Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fermented feed, in particular to antibiotic-free feed prepared by microbial fermentation and a preparation process thereof.
Background
The addition of antibiotics in the feed plays a positive role in preventing animal diseases, promoting animal growth, improving feed return, improving the yield of livestock and poultry products and the like. With the wide application of antibiotics as feed additives, various disadvantages of antibiotics are known, such as causing the normal flora in the gastrointestinal tract of animals to be disordered and generating drug resistance. The long-term use of antibiotics results in a large amount of residues in meat and egg products in animal production, and the residues have toxicity, teratogenicity, carcinogenicity and mutagenicity to human bodies. The probiotic preparation has the advantages of no toxic or side effect, no drug resistance, no residue, remarkable effect, low cost and the like, can effectively supplement beneficial microorganisms in the digestive tract, kill harmful microorganisms, particularly pathogenic bacteria such as escherichia coli and the like, improve the flora balance of the digestive tract, and rapidly improve the disease resistance, metabolism and feed absorption capacity of the organism, thereby achieving the double effects of preventing and treating digestive tract diseases and promoting growth.

In other embodiments of the present invention, the concentration of each bacterium in the composite zymophyte liquid is 1 × 107One per ml.
A preparation process of antibiotic-free feed prepared by microbial fermentation comprises the following specific process steps:
1) respectively crushing and mixing crop straws, rice husks, corn cobs, vinasse and wheat husks, adding water, stirring and dissolving, adding zymogen liquid, carrying out anaerobic fermentation for 3-5 days, and carrying out heating sterilization treatment after fermentation is finished, wherein the heating temperature is 75-80 ℃, and the heating time is 25-30 minutes;
2) pulverizing soybean meal, mixing with fish meal, dissolving in water, stirring, adding compound zymocyte liquid, fermenting at 40-45 deg.C for 5-7 hr;
3) pouring the fermentation liquor obtained in the step 2) into the raw materials obtained in the step 1), continuing anaerobic fermentation for 3-5 hours, and after the fermentation is finished, drying at 60 ℃ and granulating.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the fermented bacterial liquid is a mixture of bacillus subtilis, candida utilis and aspergillus niger, and the composite fermented bacterial liquid is a mixture of lactobacillus bulgaricus, lactobacillus acidophilus, yeast and aspergillus oryzae.
In the invention, the high-fiber raw material is subjected to anaerobic fermentation to decompose the fiber to generate amino acid substances, so that the absorption by animals is facilitated, and the animal resistance is improved. Then, the raw materials with high protein content are used for fermenting beneficial bacteria to generate high-concentration beneficial bacteria, and meanwhile, the protein is refined, so that the absorption of animals is facilitated, and the animal immunity is improved. Finally, the fiber raw material after anaerobic fermentation is continuously fermented by probiotics, and the antibiotic-free feed is prepared by drying and granulating, and has double effects of preventing and treating digestive tract diseases and promoting growth.

The preparation process of a non-antibiotic feed prepared by microbial fermentation is the same as that of example 1. The differences are as follows: step 1), anaerobic fermentation is carried out for 3-5 days, the heating sterilization temperature is 75-80 ℃, and the heating is carried out for 25-30 minutes; 2. step 2), fermenting for 5-7 hours at the fermentation temperature of 40-45 ℃; 3. and 3) anaerobic fermentation is carried out for 3-5 hours.
Example 5
The preparation process of the feed prepared by fermenting all the raw materials with zymophyte liquid, namely the microbial fermentation, is the same as that in example 1, but does not have the fermentation of the compound zymophyte liquid, and comprises the following specific process steps:
1) respectively crushing and mixing crop straws, rice hulls, corn cobs, vinasse and wheat bran, adding water, stirring and dissolving, crushing soybean meal, mixing with fish meal, adding the mixture into the raw materials, adding zymogen liquid, carrying out anaerobic fermentation for 3-5 days, and carrying out heating sterilization treatment after the fermentation is finished, wherein the heating temperature is 75-80 ℃, and the heating time is 25-30 minutes;
2) drying the mixture at 60 ℃ after the fermentation in the step 1) is finished, and granulating.
Example 6
The raw materials are added with antibiotics before being dried before the step 2) as in the example 5, and then are dried and granulated.
The 100 chickens were fed with the feed prepared in examples 1 to 6, and the growth conditions of 100 days, including the death condition during the growth process, the number of sick chickens during the growth process, and the weight of the chickens after 100 days of growth, were observed.
Table 1 examples 1-6 feed conditions after 100 days of feeding 100 chickens each
The increase in body weight of the chickens fed with the feed of examples 1-4 was significantly higher than that of examples 4 and 5, while the mortality rate was low and the number of sick chickens was also significantly lower than that of examples 4 and 5.
The feed prepared in examples 1-6 was used to feed 100 ducks and the growth of 100 days including the fatality of the ducks in the growth process, the number of the ducks with diseases in the growth process and the weight of the ducks after 100 days of growth were observed.
TABLE 2 examples 1-6 feed conditions after 100 days of feeding 100 ducks
The body weight increase of the ducks fed by the feed of the examples 1-4 is obviously higher than that of the ducks fed by the examples 4 and 5, the fatality rate is low, and the number of sick chickens is also obviously lower than that of the ducks fed by the feeds of the examples 4 and 5.
