背景

发明概述

定义

“非织造布”是指由纤维或长丝通过除针织或纺织以外的方法成形的纤网,它包含某些或全部纤维或长丝之间的粘合;此种粘合可通过例如热、粘合剂或诸如缠结之类的机械手段形成。

抓样拉伸试验:抓样拉伸试验是布料受单向应力时断裂强度和伸长或应变的度量。该试验是本领域是熟知的,并根据联邦试验方法标准191A的方法5100的规定进行。结果以断裂前的磅数或克数及断裂前伸长百分数表示。数值越高,表明布料越结实,可拉长性越好。术语“载荷”是指,在拉伸试验中,将样品拉断或拉破所需要的最大载荷或力,以重量单位表示。术语“总能量”是指在载荷-伸长曲线下方的总能量,以重量-长度单位表示。术语“伸长”是指拉伸试验期间样品在长度上的增加。抓样拉伸试验采用2个夹子,每个具有2个爪,每个爪具有与样品接触的面。夹子将材料保持在同一平面内,一般在竖直平面内,并彼此相距3英寸(76mm),然后以规定的拉伸速度分开。抓样拉伸强度及抓样伸长的数值是采用4英寸(102mm)×6英寸(152mm)尺寸的样品获得的,其中夹爪面对的大小为1英寸(25mm)×1英寸,并采用300mm/min的恒定拉伸速度。样品比夹爪宽,因此所获得的结果代表夹持宽度内纤维的有效强度与布料中那些邻近纤维所贡献的附加强度之和。样品被夹紧在例如Sintech 2试验机上,由Sintech公司(1001 Sheldon Dr.,CaryNC 27513)供应;Instron TM型,由Instron公司(2500华盛顿街,Canton,MA 02021)供应;或者Thwing-Albert型号INTELLECT II,由Thwing-Albert仪器公司(10960 Dutton Rd.,费城,PA 19154)供应。这一试验逼真地模拟布料在实际使用中的应力状态。给出的结果为3个试样测定结果的平均值,可沿样品的横向(CD)或者纵向(MD)进行。

剥离试验:在剥离或脱层试验中,测定需要多大的拉力才能该层合物的各层彼此拉离。剥离强度的数值是采用规定宽度的布料、夹爪宽度及恒定拉伸速度获得的。以具有薄膜侧的样品为例,在样品的薄膜侧上覆盖蒙版粘带或某种其他合适的材料,以防止在试验期间薄膜被剥离。鉴于蒙版粘带仅存在于层合物的一侧,因此不会对样品的剥离强度作出贡献。该试验采用2个夹子,每个有2个爪,每个爪有1个面接触样品,以便将材料保持在同一平面内,一般在竖直平面内,2个夹子在开始时相距2英寸。样品尺寸为4英寸宽×为拉离足够的样品长度所需要的长度。夹爪面朝的大小为1英寸高×至少4英寸宽,恒定拉伸速度为300mm/min。先用手将样品剥开足够的长度以便将其夹牢在正确的位置,然后夹子以规定的拉伸速度分开,从而将层合物拉离。样品沿180°受拉,并顺着2层之间被拉开,剥离强度是3次试验的平均峰值载荷,以克为单位。当层合物被拉开16mm长时开始测定力,然后继续拉,直至总共脱开170mm。该试验可采用例如Sintech 2试验机,由Sintech公司(1001Sheldon Dr.,Cary NC 27513)供应;Instron TM型,由Instron公司(2500华盛顿街,Canton,MA 02021)供应;或者Thwing-Albert型号INTELLECT II,由Thwing-Albert仪器公司(10960 Dutton Rd.,费城,PA 19154)供应。试验可沿样品的横向(CD)或者纵向(MD)进行。
Martindale磨耗试验:该试验测定布料的相对耐磨性。试验结果按1~5等表示,其中在经过在1.3磅每平方英寸的重量下120次的磨耗之后,等级5耐磨最差,1最好。试验是在Martindale磨耗试验机上进行的,例如型号103或型号403,由James H.Heal&Company公司(西约克郡,英国)供应。使用的磨料是36英寸×4英寸×0.05厚玻璃纤维增强硅橡胶轮,其橡胶表面硬度为,81A Durometer,肖氏A81±9。该磨料可由Flight Insulation公司购得,这是一家康涅迪格硬橡胶批发商(925工业园区,NE,Marietta,GA30065)。
