Abstract

本发明的创新点是把PH为中性的纤维素纤维及其下游产品,改性成为酸性纤维。所述纤维素纤维包括天然纤维,如:麻纤维、棉纤维、草纤维(龙须草或乌拉草等)及它们的制成品,也包括人工制作的粘胶纤维、聚乳酸纤维等。所述含纤维素纤维的结构特征是其中含有羟基,这给对其进行改性提供了可能。本发明属于功能纤维制造领域,具体说是使用含羟基的酸对含羟基的天然纤维及人工生产的纤维素纤维进行改性,使其由PH为中性或碱性的纤维材料及其制品变性为酸性纤维及其制品。这项专利技术的好处是酸性纤维的抗菌除臭性更好,如老年人体产生的酮体味(也叫老年性体臭)会氧化成氨味,具有碱性特质,这种气味一旦和本发明专利所述工艺改性的酸性纤维相遇,即可瞬间分解,达到除臭的目的,而酸性纤维具有极强抗菌性,对于促进人体健康十分有效。

一种除臭纤维及其制造方法
技术领域(0001):本发明属于功能纤维制造领域,具体地说是使用含羟基的酸性化合物对含羟基且呈中性或碱性的天然纤维或纤维素纤维及其制品进行改性,使之成为酸性纤维的改性技术。
背景技术(0002):天然纤维或纤维素纤维均是PH为中性或碱性的纤维,只有将它们改性成酸性纤维才具有瞬间除臭的功能,而只有使用含羟基的酸性物质才能实现这一改性工艺,使含羟基的纤维更具特殊用途。本发明之所以强调使用含羟基的酸性化合物实施改性工艺,是因为不含羟基的酸性化合物品种繁多,而它们并不具有对含羟基的纤维进行改性的特点,根据相似相融的原理,采用含羟基的酸性化合物,对含羟基的纤维及其制品进行改性,从结构上解决了天然纤维或人造纤维从中性或碱性向酸性纤维转化的障碍,弥补了不含羟基的酸及其制品不耐水洗且时效退化的耐久性问题,给这个新型纤维品种提供了很大的使用空间,且社会和经济效益显著。
发明内容(0003):适用本发明所公开的纤维改性工艺中使用的天然纤维具有含羟基结构的特点,所述天然纤维包括:麻纤维、棉纤维、草纤维等,也包括含羟基的人造粘胶纤维和聚乳酸纤维等。
如权利要求1所述,实行这一改性的主要材料是含羟基的酸性化合物,如衣康酸、柠檬酸、草酸、酒石酸等,以及这些酸在生产过程终结时所产生的残余液体,它们之间可使用单一的一种或两种以上复配使用均可。
本发明工艺实施的改性温度为常温至125℃。
如权利要求1、2、3所述,改性工艺的酸性化合物的百分比浓度为1-10%,PH值为1到5之间。
如权利要求1、2、3、4所述的改性工艺实施中加入亲水溶剂或渗透剂、柔软剂是有益的。
在实施工艺中加入少量的非含羟基的酸或含糖物质是有益的。
如权利要求1、2、3、4、5、6所述,用于本发明工艺实施的纤维改性中要求使用的水质最好是导电率小于15的纯水等。参与改性的纤维与参与改性酸性液体的质量比控制在0.5∶1到7∶1均可。
具体实施例:
配置固含量为4%、PH值为2的衣康酸纯水溶液200克,取棉纤维200克,浸入其中。常温条件下浸泡一小时,再缓慢升温至55℃并保温两小时,再缓慢升温至90℃,保温四小时,取出脱水并烘干,既得PH值为4的酸性棉纤维。
取衣康酸含量为18%的衣康酸生产残液50公斤,加纯水150公斤,配置混合溶液。加入少许乙酸,调PH值为1.8的反应液。取经脱胶处理的麻纤维100公斤,浸入其中,以不大于2℃/分钟的升温速度升温至95℃,保温五小时后脱水并烘干,既得PH值为5的酸性麻纤维。
配置衣康酸含量3.5%、柠檬酸含量1.5%的混合溶液100公斤,加入300克纺织用匀染剂,加入粘胶纤维50公斤,缓慢升温至88℃,保温六小时后脱水烘干,既得PH值为3.9的酸性粘胶纤维产品。
配置衣康酸含量为3%、酒石酸含量为1%的混合纯水溶液200公斤,加入500克环保溶剂二甲基乙酰胺,混合均匀后浸入龙须草纤维200公斤,加热至110℃,保温七小时后脱水烘干,既得PH值为5.1的酸性龙须草纤维。

Claims (7)

1.适用本发明所公开的纤维改性工艺中使用的天然纤维具有含羟基结构的特点,所述天然纤维包括:麻纤维、棉纤维、草纤维等,也包括含羟基的人造粘胶纤维和聚乳酸纤维等。
2.如权利要求1所述,实行这一改性的主要材料是含羟基的酸性物质,如衣康酸、柠檬酸、草酸、酒石酸等,以及这些酸在生产过程终结时所产生的含酶的尾液体,它们之间可使用单一的一种或两种以上复配使用均可。
3.本发明工艺实施的改性温度为常温至125℃。
4.如权利要求1、2、3所述,改性工艺的酸性化合物的百分比浓度为1-10%,PH值为1到5之间。
5.如权利要求1、2、3、4所述的改性工艺实施中加入亲水溶剂或渗透剂、柔软剂是有益的。
6.在实施工艺中加入少量的非含羟基的酸或含糖物质是有益的。
7.如权利要求1、2、3、4、5、6所述,用于本发明工艺实施的纤维改性中要求使用的水质最好是导电率小于15的纯水等。参与改性的纤维与参与改性酸性液体的质量比控制在0.5∶1到1∶10均可。
