The content of the components was measured with respect to the complex plant extracts prepared in examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 13.

As can be seen from the results in Table 1, the content of the four active substances in the composite plant extracts obtained in comparative examples 1 to 5 is lower than the level of the composite plant extracts obtained in examples 1 to 6, which indicates that the invention can simultaneously achieve higher contents of polyphenol, flavone, total sugar and urolithin by controlling the dosage ratio of the three specific plants, and the content of the four active substances in the composite extracts obtained by reducing the dosage of any one plant material or lacking any one plant material can not simultaneously reach the level of the composite plant extracts obtained in examples 1 to 6.
In addition, the preparation processes of comparative examples 6-9 and 11-12 are different from the preparation process of the present invention, the content of four active substances in the obtained plant extract can not reach the content range of 4 active substances in the extracts of examples 1-6 at the same time, and although the content of 4 active substances in the extract obtained in comparative example 11 is higher, the color of the extract is dark, which is not favorable for the application. In contrast, in comparative examples 10 and 13, the effect of the present invention was not obtained in the content of active substances or in the appearance of the extract, as shown in example 1, without performing the electrical extraction operation or the ceramic membrane elution operation.
Experimental example 2 measurement of polysaccharide molecular weight distribution of plant extract and experiment of facial filming of volunteers
1. Experimental methods
Because the extract obtained by the invention mainly contains polysaccharide which has the effect of instant film forming and instant wrinkle resistance, the polysaccharide content is low, the film forming effect is poor, only a sample with the polysaccharide content of 1% is tested for the molecular weight distribution, and the molecular weight distribution of the polysaccharide in the compound extract obtained by the High Performance Gel Permeation Chromatography (HPGPC) is detected in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 3, 5, 9, 11, 12 and 13.
Volunteer facial filming experiment: 11 subjects were selected, the complex extracts obtained in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 3, 5, 9, 11, 12 and 13 were mixed with ultrapure water to prepare 5% aqueous solutions, 0.5mL of the aqueous solutions was applied to the eye periphery, and after 5min, the film formation was observed and the transdermal water loss and water content of the skin were measured.

FIG. 1 shows the molecular weight distribution of polysaccharides in the complex extract, and in examples 1 to 6, saccharides having a molecular weight of < 10kDa account for 9 to 12% of the total mass of saccharides, saccharides having a molecular weight of < 10kDa < 100kDa account for 18 to 22% of the total mass of saccharides, saccharides having a molecular weight of < 100kDa account for 23 to 28% of the total mass of saccharides, and saccharides having a molecular weight of > 3000kDa account for 44 to 47% of the total mass of saccharides. Table 2 shows the results of the plant extract including the periocular smear film formation, the transdermal water loss rate and the epidermal water content, and it can be seen from the molecular weight distribution of polysaccharides, the periocular smear film formation, the transdermal water loss of skin and the stratum corneum water content in fig. 1 and 2 that the plant extracts prepared in examples 1 to 5 have the distribution of large molecular polysaccharides and small molecular polysaccharides favorable for film formation and low transdermal water loss and high stratum corneum water content, while the composite extracts obtained in comparative examples 3, 5, 9, 11, 12 and 13 have the tendency of the polysaccharides to be distributed mostly in the large molecular weight region, have good film formation property, but are easily slubbed, and have short water absorption duration due to their very small molecular polysaccharides.
Experimental example 3 in vitro promotion of collagen type 1 production
1. Experimental methods
2 ml of human skin fibroblasts cultured to log phase at 3X 105Each/ml concentration was plated on a plate with a cover glass, the cover glass was treated with polylysine before the incubation, and after 24 hours of incubation with DMEM medium containing 10% FBS, 3 replicates of examples 1-6 and comparative examples 1-13 were added at concentrations of 1, 10, 50, 100. mu.g/ml, respectively, and an equal volume of serum was added to the control group, and after 7 days of incubation, collagen production was detected.
2. Test results
Fig. 2 shows the effect of the composite extract on the promotion of collagen expression in human skin fibroblasts, and it can be seen from fig. 2 that the promotion effects of examples 1-6 on collagen expression in type 1 are significantly stronger than those of the comparative examples, and the increase rate of the extract prepared by the invention on collagen in type 1 is about 56% higher than that of the comparative examples. The compound extract prepared by the method has better in-vitro anti-aging effect.
Experimental example 4 immediate and long-acting anti-wrinkle efficacy test
1. Experimental methods
1) The 19 composite extracts obtained in examples 1-6 and comparative examples 1-13 were mixed with ultrapure water to prepare 5% skin lotion, and the 19 skin lotions were subjected to anti-wrinkle tests, respectively, to obtain 190 skin lotions for each group of 10 skin lotions, wherein each group of skin lotions was prepared by washing the face of the test person, photographing the face with VISA-CR in a constant temperature and humidity environment (temperature 21-23 deg.C, humidity 55-65%) for 30min, spraying 3 pumps of anti-aging lotion 25CM away from the face, patting gently to absorb the lotion, and photographing the face with VISA-CR after standing for 5 min. And then calculating the improvement rate of the facial wrinkles before and after use by instrument software to reflect the instant improvement condition of the facial wrinkles by each skin lotion, namely the instant anti-wrinkle effect.
2) And (5) long-acting anti-wrinkle test. The test person adhered to the use of the complex extract for 56 days, and photographs were taken after washing the face on days 28 and 56.
2. Test results
Fig. 3 shows the facial wrinkle improvement before and after the use of the composite extract, and it can be seen from the results of fig. 3 that the anti-wrinkle effect and the long-lasting anti-wrinkle effect of the skin lotion prepared by using the extracts obtained in examples 1 to 6 are significantly better than those of comparative examples 1 to 13, the instant wrinkle removal rate of the extracts of examples 1 to 6 at 5min is higher than 15%, the instant anti-wrinkle effect of the extracts of examples is higher than that of comparative example 162 on average, and the long-lasting anti-wrinkle effect of the extracts of examples is higher than that of comparative example 50 on average. The extract prepared according to the invention is shown to have good immediate anti-wrinkle and long-acting wrinkle-removing effects.
Example 7 toner 1
The embodiment provides a toning lotion which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
5 parts of glycerol, 3 parts of butanediol, 0.1 part of xanthan gum, 5 parts of the composite plant extract prepared in example 1, 0.5 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.5 part of 1, 2-hexanediol and the balance of water to 100 parts.
Example 8 toner 2
The embodiment provides a toning lotion which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
8 parts of glycerol, 1 part of butanediol, 2.0 parts of xanthan gum, 1 part of compound plant extract prepared in example 1, 1.0 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.1 part of 1, 2-hexanediol and the balance of water to 100 parts
Example 9 toner 3
The embodiment provides a toning lotion which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
8 parts of glycerol, 1 part of butanediol, 0.05 part of xanthan gum, 10 parts of the composite plant extract prepared in example 1, 0.1 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 1.0 part of 1, 2-hexanediol and the balance of water to 100 parts.
Experimental example 5 measurement of cosmetic Water Properties
The immediate and long-acting anti-wrinkle effects of lotions 1 to 3 were tested in the same manner as in experimental example 4, and the test results are shown in fig. 4. As can be seen from the results of fig. 4, the lotion prepared by using the extract of the present invention also exhibited excellent immediate, long-lasting anti-wrinkle effects, with an average improvement rate of immediate wrinkles of up to 20% and an average improvement rate of long-lasting wrinkles of up to 22%.
It should be understood that the above-described embodiments of the present invention are merely examples for clearly illustrating the present invention, and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present invention. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. Claims (8)

