Abstract

技术领域:
本发明涉及杀真菌剂的组合。更具体地讲,本发明涉及用于控制广谱真菌病害的包括琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂杀真菌剂的杀真菌组合。
背景技术:
杀真菌剂是由农民生产以控制病害以及改善作物产量和质量的整合的且重要工具。多年来已经开发了各种杀真菌剂,这些杀真菌剂具有许多理想特性,诸如特异性、系统性、治愈和根除作用以及在低使用率下的高活性。
本领域已知琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂(SDHI)杀真菌剂是广谱杀真菌剂并且具有高效力。吡唑酰胺是SDHI类杀真菌剂范畴内的一组活性化合物,已知其效力比大多数其他SDHI杀真菌剂更高。这些分子特异性结合到线粒体复合物II的泛醌结合位点(Q位点),从而抑制真菌呼吸。已知这些杀真菌剂可控制广谱的真菌病害。
本领域还已知各种其他类的杀真菌剂,诸如醌外部抑制剂(QoI)、麦角固醇生物合成抑制剂、作用于多个位点的杀真菌剂、影响有丝分裂的杀真菌剂等。已经将这些杀真菌剂与SDHI杀真菌剂混合以实现广谱的病害控制。
WO2006037632提出了SDHI杀真菌剂与第二活性化合物的组合。WO2013127818提出了SDHI杀真菌剂与各种除草剂的组合。WO2006037634提出了使用SDHI杀真菌剂与各种杀真菌剂的组合来控制真菌的方法。然而,现有技术未提出使用SDHI杀真菌剂的三元或更高元组合。
二硫代氨基甲酸酯在本领域中被称为多位点杀真菌剂。这些杀真菌剂用于70多种作物的广谱病害控制。代森锰锌对于控制具有破坏性且传播快速的病害诸如致病疫霉(Phytophthora infestans)、苹果黑星菌(Venturia inaequalis)等特别重要。由于二硫代氨基甲酸酯杀真菌剂(尤其是代森锰锌)具有广谱的活性,通常可用于控制仅作用于真菌中的单个靶位点上的活性化合物无法控制的真菌植物病害,并且作物植株对其耐受性高,二硫代氨基甲酸酯杀真菌剂特别适用于病害控制。
已经将代森锰锌与各种SDHI杀真菌剂组合用于病害控制。本领域需要改善由这些组合提供的病害谱。

茶叶病害:网饼病(外担子菌(Exobasidium reticulatum))、白痂病(白星病菌(Elsinoe leucospila))、灰疫病(拟盘多毛孢属(Pestalotiopsis sp.))和炭疽病(炭疽病菌(Colletotrichum theae-sinensis))。
烟草病害:褐斑病(长柄链格孢菌(Alternaria longipes))、白粉病(菊科白粉菌(Erysiphe cichoracearum))、炭疽病(烟草炭疽病菌(Colletotrichum tabacum))、霜霉病(烟草霜霉(Peronospora tabacina))和黑胫病(烟草疫霉(Phytophthora nicotianae))。
油菜籽病害:菌核病(核盘菌(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum))和立枯病(立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani))。棉花病害:立枯病(立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani))。
甜菜病害:尾孢菌叶斑病(甜菜生尾孢菌(Cercospora beticola))、叶枯萎病(瓜亡革菌(Thanatephorus cucumeris))、根腐病(瓜亡革菌(Thanatephorus cucumeris))和丝囊霉属根腐病(螺壳状丝囊霉(Aphanomyces cochlioides))。
玫瑰病害:黑斑病(蔷薇双壳菌(Diplocarpon rosae))、白粉病(病原蔷薇单囊壳菌(Sphaerotheca pannosa))和霜霉病(蔷薇霜霉菌(Peronospora sparsa))。菊花和紫菀科植物病害:霜霉病(盘梗霉菌病菌(Bremia lactucae))、叶枯萎病(野菊壳针孢(Septoriachrysanthemi-indici))和白锈病(掘柄锈菌(Puccinia horiana))。