基重:本文所描述的各种材料的基重是根据联邦试验方法191A/5041测定的。试验材料的样品尺寸为15.24×15.24cm,由每种材料得到3个数值,然后取平均。下面给出的数值系平均值。
钩结剥离(Hook peel):该180°钩结剥离强度试验旨在测定钩与圈部分的咬合有多牢固,它涉及将钩-圈固定系统的钩材料搭到圈材料上,然后沿180°角度将钩材料从圈材料上剥离。给出的最大载荷,以克为单位,是使这2种材料脱开或剥离所需要的3次最大峰值载荷数值的平均值。为实施该试验,需要具有5000g全量程载荷的连续拉伸速度拉伸试验机,例如Sintech System 2电脑一体化试验系统,可由Sintech公司购得,其办公室设在Research Triangle Park,N.C.。采用3英寸(7.6cm)×6英寸(15.2cm)的圈材料样品。2.5英寸(6.3cm)宽的钩材料样品,其已被利用粘合剂并以超声波固定到了基本非弹性非织造布材料上,以钩侧朝下从上方放下并在其上表面施压,以便与圈材料样品搭接约1英寸。为保证钩材料与圈材料之间充分和均匀的咬合,用压榨机(wringer),型号LW1,零件号14-9969,由Atlas Electric Devices公司(芝加哥,IL)供应,对合起来的钩-圈材料做1个周期的压合,其中1个周期等于在40磅重量条件下穿过压榨机1次。将承托钩材料的指状襻(fingertab)材料的一端夹牢在拉伸试验机的上夹爪中,同时将面朝该上夹爪的圈材料的一端向下弯折并固定在拉伸试验机的下夹爪中。各个材料在拉伸试验机夹爪中的定位应调节到,使存在于各个材料的松弛达到最小,且拉伸试验机启动之前夹持长度为3英寸(7.6cm)。钩材料的钩元件沿着大致垂直于拉伸试验机夹爪的预期运动方向取向。以500mm/min的恒定分离速度启动拉伸试验机,然后记录使钩材料从圈材料上沿180°角度脱开或剥离的峰值载荷,以克表示,取3次最高峰值的平均值。
钩结剪切:该动态剪切强度试验涉及,使钩-圈固定系统的钩材料咬合到圈材料上,然后沿着圈材料表面的整个幅宽来拉钩材料。测定将钩材料从圈材料中拉脱所需要的最大载荷,并以克为单位记录。为进行该试验,需要具有5000g全量程载荷的恒定拉伸速度拉伸试验机,例如Sintech System 2电脑一体化试验系统。3英寸×6英寸的圈材料样品,借助蒙版粘带被固定在全平的支持平面上,然后沿较短方向切成2半。2.5英寸×0.75英寸的钩材料样品,预先已利用粘合剂并以超声波固定到了基本非弹性非织造布材料上,沿上述较短方向对中地、自切口边缘进去2英寸定位,并压合在圈材料样品的上表面上。为保证钩材料与圈材料之间充分和均匀的咬合,用压榨机,型号LW1,零件号14-9969,由Atlas Electric Devices公司(芝加哥,IL)供应,对合起来的钩-圈材料做1个周期的压合,其中1个周期等于在总共40磅重量条件下沿MD(较长方向)穿过压榨机1次。将承托钩材料的非织造布材料的一端夹牢在拉伸试验机的上夹爪中,同时将面朝下夹爪的圈材料的一端夹牢在拉伸试验机的下夹爪中。各个材料在拉伸试验机夹爪中的定位应调节到,使拉伸试验机启动之前存在于各个材料的松弛达到最小。钩材料的钩元件沿着大致垂直于拉伸试验机夹爪的预期运动方向取向。以夹持长度3英寸、直角压出速度250mm/min启动拉伸试验机,然后记录使钩材料从圈材料上脱离所需要的峰值载荷并取3个试样的最高峰值的平均值,以克为单位。

实施方案详述
本发明将参考附图及展示某些实施方案的例子来描述。本领域技术人员十分清楚,这些实施方案不代表本发明的全部范围,本发明如后附权利要求所涵盖,可应用于各种变化和等价的形式。权利要求的范围应延伸到包括所有此类变换及等价方案。
