Description

Whitening and spot-fading water-soluble composition and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetic preparations, and particularly relates to a whitening and spot-fading water-soluble composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the field of skin beauty, whitening and lightening have been the focus of consumer attention. Along with the acceleration of the life rhythm and the influence of environmental factors, the skin is easy to generate the problems of color spots, darkness and the like, so that the development of efficient and safe whitening and spot-lightening products is always a research hot spot of the industry.
The snow lotus herb extract is considered to have remarkable whitening and antioxidation effects because of being rich in various active ingredients, and is widely applied in the field of cosmetics. However, although cosmetics containing snow lotus herb extracts have a certain share in the market, they have some remarkable drawbacks in practical use. Firstly, when the snow lotus herb extract is singly used, the whitening effect is often not obvious enough, and the snow lotus herb extract can achieve the ideal effect only by being compounded with other components; secondly, the effect of the composition compounded with lotus extract on the market is always unsatisfactory, the synergistic effect of the combination of the raw materials is poor, the synergistic effect cannot be achieved, and even the composition can be eliminated, so that the effect of each component is weakened when the components are independently acted.
Therefore, in order to overcome the defects of the prior cosmetic containing the snow lotus herb extract, the invention provides a novel water-soluble composition, which is compounded by introducing the white crocus sativus bulb extract and the snow lotus herb extract, and aims to improve the whitening and freckle-removing effects of the compounded composition and promote the performance and efficacy of the snow lotus herb extract.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a water-soluble composition for whitening and lightening spots, which can quickly penetrate into the deep layer of skin, inhibit the formation and transportation of melanin, improve the oxidation resistance, promote the metabolism of the skin and accelerate the lightening and discharge of spots.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention discloses the following technical solutions:
in a first aspect, the present invention provides a water soluble composition comprising the components saussurea involucrata extract and crocus sativus bulb extract.
Further, the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:
15-20 parts of snow lotus herb extract;
1-3 parts of crocus sativus bulb extract;
77-84 parts of water;
the preparation method of the crocus sativus bulb extract comprises the following steps:
(1) Pulverizing a certain amount of crocus sativus corms, soaking in water for at least 12h at 55-65deg.C at a mass ratio of 1 (2.7-3.3) to obtain a mixture of materials and water;
(2) Adding the material water mixture into saccharomyces cerevisiae and candida utilis for mixed strain fermentation for 12-24 hours, and filtering and sterilizing after fermentation to obtain a crude extract;
(3) Adding 95v/v% ethanol water solution into the crude extract, standing for 6-8 hr, removing 95v/v% ethanol water solution, concentrating, and drying to obtain crocus sativus corm extract.
Still further, the fermentation temperature in the step (2) is maintained at 20-30 ℃;
the inoculation concentration of the saccharomyces cerevisiae viable bacteria is (2.0-2.6) multiplied by 10 6 CFU/g;
The inoculation concentration of the candida utilis viable bacteria is (0.7-1.1) multiplied by 10 6 CFU/g.
And (3) filtering and sterilizing in the step (2) by passing through a polyether sulfone filter core with the diameter of less than or equal to 0.45 mu m.
Still further, the volume ratio of the crude extract to the 95v/v% aqueous ethanol solution is 1: (1.5-2.5).
In a second aspect, the present invention provides the use of a water-soluble composition according to the first aspect for the preparation of a skin care product having tightening, soothing, anti-sensitization, whitening, spot-lightening, moisturizing, anti-wrinkle, repairing and/or anti-acne efficacy.
In a third aspect, the present invention provides a skin-resident agent for whitening and lightening spots, comprising the water-soluble composition of the first aspect;
the water-soluble composition is added to the skin residence agent in an amount of 1-10wt%.
Further, the skin resident agent for whitening and lightening the spots further comprises a humectant, a film forming agent, a preservative, a pH regulator, an emulsifier and a solvent.
Further, the humectant is at least one of butanediol, allantoin, betaine, sclerotium gum, sodium hyaluronate and 1, 2-hexanediol;
The film forming agent is at least one of polydimethylsiloxane, PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil and octyl dodecanol;
The preservative is at least one of p-hydroxyacetophenone and phenoxyethanol;
the pH regulator is at least one of arginine, sodium hydroxide and disodium hydrogen phosphate;

In a fourth aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing the skin residence agent for whitening and lightening spots, comprising the following steps:
(1) Uniformly stirring and mixing the humectant, the film forming agent, the preservative, the pH regulator, the emulsifier and the solvent at the temperature of 55-80 ℃;
(2) Cooling the step (1) to 30-45 ℃, adding the water-soluble composition according to any one of claims 1-5, mixing, and stirring uniformly to obtain the skin residence agent for whitening and lightening spots.
The snow lotus herb extract contains ingredients such as flavonoid reed, snow lotus lactone, snow lotus polysaccharide and the like, can effectively protect skin from being damaged by ultraviolet rays, has sun-screening and anti-aging effects, and simultaneously contains rich active substances such as amino acids, vitamins, sugar, mineral substances and the like, wherein the substances can accelerate metabolism of the skin, balance endocrine, reduce wrinkles and moisten and whiten the skin;
The crocus sativus corm extract contains rich chemical components such as amino acids, saccharides, saponins, flavonoids, organic acids, phenols, steroids, coumarin and the like, is beneficial to improving the microcirculation of the skin, promoting the blood flow, and eliminating skin darkness and color spots, has a good antioxidation effect, and can remove free radicals in the body, thereby achieving the effects of whitening and lightening the spots.
The synergistic mechanism of the snow lotus herb extract and the white crocus sativus bulb extract in cosmetics is mainly based on two aspects, namely antioxidant synergy: both the snow lotus flower and white saffron bulbs are rich in antioxidant substances such as flavonoids, polysaccharides and other phenolic compounds. When these ingredients are co-present in the formulation, they can complement each other, providing more comprehensive antioxidant protection, thereby more effectively scavenging free radicals, reducing oxidative stress and aging of the skin; the second is to promote blood circulation: the crocus sativus bulb extract has the effects of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, improving skin microcirculation, increasing blood and nutrient flow, promoting skin utilization and absorption of active substances in the crocus sativus extract, promoting skin cell regeneration and repair, and improving whitening and speckle-reducing effects.
According to the invention, substances with certain low toxicity in the crocus sativus corms are decomposed, absorbed and combined in a mode of fermenting the compound saccharomyces cerevisiae and candida utilis, and simultaneously protein macromolecular substances in the crocus sativus corms are further decomposed into small molecular polypeptides, so that the utilization and absorption of skin are facilitated, and the whitening effect is improved.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. The snow lotus extract and the white crocus sativus bulb extract in the whitening and spot-fading composition provided by the invention have the mutual promotion and mutual synergy effects;
2. The crocus sativus bulb extract provided by the invention has the effect of promoting whitening and spot-lightening of the saussurea involucrata extract under a certain proportion.