各种群体病害:由腐霉属(Pythium spp.)(瓜果腐霉(Pythium aphanidermatum)、德巴利腐霉(Pythium debarianum)、禾生腐霉(Pythium graminicola)、畸雌腐霉(Pythiumirregulare)、终极腐霉(Pythium ultimum))引起的病害、灰霉病(灰葡萄孢菌(Botrytiscinerea))和菌核病(核盘菌(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum))。
日本萝卜病害:链格孢叶斑病(嗜甘蓝链格孢菌(Alternaria brassicicola))。
草皮草病害:币斑病(银斑病病菌(Sclerotinia homeocarpa))以及褐斑病和巨斑病(立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani))。
香蕉病害:黑条叶斑病(斐济球腔菌(Mycosphaerella fijiensis))、黄条叶斑病(芭蕉生球腔菌(Mycosphaerella musicola))。
向日葵病害:霜霉病(霍尔斯单轴霉(Plasmopara halstedii))。
由曲霉属(Aspergillus spp.)、青霉属(Penicillium spp.)、镰刀菌属(Fusariumspp.)、赤霉菌属(Gibberella spp.)、木霉属(Tricoderma spp.)、根串珠霉属(Thielaviopsis spp.)、根霉属(Rhizopus spp.)、毛霉属(Mucor spp.)、伏革菌属(Corticium spp.)、茎点霉属(Phoma spp.)、丝核菌属(Rhizoctonia spp.)和色二孢属(Diplodia spp.)引起的种子病害或在各种植物生长早期发生的病害。
由多粘芽孢杆菌属(Polymixa spp.)或油壶菌属(Olpidium spp.)等介导的各种植物病毒病害。
本发明的组合物可以用于农业用地,诸如田地、稻田、草坪和果园,或者可以用于非农业用地。本发明可以用于控制用于种植植物的农业用地中的病害,而不对植物造成任何植物毒性。
可以在其上使用本发明组合物的作物的示例包括但不限于:玉米、水稻、小麦、大麦、裸麦、燕麦、高粱、棉花、大豆、花生、荞麦、甜菜、油菜籽、向日葵、甘蔗、烟草等;蔬菜类:茄科蔬菜,诸如茄子、番茄、甜椒、胡椒、土豆等;葫芦科蔬菜,诸如黄瓜、南瓜、西葫芦、西瓜、甜瓜、倭瓜等;十字花科蔬菜,诸如萝卜、白萝卜、山葵、甘蓝、大白菜、卷心菜、叶芥菜、西兰花、花椰菜等;紫菀科蔬菜,诸如牛蒡、筒篙、朝鲜蓟、莴苣等;百合科蔬菜,诸如青葱、洋葱、大蒜和芦笋;伞状花科蔬菜,诸如胡萝卜、欧芹、芹菜、欧洲防风草等;藜科蔬菜,诸如菠菜、莙荙菜等;薄荷科蔬菜,诸如荏胡麻、薄荷、罗勒等;草莓、甘薯、日本薯蓣、芋等;花卉、观叶植物、草坪草;水果:仁果类水果,诸如苹果、梨、榅桲等;核果类水果,诸如桃、李子、蜜桃、乌梅、樱桃、杏、西梅等;柑橘类水果,诸如橙、柠檬、青柠檬、柚等;坚果,诸如栗子、核桃、榛子、杏仁、开心果、腰果、夏威夷果等;浆果类,诸如蓝莓、蔓越橘、黑莓、树莓等;葡萄、柿子、橄榄、李子、香蕉、咖啡、椰枣、椰子等;除果树之外的树木;茶树;桑树;开花植物;树诸如白蜡树、桦树、山茱萸、桉树、银杏、丁香、枫树、栎树、杨树、南欧紫荆、枫香树、悬铃树、榉树、金钟柏、冷杉木、铁杉、杜松、松树、云杉、和东北红豆杉等。
在一个实施方案中,本发明的组合的组分杀真菌剂可以以(1-80):(1-80):(1-80):(1:80)的比率混合。
在一个方面,本发明可以提供控制真菌病害的方法,该方法包括施用包括以下各项的组合:
(a)至少一种琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂杀真菌剂;
(b)至少一种醌外部抑制剂和/或至少一种麦角固醇生物合成抑制剂;和
(c)至少一种二硫代氨基甲酸酯杀真菌剂。
在一个实施方案中,可以根据上文所述组合的任何优选的实施方案选择琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂杀真菌剂、醌外部抑制剂杀真菌剂、麦角固醇生物合成抑制剂杀真菌剂和二硫代氨基甲酸酯杀真菌剂。
本发明的组合可以作为预混合组合物或使得可以在喷洒之前混合各个活性物质的多部分试剂盒出售。另选地,多部分试剂盒可以含有预混合的琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂杀真菌剂和二硫代氨基甲酸酯杀真菌剂,以及可以与辅助剂混合的第三活性物质,使得可以在喷洒前在罐中混合两种组分。
本发明的组合物可以作为罐混物或制剂同时施用,或者可以按顺序施用。可以在植物出苗前(种植前或种植后)向土壤施用。可以在作物发育期间的不同时刻处以叶面喷洒的方式施用,在出苗后的早期或晚期施用一次或两次。