看图1,所说明的方法从填充薄膜10开始,它从卷材12上退绕并进行预热,例如通过与加热旋转鼓14,16接触。薄膜10被加热到的温度将取决于薄膜的组成及复合材料透气性及其他要求的最终性能。例如,就圈固定件而言,回缩量将影响圈的大小。在大多数情况下,薄膜将被加热到不高于其熔点以下10℃的温度。加热薄膜的目的是使其允许迅速拉伸而不造成薄膜缺陷。加热的薄膜在纵向取向机段18中沿纵向进行取向,该段包括旋转辊筒20、22以及与之相关的加压辊。辊筒22比辊筒20转得快,结果使薄膜沿移动方向(“纵向”或“MD”)受到拉伸。拉伸量将取决于该圈固定件所要求的最终性能,然而一般地,薄膜将被拉伸到其原长的至少约300%,但小于可能造成薄膜缺陷的程度。例如,就大多数采用聚烯烃为主的薄膜的用途而言,拉伸将至少是原薄膜长度的至少200%,通常在约250%~500%。拉伸的薄膜24由支持辊筒26,28承载着通过任选的粘合站27,在此,如果希望的话,涂布器30施涂无定形聚合物,例如聚烯烃树脂32。正如在下面将要详细解释的,无定形聚合物的施涂,在某些它仅作为一种薄膜成分层的本发明实施方案中是不需要的,因此,在这些情况下,该站便可以省略,并让层合物在辊隙35处进行热粘合。预粘合非织造布的面层34从卷材36上退绕并在加压辊38前面与拉伸的薄膜24合并。经过辊隙35后,让这2个层松弛,此间可加热或不加热,然后层合物以降低的速度,例如以穿过辊隙速度的80%~90%,绕着旋转辊筒40通过,辊筒40的驱动速度使得薄膜24得以回缩,从而造成面层34的起皱。越过辊筒40之后,合并层通过与加热辊筒42相接触实现退火,42的传动速度与辊筒40相近,以避免显著的附加拉伸。退火温度应视圈固定件材料所要求的最终性能及各层的组成而变化,但可介于例如拉伸期间所使用的温度上下15℃的范围内。退火之后,合并层可通过与来自空气刀43的空气或与骤冷辊相接触而得到冷却,或者希望的话,直接收集成为卷材44或被导向转化生产线以便结合到个人护理制品中。虽然没有画出,但希望的话可采用压花步骤,以便赋予层合物赏心悦目的花纹,例如通过令其以本领域技术人员已知的方式穿过压花辊之间来实现。
本领域技术人员十分清楚,上述方法适用于采用多种多样的薄膜和面层生产出性能迥异的透气、阻隔、圈固定件材料。然而,为了使本发明的圈固定件材料有效地工作,这些成分的选择最好考虑多种因素。例如,低基重的薄膜必须足够结实以便经受住为提供要求的韧性及柔软所需要的各种加工步骤,同时又维持低成本。另外,该薄膜还必须能够有效地粘合到面层上并保持阻隔性及湿蒸汽透过速率。就许多用途而言,希望拉伸后的薄膜还为复合材料提供不透明性。
符合这些要求的薄膜包括诸如聚乙烯、聚丙烯之类的聚合物,包括聚烯烃的共混物以及诸如乙烯与丙烯的共聚物之类共聚物,其基重,例如一般在约10~约50gsm的范围,而作为圈部分使用有利的是,在约15gsm~约30gsm范围。具体的例子包括线形低密度聚乙烯,如Dowlex2535、3347及3310、Affinity5200,可由道化学公司(Midland,密执安)购得。薄膜组合物较好包含高达约40wt%诸如碳酸钙之类的填料,特别是约45~约65wt%此种填料。实例包括Supercoat碳酸钙,由English China Clay公司(Sylacauga,Alabama)供应,该填料包含约1.5wt%硬脂酸或二十二烷酸的涂层以提高填料的分散性。特别有利的薄膜例子包括在1或2面上具有无定形聚合物的薄外层的复合挤出薄膜,该外层聚合物例如是富含丙烯的聚α-烯烃三元共聚物或者能够在不需要施加单独粘合层的情况下粘合到面层上的共聚物。