Description

Oil-in-water skin care emulsion containing sialic acid salt and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to an oil-in-water skin care emulsion containing sialic acid salt and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Sialic acid (Sialic acid) is an acidic amino sugar containing 9 carbon atoms and having a pyranose structure, also called N-acetylneuraminic acid, nidus Collocaliae acid and nidus Collocaliae, widely existing in various biological tissues, is an important part forming cell surface complex carbohydrate, and has physiological effects of promoting brain development, improving memory, resisting inflammation and virus, resisting tumor, improving intestinal absorption of vitamins and minerals, etc. With the intensive research and understanding of sialic acid, sialic acid can also inhibit oxidation reaction of tyrosine, reduce melanin deposition, and thereby improve the appearance of skin. Therefore, sialic acid can be widely used in the cosmetic field.
The oil-in-water (O/W) system is one of the most commonly used emulsifying systems for topical cream emulsions, being an emulsifying system in which oil is dispersed in water, which is the internal phase, and water is the continuous external phase. The oil-in-water system has the advantages of simple operation, fresh skin feel and the like, and is the most commonly used formulation of cosmetics.
However, the applicant found that when sialic acid is applied to an oil-in-water system, the thickening body (especially a thickening body containing carbomer) has the problems of gravity delamination, particle flocculation and aggregation due to compatibility with part of auxiliary materials, and meanwhile, the sialic acid has the degradation reaction in the oil-in-water system, so that the sialic acid content in the system is reduced, and meanwhile, the produced byproducts cause the system to have the problem of color change, so that the quality of the cosmetic product is seriously reduced.
In view of this, the present invention has been made.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide an oil-in-water type skin care emulsion containing sialic acid salt, which has excellent physical and chemical stability and can remarkably improve the quality of cosmetics. The invention also provides a preparation method of the oil-in-water skin care emulsion containing sialic acid salt.
To achieve the above object, according to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided an oil-in-water skin care cream containing sialic acid salt, wherein the sialic acid salt is the only active ingredient or one of the active ingredients.
The invention discovers that the stability of sialic acid salt formed by neutralizing sialic acid by alkali to acid, heat, light and the like is obviously improved, and when the sialic acid salt is added into an oil-in-water system by using only one effective component or one of the effective components, the problem that the viscosity of the sialic acid to a thickening body (particularly a thickening body containing carbomer) is reduced can be effectively solved, and the stability of skin care cream is improved.
In some specific embodiments, the oil-in-water skin care emulsion comprises a sialic acid salt and an emulsifier.
Further, the weight percentage of the sialic acid salt in the oil-in-water skin care emulsion is 0.1-2%; the weight percentage of the emulsifier in the oil-in-water skin care emulsion is 4-13%.
In some specific embodiments, the sialic acid salt is selected from one or more of sodium sialic acid, potassium sialic acid, calcium sialic acid, magnesium sialic acid.
Further, the emulsifier comprises the following components in parts by weight (2-5): (1-5): stearyl polyether-21, stearyl polyether-2 and cetostearyl alcohol of (1-3). The invention further discovers that the skin care emulsion adopting the emulsifier does not have layering phenomenon, is more beneficial to improving the physical stability of a system, and meanwhile, the sialate is stable and is not easy to generate degradation reaction, so that the chemical stability of the system is more beneficial to improving.
In some specific embodiments, the oil-in-water skin care emulsion further comprises 0.15-6% by weight of a thickener.
Further, the thickener comprises the following components in percentage by weight (0.05-1): (0.1-5) carbomers and polyacrylamides. Carbomers are commonly used as thickeners in cosmetics, are also very important rheology modifiers, and can form gel to achieve good stability and use feeling, so the carbomers are widely applied to the preparation of creams and emulsions. However, in the course of the present invention, it was found that flocculation reaction occurred when carbomers were compatible with sialic acid. The present invention employs sialic acid salts to avoid this phenomenon. The skin care emulsion using the thickener has excellent physical and chemical stability, and meanwhile, the obtained skin care emulsion has better skin feel so as to further meet the requirements of consumers.
In some specific embodiments, the oil-in-water skin care emulsion further comprises 10-40% by weight of a lipid emollient selected from one or more of isooctyl palmitate, polydimethylsiloxane, petrolatum, squalane. Wherein petrolatum is vaseline.
