Description

Skin care composition for resisting blue light pollution and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a skin care composition capable of resisting blue light pollution and application thereof.
Background
The 'blue light' is really a common name of 'high-energy short-wave blue light', is light with relatively high energy at a wavelength of 400-480 nm, exists in sunlight, and also commonly exists in bathroom heaters, computers, projectors, laser pens, LED displays, fluorescent lamps, mobile phones, outdoor lamp boxes, LED lamps and movie screens. Modern life is inseparable from the electronic products, so that people are in the environment polluted by excessive artificial blue light generated by the electronic products for a long time.
The harm of blue light pollution to human body is not only reflected on eyesight, but also on skin. A large number of research experiments show that blue light is the largest invisible killer of skin. Compared with the ultraviolet pollution of the sun, the white light pollution of a glass curtain wall and the color pollution of a neon lamp, the blue light pollution is the deepest light source influencing the human health at present, and the damage to the skin is very strong. The blue light can completely penetrate the dermis and the epidermis of the skin, and is one of the most important factors for the loss of collagen of the skin basal layer while inducing the skin pigmentation.
According to scientific experiments, the energy of short-wave blue light with the wavelength of 410nm is equal to one third of UVA with the wavelength of 380nm, a screen continuously used for 3 hours is equal to the screen exposed to the sun for 1 hour, the blue light stimulates the skin to continuously secrete and generate melanine brown pigment, and the melanine turns into dirt to peel off after the melanine erodes the ultraviolet rays of the sun, and stays on the surface layer of the skin to form yellow spots and freckles. In addition, blue light can completely penetrate the epidermis and the dermis of the skin, serious damage is caused to mitochondria in epithelial cells, the activity of the mitochondria, namely a human skin cell 'generator', is reduced, the reduction of the activity of the mitochondria directly causes the abnormal activity of oxygen radicals in the skin, and the oxygen radicals continuously release a large amount of Matrix Metalloproteinases (MMPs) in the continuous proliferation process, and the Matrix Metalloproteinases (MMPs) are the root cause of the loss of human collagen and the root cause of skin aging and wrinkles. In addition, high-intensity blue light can stimulate cerebral cortex, inhibit melatonin secretion, improve the excitability of a human body, stimulate and improve the generation of adrenocortical hormone, and the adrenocortical hormone directly causes the rapid decline of human immunity and the occurrence of endocrine dyscrasia, thereby causing allergic phenomena of redness, red swelling, dryness, desquamation, tightness, itching, blister, pimple, small red spot and the like of skin. In conclusion, the damage of blue light to the skin is greatly influenced, and the blue light not only accelerates the oxidation and causes aging, is fragile, dry and lack of water; it also disturbs melatonin secretion, causing problems of pigmentation, free radicals increase, even blackening and spots and wrinkles. At present, the skin care products on the market are various in types, wherein most of the products for whitening, removing freckles, removing wrinkles and resisting aging are mainly ultraviolet rays, but not designed aiming at the root of blue light pollution, and the repair effect on skin problems caused by the blue light pollution is not obvious.
Chinese patent application with publication number CN 107397714A discloses an essence emulsion with blue light pollution resistance and fine line fading effects, which contains BlumilightTMBiofunctional, hypecoum culture filtrate, yeast lysate extract, hydrolyzed vegetable protein and other components can promote skin to resist blue light rays, reduce mitochondrial active oxygen caused by blue light pressure, and has effects of resisting blue light pollution and fading skin fine lines. At present, skin care products designed for blue light pollution are relatively few, and a skin care composition with blue light pollution resistance is needed to meet the market demand.

(1) Free radical scavenging ability test: blue light radiation causes the body to generate a large number of free radicals. Free radicals are active chemical substances with extremely strong oxidizing capability, and a large number of free radicals generated in a body can damage the skin and accelerate the formation of color spots and melanin. DPPH is a stable long-lived radical whose light absorption is diminished by pairing with its single electron when a radical scavenger is present, thereby evaluating the ability of a substance to scavenge free radicals and thus assess its antioxidant ability. The present inventors determined the absorbance of skin care lotions containing blue light contamination resistant skin care compositions of formulas 1-4 of example 3 and formulas 5-9 of comparative example 1 by DPPH radical neutralization test to determine the removal rate of DPPH radicals to evaluate the ability of the blue light contamination resistant skin care compositions provided by the present invention to remove radicals, and the results are shown in Table 3.