例子是Catalloy聚合物,由Montell(美国)公司(Wilmington,Delaware)供应,它是一种烯烃多步骤反应器产物,其中无定形乙烯-丙烯无规共聚物以分子形式分散在基本半结晶的高丙烯单体/低乙烯单体连续基质中,此种体系的例子描述在授予Ogale的美国专利5,300,365中。另外,无定形聚合物层还可包含热熔粘合剂或其他无定形聚α-烯烃树脂,希望其熔体粘度为100,000mPa.s或更高,其用量例如最高约聚合物部分的约50wt%,只要上述透气阻隔性得以维持即可。市售的无定形聚α-烯烃,例如热熔粘合剂中所使用的那种,也适合用于本发明,包括但不限于,REXTAC乙烯-丙烯APAO E-4及E-5,以及丁烯-丙烯BM-4及BH-5,还有REXTAC2301,均由Rexene公司(Odessa,TX)供应,以及VESTOPLAST792,由Huls AG(Marl,德国)供应。这些无定形聚烯烃通常是在齐格勒-纳塔型载体催化剂及烷基铝助催化剂作用下合成的,且诸如丙烯的该烯烃还可与不同用量的乙烯、1-丁烯、1-己烯或其他材料进行共聚,以生成基本为无规立构的烃链。还可使用某些弹性体聚丙烯,例如描述在授予Yang等人的美国专利5,539,096及授予Resconi等人的美国专利5,596,092中,全部内容均并入本文作为参考;还有聚乙烯如AFFINITY、EG 8200,由道化学公司(Midland,密执安)供应;以及EXACT4049、4011及4041,由埃克森(休斯敦,TX)供应;以及包含1种或多种增粘剂的共混物及KRATON,由壳牌化学公司(休斯敦,得克萨斯)供应。仅在一面上具有粘合层的复合材料可具有湿蒸汽透过速率较高的优点,如果希望的话。此种薄膜更详细地描述在共同转让的同一日期以McCormack和Haffner的名义共同提交的美国专利申请系列号08/929,562(法律文件号13257)中,题为“透气性填充薄膜层合物”(快递邮件号RB 879 662 575 US),其全部内容并入本文作为参考。其他薄膜层,本领域技术人员透过本文所提供的实施例的精神不难想见。
预粘合面层应选择与薄膜或粘合层相容的那些而且应具有充分满足预期用途要求的性能,如基重、蓬松和强度。主要基于经济的考虑,优选非织造纤网,特别是基重通常在例如约10gsm~约50gsm,最常见在约15gsm~约25gsm的纺粘非织造布。面层的组成应选择得与薄膜层相容,同时又提供圈固定件部分所要求的性能。通常有用的是例如聚烯烃之类的合成聚合物,如聚丙烯、聚乙烯、包括丙烯与乙烯的共混物及共聚物。此种非织造布在上面以及本文所援引的参考文献中已做了描述,其制造方法乃是本领域技术人员已知的。具体的例子包括ACCORD纺粘非织造布,由Kimberly-Clark公司(Dallas,得克萨斯)供应。面层的粘合花纹,上面已提到,应在粘合点之间提供毛圈,以便为互补的钩子提供固定区域。有用的例子包括扩展的RHT花纹,正如授予Vogt的美国Design Patent 239,566中所述;EHP花纹;Delta Dot花纹,它包含约102针/平方英寸由偏心圆形粘合点组成的排,可提供9%~20%的粘合面积;以及前面提到的Ramish花纹。一种纺粘面层纤网使用的有利粘合花纹是“S”织纹,正如共同转让的同一日期以McCormack、Fuqua和Smith的名义提交的美国专利申请系列号08/929,808(法律文件号13,324)中所述,题为“生产强度和耐磨改善的布料的非织造布粘合花纹”(快递邮件号EM 331 625 424 US)中所描述的,其全部内容并入本文作为参考。在所有情况下,粘合面积百分数将小于约30%,粘合密度约50~约200/平方英寸。另外,作为圈固定件部分来使用,面层较好具有,按上述测定方法,至少约3000g纵向拉伸强度,以及至少约1500g横向强度,且有利的是,其按上述方法测定的Martindale耐磨性,至少约3。