根据本发明的组合物可以在真菌感染有用植株或其繁殖材料之前或之后施用。
如示例中将展示的向琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂与醌外部抑制剂和/或麦角固醇生物合成抑制剂的组合中添加二硫代氨基甲酸酯杀真菌剂,极大地改善了病害控制以及改善产量,并展示出协同效应。混合物在病害控制中的性能越低,代森锰锌(当添加到本发明组合物中时)的附加有益效果就越大。
实施例:进行研究,以研究向琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂杀真菌剂和至少一种其他杀真菌剂中添加二硫代氨基甲酸酯杀真菌剂,以及二硫代氨基甲酸酯对这些混合物功效的贡献。在两年的时间内进行了实验,以研究添加二硫代氨基甲酸酯对单独使用琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂时的功效以及当与协同杀真菌剂诸如醌外部抑制剂和/或麦角固醇生物合成抑制剂杀真菌剂组合使用时的功效的影响。测试的剂量为代森锰锌1500g/ha、麦角固醇生物合成抑制剂150ml/ha、醌外部抑制剂200g/ha、琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂杀真菌剂1000g/ha和200g/ha。测试组合在大豆中控制亚洲大豆锈病的病害控制功效。试验在印度的不同地点进行。
测试在大豆栽培种Monsoy 9144 RR上进行。以指定剂量使用可商购获得的各个活性成分。
表1:表1示出了当向含有琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂杀真菌剂和麦角固醇生物合成抑制剂的组合中添加代森锰锌时代森锰锌的功效。
表1清楚地展示当将代森锰锌添加到麦角固醇生物合成抑制剂和琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂杀真菌剂的组合中时,控制得到增加。
表2:表2展示当将代森锰锌添加到琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂杀真菌剂和醌外部抑制剂杀真菌剂和麦角固醇生物合成抑制剂的组合中时的功效。
表2清楚地展示将代森锰锌添加到组合中的重要性。添加代森锰锌可以改善病害控制。
因此发现,当与麦角固醇生物合成抑制剂或醌外部抑制剂混合时,代森锰锌的引入极大地增加琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂杀真菌剂治疗的功效和病害控制。因此得出结论,代森锰锌的添加增强了该组合的功效,并且令人惊奇地产生了协同效应。二硫代氨基甲酸酯的添加增加病害防治并改善植物产量。本发明通过以上实施例更具体地解释。然而,应当理解的是,本发明的范围不以任何方式受实施例的限制。本领域的普通技术人员将认识到,本发明包括上述实施例并且还可以在本发明的技术范围内进行修改和更改。
尽管本发明的前述书面描述使得普通技术人员能够制备并使用目前被认为是其最佳模式的内容,但普通技术人员将理解和明白存在本文特定实施方案、方法和实施例的变型、组合和等同物。因此,本发明不应受上述实施方案、方法和实施例的限制,而应受本发明的范围和实质内的所有实施方案和方法的限制。
Claims (18)
1.一种杀真菌组合,所述杀真菌组合包括至少一种琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂杀真菌剂、至少一种二硫代氨基甲酸酯杀真菌剂和至少另一种杀真菌剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合,其中所述二硫代氨基甲酸酯杀真菌剂选自代森铵、福美砷、氧化福美双、吗菌威、硫杂灵、福美铜氯、双硫仑、福美铁、威百亩、代森钠、福美双联、福美双、福美甲胂、福美锌、棉隆、代森硫、代森环、代森锰铜、代森锰锌、代森锰、代森联、福代锌、丙森锌和代森锌。
