括至少50%的高伸长率纤维。
根据本发明,毛圈指的是包括两端的细丝和/或纤维,每端在支撑的各个点上或者支撑的相同点上与支撑连接。毛圈还可以由多个细丝或纤维形成,它们互相连接在一起,并且它们中的至少两个在一个点上或者分别在两个不同点上与支撑连接。毛圈在这里呈现出特定的不对称形式。
带毛圈的无纺布指的是形成毛圈的无纺布,该无纺布在连接到支撑上之后对于钩子是可用的。
在一个版本中,可以想到在将带毛圈的无纺布固定至支撑部件之前激活该无纺布。
优选地,至少一个支撑部件是无纺布,特别是SM(纺粘-熔喷),SMS(纺粘-熔喷-纺粘),或SMMS(纺粘-熔喷-熔喷-纺粘),SSMMS(纺粘-纺粘-熔喷-熔喷-纺粘)无纺布等。
根据本发明,“有弹性”被理解为指根据下面描述的测试,部件在其原始尺寸100%拉伸的情况下持久性或SET小于15%,优选小于10%,更优选小于5%。根据本发明,“无弹性”理解为指不落入上述弹性部件的定义范围的部件。同样,在到达其初始尺寸100%拉伸之前断裂的部件必须被视为是无弹性的。
举例来说,通过根据以下测试确定层压体的持久性,还可以测量层压体的弹性。
将样品放到ASTDM5170标准定义的正常环境中,温度为23℃±2℃,相对湿度为50%±5%。
使用的设备为根据EN10002标准的测力计,特别是Synergie 200,可从美国的MTS系统公司获得,配套使用的操作软件为TESTWORKS 4.12。
通过利用刀具或剪刀将弹性产品(例如,本发明的层压体)切割为沿着MD方向(机器的与图1所示平面垂直的方向)宽度为50mm,沿着CD方向(图1所示的横向或水平方向)长度为120mm的样品,从而制备样品。
参数选择如下:
钳口间距离:100mm
机器速度:508mm/分钟
循环次数:1
产品的伸长率:恒定速度时为100%
通过垂直移动上钳口下钳口固定将产品拉伸100%,接下来在该位置上保持30秒,随后以恒定速度将其返回其初始位置,然后在该初始位置将其保持60秒(循环结束),接下来再次拉伸,直到产品断裂。
接下来获得代表随百分比(%)伸长率变化的拉伸力的曲线,这提供了一种滞变(hysteresis),该滞变能够通过以下计算公式确定“SET”。
SET=L1-L0
其中:
L0:试验开始时,即循环开始的时候Xs的轴的交叉点(百分比伸长率)。
L1:在返回至零力并且等待60秒之后,第二次伸长开始时Xs的轴的交叉点(百分比伸长率)。

Claims (8)

1.一种层压体(1),该层压体包括:非弹性的至少一个支撑部件(2),例如无纺布,特别是SMS;以及具有毛圈的至少一个无纺布(3),特别是粗梳无纺布,所述具有毛圈的至少一个无纺布(3)固定到所述至少一个支撑部件(2),所述层压体能够通过包括下述步骤的方法获得:其中将具有毛圈的无纺布条带和形成支撑部件的条带铺开,以送入上辊和下辊之间形成的间隙中,从而将两个部件相互固定,所述上辊的与具有毛圈的无纺布接触的表面在所述间隙处具有沿所述层压体的展开方向、或沿机器的方向或MD方向定向的第一速度,所述下辊的与所述支撑部件接触的表面在所述间隙处具有同样沿所述层压体的展开方向、或沿机器的方向或MD方向定向的第二速度,所述第一速度和第二速度调节为使得所述第一速度大于所述第二速度,其特征在于,代表沿给定轴拉伸所述层压体所需的力根据伸长率变化的曲线包括区段,在该区段中,从零伸长率值开始,所述力从零增大为最大力,该最大力特别对应于所述层压体的断裂,并且所述曲线在所述区段上包括拐点(Pi),其中所述给定轴例如为所述层压体的MD轴或CD轴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的层压体,其特征在于,所述拐点(Pi)大于4%,特别是在7%和30%之间,更优选是在7%和20%之间。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的层压体,其特征在于,所述至少一个支撑部件(2)是无纺布,特别是SM(纺粘-熔喷)、SMS(纺粘-熔喷-纺粘)、或SMMS(纺粘-熔喷-熔喷-纺粘)、SSMMS(纺粘-纺粘-熔喷-熔喷-纺粘)。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的层压体,其特征在于,具有毛圈的所述无纺布(3)是粗梳无纺布,其特别通过压延而固结。
5.根据权利要求4所述的层压体,其特征在于,所述粗梳无纺布(3)包括具有高伸长率的纤维。
6.根据前述权利要求中任意一项所述的层压体,其特征在于,具有毛圈的部件依次包括连接区域和形成毛圈的区域,所述形成毛圈的区域在形式上不对称。
7.根据权利要求6所述的层压体,其特征在于,所述形成毛圈的区域的顶部,或在为平的顶部的情况下其顶部的中间S,相对于中心点P0偏移,特别是沿MD方向偏移,所述中心点P0和两个连续的连接区域是等距的,形成毛圈的区域在两个连续的连接区域之间延伸。
8.根据权利要求1所述的层压体,其特征在于,具有毛圈的至少一个无纺布通过压延固定到所述至少一个支撑部件。
