Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a whitening and moisturizing composition, body lotion and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With seasonal changes, the intensity of sunlight and the humidity of air can change obviously, which can affect the health of human skin. If the strong light in the south and the dry air in the north cause the epidermis layer of the skin to lack enough water, the skin is dry, the skin shows redness and fine cracks, scales or desquamation can be generated if the dry condition is continued seriously, the cracks can even crack the skin, the depth reaches the dermis layer, infection is caused, and the skin is damaged.
In order to effectively avoid the problem of skin dryness, besides supplementing body water, some mild and non-irritant skin care products can be properly selected, so that the direct contact of the skin and the air is reduced, the evaporation speed of water is reduced, and the drying speed of the skin is reduced. Therefore, most of the existing skin care agents play a certain role in moisturizing the skin surface only by reducing the contact between the skin and the air, cannot reach the deep layer of the skin, and radically solve the problem of water shortage. Although skin care agents may be added with absorption-promoting agents, the effect is not ideal.

The formulation design principle of the invention is as follows:
the lilium candidum extract contains a large amount of organic acids, flavonoids, glycosides and other substances, has the proliferation effect on fibroblasts, has the promotion effect on the activity of cathepsin, has the anti-aging effect, has the promotion effect on the activity of luciferase and has the anti-inflammatory effect. The contained aspartic acid has an anti-oxidation effect, the ophiopogon polysaccharide is a natural humectant, and veratramine has a strong inhibition effect on tyrosinase and can whiten and remove freckles. Therefore, the lilium candidum extract is an excellent active substance for whitening, moisturizing and resisting aging.
The yeast fermentation product extract not only contains skin beneficial components such as monosaccharide, polysaccharide, mineral substances, vitamins and the like which are products of yeast fermentation, but also contains active components such as amino acid, nucleotide and the like which are obtained by degrading proteins, nucleic acid and the like in yeast cells. After fermentation or degradation, the formed substances with small molecular weight have stronger permeability and are easier to enter the deep layer of the skin and be absorbed. Free amino acids are important components of natural skin moisturizing factors, amino acids, polypeptides have good effect on inhibiting the formation of tyrosinase melanin, abundant vitamins, polysaccharides have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-aging effects, minerals can promote the generation of body cells, and organic acids can remove cutin mildly; thus making the skin smooth and tender.
Paeonol is an effective component extracted from dried root bark of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr of Ranunculaceae. At a concentration that is devoid of the effect of a killer cell, paeonol is effective in inhibiting tyrosinase activity of melanoma cells and human epidermal melanocytes, thereby effectively inhibiting melanin synthesis. On the other hand, paeonol inhibits intracellular O 2- The generation of free radicals slows down the fibrosis of protein cells, so that the skin loses elasticity and wrinkles are generated; slowing down the peroxidation of adipocytes leading to skin becomingDull and colored. Therefore, the paeonol has the functions of whitening the skin and reducing and fading deposited pigments in the skin. In addition, the paeonol also has good anti-inflammatory effect.
The dipotassium glycyrrhizinate can activate corticosteroid compounds, indirectly enhance the effect of the corticosteroid compounds, effectively prevent sensitive inflammation phenomenon when skin is stimulated, has anti-inflammatory and sedative effects on inflammation, can be used together with paeonol, has synergistic anti-inflammatory effect, and is used for resisting allergy and repairing skin tissues.
Amylopectin has high branching property, the structure is favorable for being combined with water molecules through hydrogen bonds, the amylopectin is easily dispersed into viscous colloidal solution, and the three-dimensional reticular space distribution hinders the formation of the hydrogen bonds of the microcrystalline bundles, so that the amylopectin is very stable, basically cannot be aged, is easily adhered to the surface layer of skin, can carry and control active substances such as paeonol, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and the like to be slowly released through the three-dimensional spatial structure, and realizes the long-time repair of the skin.
Phenoxyethanol is a substance with extremely strong killing effect on pseudomonas aeruginosa, p-hydroxyacetophenone is also an excellent preservative, and can be respectively mixed with lily extract and yeast fermentation product extract for use, so that the growth of microorganisms can be effectively inhibited, and the activity of the extract can be maintained.
The bis (hydroxymethyl) imidazolidinyl urea is a preservative, plays a role in sterilization and bacteriostasis by releasing formaldehyde, particularly has an antifungal effect, and can greatly improve the preservative property when being used together with methyl hydroxybenzoate and propyl hydroxybenzoate.
The xanthan gum is one of biological gums with excellent performance, and integrates the functions of thickening property, water locking property, suspension property, emulsifying property and the like. Has good intersolubility with other thickeners, can improve the viscosity of the product by compounding, and simultaneously locks water.