3.根据权利要求2所述的组合,其中所述二硫代氨基甲酸酯杀真菌剂为代森锰锌。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组合,其中所述琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂选自吡唑酰胺类的琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂杀真菌剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的组合,其中所述吡唑酰胺类的琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂杀真菌剂选自联苯吡菌胺、氟唑菌酰胺、呋吡菌胺、吡唑萘菌胺、氟唑菌苯胺、吡噻菌胺、fluindapyr和氟唑环菌胺。
6.根据权利要求1所述的组合,其中至少另一种杀真菌剂选自麦角固醇生物合成抑制剂杀真菌剂和醌外部抑制剂杀真菌剂中的至少一者。
7.根据权利要求6所述的组合,其中所述麦角固醇生物合成抑制剂选自氧环唑、联苯三唑醇、糠菌唑、环丙唑醇、苯醚甲环唑、烯唑醇、氟环唑、乙环唑、腈苯唑、氟喹唑、氟硅唑、粉唑醇、己唑醇、亚胺唑、种菌唑、叶菌唑、腈菌唑、戊菌唑、丙环唑、硅氟唑、戊唑醇、四氟醚唑、三唑酮、三唑醇、灭菌唑、丙硫菌唑、抑霉唑、恶咪唑、稻瘟酯、咪鲜胺、氟菌唑、氯苯嘧啶醇、噻菌醇、碇斑肟、啶菌恶唑、嗪氨灵以及它们的混合物。
8.根据权利要求6所述的组合,其中所述醌外部(Qo)抑制剂杀真菌剂选自嘧菌酯、丁香菌酯、烯肟菌酯、氟菌螨酯、啶氧菌酯、唑菌酯、甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂(mandestrobin)、唑菌胺酯、唑胺菌酯、氯啶菌酯、醚菌酯、醚菌胺、烯肟菌胺、苯氧菌胺、肟菌酯、恶唑菌酮、氟嘧菌酯、咪唑菌酮、吡菌苯威以及它们的混合物。
9.一种杀真菌组合,所述杀真菌组合包括至少一种琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂杀真菌剂、至少一种二硫代氨基甲酸酯杀真菌剂和至少两种其他杀真菌剂。
10.根据权利要求1所述的组合,所述组合包括:
(a)代森锰锌;和
(b)吡唑萘菌胺、吡噻菌胺、啶酰菌胺、fluindapyr、联苯吡菌胺、氟唑菌酰胺、呋吡菌胺、氟唑菌苯胺或氟唑环菌胺;和
(c)环丙唑醇、苯醚甲环唑、氟环唑、己唑醇、己唑醇、戊唑醇、四氟醚唑、丙硫菌唑、嘧菌酯、啶氧菌酯、唑菌胺酯、醚菌酯、肟菌酯或它们的组合。
11.根据权利要求1所述的组合,所述组合包括:
(a)代森锰锌;和
(b)吡唑萘菌胺或吡噻菌胺(penthipyrad);和
(c)丙硫菌唑和/或嘧菌酯。
12.根据权利要求1所述的组合,所述组合包括:
(a)代森锰锌;和
(b)Fluindapyr;和
(c)丙硫菌唑和/或嘧菌酯。
13.一种组合物,所述组合物包含:
(a)至少一种琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂杀真菌剂;
(b)至少一种二硫代氨基甲酸酯杀真菌剂;
(c)至少一种麦角固醇生物合成抑制剂和/或至少一种醌外部抑制剂;和
(d)至少一种农业化学上可接受的赋形剂。
14.根据权利要求13所述的组合物,其中所述组合物被配制成可湿性散剂、颗粒、粉剂、可溶(液体)浓缩物、悬浮液浓缩物、水包油乳剂、油包水乳剂、可乳化浓缩物、胶囊悬浮液、ZC制剂、油分散体。
15.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合,其中所述组合的所述组分杀真菌剂以(1-80):(1-80):(1-80):(1:80)的比率混合。
16.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述组合物中琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂的总量在0.1重量%至99重量%的范围内,所述组合物中二硫代氨基甲酸酯杀真菌剂的总量在0.1重量%至99重量%的范围内;所述组合物中麦角固醇生物合成抑制剂的总量在0.1重量%至99重量%的范围内;并且所述组合物中醌外部抑制剂的总量在0.1重量%至99重量%的范围内。
17.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述组合物用于叶面施用,或者向植物繁殖材料施用。
18.一种控制真菌病害的方法,所述方法包括向植物的所在地施用包括以下各项的组合:
(a)至少一种琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂杀真菌剂;
(b)至少一种醌外部抑制剂和/或至少一种麦角固醇生物合成抑制剂;和
(c)至少一种二硫代氨基甲酸酯杀真菌剂。
