Description

Preparation method of high-quality silage broussonetia papyrifera feed
Technical Field
The invention relates to feed, in particular to a preparation method of high-quality silage broussonetia papyrifera feed.
Background
Paper mulberry (broussonetia papyrifera Vent) is also known as a hub tree, ancient mulberry and papermulberry fruit in ancient times; is deciduous arbor of Moraceae (Moraceae) Broussonetia, and is distributed in China, Japan, and southeast Asia. The paper mulberry has a long history as feed, and particularly, paper mulberry leaves contain rich crude protein, crude fat, amino acid, vitamin, carbohydrate and trace elements, and the paper mulberry is not only a high-quality herbivore feed, but also an excellent raw material for preparing high-quality silage. The silage is a green feed prepared by fermenting plant feed raw materials under the closed and anoxic condition, is easy to store, has higher nutrient content than common dry feed, and is an excellent feed source for ruminants such as cows, sheep and the like. In recent years, the animal husbandry in China is rapidly developed, the number of large-scale ruminants such as dairy cows, beef cattle and mutton sheep is increasing day by day, and high-quality silage is required as a substance guarantee in feeding areas, particularly in cold areas in the north. The research on silage in China starts late, and most silage is produced by directly cutting, compacting and sealing forage grass (common sweet sorghum stems, corn straws and the like). Not only the silage is lack of nutrition due to the selection defect of the raw materials, but also the spoilage of the silage is caused by the overlong activity time of spoilage bacteria and the overlarge nutrition loss of the silage due to the design defect of the manufacturing process. Therefore, the method has important practical significance for the research and production of the preparation method of the high-quality silage. The silage prepared by the modern microbial technology method can produce higher-quality silage, and further improve the production performance of the ruminant.
Based on the method, the high-quality paper mulberry silage which is prepared from paper mulberry serving as a raw material by a modern microbial fermentation engineering technology and contains more nutrient substances, has better palatability and higher digestion and utilization rate, is less in putrefaction occurrence and is stable in silage is provided.

the silage additive special for paper mulberry is prepared from 0.5-6 parts of lactobacillus zymocyte liquid and 2-5 parts of complex enzyme, wherein the concentration of the lactobacillus zymocyte liquid is 0.5 multiplied by 109~1×109Per liter; the complex enzyme is prepared by uniformly mixing glucose oxidase, cellulase and hemicellulase in a mass ratio of 1: 1;
2) preparing silage broussonetia papyrifera powder: harvesting stems and stalks of the high-hybrid paper mulberry growing to 1-1.2 m together at the last leaves, crushing tender seedlings of the whole hybrid paper mulberry containing fresh paper mulberry leaves and stems into grass powder with fineness of more than 40 meshes, adding a mixed leaven, performing closed fermentation at room temperature for 30-45 days to obtain silage paper mulberry powder, wherein the mass ratio of the mixed leaven to the grass powder is 1: 20-40;
the whole seedling of the hybrid paper mulberry is high-yield 101 and 201 whole seedlings of the hybrid paper mulberry;
3) preparing high-quality silage broussonetia papyrifera feed: uniformly mixing 16-25 parts of silage broussonetia papyrifera powder, 43-47 parts of silage corn, 2-5 parts of soybean meal, 0.8-2.5 parts of corn flour, 2.5-5 parts of straw, 2-10 parts of dried distillers' grains and soluble substances thereof and 0.1-2 parts of premix to obtain the high-quality silage broussonetia papyrifera feed;
the straws are corn straws, wheat straws, peanut straws, sweet potato straws or a mixture of more than two of the straws in any mass ratio.
The premix is mainly prepared from a vitamin mixed preparation and a trace mineral preparation, is a conventional raw material in the field, and can be obtained by market purchase, such as a product of Beijing Zhengfeng feed Co.

Wherein the glucose oxidase is used for consuming oxygen in the silage container to form an anaerobic environment; the cellulase and the hemicellulase decompose fiber substances such as straws and the like into monosaccharide, provide energy for lactobacillus fermentation, and can improve the digestion and utilization rate of the feed.
In a word, the fermentation level of the paper mulberry can be rapidly improved by adding the silage additive special for the paper mulberry, a plurality of organic acids and nutrient substances are generated at the same time, and the palatability and the digestion utilization rate of the paper mulberry are improved.
The bran in the mixed leaven is a concentrated feed, is a main byproduct of wheat milling, and contains abundant carbohydrates, proteins, amylase systems, vitamins, minerals and the like. The lactic acid bacteria are mixed with a small amount of bran and the like, so that the lactic acid bacteria not only can be uniformly added, but also can play a role in supplementing soluble sugar; meanwhile, the silage fermentation process can be fast, low in temperature and low in loss, and the stability of the silage can be ensured. In China, about 2000 million tons of wheat bran resources exist each year, and more than 85 percent of wheat bran resources are used for feeds and traditional brewing industry.
The astragalus in the mixed starter is a Chinese herbal medicine, and the proper amount of the astragalus can not only promote the fermentation of lactic acid bacteria, but also enhance the disease-resistant immunity of animals fed with the mixed starter.

The formic acid in the mixed starter is beneficial to growth of attached lactic acid bacteria in feed raw materials and rapid reduction of pH value, reduces protein degradation, and increases the content of soluble carbohydrate (the higher content of the soluble carbohydrate can increase the content of acetic acid and butyric acid in rumen, and simultaneously increases the protein synthesis efficiency of rumen microorganisms); after the acid is added, the silage quickly sinks and is easy to compact; and the respiration of crop cells is stopped quickly, the activity of harmful microorganisms is inhibited quickly, and the occurrence of feed corruption is reduced.
The silage paper mulberry is a tender seedling of a whole hybrid paper mulberry plant; the high-yield 101 and 201 hybrid broussonetia papyrifera developed by plant research institute of Chinese academy of sciences is selected, the crude protein content of the broussonetia papyrifera leaves reaches 18-24%, and the broussonetia papyrifera leaves contain rich fatty acids, lipids, amino acids and mineral substances and have a certain antibacterial effect.
The silage corn is silage whole-plant corn and comprises the stems, leaves, flowers and corn cobs of the corn, and the silage corn is favorable for fully utilizing feed raw material resources.
The corn flour is beneficial to the feed to obtain a good silage effect.
The straws are subjected to alkali composite treatment, and can neutralize gastric acid fed to animals and prevent acidosis caused by feeding silage.
The distiller's dried grain and the soluble substance thereof not only provide various nutrient substances, but also provide a suitable environment for lactobacillus fermentation.
The premix mainly comprises a vitamin mixed preparation and a trace mineral preparation, is a conventional raw material in the field, can be obtained by market purchase, and is calculated by the mass parts of all the raw materials of the feed.
