Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pig feed, in particular to piglet feed prepared by microbial fermentation and a preparation method thereof.
Background
As is well known, the difficulty in the development and development of feed products lies in the piglet feed, and how to improve the palatability and digestibility of the feed for young livestock and poultry and reduce or reduce anti-nutritional factors becomes a subject of active discussion by animal nutriologists in recent years. For the piglets, the metabolism function is vigorous, the piglets grow relatively quickly, the requirement on the nutrient substances of the daily ration is high, but the functions of the digestive tracts of the piglets are not perfect, the weight and the volume of the digestive tracts are small, the digestive tracts are not completely blind, the gastric acid secretion is insufficient, the gastrointestinal tract microflora is easy to change, the digestive enzyme system is blind and not perfect, and the digestive enzyme secretion is insufficient. Scientific research finds and proves that when the probiotic feed with larger dose is used for feeding animals, the immunity of the animals can be improved, the gastrointestinal function of the animals can be improved, the nutrient absorption can be promoted, the growth of harmful bacteria can be inhibited, and the effects of resisting diseases, preventing diseases and promoting growth can be achieved. However, there are technical problems that are not solved in the production of such feeds, in particular the granulation of probiotic feeds. In the existing production of animal granulated feed, the granulation is carried out at a high temperature of more than 80 ℃ to ensure that the granulated material reaches a degree of ripening or substantial ripening.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving, at least to some extent, one of the technical problems in the related art. Therefore, the invention aims to provide the piglet feed prepared by microbial fermentation and the preparation method thereof, which solve the problems of incomplete functions of the digestive tract of piglets, insufficient gastric acid secretion, easy change of gastrointestinal microbial systems, insufficient digestive enzyme secretion, easy increase of osmotic pressure of intestinal contents caused by protein indigestion, diarrhea caused by intestinal dehydration and the like, completely retain the activity of beneficial flora in finished products, and have simple process and easy production.
The piglet feed prepared by microbial fermentation provided by the invention comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of soybean meal, 10-20 parts of soybean, 30-50 parts of corn kernel, 15-20 parts of chicken, 20-25 parts of fish meal, 15-20 parts of nut, 10-15 parts of vegetables and fruits, 20-30 parts of vinasse, 15-20 parts of wheat bran, 2-4 parts of calcium hydrophosphate and 10-15 parts of bacterial liquid.
In some embodiments of the invention, the chicken is chicken breast, which is cut into meat blocks, boiled in water, fished out, crushed into meat powder by a meat crusher, and dried.
In other embodiments of the invention, the fish meal is a mixture of small fish and shrimp, which are air-dried to produce a dried fish, and then ground to produce a full-fat fish meal.
In other embodiments of the invention, the nuts comprise 6-10 parts of walnuts, 6-10 parts of peanuts and 3-5 parts of melon seeds, and the walnuts, the peanuts and the melon seeds are respectively crushed, mixed and dried.
In other embodiments of the invention, the vegetables and fruits comprise 3-4 parts of carrots, 3-4 parts of green vegetables, 2-4 parts of apple peels and 2-3 parts of orange peels, and the carrots, the green vegetables, the apple peels and the orange peels are respectively put into a drying chamber, dried at 60 ℃, respectively crushed into powder and mixed.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the bacterial solution includes a first bacterial solution mixed by bacillus bulgaricus, lactobacillus acidophilus and yeast and a second bacterial solution mixed by bacillus subtilis, candida utilis and aspergillus niger.
A preparation method of piglet feed prepared by microbial fermentation comprises the following specific steps:
1) drying bean pulp, soybean and corn seed, pulverizing respectively, and mixing to obtain crop powder;
2) cutting chicken into meat blocks, boiling in water, fishing out, crushing into meat powder by a meat crusher, drying to prepare meat powder, airing the small fish and shrimps to prepare dried fish, crushing to prepare full cream fish powder, and mixing the meat powder and the fish powder to obtain fish powder;