Nicotinamide is non-acidic and non-irritating, is a highly absorptive water-soluble substance, and can reduce the transfer of melanosomes from melanocytes to keratinocytes, block the transfer of melanin, reduce the amount of melanin transferred to epidermal cells, and achieve whitening effect. And niacinamide can increase the levels of free fatty acids and ceramides in the skin, enhance keratin synthesis, and thus help the skin retain water. The most important thing is that niacinamide can inhibit sugar aging and indirectly resist aging, excessive sugar is absorbed and cannot be completely metabolized by the body, sugar can be attached to protein in the dermis layer, collagen loses elasticity and turns brown, and elastic fiber is broken due to saccharification. Nicotinamide can stimulate collagen production and slow down the sugar aging process.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention provides a whitening and moisturizing composition which comprises the following components: a lily lilium extract component, a yeast fermentation product extract component; nicotinamide, paeonol component. The lilium candidum extract contains a large amount of organic acids, flavonoids, glycosides and other substances, and is an excellent active substance for whitening, moisturizing and resisting aging. The yeast fermentation product extract contains skin beneficial components such as monosaccharide, polysaccharide, mineral, vitamins, etc. after fermentation of yeast, and also contains amino acids, nucleotides, etc. after degradation of protein, nucleic acid, etc. in yeast cell. The permeability is stronger, the skin can be absorbed more easily in the deep layer of the skin, and the moisturizing, whitening and anti-aging effects are effectively improved. Paeonol and nicotinamide are also active substances with good skin adsorbability, whitening, moisturizing and anti-aging. The invention combines the lily extract component, the yeast fermentation product extract component, the nicotinamide and the paeonol, and can promote active substances to be absorbed by skin, thereby achieving the synergistic effect on deep moisturizing, whitening and anti-aging.

Performance testing
Test 1: moisture retention test:
the whitening and moisturizing body milk of the examples 5 to 7 and the comparative examples 1 to 4 was subjected to the moisturizing test, and the specific operation method was: selecting a glass dish with a proper size, weighing a certain amount of the moisturizing skin care product, dropwise adding the moisturizing skin care product on the glass dish, putting the glass dish into a dryer for 24 hours, then weighing, and calculating the water loss rate, wherein the results are shown in table 3.
Table 3 body lotion loss test results for whitening and moisturizing
Example 5 | Example 6 | Example 7 | Comparative example 1 | Comparative example 2 | Comparative example 3 | Comparative example 4 | |
The water loss rate% | 8.5 | 8.1 | 8.4 | 12.1 | 11.5 | 11.3 | 11.5 |
As shown in table 1, the whitening and moisturizing body lotions of examples 5 to 7 have a water loss rate of less than 9% and a good moisturizing effect; in the comparative examples 1-3, the water loss rate is higher and the moisture retention performance is poorer because the lily lilium candidum extract component, the yeast fermentation product extract component and the paeonol component are lacked; therefore, the lily extract component, the yeast fermentation product extract component, the paeonol component and other components are combined, and the moisture retention effect of the composition achieves the synergistic effect. And it can be seen from comparative example 4 that, although the same ingredients as in example 7 were used, since the lily bulbs extract component, the yeast fermentation product extract component and the paeonol component were not separately premixed and the ingredients in the respective components were mixed, but the lily bulbs extract component, the yeast fermentation product extract component and the paeonol component were separately added at the same time for reaction and mixing in the preparation of the body lotion, the moisturizing effect was slightly inferior to that of the body lotion prepared by premixing, which is not only a synergistic effect of the respective components but also a certain correlation with the order of mixing the components.
And (3) testing 2: tyrosinase inhibition assay:
dissolving tyrosinase in PBS buffer with pH =6.8 to prepare 120U/mL tyrosinase solution; dissolving L-tyrosine in PBS buffer solution with pH =6.8 to prepare 1.6 mol/L-tyrosine solution; dissolving a sample to be detected in PBS (phosphate buffer solution) with pH =6.8 to prepare a sample solution to be detected of 0.5 mg/mL; taking 0.5mL of sample solution to be tested, adding 0.5mL of tyrosinase solution and 1.5mL of PBS buffer solution with the pH value of 6.8, preheating for 10min at 35 ℃, adding 0.5mL of L-tyrosine solution, reacting for 15min at 35 ℃, measuring the light absorption value at 475nm, testing 3 groups according to the same formula, and taking the average value.
Tyrosinase inhibition (%) = [1- (A1-A2)/(A3-A4) ] × 100
Wherein, A1: l-tyrosine, the light absorption value of the sample to be detected and the tyrosinase system; a2: the light absorption value of the sample to be detected, tyrosinase and PBS buffer solution system; a3: the light absorption values of the L-tyrosine and tyrosinase systems and the PBS buffer solution; a4: and (3) the light absorption value of a tyrosinase and PBS buffer solution system.
TABLE 4 tyrosinase inhibition rate test table
The whitening and moisturizing body lotion prepared by the invention has good whitening effect; comparing examples 5-7 with comparative examples 1-3, it can be seen that the whitening humectant is obtained by compounding the lily lilium candidum extract, the yeast fermentation product extract and the paeonol component, and has synergistic effect, so that the whitening effect is further improved; according to the invention, the lily extract, the yeast fermentation product extract and the paeonol component with specific contents are added, so that the lily extract, the yeast fermentation product extract and the paeonol component interact with other active ingredients in the formula in a coordinated manner to nourish the skin together; the lily extract and the yeast fermentation product extract are mutually complemented with different whitening and moisturizing active ingredients of paeonol, so that the inhibition on the catalytic activity of tyrosinase is further enhanced, and simultaneously, more whitening active ingredients act on the tyrosinase, the formation of melanin is effectively inhibited, and the skin whitening effect is better.
Therefore, the combination of the lily extract component, the yeast fermentation product extract component, the nicotinamide and the paeonol can promote active substances to be absorbed by skin, so that the synergistic effect on deep moisturizing, whitening and anti-aging is achieved.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby, and any insubstantial changes and substitutions made by those skilled in the art based on the present invention are within the protection scope of the present invention.
