Mixing 5% ethanol and 10% propylene glycol; adding 0.50% Ginseng radix extract, 0.20% folium Artemisiae Argyi extract, 0.20% peony root extract, and 0.10% herba Swertiae Bimaculatae extract, stirring to obtain clear solution, adding part of deionized water, and mixing; then adding deionized water solution of 0.20 percent of PCA zinc and 0.10 percent of nicotinamide, and stirring and mixing uniformly; finally, 0.02% of essence and 0.08% of preservative are added, deionized water is supplemented to 100%, and the mixture is uniformly mixed to obtain the anti-hair loss essence (example 1).
To illustrate the advantageous effects of this example, we prepared a loss prevention essence with 2% by mass of ethanol (out of the range of 3-30% ethanol of the present invention) as comparative example 1 and a loss prevention essence without propylene glycol and/or glycerin as a component as comparative example 2, based on example 1.

As can be seen from the test results shown in table 4, the anti-alopecia essence (example 1) prepared by using ethanol with a mass percentage of 3-30% provided in the examples of the present invention is safe to human body and still remains in a stable state in a low temperature environment (-18 ℃), whereas the anti-alopecia essence (comparative example 1) prepared without using ethanol (2%) within the above composition range has a precipitation phenomenon in a low temperature test. In addition, the anti-hair loss essence (comparative example 2) prepared without adding propylene glycol and/or glycerin also has a precipitation phenomenon in a low-temperature test.
The anti-hair loss essence prepared based on the ginseng extracts with different content proportions has the following influence on anti-hair loss performance:

The hair loss prevention essence without the ginseng extract (comparative example 3) has an unobvious hair loss prevention and hair growth promotion effect, and is effective for some people and ineffective for some people. In addition, the anti-aging essence (comparative example 7) prepared without using the ginseng extract (1.20%) within this composition range had a precipitation phenomenon in a low temperature test.
The anti-hair loss essence prepared from folium artemisiae argyi extracts with different content proportions has the following influence on anti-hair loss performance:

To illustrate the advantageous effects of this example, an anti-alopecia essence containing no swertia extract as a component was prepared as comparative example 6 based on example 5.
Comparative example 6
Mixing 12% ethanol and 5% glycerol; adding 0.70% Ginseng radix extract, 0.30% folium Artemisiae Argyi extract, and 0.10% peony root extract, stirring until the solution is clear and transparent, adding part of deionized water, and mixing; then adding deionized water solution of 0.20 percent of PCA zinc and 0.20 percent of nicotinamide, and stirring and mixing uniformly; and finally, adding 0.02% of essence and 0.08% of preservative, supplementing deionized water to 100%, and uniformly mixing to obtain the anti-hair loss essence (comparative example 6).
The samples of example 5 and comparative example 6 were subjected to temperature test, patch test and body test, and the test results are shown in table 8 below:
table 8 test data of the anti-peeling essences of example 5 and comparative example 6 of the present invention
According to the test results shown in table 8, the anti-alopecia essence (example 5) prepared from the swertia davidi extract containing 0.05-1% by mass is safe to human bodies, is still in a stable state in a low-temperature environment (-18 ℃) and has an anti-alopecia effect. And the anti-hair loss essence (comparative example 6) which is not prepared by adopting the swertia pseudochinensis extract as the component has an unobvious anti-hair loss and hair growth effect, and is effective for some people and ineffective for some people.
The anti-hair loss essence prepared based on PCA zinc and nicotinamide with different content proportions has the following influence on anti-hair loss performance:
example 6
Mixing 10% ethanol, 2% propylene glycol and 3% glycerol; adding 0.60% Ginseng radix extract, 0.10% folium Artemisiae Argyi extract, 0.20% peony root extract, and 0.05% herba Swertiae Bimaculatae extract, stirring to obtain clear solution, adding part of deionized water, and mixing; then adding deionized water solution of 0.20 percent of PCA zinc and 0.30 percent of nicotinamide, and stirring and mixing uniformly; finally, 0.04% of essence and 0.08% of preservative are added, deionized water is supplemented to 100%, and the mixture is uniformly mixed to obtain the anti-hair loss essence (example 6).
To illustrate the advantageous effects of this example, a loss prevention essence containing no zinc PCA as a component was prepared as comparative example 9 and a loss prevention essence containing no nicotinamide as a component was prepared as comparative example 10 based on example 6.
Comparative example 9
Mixing 10% ethanol, 2% propylene glycol and 3% glycerol; adding 0.60% Ginseng radix extract, 0.10% folium Artemisiae Argyi extract, 0.20% peony root extract, and 0.05% herba Swertiae Bimaculatae extract, stirring to obtain clear solution, adding part of deionized water, and mixing; then adding 0.30% nicotinamide deionized water solution, and stirring and mixing uniformly; and finally, adding 0.04% of essence and 0.08% of preservative, supplementing deionized water to 100%, and uniformly mixing to obtain the anti-hair loss essence (comparative example 9).
Comparative example 10
Mixing 10% ethanol, 2% propylene glycol and 3% glycerol; adding 0.60% Ginseng radix extract, 0.10% folium Artemisiae Argyi extract, 0.20% peony root extract, and 0.05% herba Swertiae Bimaculatae extract, stirring to obtain clear solution, adding part of deionized water, and mixing; then adding a deionized water solution of 0.20 percent of PCA zinc, and stirring and mixing uniformly; and finally, adding 0.04% of essence and 0.08% of preservative, supplementing deionized water to 100%, and uniformly mixing to obtain the anti-hair loss essence (comparative example 10).
Temperature tests, sample patch tests and human body test tests were performed on example 6, comparative example 9 and comparative example 10, and the test results are shown in table 9 below:
table 9 test data of the anti-aging essence of example 6 of the present invention, comparative example 9 and comparative example 10
As can be seen from the test results shown in Table 9, the anti-hair loss essence (example 6) prepared from 0.05-1% by mass of zinc PCA and 0.05-0.5% by mass of nicotinamide provided by the examples of the present invention is safe to human body, is still in a stable state at a low temperature (18 ℃ below zero), and has anti-hair loss effect. And the hair loss prevention essence (comparative example 9) prepared without adopting PCA zinc and the hair loss prevention essence (comparative example 10) prepared without adopting nicotinamide have unobvious hair loss prevention and hair growth promotion effects, and are effective for some people and ineffective for some people.
The test results show that different components of the anti-hair loss essence disclosed by the invention have a synergistic effect, so that the anti-hair loss effect is realized, and the problem of low-temperature precipitation of the essence is solved.
While the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments, the invention is not limited thereto, and various equivalent modifications and substitutions can be easily made by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
