本发明涉及一种三氯蔗糖生产中三氯乙烷尾气处理装置及方法,其特征在于:(1)将浓干工段、氯化工段的尾气通过引风机依次送到两级酸洗塔、两级碱洗塔,依次去除尾气中的碱性杂质气体和酸性杂质气体;(2)随后利用风机将尾气送入三级白油吸收塔进行吸收,吸收后的尾气进入碳纤维吸附装置中;(3)釜中的重相白油采出至白油中间槽中,白油中间槽开启自循环降温,把温度降到28‑32℃,再泵入一级白油吸收塔、二级白油吸收塔、三级白油吸收塔中重复利用;气液分离器出来的气体送入缓冲槽,随后经真空泵泵入一级白油吸收塔。本发明优点:工艺简单、可连续操作;能使尾气中的三氯乙烷气体被完全吸附,回收效率高;降低能耗、设备的磨损。

背景技术
三氯蔗糖作为一种新型的甜味食品添加剂,它比蔗糖、糖精、AK糖、阿斯巴甜、甜叶菊苷等更具优点,它安全性高、性能稳定,是一种新型的高质量、非营养型高效甜味剂,是肥胖症、心血管疾病和糖尿病患者食品的最佳理想甜味替代品;也属于精细化工产品领域,是食品添加剂的分支产品。它不仅在保健食品和医药中的应用范围迅速扩大,而且广泛应用于烘烤食品、饮料、口香咖啡、乳制品、冷冻点心、冰淇淋、布丁、果冻、果酱、糖浆等300多种加工制品中,目前已被市场广泛接受并成为最受欢迎的高倍甜味剂之一。
在三氯蔗糖生产中,原料三氯乙烷作为溶剂在整个三氯蔗糖生产工艺中贯穿酯化、氯化、浓干工段,虽然三氯乙烷是作为有机溶剂不参与反应过程,但是在各步的反应中,存在三氯乙烷溶剂的损耗,主要是存在于废水、真空尾气中。
目前,在三氯蔗糖生产中,三氯乙烷在三氯蔗糖吨产品中消耗高达550kg;三氯乙烷气味比较大,对人体存在一定的危害性,因此回收尾气和废水中的三氯乙烷是我们急需攻关的问题。现有的三氯蔗糖生产中,三氯乙烷尾气主要是通过碳纤维吸附处理,但是碳纤维存在吸附饱和性,正常碳纤维的使用寿命在15个月左右,更换一次碳纤维需要花费近30万元的资金消耗,成本消耗大,还存在尾气不合格危险。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有三氯乙烷尾气处理成本高的问题,提供一种三氯蔗糖生产中三氯乙烷尾气处理装置及方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种三氯蔗糖生产中三氯乙烷尾气处理装置,包括如下设备:一级酸洗塔通过管道依次和二级酸洗塔、二级碱洗塔、一级碱洗塔、一级白油吸收塔、二级白油吸收塔、三级白油吸收塔相连,一级白油吸收塔的底部通过管道和白油浓缩釜相连,白油浓缩釜通过管道依次和一级冷凝器、气液分离器一、二级冷凝器、气液分离器二、缓冲槽相连;其中三级白油吸收塔的底部都过管道和二级吸收塔中部相连,二级白油吸收塔的底部通过管道和一级吸收塔中部相连;白油浓缩釜的底部和白油接收槽相连,白油接收槽的底部通过管道和三级白油吸收塔相连;所述一级白油吸收塔、二级白油吸收塔、三级白油吸收塔的自身都带有循环装置,所述循环装置为从吸收塔的底部通过管道、泵以及冷凝器连至吸收塔的顶部;所述气液分离器一和气液分离器二的底部通过管道依次和三氯乙烷受槽、三氯乙烷中间槽相连;所述缓冲槽的顶部通过真空泵尾气和一级白油吸收塔的进入口相连;所述三级白油吸收塔顶部出来的废气去碳纤维进行吸收处理。
一种三氯蔗糖生产中三氯乙烷尾气处理方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)将浓干工段、氯化工段的尾气(三氯乙烷气体、二甲胺气体、DMF气体、二氧化硫气体、氨气)通过引风机送到一级寸四氟酸洗塔、二级寸四氟酸洗塔,吸收液依次分别为浓度18-22%的稀盐酸、浓度8-12%的稀盐酸,去除尾气中的二甲胺、氨气等碱性杂质气体;