当使用时,单独加上去的无定形聚合物粘合层应与面层和薄膜层二者相容,并在不妨碍湿蒸汽透过的条件下在二者之间提供粘合。有利的是,粘合层采用熔体喷射施涂,例如喷涂无定形聚烯烃,如REXTAC2730或2330,由Huntsman公司(盐湖城,犹他)供应。当以低基重施涂,例如小于10gsm,优选小于5gsm时,熔喷层是透气的而且成本效益好的。其他的例子包括Huls Vestoplast703、704和508,由Huls公司(Marl,德国)提供;以及National Starch NS 5610,由National Starch化学公司(Bridgewater,新泽西);以及上面所描述的弹性体组合物。
无论施加或不施加单独的粘合层,按前面所述层合物剥离试验测定的面层与薄膜层之间的粘合强度,希望超过按上面所述钩结剥离试验测定的钩面层(hook facing)与互补钩之间的剥离强度,以便防止不希望的脱层。有利的是,二者之间的差值至少约100g。另外,就许多用途而言,特别是诸如尿布之类个人护理制品的背衬,按上面所描述的静水压头试验测定的复合材料的静水压头,应至少约50mbar水柱,有利的是至少约90mbar。尤其是当用作用即弃个人护理制品的背衬时,复合材料的湿蒸汽透过速率应至少约100g/m2/24h,有利的是至少约800g/m2/24h。对于这些用途,按上面所描述的钩剪切试验测定的钩结剥离强度希望超过100g,而钩结剪切强度希望超过1500g。
看图2,其中表示出本发明圈固定件部分实施例的横断面。在纺粘面层114中各个粘合区域112之间形成了圈110,而面层粘合在包含外部粘合层118及基础层120的复合挤出薄膜116上,粘合发生在与粘合-层合区域112重合的每一个预粘合点上。如图所示,圈区域110由未粘合单丝或纤维组成,可用于与互补钩元件124的钩元件122彼此纠缠。如图所示,为清楚起见,钩与圈层被部分地分开了。
看图3,其中表示出用即弃个人护理尿布制品用背衬材料形式的本发明圈固定件部分的实例。尿布210包括衬里212、吸收剂214及背衬216。众所周知,衬里212允许尿液透过并由吸收剂214吸收,而背衬216(为清楚起见,以局部剖视表示出层118和120(图2))对尿液为不透的,从而有助于避免泄漏。在这种情况下,整个背衬均由本发明圈固定件材料构成,正如说到图2时所述,在其外面分布着非织造布圈。这就提供了一种与钩固定件元件结合时基本上无限度的调节。在使用中,可将钩元件218拉紧以便恰好合身,然后固定在背衬216的任何部位。而且,倘若希望调节贴身松紧,可简单地将钩元件218剥开,并在背衬216的任何地方重新定位。在有利的实施方案中,背衬为湿蒸汽可透的,以便提高舒适和干爽程度。
图4和5给出可用于本发明复合材料预粘合非织造布部分的代表性预粘合花纹。图4表示出一种前面所描述的“S-织纹”,具有预粘合区域400;图5表示出前面所描述的“扩展Hansen-Pennings”,具有粘合区域500。
图6和7是本发明的复合材料的边缘视图照片,其中分别表示出在经过钩结剥离试验之后的“S-织纹”预粘合花纹(图7)及EHP预粘合花纹(图6)。如图所示,该EHP对比材料,如上面所讨论的,虽然从钩结剥离角度看具有良好的表现,但是与本发明的“S-织纹”复合材料相比,非织造布单丝拉出的现象较为严重。2幅照片都是以约20倍的放大倍数摄取的,且摄影时样品被沿直线边缘翻折过来以暴露出松脱的单丝。
实施例
在下面的实施例中,一律采用如图1所示的程序来成形圈固定件部分,除非另行指明。
实例1
