Abstract

本发明属于塑料波纹管加工技术领域,具体涉及一种自动化塑料波纹管生产线,包括工作台和依次安装在工作台上的限位送料机构、挤压成型机构和定长切割机构,所述限位送料机构两侧对称设置有传送带,所述传送带内均传动连接有一对传动辊,所述相邻的传送辊之间安装有第一电机,所述挤压成型机构中间设置有成型腔,所述成型腔内上下对称安装有成型板,且成型腔外安装有蜗轮,成型腔下方设置有与蜗轮啮合连接的蜗杆,所述定长切割机构顶部设置有顶板,所述顶板下方安装有第二电机,所述第二电机一端转动连接有切割刀,本发明通过成型板配合弹簧柱塞能够对不同直径大小的管坯进行挤压成型,并由电加热板实现波纹加工。

一种自动化塑料波纹管生产线
技术领域
本发明属于塑料波纹管加工技术领域,具体涉及一种自动化塑料波纹管生产线。
背景技术
塑料波纹管是指用塑料制成的可折叠皱纹片沿折叠伸缩方向连接成的管状弹性敏感元件。波纹管具有重量轻,韧性好,使用寿命长,因其特有的性能,使得塑料波纹管在管道输送方面应用广泛。而现有的塑料波纹管生产设备体积庞大,结构复杂,且不能适应直径大小不同的波纹管进行加工。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足,本发明提供一种结构简单,通用性高的自动化塑料波纹管生产线,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种自动化塑料波纹管生产线,包括工作台和依次安装在工作台上的限位送料机构、挤压成型机构和定长切割机构,所述限位送料机构两侧对称设置有传送带,所述传送带内均传动连接有一对传动辊,所述相邻的传送辊之间安装有第一电机,所述挤压成型机构中间设置有成型腔,所述成型腔内上下对称安装有成型板,且成型腔外安装有蜗轮,成型腔下方设置有与蜗轮啮合连接的蜗杆,所述定长切割机构顶部设置有顶板,所述顶板下方安装有第二电机,所述第二电机一端转动连接有切割刀。
优选的,所述定长切割机构下方设置有多个平板链,所述平板链两侧均安装有槽板,所述槽板内设置有滑槽,所述平板链两端可在滑槽内滑动,相邻平板链之间安装有多个销轴。
优选的,所述顶板两端底部安装有支撑梁,所述支撑梁架设在工作台上,所述顶板上中间开设有条形孔,且条形孔中间上方安装有升降气缸。
优选的,所述升降气缸底部与第二电机固定连接。
优选的,所述成型板为圆弧状设置,且成型板内安装有电加热板,成型板靠近轴线一侧的内面上设置有多个成型纹。
优选的,所述成型板外侧均安装有弹簧柱塞。
优选的,所述蜗杆一端安装有安装架,蜗杆另一端安装有第三电机。
优选的,所述限位送料机构的传送辊和第一电机底部均安装有多个齿轮,所述齿轮之间相互啮合连接,且齿轮下方安装有承接板。
优选的,所述承接板底部安装有滑块,所述限位送料机构下方工作台上安装有导轨,所述滑块可在导轨上滑动。
优选的,所述工作台底部安装有支撑架。
本发明的有益效果主要体现在:
1)通过滑块和导轨的设置实现传送带对管坯的限位传送,能够根据管坯的直径大小进行调整,从而提高设备的通用性;
2)通过成型板配合弹簧柱塞能够对不同直径大小的管坯进行挤压成型,并由电加热板实现波纹加工,且蜗轮蜗杆的啮合传动便于波纹成型;
3)同时,平板链便于波纹管的平稳传送,有利于定长切割。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式,使本领域的技术人员更清楚地理解如何实践本发明。尽管结合其优选的具体实施方案描述了本发明,但这些实施方案只是阐述,而不是限制本发明的范围。
结合附图1-3所示,一种自动化塑料波纹管生产线,包括工作台2和依次安装在工作台2上的限位送料机构3、挤压成型机构4和定长切割机构6,所述限位送料机构3用于对管坯进行传送,且限位送料机构3两侧对称设置有传送带303,所述传送带303内均传动连接有一对传动辊301,所述相邻的传送辊301之间安装有第一电机302,所述挤压成型机构4中间设置有成型腔401,所述成型腔401内上下对称安装有成型板406,成型板406用于对管坯外壁进行波纹成型,且成型腔401外安装有蜗轮404,成型腔401下方设置有与蜗轮404啮合连接的蜗杆403,所述定长切割机构6顶部设置有顶板601,所述顶板601下方安装有第二电机604,所述第二电机604一端转动连接有切割刀605。
具体地,所述定长切割机构6用于对波纹管进行切割,定长切割机构6下方设置有多个平板链7,平板链7用于对波纹成型后的波纹管进行传送,所述平板链7两侧均安装有槽板5,所述槽板5内设置有滑槽,所述平板链7两端可在滑槽内滑动,实现循环传送,且平板链7内设置有控制器,控制器能够自动控制平板链7的启停,相邻平板链7之间安装有多个销轴8,通过销轴8实现相邻平板链7之间的转动连接。
具体地,所述顶板601两端底部安装有支撑梁606,所述支撑梁606架设在工作台2上,所述顶板601上中间开设有条形孔602,且条形孔602中间上方安装有升降气缸603;所述升降气缸603底部与第二电机604固定连接,通过升降气缸603控制切割刀605的切割深度,便于快速对波纹管进行切割,且升降气缸603上设置有长度测量传感器,长度测量传感器与控制器电性连接。
具体地,所述成型板406为圆弧状设置,且成型板406内安装有电加热板407,通过电加热板407对成型板406进行加热,便于波纹成型,成型板406靠近轴线一侧的内面上设置有多个成型纹,用于波纹管的波纹成型;所述成型板406外侧均安装有弹簧柱塞405,能够根据波纹管的直径大小进行相应调整。
