table 7 test data for anti-run essences of inventive example 4 and comparative example 5, comparative example 8
Figure BDA0003443990490000111
According to the test results shown in Table 7, the anti-hair loss essence (example 4) prepared by the peony root extract with the mass percentage of 0.05-0.5% provided by the example of the invention is safe to human body, is still in a stable state in a low-temperature environment (-18 ℃) and has the anti-hair loss effect. However, the anti-hair loss essence (comparative example 5) prepared by the peony root extract has an unobvious anti-hair loss and hair growth effect, and is effective for some people and ineffective for some people. In addition, the anti-drop essence prepared by the peony root extract (0.80%) which is not used in the component range has a precipitation phenomenon in a low-temperature test.
Influence of anti-drop essence prepared based on swertia extract with different content ratios on anti-drop performance:
example 5
Mixing 12% ethanol and 5% glycerol; adding 0.70% of Ginseng radix extract, 0.30% of folium Artemisiae Argyi extract, 0.10% of radix moutan extract, and 0.30% of herba Swertiae Bimaculatae extract, stirring until the solution is clear and transparent, adding part of deionized water, and mixing; adding deionized water solution of 0.20% PCA zinc and 0.20% nicotinamide, and stirring and mixing uniformly; finally, 0.02% essence and 0.08% preservative are added, deionized water is added to 100%, and the mixture is uniformly mixed to obtain the anti-drop essence (example 5).
To illustrate the beneficial effects of this example, we produced an anti-drop concentrate based on example 5, without the addition of swertia extract as a component, as comparative example 6.
Comparative example 6
Mixing 12% ethanol and 5% glycerol; adding 0.70% of Ginseng radix extract, 0.30% of folium Artemisiae Argyi extract, and 0.10% of radix moutan extract, stirring until the solution is clear and transparent, adding part of deionized water, and mixing; adding deionized water solution of 0.20% PCA zinc and 0.20% nicotinamide, and stirring and mixing uniformly; finally, 0.02% of essence and 0.08% of preservative are added, deionized water is supplemented to 100%, and the mixture is uniformly mixed to obtain the anti-drop essence (comparative example 6).
The samples of example 5 and comparative example 6 were subjected to temperature test, sample patch test and human body test, and the test results are shown in table 8 below:
table 8 anti-run serum test data for inventive example 5 and comparative example 6
Figure BDA0003443990490000121
According to the test results shown in Table 8, the anti-hair loss essence (example 5) prepared by the swertia extract with the mass percentage of 0.05-1% provided by the example of the invention is safe to human body, is still in a stable state in a low-temperature environment (-18 ℃) and has the anti-hair loss effect. However, the anti-hair loss essence (comparative example 6) prepared by not adopting the swertia extract as a component has an unobvious anti-hair loss and hair growth effect, and is effective for some people and ineffective for some people.
Influence of anti-drop essence prepared based on PCA zinc and nicotinamide with different content ratios on anti-drop performance:
example 6
Mixing 10% ethanol, 2% propylene glycol and 3% glycerol; adding 0.60% Ginseng radix extract, 0.10% folium Artemisiae Argyi extract, 0.20% radix moutan extract, and 0.05% swertia extract, stirring until the solution is clear and transparent, adding part of deionized water, and mixing; adding deionized water solution of 0.20% PCA zinc and 0.30% nicotinamide, and stirring and mixing uniformly; finally, 0.04% of essence and 0.08% of preservative are added, deionized water is added to 100%, and the mixture is uniformly mixed to obtain the anti-drop essence (example 6).
To illustrate the benefits of this example, we produced an anti-run out concentrate without added zinc PCA as a component as comparative example 9 and an anti-run out concentrate without added nicotinamide as a component as comparative example 10, based on example 6.
Comparative example 9
Mixing 10% ethanol, 2% propylene glycol and 3% glycerol; adding 0.60% Ginseng radix extract, 0.10% folium Artemisiae Argyi extract, 0.20% radix moutan extract, and 0.05% swertia extract, stirring until the solution is clear and transparent, adding part of deionized water, and mixing; adding deionized water solution of 0.30% nicotinamide, and stirring and mixing uniformly; finally, 0.04% of essence and 0.08% of preservative are added, deionized water is supplemented to 100%, and the mixture is uniformly mixed to obtain the anti-drop essence (comparative example 9).
Comparative example 10
Mixing 10% ethanol, 2% propylene glycol and 3% glycerol; adding 0.60% Ginseng radix extract, 0.10% folium Artemisiae Argyi extract, 0.20% radix moutan extract, and 0.05% swertia extract, stirring until the solution is clear and transparent, adding part of deionized water, and mixing; adding deionized water solution of 0.20% PCA zinc, stirring and mixing uniformly; finally, 0.04% of essence and 0.08% of preservative are added, deionized water is supplemented to 100%, and the mixture is uniformly mixed to obtain the anti-drop essence (comparative example 10).
Temperature test, sample patch test and human body test were performed on example 6, comparative example 9 and comparative example 10, and the test results are shown in table 9 below:
table 9 test data for anti-run extracts of inventive example 6 and comparative example 9, comparative example 10
Figure BDA0003443990490000131
According to the test results shown in Table 9, the anti-hair loss essence (example 6) prepared by adopting the example provided by the invention and containing 0.05-1% of PCA zinc and 0.05-0.5% of nicotinamide by mass percent is safe to human body, is still in a stable state in a low-temperature environment (-18 ℃) and has the anti-hair loss effect. The anti-hair loss essence prepared by adopting no PCA zinc (comparative example 9) and the anti-hair loss essence prepared by adopting no nicotinamide (comparative example 10) have unobvious anti-hair loss and hair growth effects, and are effective for some people and ineffective for some people.
The test results show that the different components of the anti-hair loss essence provided by the invention are synergistic, so that the anti-hair loss effect is realized and the problem of low-temperature precipitation of the essence is solved.
