Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for breeding chopsticks, belonging to the technical field of planting chopsticks.
Background
The traditional Chinese medicinal iron chopsticks are also named as iron steel forks and woodchuck, are roots and stems of Chimonanthus nitens (Chimonanthus nitens) in Chimonanthus nitens, have high medicinal value, simultaneously have rich ornamental characteristics, precious cultural value and economic value, and have huge development potential and wide domestic and foreign markets. The radix Chimonanthi Praecocis has the functions of dispelling wind and regulating qi, promoting blood circulation and removing toxic substance, and is mainly used for treating diseases such as asthma, overstrain cough, stomachache, abdominal pain, rheumatic arthralgia, furuncle and pyogenic infections, traumatic injury and the like. The Chimonanthus praecox is a main raw material used in large quantities in clinical prescriptions of various medical classics, always depends on wild resources, and has caused that the resources are gradually endangered. But at the same time, the application of the chopsticks is more and more extensive, so that the chopsticks are not in demand in the market. However, the existing artificial planting basic research of the chopsticks is weak, the standardized and large-scale seed breeding method and cultivation method are lacked, the large-scale and intensive degrees are relatively low, and the development of the industries related to the chopsticks is severely restricted.
In view of the above, there is a need to develop a new method for breeding chopsticks to reduce the cost and improve the survival rate, so as to solve the deficiencies of the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to make up the defects of the prior art and provides a method for breeding chopsticks.
The technical scheme for solving the technical problems is as follows: a method for breeding chopsticks adopts one of seed breeding, overground stem cuttage and grafting, and specifically comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: seed breeding
Step 1.1: collecting seeds
Harvesting mature wild chopsticks fruits in 7-8 months in the year, threshing, removing impurities, screening plump seeds, and storing in a ventilated and dry place;
step 1.2: pretreatment of seeds
2d-3d before sowing, carrying out seed soaking germination or sand storage germination, and obtaining pretreated seeds when 80% of seed cracks appear white;
step 1.3: seeding
Selecting sunny weather in the current 7-9 months or the second 3-4 months, sowing the pretreated seeds obtained in the step 1.2 on a seedbed by adopting a drilling method, then covering soil, raking the surface of the seedbed, and covering a plastic film;
step 1.4: management of field
When 50% of the seedlings come out of the soil, removing the plastic film, thinning and weeding in time, and keeping the distance between the seedlings at 4cm-6cm to obtain the seedlings for transplanting;
step 1.5: transplanting of seedlings
Before spring germination or after autumn leaf fall, transplanting the seedlings for transplanting obtained in the step 1.4 into a plantation for conventional management;
the method 2 comprises the following steps: overground stem cuttage
Selecting branches germinated on the basal part of a Chimonanthus praecox tree, pruning the branches to be used as cutting slips, dipping a rooting agent, and placing the cutting slips in a disinfected sand bed; or breaking off the base of the iron chopstick tree to make the base with the bark and the xylem connected with the old branch, and placing the base in a disinfected sand bed;
the method 3 comprises the following steps: grafting
Grafting is carried out by adopting a cutting grafting method or an approach grafting method.
The breeding method of the chopsticks comprises the following steps:
in the method 1, the rapid and mass propagation of the chopsticks seedlings is realized, the rapid growth of plants can be ensured, and the seedling raising cost is low. In step 1.1, the mature wild chopsticks are generally mature in the middle and last ten days of 6 months, and are sown at random for seedling culture in 7-8 months. The key point is to collect and sow the mature seeds. Premature harvesting can cause "green skimming". After late harvest, the seeds are completely dry, the seedling emergence period of the seeds is easily delayed, the growth amount of the iron chopstick seedlings is reduced, and the seedling height and the ground diameter can not meet the requirements when the iron chopstick seedlings are transplanted to a field before winter or grafted. The maturity of the seeds is mainly judged according to the color and the drying shrinkage degree of the fruit tray. When the fruit support begins to shrink from green to yellow, selecting big and plump capsules for picking. At this time, the mature and plump seeds are generally black brown, glossy in color, certain in hardness and heavy in water. The seeds subjected to water selection are plump, the seedlings emerge neatly and are robust, the seedling stage is relatively consistent, and the seedlings are generally not easy to be damaged by diseases and insects. The capsule harvested in the proper period should be immediately stripped of seeds and not suitable for stacking.
In step 1.3, the drilling method of the invention means that the bed surface of the seedbed is firstly harrowed flat, then small ditches with the spacing of 18cm-22 and the depth of 5cm-6cm are opened, watering is carried out, sowing is carried out after infiltration of water, the seeds are uniform and consistent during sowing, and the spacing between the seeds is 15 cm. The plastic film is covered on the seedbed, so that the soil humidity can be kept, and the seedling emergence is facilitated.
In step 1.4 of the invention, seedlings can emerge 10d-15d after sowing.
In step 1.5 of the invention, the chopsticks are fond of a warm environment with sufficient sunlight, cold-resistant, drought-resistant, wind-resistant and waterlogging-resistant, and are suitable for growing in neutral or slightly acidic sandy soil with loose and fertile soil layers, deep soil layers and good drainage. Therefore, transplantation is selected before spring germination or after autumn defoliation. When the seedlings are planted in open field, the soil is deeply turned and prepared in advance, the row spacing of the planted seedlings is determined according to the sizes of the plants, the row spacing of the small seedlings is 30cm multiplied by 50cm, and the row spacing of the 2-3 year-old big seedlings is 50cm multiplied by 50 cm. When transplanting, the small seedlings take bare roots to be smeared with slurry, and the big seedlings take soil balls.