1. An instant and long-acting anti-aging and wrinkle-removing compound plant extract is characterized in that roselle, monkey bread fruits and pomegranate fruits are extracted by water under high temperature and voltage, wherein the compound plant extract contains 1.2-1.5% of polyphenol, 0.5-0.9% of flavone, 0.06-0.12% of urolithin and 0.9-1.5% of total sugar;
wherein, in the total sugar, the saccharides with molecular weight less than 10kDa account for 9-12 percent of the total sugar mass, the saccharides with molecular weight less than 10kDa < 100kDa account for 18-22 percent of the total sugar mass, the saccharides with molecular weight less than 100kDa < 3000kDa account for 23-28 percent of the total sugar mass, and the saccharides with molecular weight more than 3000kDa account for 44-47 percent of the total sugar mass;
the preparation method of the instant and long-acting anti-aging and wrinkle-removing compound plant extract comprises the following steps:
s1, drying roselle, monkey bread fruit and pomegranate fruit respectively, crushing and sieving to obtain roselle powder, monkey bread fruit powder and pomegranate fruit powder;
s2, mixing the components in a weight ratio of 1-5: 5-10: 3-9: 20-90 mixing roselle powder, monkey bread fruit powder, pomegranate fruit powder and water, extracting at 70-90 ℃ for 30-90 min, introducing 100-200V voltage into the extracting solution, and continuously extracting for 30-90 min to obtain a crude extract;
s3, filtering the crude extract obtained in the step S2 by using a plate-and-frame filter press, eluting the filtrate by adding water through a ceramic membrane, and concentrating the eluent to obtain the composite plant extract;
the aperture of the filtering membrane of the plate-and-frame filter press in the step S3 is 0.5-2 um; and S3, the membrane aperture of the ceramic membrane is 0.1-0.5 um.
2. The composite plant extract as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step S3 of the preparation method comprises adding water to elute with 5-10 times of the volume of the filtrate.
3. The composite plant extract as claimed in claim 1, wherein the concentration in step S3 is carried out at 50-60 deg.C under reduced pressure to a volume before elution.
4. The composite plant extract as claimed in claim 1, wherein the drying in step S1 is performed by air-blast drying at 40-60 deg.C for 48-96 h until the water content is 0.1-0.5%; and step S1, the crushing is carried out by adopting a crusher and sieving by a sieve of 70-90 meshes.
5. Use of the composite plant extract of any one of claims 1 to 4 in the preparation of a skin care product with immediate and long-lasting anti-aging and wrinkle-removing effects.
6. An instant and long-acting anti-aging and wrinkle-removing skin care product, which is characterized by comprising the compound plant extract as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4.
7. The skin care product of claim 6, wherein the skin care product comprises a lotion, a serum, a mask, an emulsion, a body lotion, a cream, and an eye cream.
8. An instant and long-acting anti-aging wrinkle-removing toning lotion is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
3-8 parts of glycerin, 1-10 parts of butanediol, 0.05-2.0 parts of xanthan gum, 1-10 parts of the composite plant extract of any one of claims 1-4, 0.1-1.0 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.1-1.0 part of 1, 2-hexanediol and the balance of water to 100 parts.
