Description

Mixed pellet feed for all-day fast-growing sheep and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of livestock breeding, in particular to a full-day mixed pellet feed for fast-growing sheep and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The mutton is fresh and tender and has high nutritive value, so the mutton is one of the favorite meats of people all the time, the cultivation of the sheep is also an important animal for the livestock breeding in China, the traditional sheep cultivation generally adopts forage for cultivation, and the forage for cultivation has the problem of single nutritive value, and is not beneficial to promoting the rapid growth and development of the sheep.
At present, the technologies related to sheep raising in the stock and animal husbandry are mainly used for improving meat quality of mutton sheep or fattening and increasing weight of the mutton sheep, various high-protein agricultural and sideline crop straws are mainly adopted for development and application of sheep feed, nutrition intake in the sheep raising process is guaranteed through fermentation, however, with the industrial development and large-scale breeding of the animal husbandry, generally, a combined mode of feeding artificial feed and pasture is adopted for feeding sheep in the sheep raising process to guarantee full nutrition of sheep growth, but feeding of two kinds of feed wastes time and energy, and management of the sheep is inconvenient.
The application number is CN201711179015.9 discloses "a sheep fodder and its preparation method" is exactly the fodder that adopts multiple high protein plant composition such as maize, bean pulp, multiple crude fiber composition such as rice bran, wheat bran and straw and all kinds of natural plant forage composition to mix the preparation, reach the nutrition equilibrium that the sheep fed the fodder, nevertheless all adopt kibbling mode to handle to crude fiber's raw materials in the time fodder course of working, make the fodder that the later stage was made easily digest in the stomach, but not conform to the characteristic of sheep stomach, can't reach the effect of ruminating, can only absorb a part nutrient composition after the sheep eats, and remaining more nutrition will directly discharge in vitro, very big promotion sheep's breed cost.
And after the sheep are generally bred and processed with the granulated feed in a large amount, the feed is fine in processing, low in water content and unbalanced in calcium and phosphorus content, so that the sheep easily produce urinary calculus, the growth and development of the sheep are seriously influenced, and certain trouble is brought to the actual breeding of the sheep.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the mixed pellet feed for the fast-growing sheep all day and the preparation method thereof, the feed can be used for directly feeding the sheep, no forage needs to be added, the feeding convenience is improved, meanwhile, the feed is balanced in nutrition, is suitable for the stomach absorption of the sheep, can replace forage to achieve the purpose of rumination, and meanwhile, the growth of the sheep is effectively promoted, the growth speed of the sheep is improved, and the economic benefit of cultivation is further improved.

The invention provides a full-day mixed pellet feed for fast-growing sheep and a preparation method thereof, and compared with the prior art, the full-day mixed pellet feed has the advantages that:
(1) the composite straw fiber is adopted as one of the main raw materials, the outer layer of the traditional straw is provided with a layer of skin which contains a large amount of coarse fibers with high toughness, the coarse fibers are not suitable for chewing and digestion, the gathering in the omasum of the sheep after eating the composite straw is easy to cause blockage, the fermentation, putrefaction and gas generation can be caused after a long time, and a large amount of toxic substances are generated, so that the sheep is dead from acidosis, most of the existing straw utilization methods crush the straw and ferment to destroy the fiber structure of the straw, so that the digestion and absorption of the sheep are convenient, but most of the composite straw fiber in the feed preparation process adopts powder raw materials for mixing and granulating, the digestion characteristics of the sheep can not be met under the condition of not eating green grass fresh materials to achieve the rumination effect, the utilization rate of the feed is reduced, and the composite straw fiber added in the invention is boiled after crushing and chopping various straw raw materials, so that the toughness of the straw fiber is reduced, and the fiber structure is kept at the same time, and a large number of pores exist in the straw fiber, so that nutrient substances can be well retained when the straw fiber is mixed with various nutrient elements, and the goal of rumination is achieved in the process of feeding sheep, so that the sheep can be repeatedly digested and absorbed after eating the feed, the utilization rate of various nutrients is ensured, the single feed disclosed by the invention is used for completing the breeding of the sheep, fresh forage does not need to be added, and the convenience of sheep breeding is improved.
(2) The application adds fermented puffed cottonseed meal which is a vegetable protein feed with certain nutritive value, but because the fermented puffed cottonseed meal contains free gossypol which is a substance capable of poisoning livestock and poultry and some anti-nutritional factors, the application range and the use amount of the cottonseed meal are greatly limited, the gossypol content in the cottonseed meal can be reduced by adopting puffing processing generally, but the gossypol content in the cottonseed meal after traditional puffing processing can reach 500mg/kg, the application of the cottonseed meal in the feed is greatly limited, meanwhile, the health of sheep can be reduced by eating the feed containing gossypol for a long time, the breeding yield is reduced, the application adopts steaming the cottonseed meal, aspergillus niger is adopted for continuous fermentation after primary fermentation of bacillus and mother yeast powder, extrusion puffing is further carried out, the content of the gossypol is reduced to below 120mg/kg while the nutritive substances in the cottonseed meal are effectively retained, the health and the nutrition balance of the feeding sheep are ensured;
3. add the traditional chinese medicine powder that licorice, matrimony vine, flavescent sophora root, negundo chastetree, perfoliate knotweed, the mixed preparation of heartleaf houttuynia herb, effectively promote the immunity of sheep and guarantee the palatability of sheep, still add simultaneously and have the hot pepper straw to carry out fermentation treatment, can effectively promote the feed and the drinking water of sheep, effectively prevent the urinary calculus simultaneously and produce, promote the formation metabolism of sheep, guarantee the quick growth of sheep, prevent the flesh of yellow fat, cooperate all the other compositions to effectively guarantee the growth nutrition equilibrium and the palatability of sheep simultaneously, guarantee the economic benefits of breed.