In the method 2, overground stem and overground stem cuttage is carried out in two ways, the survival rate can reach 70-80%, and the survival rate is high.
In the method 3, the scion can be quickly healed with the stock and germinate young shoots by adopting a cutting grafting method or a leaning grafting method, the germinated young shoots grow quickly, and the grafting survival rate is up to more than 90%.
The breeding method of the chopsticks has the beneficial effects that:
1. the method realizes the rapid and mass breeding of the chopsticks, realizes the manual and standardized planting of the chopsticks, greatly improves the yield of the chopsticks, improves the quality of the chopsticks, meets the market demand, and can protect wild chopsticks resources so as to achieve the purpose of sustainable utilization.
2. The method has the advantages of low input cost, high economic benefit, simple method, easy operation and wide market prospect, and is suitable for large-scale popularization and application.
On the basis of the technical scheme, the invention can be further improved as follows.
Further, in step 1.2, the specific method for seed soaking and germination acceleration is as follows: soaking the seeds preserved in the step 1.1 in water at the temperature of 40-45 ℃ for 12-16 h, then mixing the soaked seeds with sand according to the mass ratio of 1 (3-5), and spreading in a clean container.
The adoption of the further beneficial effects is as follows: by adopting the parameters to soak seeds and accelerate germination, the dormancy and the after-ripening period of the seeds can be shortened, the emergence rate can be improved and can reach more than 85 percent. Because the temperature and humidity are high in summer and the water content of the seeds is high, the seeds are kept at a constant temperature during water immersion and are placed in running water or are continuously stirred, the water is changed for 8-10h generally, so that the seeds are prevented from being sticky and rotten, and the seeds can be sowed after being immersed for 12-16 h. The sandy soil can be held into a ball without water, and the sandy soil can be spread when the hand is stretched.
Further, in step 1.2, the specific method for sand storage germination acceleration is as follows: and (3) sowing the seeds preserved in the step (1.1) on a germination accelerating bed paved with 10 cm-thick sandy soil, covering the germination accelerating bed with 2cm-3 cm-thick sandy soil, and keeping the moisture content of the germination accelerating bed at 40% -50%.
The adoption of the further beneficial effects is as follows: the sand storage germination acceleration is carried out by adopting the parameters, so that the dormancy and the post-maturation period of the seeds can be shortened, the emergence rate can be improved, and the emergence rate can reach more than 85 percent.
Further, in the step 2, the length of the cutting is 13cm-15cm, the upper part of the cutting opening is flat and the lower part is inclined, and a pair of blades is left at the upper end.
The adoption of the further beneficial effects is as follows: by adopting the parameters, the cuttage survival rate is improved.
Further, in the method 2, the time for dipping the rooting agent is 10s-12s, and each 100ml of the rooting agent contains 40mg of indoleacetic acid, 200mg of naphthylacetic acid and the balance of deionized water.
The adoption of the further beneficial effects is as follows: the rooting agent with the parameters can promote the growth of root systems and improve the quality of nursery stocks. Indole acetic acid is an endogenous auxin, also known as auxin, auxin and isoauxin, commonly existing in plants and has a promoting effect on the formation of top bud ends of plant branches or buds, seedlings and the like; the naphthylacetic acid is a broad-spectrum growth regulator, can promote cell division and expansion, can induce to form adventitious roots, and is a commonly used rooting agent for cuttage.
Further, in the method 3, the specific method of the cut-and-splice method is as follows: in 3-4 months per year, when leaf buds of the chopsticks germinate and expand to 2-3 mm, selecting robust 1-year-old branches on 2-3 years of pig iron chopstick trees, cutting off top tips of the branches, and reserving 1-2 pairs of buds as scions; selecting a 3-5-year-old chimonanthus nitens seedling as a stock, cutting off the upper end of the stock at a position 4-5 cm away from the ground, splitting the stock downwards by 3-4 cm from 1/3 of the diameter cross section, inserting a scion into a cut of the stock, aligning the scion with a cambium, binding the scion with a binding material, sealing the stock and the scion with moist soil until the top of the scion is covered, keeping the soil moist, loosening the sealing soil after 1 month, checking whether the stock survives, and removing other new buds on the stock to promote the growth of the scion if the scion and the stock sprout.
The adoption of the further beneficial effects is as follows: the stock is selected from Chimonanthus nitens which has strong adaptability, fast growth and easy propagation. By adopting the method, the scion can be quickly healed with the stock and germinate young shoots, the germinated young shoots grow quickly, and the grafting survival rate is up to more than 90%.
Further, in the method 3, the specific method of the proximity method is: selecting 3-5 years old chimonanthus nitens seedlings as stocks in 5-7 months per year, placing the stocks on the sides of the excellent varieties of the chopsticks, selecting branches with the thickness basically consistent with that of the stocks as scions, cutting 4-11 cm cuts on the stocks and the scions respectively, tightly adhering cambiums of the cuts to each other, then binding the cambiums firmly by binding materials, binding tightly by plastic films, and cutting off the scion branches from the lower parts of the cuts when new leaves grow on the scions.
