and (5): adding the nutritional agent into the rest water, stirring for dissolving, mixing with the emulsion, adding pH regulator, and regulating pH to 5.0-7.0 to obtain the antiaging cosmetic.
In the above method for preparing an antiaging cosmetic, as a preferred embodiment, in step (5), after adjusting the pH to 5.0 to 7.0, the preservative is further added, followed by stirring uniformly to obtain the antiaging cosmetic.
In the above method for preparing an antiaging cosmetic, as a preferred embodiment, the part of water is 80 to 95% of the amount of the water formulation; preferably, in step (5), the temperature of the nutritional agent in water is controlled below 45 ℃ to avoid that the temperature is too high so that the components in the nutritional agent are decomposed and become ineffective.
The bioactive silicon has good bioactivity and biocompatibility with human tissues, can effectively improve the skin care characteristics of cosmetics such as antibiosis, antiphlogosis and antioxidation and can stimulate the growth of growth factors to repair damaged cells and tissues as a bioactive additive of advanced cosmetics, the existence of the nutrient can promote the repair of the damaged cells and tissues, and the repair of the damaged cells and tissues can also promote the absorption of the nutrient in turn, and the bioactive silicon and the bioactive additive complement each other and have combined action. Weighing the following raw materials according to the following mass formula: 3% of sorbitol, 3% of glycerol, 0.5% of sodium hyaluronate, 1% of squalane, 3% of collagen, 11% of oligopeptide, 1% of polydimethylsiloxane, 1% of isooctyl palmitate, 1% of cetearyl alcohol and 1% of MONTANOVTM1% of L (C14-22 alcohol and C12-20 alkyl glucoside), 0.4% of xanthan gum, 1% of bioactive silicon (Regesi regenerated silicon V type produced by Beijing Happy Probiotics high tech. Co., Ltd.), 0.2% of methyl paraben, a proper amount of citric acid and the balance of water.
Firstly, dispersing xanthan gum and sodium hyaluronate in glycerol, then adding the xanthan gum and sodium hyaluronate into water with the formula amount of 90%, heating to 85 ℃, and stirring until the xanthan gum and the sodium hyaluronate are completely dissolved to obtain a water phase; mixing polydimethylsiloxane, isooctyl palmitate, squalane, cetostearyl alcohol, bioactive silicon, and MONTANOVTMHeating L to 85 ℃, and fully stirring until the L is completely dissolved to obtain an oil phase; adding the oil phase into the water phase at 85 ℃, uniformly stirring, and cooling to normal temperature to obtain emulsion; adding collagen and oligopeptide-1 into water accounting for 10 percent of the rest formula, dissolving, then fully mixing with the emulsion, adding citric acid, finally adding methyl paraben, and uniformly stirring to obtain the anti-aging cosmetic, wherein the pH value of the product is 6.5.

Weighing the following raw materials according to the following mass formula: 3% of glycerin, 3% of propylene glycol, 0.05% of sodium hyaluronate, 1% of trehalose, 1% of betaine, 0.5% of glucan, 3% of shea butter, 4% of squalane, 3% of collagen, 10.5% of oligopeptide, 1% of carnosine, 6% of polydimethylsiloxane, 10% of isooctyl palmitate, 2% of cetearyl alcohol, 21.5% of ceteareth-21, 212% of ceteareth-212%, 0.4% of xanthan gum, 0.1% of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 5% of bioactive silicon (Regesi regenerated silicon type V produced by beijing happy high and new technology limited), 0.2% of methylparaben, a proper amount of citric acid, a proper amount of mandelic acid and the balance of water.
Firstly, dispersing xanthan gum, hydroxyethyl cellulose and sodium hyaluronate in glycerol, then sequentially adding the xanthan gum, the hydroxyethyl cellulose and the sodium hyaluronate into water with the formula amount of 90%, heating to 80 ℃, and stirring until the trehalose, the betaine, the propylene glycol and the glucan are completely dissolved to obtain a water phase; heating polydimethylsiloxane, isooctyl palmitate, shea butter, bioactive silicon, cetearyl alcohol, ceteareth-2 and ceteareth-21 to 80 ℃, and fully stirring until the materials are completely dissolved to obtain an oil phase; adding the oil phase into the water phase at 80 ℃, stirring and homogenizing at high speed until emulsification is uniform, and cooling to normal temperature to obtain emulsion; adding collagen, oligopeptide-1 and oligopeptide-2 into water with the rest formula amount of 10%, dissolving, and then fully mixing with the emulsion; adding citric acid and mandelic acid, finally adding methylparaben, and stirring uniformly to obtain the anti-aging cosmetic, wherein the pH value of the product of the embodiment is 6.5.
Example 3

