Description

Soilless rooting cutting propagation method for sedum
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of plant cultivation, in particular to a soilless rooting cutting propagation method for sedum aizoon.
Background
The Crassulaceae plant is perennial fleshy perennial root herbaceous flower, the flowering period is concentrated in summer and autumn, the flower is small but is clustered and opened, the flower color is rich, the flower has safflower, powder, yellow, white and the like, the stem has emerald green, red, purple red and the like, the leaf has dark green, golden yellow and the like, and the flower leaves are luxuriant. The Crassulaceae plant has strong asexual reproduction ability, and can be planted and rooted after leaf picking, stem cutting or plant division. The plant height is generally 5-50 cm, the stem is upright or creeping in growth, and the meat of the whole plant is good. The leaf surface has wax powder, pores sink, transpiration can be reduced, pollution resistance is strong, and dust retention capacity is achieved. The plants consume little water and fertilizer, the landscaping varieties have the characteristics of cold resistance, barren resistance and drought resistance, and part of varieties can bear the low temperature of 20 ℃ below zero and can overwinter in the open field in the northern China. The world is widely distributed, and more than 1500 plants in the same genus are distributed. The main cultivation varieties at present comprise different varieties of sedum aizoon, sedum notoginseng, sedum germanica, sedum decumbens, sedum lineare and the like, and the sedum aizoon is short, small and wind-resistant, does not need a large amount of water and fertilizer, has low requirements on soil environment and good ornamental value, and is a preferred plant for roof greening, square ground greening, ground greening and slope protection, flower beds, flower mirrors, hanging baskets and tree pools.
The Crassulaceae plants are mainly subjected to vegetative propagation, mainly include branch cutting propagation, leaf cutting propagation, plant division propagation, tissue culture propagation and the like, and mainly include cutting and plant division propagation. The cutting propagation by utilizing the cutting shoot generally needs the cutting shoot with the length of 2-10 cm and at least 2 pairs of blades, the cutting depth is 1-4 cm, propagation materials such as a substrate, a plug tray, a nutrition pot, rooting powder and the like need to be purchased, strict and effective control on air temperature, humidity, plant diseases and insect pests, illumination, fertilization and the like needs to be kept in the cutting process and management after cutting, and the method is mainly used for promoting the cutting shoot to root until seedling is formed. The method adopts the leaf cuttage, the fineness of management after the cuttage directly influences whether the leaf can successfully take root, and stricter requirements are made on the propagation condition control.
The rooting of the cutting shoot in the propagation process is the key for successful propagation, and no matter what cutting mode, the cutting shoot is promoted to root so as to absorb growth substances such as water, nutrition and the like to be provided for the cutting shoot, and the cutting shoot is developed and grown into a complete plant. The succulent plants are easy to rot due to the fact that a large amount of water is stored in the plants, and the cutting shoots are easy to rot due to reasons of too much water, high air humidity, high temperature, diseases and the like in the process of breeding, so that the cutting shoots cannot root, and seedling culture fails, therefore, the external breeding conditions such as air, soil, illumination and the like are strictly controlled in the cutting process to ensure the cutting shoots to root.

Comparative example 1
A short spike cutting cultivation method of Sedum aizoon is suitable for Sedum aizoon and Sedum decumbens. It comprises the following steps:
1) cutting collection and pretreatment: selecting sedum aizoon with good growth vigor, and cutting the sedum aizoon into small sections with the length of 2-2.5 cm, wherein the number of leaves in each section is 2; removing three sections at the head end and three sections at the tail end during cutting collection, and collecting from the middle section;

3) cuttage: filling the substrate prepared in the step 2) into a plug tray to enable the filling amount to account for 3/4 of the capacity of the plug hole, and then inserting the cutting slips pretreated in the step 1) into the substrate to the insertion depth of 1-1.5 cm;
4) cultivation environment management: the method comprises the step of cultivating the short spikes in the scenic sky under the environment that the air temperature is 25-32 ℃, the air humidity is 50-65%, the substrate humidity is 30-40%, the shading degree is 50% between 12:00 and 14:00 every day, and the shading degree is 30% in the rest time, wherein the cultivation time is 25-35 days. The survival rate of the cutting is more than 90%.
In the method of the comparative example 1, the sedum rosea with good growth vigor is selected for cutting collection and pretreatment, three sections at the head end and three sections at the tail end are removed during cutting collection, the cutting is collected from the middle section, the cutting is directly cut into small sections with the length of 2-2.5 cm, and the number of leaves on each section is 2; in the method of the embodiment of the invention, the sedum plants with good growth vigor are selected, and branches above the growth part of the leaf of the 1 st or 2 nd lower section are cut as cuttings. On the basis, the method of the comparative example 1 has no cutting rooting process; in the embodiment of the invention, the selection and preparation of the root-growing hotbed are made. The method comprises the steps of firstly carrying out soilless rooting treatment on cuttings, selecting a plastic film to be paved on a flat ground to serve as a rooting hotbed, flatly paving the cuttings on the hotbed to be incapable of being placed in an overlapping mode, and further controlling a rooting environment, namely carrying out soilless rooting treatment on the scenic cuttings in an environment with the air temperature of 10-35 ℃, the air humidity of 30-50% and the shading degree of 50%, wherein the rooting time is 5-10 days, the rooting rate reaches 100%, then carrying out treatment on the cuttings, when pink aerial roots are generated on parts of sedum leaves connected with stems, the cuttings grow to 5-10 mm and 2-5 roots, cutting the cuttings, forming the cuttings into small sections with the length of 1-2 cm, and each section with the number of 1-2 leaves, and manufacturing the cuttings. Compared with the two methods, the method only uses garden soil, does not need to purchase turf and vermiculite, and has lower breeding cost.
In the comparative example 1, in the cuttage of the comparative example 1, the substrate is filled into the plug tray, so that the filling amount accounts for 3/4 of the capacity of the plug hole, and then the cutting slips are inserted into the substrate, wherein the insertion depth is 1-1.5 cm; a method for preparing and processing the cuttage of the soilless rooting cuttage of sedum, firstly preparing the cuttage seedbed, making the seedbed with the height of 5-10 cm and the width of 1 m on the substrate, the cuttage processing on the basis is that the pits with the depth of 1-2 cm are poked on the seedbed by fingers, the cutting slips are inserted into the pits, and the soil is covered and buried for light compaction. Compared with the two methods, the method provided by the invention does not need a plug tray, and can be used for directly cutting on the seedbed, so that the cost is lower, and the operation is simpler and more convenient.
In the comparative example 1, the cultivation environment management of the method of the comparative example 1 is to cultivate the short spikes in the landscape under the environment of 25 to 35 days, the air temperature is 25 to 32 ℃, the air humidity is 50 to 65%, the substrate humidity is 30 to 40%, the shading degree is 50% between 12:00 to 14:00 every day, and the shading degree is 30% in the rest of the time. The cultivation environment management of the invention is to cultivate the cutting in the scenic days in the environment of keeping the air temperature at 10-35 ℃, the air humidity at 30-50%, the substrate humidity at 25-35% and the shading degree at 50%, wherein the cultivation time is 15-20 days, and the cutting survival rate is more than 99%. Compared with the two methods, the method has the advantages that the cultivation environment is easier to control, the cultivation time is further shortened, and the survival rate of the cuttings is kept to be more than 99%.
