Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a whitening and freckle-removing essence and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, a plurality of whitening and freckle-removing cosmetics are available on the market, and can be generally classified into liquids, emulsions, creams, plasters and the like according to dosage forms. The existing whitening and freckle-removing cosmetics cannot achieve the corresponding whitening and freckle-removing effects, the problems of insecurity, adverse reaction and the like exist in the product under the same addition amount, the product stability is poor, and the whitening and freckle-removing cosmetics are not ideal in the aspects of raw material combination and preparation methods. How to reduce the irritation of the whitening and freckle-removing cosmetic and improve the stability of the cosmetic is a problem faced by the prior whitening and freckle-removing cosmetic.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the defects of the prior art, the first object of the invention is to provide a whitening and freckle-removing essence which can effectively achieve the effects of whitening and removing freckles, is stable, is not easy to discolor and has low irritation.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the whitening and freckle-removing essence, which can uniformly disperse all raw materials, improve the stability of the product and keep the activity of the raw materials.
In order to achieve the first purpose of the invention, the invention provides a whitening and freckle-removing essence which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 1% of 4-butyl resorcinol; 0.5-1% of acetylcysteine; 0.2-0.5% of arginine ferulate; 0.2-0.3% of 1-methylhydantoin-2-imide; 2% of nicotinamide; 10-10.5% of an emollient; 1-1.5% of a skin conditioner; 0.5-0.8% of preservative; 0.2-0.3% of other additives; the balance being water.
Preferably, the other additive comprises a chelating agent, which is disodium EDTA.
Preferably, the other additives further comprise a thickener, which is xanthan gum.
Preferably, the mass percent of the chelating agent in the whitening and freckle-removing essence is 0.1%, and the mass percent of the thickening agent in the whitening and freckle-removing essence is 0.1-0.2%.
Preferably, the emollient includes butylene glycol, glycerin, β -glucan, avenanthramide, and sodium hyaluronate; the mass percentage of the butanediol in the whitening and freckle-removing essence is 2.5-3%; the mass percentage of the glycerin in the whitening and freckle-removing essence is 2.5-3%; the mass percentage of the beta-glucan in the whitening and freckle-removing essence is 2-2.5%; the mass percentage of the oat peptide in the whitening and freckle-removing essence is 2-2.5%; the mass percentage of the sodium hyaluronate in the whitening and freckle-removing essence is 0.06-0.08%.

Compared with the prior art, the invention can obtain the following beneficial effects:
the whitening and freckle-removing essence disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the consumption of 4-butyl resorcinol is controlled to be 1%, the problem that stimulation is easily caused when the 4-butyl resorcinol is excessively used is solved, the whitening and freckle-removing effects of the 4-butyl resorcinol are improved by using nicotinamide, acetylcysteine, 1-methylhydantoin-2-imide and arginine ferulate in combination with the 4-butyl resorcinol, the pH value of a formula does not need to be reduced, the stimulation is reduced, and the problem that the 4-butyl resorcinol is easily oxidized and discolored in the formula can be solved by combining the raw materials. In addition, a chelating agent EDTA disodium can be added into the formula, so that the antioxidant capacity of the formula is further improved, 4-butylresorcinol is not easy to oxidize, and the stability of the formula is improved.
In the preparation process, the raw materials are divided into an A phase, a B phase and a C phase, wherein the A phase raw material can be heated to a higher temperature, so that the raw materials are fully and uniformly dissolved and are not inactivated due to overhigh temperature; the phase B is a main component for removing spots and whitening, and needs to be independently dissolved and then added into the material body at a low temperature; phase C is an active additive, and the extract is high in content and can only be added at a low temperature of the material body, so that the activity can be ensured. The preparation method of the whitening and freckle-removing essence can disperse all raw materials more uniformly, improve the stability of products, improve the production efficiency and keep the activity of the raw materials.

The following performance tests, including stability test, allergy test and spot removal effect test, were performed on the essences obtained in the examples and comparative examples.
(1) Stability of
The results are shown in Table 5 below.
Table 5 stability test results
As can be seen from the above, the whitening and freckle-removing essence prepared in the embodiments 1-2 of the present invention has the advantages of stability and no discoloration, whereas in the comparative example 1, excessive 4-butylresorcinol causes the obtained essence to be easily discolored at a slightly higher temperature, and in the comparative example 3, the preparation method of the present invention is not adopted, but a method of mixing all raw materials is adopted, so that the obtained essence is easily delaminated under centrifugation and heating conditions.
(2) Allergy testing
The test is used for counting the number of allergy in the trial results of 50 persons and calculating the allergy rate. The results are shown in Table 6 below.
TABLE 6 allergy test results
As can be seen from the above, examples 1 to 2 of the present invention have a lower allergy rate than comparative example 1 in which 4-butyl resorcinol is used in an excessive amount, mainly because the present invention reduces the amount of 4-butyl resorcinol.
(3) Speckle removing effect test
The test is used for counting the trial results of 80 people, wherein the daily use amount of each person is the same for 30 freckles, 23 chloasma, 25 sunburn and 2 plumbum and mercury spots. The pigment fade was determined by comparison to a blank without any product and the results are shown in table 7 below.
TABLE 7 speckle-removing Effect test results (pigment fading rate/%)
Continuing with Table 7:
from the above, the freckle-removing essence disclosed by the invention has a good freckle-removing effect on freckles, chloasma, sunburn and plumbum and mercury spots, and particularly on sunburn and freckles. Compared with the comparative example 1, the initial freckle removing effect of the comparative example 1 is better, and the freckle removing effect of the embodiment of the invention is equivalent to that of the comparative example 1 after the use time is prolonged, but the embodiment of the invention overcomes the defects of strong irritation, easy discoloration and the like of the comparative example 1. The spot-removing effect of comparative example 2 was inferior to that of comparative example 2.
In conclusion, the whitening and freckle-removing essence disclosed by the invention is stable, does not change color, has low irritation and has a better whitening and freckle-removing effect.
Finally, it should be emphasized that the above-described embodiments are merely preferred examples of the invention, which is not intended to limit the invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