Firstly, dispersing xanthan gum, hydroxyethyl cellulose and sodium hyaluronate in glycerol, then sequentially adding the xanthan gum, the hydroxyethyl cellulose and the sodium hyaluronate into water together with trehalose, betaine, propylene glycol, proteoglycan and glucan, heating to 80 ℃, and stirring until the materials are completely dissolved to obtain a water phase; heating polydimethylsiloxane, isooctyl palmitate, shea butter, bioactive silicon, cetearyl alcohol, ceteareth-2 and ceteareth-21 to 80 ℃, and fully stirring until the materials are completely dissolved to obtain an oil phase; adding the oil phase into the water phase at 80 ℃, stirring and homogenizing at high speed until emulsification is uniform, and cooling to normal temperature to obtain emulsion; adding citric acid and mandelic acid, finally adding methylparaben, and stirring uniformly to obtain the anti-aging cosmetic, wherein the pH value of the product of the embodiment is 6.5.
Comparative example 2
Weighing the following raw materials according to the following mass formula: 3% of glycerol, 3% of propylene glycol, 0.05% of sodium hyaluronate, 1% of trehalose, 1% of betaine, 0.5% of glucan, 3% of shea butter, 4% of squalane, 3% of collagen, 10.5% of oligopeptide, 1% of carnosine, 6% of polydimethylsiloxane, 10% of isooctyl palmitate, 2% of cetearyl alcohol, 21.5% of ceteareth-, 212% of ceteareth-, 0.4% of xanthan gum, 0.1% of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 0.2% of methyl paraben, a proper amount of citric acid, a proper amount of mandelic acid and the balance of water.
Firstly, dispersing xanthan gum, hydroxyethyl cellulose and sodium hyaluronate in glycerol, then sequentially adding the xanthan gum, the hydroxyethyl cellulose and the sodium hyaluronate into water together with trehalose, betaine, propylene glycol, proteoglycan and glucan, heating to 80 ℃, and stirring until the materials are completely dissolved to obtain a water phase; heating polydimethylsiloxane, isooctyl palmitate, shea butter, cetearyl alcohol, ceteareth-2 and ceteareth-21 to 80 deg.C, stirring completely to dissolve completely to obtain oil phase; adding the oil phase into the water phase at 80 ℃, stirring and homogenizing at high speed until emulsification is uniform, and cooling to normal temperature to obtain emulsion; adding collagen, oligopeptide-1 and oligopeptide-2 into water with the amount of 10 percent of the rest formula, dissolving, then fully mixing with the emulsion, adding citric acid and mandelic acid, finally adding methylparaben, and uniformly stirring to obtain the anti-aging cosmetic, wherein the pH value of the product is 6.5.
Test example
The anti-aging cosmetics prepared in the above example 2 and comparative examples 1 and 2 were used in the following clinical cases:
object: 150 volunteers aged 35-50 were randomly selected, the physical examination was healthy, the sex was randomized, and the selected volunteers showed signs of facial skin tissue deterioration as follows: (1) the division of epidermal cell nucleus of facial skin tissue is increased, melanin is increased, the skin surface is hardened, and the skin loses luster; (2) the subcutaneous fat of the face is reduced, and the skin is loosened and wrinkles are generated, particularly the forehead and the canthus are wrinkled.
The volunteers were randomly divided into three groups of 50, one group using the anti-aging product prepared in example 2, another group using the anti-aging product prepared in comparative example 1, and a third group using the anti-aging product prepared in comparative example 2.
The using method comprises the following steps: after cleaning the face in the morning and evening every day, applying the anti-aging cosmetic used by the corresponding group on the face, gently massaging until the anti-aging cosmetic is completely absorbed, wherein the dosage is 0.5-1g each time, and the service cycle is 60 days.
Effect determination criterion (1) significance: the skin becomes ruddy and glossy, and the wrinkle depth of the skin becomes obviously shallow; (2) the method has the following advantages: the skin becomes ruddy and glossy, and the roughness of the skin is reduced; (3) and (4) invalidation: the lesion area is not obviously changed before and after the administration of the medicine.

As a result: after 60 days of using the anti-aging product prepared in example 2, 90% of volunteers had significant effects, skin became ruddy and glossy, and skin wrinkle depth became shallow, and the anti-aging cosmetic prepared by the present invention had significant anti-aging effects, can effectively eliminate fine lines in the corners of eyes and mouths, and can smooth skin, rapidly repair damaged cells, and fight against aging. The anti-aging product prepared in the comparative example 1 has no nutrient, and the anti-aging product prepared in the comparative example 2 has no bioactive silicon, so that the using effect is obviously inferior to that of the example 2.
The anti-aging products of examples 1, 3 and 4 were also tested on a small scale according to the above method, and the results showed that fine lines in the corners of eyes and mouths could be significantly improved or eliminated, and skin could be made smooth and ruddy, damaged cells could be rapidly repaired, and anti-aging could be achieved.

