Background
The tobacco bacterial wilt is a destructive soil-borne disease caused by Ralstonia solanacearum Smith, pathogenic bacteria of the Ralstonia solanacearum have chemotaxis, motility and wide host range, the initial part of the disease is generally at the root, the disease rapidly expands under the proper environmental condition, and the tobacco leaves can be reduced in yield, the quality of the tobacco leaves is reduced, and even the tobacco leaves are not harvested. The pathogenic ralstonia solanacearum can survive for years in the environment and invade a host through a micro wound of a plant root system to cause withering of plant leaves and rot and blackening of vascular bundles, and finally death of the plant is caused.
The tobacco bacterial wilt is mainly caused by continuous cropping, chemical fertilizer abuse, improper farm work operation and the like, so that soil is slightly acidic, the microenvironment of the soil is damaged, plants are susceptible to diseases, the occurrence of the diseases is promoted, and serious loss is caused. At present, no fertilizer specially aiming at preventing and treating tobacco bacterial wilt and improving the proportion of middle and high-grade tobacco leaves exists in the prior art, the morbidity is reduced mainly by using a chemical bactericide, and the use of the chemical bactericide can cause the drug resistance of the tobacco, so that the using amount of the chemical bactericide needs to be increased, but the prevention effect is very little, and in addition, pesticide residue can be caused to influence the quality of the tobacco leaves and the environmental safety.