在本实例中,面料是由丙烯与3.5%乙烯的共聚物(联合碳化物6D43,由联合碳化物公司(Danbury,康涅迪格)供应)的2.0旦单丝纺粘布,基重为约0.7osy(约24gsm),经过了以扩展Hansen Pennings花纹的粘合(粘合密度100针/平方英寸,实际测定的粘合面积16.8%)。所使用的薄膜为由45wt%LLDPE(DowlexNG 3347A,密度0.917g/cc,190℃的熔融指数2.3g/10min,由道化学(Midland,MI)供应)、50%SupercoatTM,即,一种研磨硬脂酸涂布碳酸钙(由English ChinaClay供应)以及5%LDPE(Dow 6401 0.922g/cc,190℃的熔融指数2.0g/10min,由道化学供应)吹塑成形的单层薄膜,初始厚度1.5密耳。有关该薄膜的细节描述在同一受让人、以Haffner等人的名义于1996-12-27提交的美国系列号773,826中,其全部内容并入本文作为参考。无定形聚烯烃(Rextac 2715,由Huntsman公司(盐湖城,犹他)供应)熔喷粘合层,以约3.5gsm基重在177℃的熔融温度、间隔距离约10cm的条件下,被施涂到纺粘表面上。层合之前,该薄膜在纵向取向机上在71℃的温度经过4倍的拉伸从而转化为微孔的。该薄膜当在光滑橡胶(肖氏A40)辊筒与光滑钢辊筒之间的辊隙中在15PLI下层合时,维持在张紧状态。层合之后,让复合材料松弛,这是通过令其在116℃的温度退火,同时令其回缩10%(退火辊速度:100fpm;卷取辊:90fpm),然后令其在15℃的空气流中冷却实现的。所获得的层合物的基重为49gsm;其自由静水压头,220mbar;水蒸气透过速率(WVTR),1326g/m2/24h。当采用Velcro 858钩固定件部分(Velcro International(曼彻斯特,NH))供应)与互补钩元件一起试验时,获得下列按10次试验结果的平均值:钩结剥离强度,402g;钩结剪切强度,2919g。
实例2

实例3
在本实例中,所使用的薄膜为流延复合挤出的“AB”薄膜,它具有:由45wt%LLDPE(DowlexNG 3310,密度0.918g/cc,190℃的熔融指数3.5g/10min,由道化学供应)、50%SupercoatTM,即,一种研磨硬脂酸涂布碳酸钙(由English China Clay供应)以及5%LDPE(Dow 4012,密度0.916g/cc,190℃的熔融指数12.0g/10min,由道化学供应)构成的基础层;以及在一面上的粘合层,该粘合层为60%SupercoatTM碳酸钙、20%无定形富含丙烯的聚α-烯烃(“APAO”),(Huls Vestoplast,密度0.865g/cc,190℃的熔体粘度125,000mPa,按DIN 53 019测定,由Huls(美国)公司(Somerset,NJ)供应)及20%弹性体聚烯烃(DowAffinityEG8200几何受阻催化的、密度0.87g/cc,190℃的熔融指数5.0g/10min,由道化学公司供应)。所述基础层占90wt%,粘合层占10wt%。该薄膜的拉伸包括:50℃预热步骤、60℃纵向单区3.8倍拉伸以及93℃退火。复合挤出薄膜的总基重为58gsm(约1.5密耳)。该复合挤出薄膜以204ft/min(62m/min)--不需要像实例2那样在面层上的单独熔喷粘合层--采用15PLI、肖氏A40橡胶/光滑钢辊辊隙,在93℃成功地实现了粘合。让复合材料松弛10%(辊隙速度:204ft/min;卷取辊速度:180ft/min)。获得的层合物具有,基重44gsm,静水压头60mbar,M/TR 423g/m2/24h。当采用实例2的Velcro 51-1003互补钩元件试验时,获得下列按10次试验结果的平均值:钩结剥离强度,238g;钩结剪切强度,3141g。