(2)二级酸洗后的气体送到二级PP碱洗塔、一级PP碱洗塔中吸附尾气中的酸性杂质气体二氧化硫和酸洗塔中残留的酸气,吸收液均为浓度8-12%的的液碱;
(3)通过两级碱洗后的尾气,利用风机送入一级白油吸收塔、二级白油吸收塔、三级白油吸收塔中,在一级、二级、三级白油吸收塔中,依照白油中三氯乙烷的浓度高低判断吸收饱和度,三级白油往二级白油洗塔中置换,二级白油往一级白油洗塔中置换,一级白油洗塔泵入白油蒸馏釜中,三级白油吸收塔顶部出来的尾气进入碳纤维吸附装置中,三个白油吸收塔均保持常温状态;
(4)控制白油蒸馏釜真空度在-0.085~-0.09Kpa,温度在65~75℃,减压蒸馏白油中的三氯乙烷,蒸馏出来的气相(三氯乙烷)通过二级冷凝和气液分离,将三氯乙烷分离送至三氯乙烷受槽中,随后泵去三氯乙烷中间槽回用;
(5)釜中的重相白油通过釜底采出泵,采入白油中间槽中,白油中间槽开启自循环降温,把温度降到常温(28-32℃),再泵入一级白油吸收塔、二级白油吸收塔、三级白油吸收塔中重复利用;气液分离器出来的气体送入缓冲槽,随后经真空泵泵入一级白油吸收塔。
本发明先利用酸碱中和原理,去除三氯乙烷尾气中的酸性和碱性杂质气体,再利用三氯乙烷气体在有机溶剂白油中的溶解度大,且在减压低温条件下易分离的特性,可以很好的将三氯乙烷尾气中的三氯乙烷回收回来。

2. 可实现了连续进料、连续出料,大大降低了生产劳动强度,改善了生产现场环境卫生;
3.白油吸收三氯乙烷工艺以及前级尾气除杂工艺,使得浓干和氯化工段过来的尾气先进行除杂,再进行吸收,不仅能够使得尾气中的三氯乙烷气体被吸附完全,回收大量的三氯乙烷作为原料使用,每天能够回收三氯乙烷近1.5吨;且降低的碳纤维吸附装置的吸附负荷,延长其使用寿命;降低能耗、设备的磨损,减少了操作的劳动量,提高得率降低成本,提高产品质量和收率,完全能达到化工行业的产品质量高标准。

结合图1和图2,对本发明作进一步地说明:
一种三氯蔗糖生产中三氯乙烷尾气处理装置,包括如下设备:
一级酸洗塔通过管道依次和二级酸洗塔、二级碱洗塔、一级碱洗塔、一级白油吸收塔、二级白油吸收塔、三级白油吸收塔相连,一级白油吸收塔的底部通过管道和白油浓缩釜相连,白油浓缩釜通过管道依次和一级冷凝器、气液分离器一、二级冷凝器、气液分离器二、缓冲槽相连;其中三级白油吸收塔的底部都过管道和二级吸收塔中部相连,二级白油吸收塔的底部都过管道和一级吸收塔中部相连;白油浓缩釜的底部和白油接收槽相连,白油接收槽的底部通过管道和三级白油吸收塔相连;所述一级白油吸收塔、二级白油吸收塔、三级白油吸收塔的自身都带有循环装置,所述循环装置为从吸收塔的底部通过管道、泵以及冷凝器连至吸收塔的顶部;所述气液分离器一和气液分离器二的底部通过管道依次和三氯乙烷受槽、三氯乙烷中间槽相连;所述缓冲槽的顶部通过真空泵尾气和一级白油吸收塔的进入口相连;所述三级白油吸收塔顶部出来的废气去碳纤维进行吸收处理。
一种三氯蔗糖生产中三氯乙烷尾气处理方法,具体实施步骤如下:
实施例1
(1)将浓干工段、氯化工段的尾气(三氯乙烷气体、二甲胺气体、DMF气体、二氧化硫气体、氨气)以5000-8000m³/h 的速度通过引风机送到一级寸四氟酸洗塔、二级寸四氟酸洗塔,吸收液依次分别为浓度20%的稀盐酸、浓度10%的稀盐酸,去除尾气中的二甲胺、氨气等碱性杂质气体;
(2)二级酸洗后的气体(三氯乙烷气体、DMF气体、二氧化硫气体、氯化氢气体)以5000-8000m³/h的速度送到一级PP碱洗塔、一级PP碱洗塔中吸附尾气中的酸性杂质气体二氧化硫和酸洗塔中残留的酸气,吸收液均为浓度10%的的氢氧化钠溶液;