Claims (10)

1. The anti-aging cosmetic is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 2.5 to 18.5 percent of humectant, 2.5 to 25.5 percent of emollient, 2 to 10 percent of nutrient, 1 to 10 percent of emulsifier, 0.1 to 3 percent of thickener, 1 to 18 percent of bioactive silicon, 3 to 18 percent of dispersant, 1 to 8 percent of pH regulator and the balance of water.
2. The anti-aging cosmetic of claim 1, wherein the raw materials further comprise a preservative; preferably, in the raw materials of the anti-aging cosmetic, the content of the preservative is 0.1-0.5% by weight; preferably, the weight percentage of the bioactive silicon is 3% -10%.

The anti-aging cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein: the raw materials for preparing the anti-aging cosmetic comprise: 3 to 16 percent of humectant, 2.5 to 18 percent of emollient, 2.5 to 5 percent of nutritional agent, 1 to 6 percent of emulsifier, 0.2 to 1 percent of thickener, 1 to 16 percent of bioactive silicon, 5 to 10 percent of dispersant, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of preservative, 1 to 7 percent of pH regulator and the balance of water.

The anti-aging cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein: the humectant is one or more selected from sorbitol, sodium hyaluronate, betaine, trehalose, proteoglycan, dextran, glycerol and propylene glycol; preferably, the emollient is any one or mixture of several selected from polydimethylsiloxane, cyclomethicone, isooctyl palmitate, shea butter, jojoba oil, macadamia nut oil, sweet almond oil, olive oil and squalane; preferably, the nutrient is any one or a mixture of several selected from collagen, nicotinamide, silymarin, acetyl hexapeptide-8, oligopeptide-1, oligopeptide-2, carnosine and coenzyme Q10.

The anti-aging cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein: the emulsifier is any one or a mixture of more of ceteareth-2, ceteareth-21, sodium glutamate stearate, cetearyl alcohol, glyceryl stearate, sorbitan stearate, PEG-100 stearate, PEG-75 stearate, arachidyl alcohol and a sibic emulsifier, and the sibic emulsifier is C14-22 alcohol and C12-20 alkyl glucoside; preferably, the thickening agent is any one or a mixture of more than one selected from carbomer, xanthan gum, guar gum, gum arabic, carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, sodium hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and sodium polyacrylate.
6. The anti-aging cosmetic composition according to claim 2, wherein: the preservative is any one or a mixture of more of methylparaben, phenoxyethanol, benzoic acid, sorbic acid and potassium sorbate;
preferably, the pH regulator is any one or a mixture of more of citric acid, lactic acid and mandelic acid;
preferably, the dispersant is any one or a mixture of more of propylene glycol, glycerol, polyethylene glycol, tween and absolute ethyl alcohol; preferably, the tween is tween-20 and/or tween-80.

The anti-aging cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein: the bioactive silicon is as follows: comprising 40-70 wt% silica and 30-60 wt% of an oxide selected from the group consisting of phosphorus, calcium and sodium; wherein the silicon dioxide forms a three-dimensional network structure, and calcium ions and phosphorus ions are orderly distributed among three-dimensional network silicon atoms; wherein the 5-valent silicon atom and/or the 6-valent silicon atom accounts for 1 mol% to 10 mol% of the total silicon atoms; the content of phosphorus oxide is 2-5 wt%; the content of the calcium oxide in the bioactive silicon is preferably 10-20 wt%, and the content of the sodium oxide in the bioactive silicon is preferably 10-20 wt%; or the bioactive silicon is Regesi regenerated silicon.

(3): mixing and heating the emollient, the bioactive silicon and the emulsifier, fully stirring until the emollient, the bioactive silicon and the emulsifier are completely dissolved to obtain an oil phase, and preferably, in the step (3), heating to 70-90 ℃;
(4): adding the oil phase into the water phase, stirring and homogenizing, and cooling to normal temperature to obtain an emulsion, wherein preferably, the oil phase is added into the water phase at 70-90 ℃;
(5) adding the nutritional agent into the rest water, stirring for dissolving, mixing with the emulsion, adding pH regulator, and regulating pH to 5.0-7.0 to obtain the antiaging cosmetic.
9. The method for producing antiaging cosmetic according to claim 8, characterized in that,
in the step (5), after the pH is adjusted to 5.0-7.0, the preservative is continuously added and stirred uniformly, so that the anti-aging cosmetic is obtained.
10. The method for producing antiaging cosmetic according to claim 8, characterized in that,
the part of water accounts for 80-95% of the formula amount of water;
preferably, in step (5), the temperature of the nutrient in water is controlled to be below 45 ℃.