作为对比,采用上面实例中所使用的相同钩部分,对传统非织造布/薄膜层合物尿布背衬样品进行了试验。获得的结果如下:Kimberly-Clark公司的HuggiesUltratrimTM 1996市售品非织造布-薄膜层合物外包覆层(聚丙烯2.5旦纺粘并以纱窗花纹粘合:302针/平方英寸,18%粘合面积),当以Velcro钩858试验时,获得下列10次测试的平均值:钩结剥离强度,29g;钩结剪切强度,171g。而采用Velcro 51-1003钩时,10次测试的平均钩结剥离强度为71g,钩结剪切强度为589g。消费者使用试验表明,作为好动、学步儿童的主要固定件,要求钩结剥离至少约100g;钩结剪切至少约1500g。
本领域技术人员将体会到,本发明尚可在以上描述的范围内作出许多变化和修改及等价物。本发明人的意图在于,所有此种变化、修改及等价物均应包括在所附权利要求中。就此而论,等价物包括功能以及结构和组成的等价物。例如,钉子与螺钉是功能固定件等价物,尽管它们可能具有不同的结构。
Claims (24)
1.一种透气、阻液复合材料,它包含:
具有间隔分布粘合点花纹的预粘合非织造布,其中在所述粘合点之间存在未粘合纤维或单丝,
在对应于所述间隔分布粘合点花纹的位置粘合到所述非织造布上并且此外基本不粘合到所述非织造布上的薄膜,
其中所述复合材料的湿蒸汽透过速率至少约100g/m2/24h,静水压头数值至少约50mbar水柱。
2.权利要求1的复合材料,其中所述间隔分布的粘合点占所述预粘合非织造布表面面积的约5%~约30%,且粘合频率在约50~约200每平方英寸的范围。
3.权利要求2的复合材料,其中所述薄膜与非织造布之间的粘合点包含无定形聚合物。
4.权利要求3的复合材料,其中所述薄膜包含多层,且所述无定形聚合物包含与所述非织造布相接触的所述层之一。
5.权利要求3的复合材料,其中所述无定形聚合物包括,在所述薄膜接触所述非织造布之前单独施加到所述薄膜上去的层。
6.权利要求2的复合材料,其中所述间隔分布粘合点之间的所述纤维或单丝是圈状的,从而构成与互补的钩固定件部分互相咬合的区域。
7.权利要求6的复合材料作为钩-圈固定系统的圈部分的应用,其中所述钩结剥离强度在约100g~约800g的范围。
8.权利要求7的复合材料,其中所述钩结剪切强度在约1000g~约6000g的范围。
9.包含权利要求1的复合材料的个人护理制品。
10.包含权利要求8的复合材料的个人护理制品。
11.权利要求10的个人护理制品,其中所述复合材料包含一种背衬材料,它提供在所述背衬的基本上任何部位固定的可能。
12.权利要求11的个人护理制品,它选自尿布、训练裤、失禁穿戴用品及妇女护理制品。
13.一种制造透气、阻液复合材料的方法,包括下列步骤:
a)提供预粘合非织造布,它具有由间隔分布粘合点组成的花纹,其中所述粘合点之间是未粘合纤维或单丝,
b)提供透气性薄膜,
c)在所述非织造布与所述薄膜之间提供无定形聚合物层,以及
d)将所述非织造布、无定形聚合物层及薄膜结合在一起,实施结合的条件满足,使所述非织造布与所述薄膜基本上仅在所述间隔分布粘合部位彼此粘合。
14.权利要求13的方法,其中所述薄膜在粘合到所述非织造布上之后进行拉伸和回缩,从而使所述间隔分布粘合区域之间的纤维或单丝形成圈,于是提供用于互补钩部分附着的区域。
15.一种包括钩与圈部分的机械固定件,其中圈部分包含权利要求1的复合材料。
16.一种包括钩与圈部分的机械固定件,其中圈部分包含权利要求3的复合材料。
17.权利要求8的复合材料,其中间隔分布的粘合点占所述预粘合非织造布表面面积的约10%~约25%。
18.权利要求17的复合材料,其中所述粘合频率在约75~约125每平方英寸。
19.权利要求18的复合材料,其Martindale耐磨度至少约3。
20.权利要求19的复合材料,其湿蒸汽透过速率至少约800g/m2/24h。
21.一种包含薄膜层及非织造布层的层合物,其中所述非织造布层包含由粘合区域组成的花纹,且所述薄膜在所述粘合区域与所述非织造布具有较高的固定牢度,这样就提供了至少约50mbar水柱的层合物静水压头和至少约100g/m2/24h的湿蒸汽透过速率。
