adenosine: 0.1-0.5,
oat polypeptide: 0.1-0.5,
beta-glucan: 0.5-2.0,
the camellia extract: 1.0-5.0,
biological carbohydrate gum-1: 0.1-1.0;
the camellia extract is microcapsule powder with the particle size of 1-8 μm;
the method for preparing the camellia extract into the microcapsule powder comprises the following steps:
taking camellia seed oil, camellia extract and camellia leaf extract as core materials, taking modified starch and Arabic gum as wall materials, mixing the core materials and the wall materials, adding an emulsifier after dissolution, shearing at high speed, and homogenizing to obtain an emulsion;
and spray drying the emulsion to obtain microcapsule powder.