(3)通过两级碱洗后的尾气三氯乙烷气体、DMF气体),利用风机以 5000-8000m³/h的速度送入一级白油吸收塔、二级白油吸收塔、三级白油吸收塔中,在一级、二级、三级白油吸收塔中,依照白油中三氯乙烷的浓度高低判断吸收饱和度,三级白油往二级白油洗塔中置换,二级白油往一级白油洗塔中置换,一级白油洗塔泵入白油蒸馏釜中,三级白油吸收塔顶部出来的尾气(三氯乙烷气体、DMF气体)进入碳纤维吸附装置中,三个白油吸收塔均保持常温状态;
(4)控制白油蒸馏釜真空度在-0.088Kpa,温度在70℃,减压蒸馏白油中的三氯乙烷,蒸馏出来的气相(三氯乙烷92-98%)通过二级冷凝和气液分离,将三氯乙烷分离送至三氯乙烷受槽中(30L/h),随后泵去三氯乙烷中间槽回用;
(5)釜中的重相白油(500L/h)通过釜底采出泵,采入白油中间槽中,白油中间槽开启自循环降温,把温度降到常温(30℃),再泵入一级白油吸收塔、二级白油吸收塔、三级白油吸收塔中重复利用;气液分离器出来的气体(400L/h)送入缓冲槽,随后经真空泵泵入一级白油吸收塔。
Claims (2)
1.一种三氯蔗糖生产中三氯乙烷尾气处理装置,其特征在于包括如下设备:一级酸洗塔通过管道依次和二级酸洗塔、二级碱洗塔、一级碱洗塔、一级白油吸收塔、二级白油吸收塔、三级白油吸收塔相连,一级白油吸收塔的底部通过管道和白油浓缩釜相连,白油浓缩釜通过管道依次和一级冷凝器、气液分离器一、二级冷凝器、气液分离器二、缓冲槽相连;其中三级白油吸收塔的底部通过管道和二级吸收塔中部相连,二级白油吸收塔的底部通过管道和一级吸收塔中部相连;白油浓缩釜的底部和白油接收槽相连,白油接收槽的底部通过管道和三级白油吸收塔相连;
所述一级白油吸收塔、二级白油吸收塔、三级白油吸收塔的自身都带有循环装置,所述循环装置为从吸收塔的底部通过管道、泵以及冷凝器连至吸收塔的顶部;所述气液分离器一和气液分离器二的底部通过管道依次和三氯乙烷受槽、三氯乙烷中间槽相连;所述缓冲槽的顶部通过真空泵尾气和一级白油吸收塔的进入口相连;所述三级白油吸收塔顶部出来的废气去碳纤维进行吸收处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种三氯蔗糖生产中三氯乙烷尾气处理装置处理三氯乙烷尾气的方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)将浓干工段、氯化工段的尾气通过引风机送到一级酸洗塔、二级酸洗塔,吸收液依次分别为浓度18-22%的稀盐酸、浓度8-12%的稀盐酸,去除尾气中的二甲胺、氨气;
(2)二级酸洗后的气体送到二级PP碱洗塔、一级PP碱洗塔中吸附尾气中的酸性杂质气体二氧化硫和酸洗塔中残留的酸气,吸收液均为浓度8-12%的的液碱;
(3)通过两级碱洗后的尾气,利用风机送入一级白油吸收塔、二级白油吸收塔、三级白油吸收塔中,在一级、二级、三级白油吸收塔中,依照白油中三氯乙烷的浓度高低判断吸收饱和度,三级白油往二级白油洗塔中置换,二级白油往一级白油洗塔中置换,一级白油洗塔泵入白油浓缩釜中,三级白油吸收塔顶部出来的尾气进入碳纤维吸附装置中,三个白油吸收塔均保持常温状态;
(4)控制白油浓缩釜真空度在-0.085~-0.09Kpa,温度在65~75℃,减压蒸馏白油中的三氯乙烷,蒸馏出来的气相通过二级冷凝和气液分离,将三氯乙烷分离送至三氯乙烷受槽中,随后泵去三氯乙烷中间槽回用;
(5)釜中的重相白油通过釜底采出泵,采入白油接收槽中,白油接收槽开启自循环降温,把温度降到28-32℃,再泵入一级白油吸收塔、二级白油吸收塔、三级白油吸收塔中重复利用;气液分离器出来的气体送入缓冲槽,随后经真空泵泵入一级白油吸收塔。