具体地,所述蜗杆403一端安装有安装架402,蜗杆403另一端安装有第三电机408,通过第三电机408的旋转,带动蜗轮404和蜗杆403传动,从而实现成型腔401整体旋转,便于波纹管的波纹成型。
具体地,所述限位送料机构3的传送辊301和第一电机302底部均安装有多个齿轮306,所述齿轮306之间相互啮合连接,通过齿轮306的啮合传动,实现第一电机301带动传送辊301旋转,从而带动传送带303对管坯进行传送,且齿轮306下方安装有承接板305;所述承接板305底部安装有滑块307,所述限位送料机构3下方工作台2上安装有导轨304,所述滑块307可在导轨304上滑动,通过滑块307的滑动,便于根据管坯直径大小进行限位传送。
所述工作台2底部安装有支撑架1,起到支撑作用。
本发明的具体工作原理如下:根据管坯直径大小,调整相对设置的传送带303之间距离,此时,第一电机302已带动齿轮306旋转,由齿轮306的啮合传动带动传送辊301旋转,通过移动滑块307在导轨304上滑动,实现对管坯的限位传送。当管坯进入挤压成型机构4的成型腔401内,由弹簧柱塞405控制成型板406之间的距离,使得能够对管坯进行波纹成型。此时,电加热板407已对成型板406进行加热,便于波纹成型。同时,启动第二电机408带动蜗轮404和蜗杆403传动,从而使得成型腔401旋转,进一步促使波纹管成型。然后,通过平板链7进行传送,由升降气缸603进行升降从而完成切割刀605对波纹管的切割,并由升降气缸603上的长度测量传感器,和平板链7上的控制器对实现定长切割。
以上所述仅是本发明优选的实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何基于本发明所提供的技术方案和发明构思进行的改造和替换都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种自动化塑料波纹管生产线,包括工作台(2)和依次安装在工作台(2)上的限位送料机构(3)、挤压成型机构(4)和定长切割机构(6),其特征在于:所述限位送料机构(3)两侧对称设置有传送带(303),所述传送带(303)内均传动连接有一对传动辊(301),所述相邻的传送辊(301)之间安装有第一电机(302),所述挤压成型机构(4)中间设置有成型腔(401),所述成型腔(401)内上下对称安装有成型板(406),且成型腔(401)外安装有蜗轮(404),成型腔(401)下方设置有与蜗轮(404)啮合连接的蜗杆(403),所述定长切割机构(6)顶部设置有顶板(601),所述顶板(601)下方安装有第二电机(604),所述第二电机(604)一端转动连接有切割刀(605)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动化塑料波纹管生产线,其特征在于:所述定长切割机构(6)下方设置有多个平板链(7),所述平板链(7)两侧均安装有槽板(5),所述槽板(5)内设置有滑槽,所述平板链(7)两端可在滑槽内滑动,相邻平板链(7)之间安装有多个销轴(8)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动化塑料波纹管生产线,其特征在于:所述顶板(601)两端底部安装有支撑梁(606),所述支撑梁(606)架设在工作台(2)上,所述顶板(601)上中间开设有条形孔(602),且条形孔(602)中间上方安装有升降气缸(603)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种自动化塑料波纹管生产线,其特征在于:所述升降气缸(603)底部与第二电机(604)固定连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动化塑料波纹管生产线,其特征在于:所述成型板(406)为圆弧状设置,且成型板(406)内安装有电加热板(407),成型板(406)靠近轴线一侧的内面上设置有多个成型纹。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种自动化塑料波纹管生产线,其特征在于:所述成型板(406)外侧均安装有弹簧柱塞(405)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动化塑料波纹管生产线,其特征在于:所述蜗杆(403)一端安装有安装架(402),蜗杆(403)另一端安装有第三电机(408)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动化塑料波纹管生产线,其特征在于:所述限位送料机构(3)的传送辊(301)和第一电机(302)底部均安装有多个齿轮(306),所述齿轮(306)之间相互啮合连接,且齿轮(306)下方安装有承接板(305)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种自动化塑料波纹管生产线,其特征在于:所述承接板(305)底部安装有滑块(307),所述限位送料机构(3)下方工作台(2)上安装有导轨(304),所述滑块(307)可在导轨(304)上滑动。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动化塑料波纹管生产线,其特征在于:所述工作台(2)底部安装有支撑架(1)。
