技术领域
本发明涉及锂电池设备技术领域,具体涉及一种山茶油胶囊及其制备方法。
背景技术
山茶油又名野山茶油、茶籽油和油茶籽油,取自油茶树的种籽,它是真正的纯天然绿色食用油,山茶油营养丰富,含脂肪酸,不饱和脂肪酸93%,其中油酸82%,亚油酸11%、山茶甙、茶多酚、皂甙、鞣质,及富含抗氧化剂和具有消炎功效的角鲨烯,角鲨烯与黄酮类物质,对抗癌有着极佳的作用,山茶油还富含维生素E和钙、铁、锌等微量元素,被医学家和营养学家誉为生命之花的锌元素,含量是大豆油的10倍,茶油中所含氨基酸的种类是所有食用油中最多的,茶油中不含芥酸,胆固醇、黄曲霉素和其它添加剂,经测试茶油中不饱和脂肪酸高达90%以上,油酸达到80-83%,亚油酸达到7-13%,并富含蛋白质和维生素A、B、D、E等,尤其是它所含的丰富的亚麻酸是人体必需而又不能合成的,为了方便人们食用山茶油,将山茶油制作为方便吸收的山茶油胶囊,使得山茶油更便于人们食用,同时使得不喜欢山茶油味道的人群也能通过消化系统分解山茶油成分进行人体吸收,提高了山茶油的适用人群。
现有技术存在以下不足:现有的山茶油胶囊在食用时由于缺乏促进人体吸收的成分,从而使得山茶油胶囊在实际的食用过程中被人体吸收的有效含量较少,同时在加工过程中由于温度控制不够精确,通常会出现温度过高导致山茶油中有效成分茶多酚和山茶甙受热分解,导致山茶油中有效成分散失,导致有效成分在人体中实际吸收量较少,性价比低下。
因此,发明一种山茶油胶囊很有必要。
发明内容
为此,本发明提供一种山茶油胶囊,通过在山茶油胶囊中加入海藻酸钠,使得山茶油中有效成分茶多酚和山茶甙能够在人体肠道中停留较长的时间,从而方便人体对茶多酚和山茶甙进行吸收,提高了山茶油的有效利用率。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种山茶油胶囊,包括主料和辅料,(按照质量百分比计算)主料包括山茶油20-26%,辅料包括深海鱼油4-8%、黄芪粗多糖10-18%、食用明胶8-12%、玻璃质酸7-13%、壳聚糖14-19%、海藻酸钠5-9%、维生素B4-8%、黄原胶3-7%,65%乙醇5%,余量为无菌水;
优选的,还包括具体操作步骤如下;
S1:山茶籽取材:通过人工采摘方式,采摘成熟的山茶籽,将采摘后的挑选出颗粒饱满、表面无破损、无损坏的优质山茶籽,然后将山茶籽放入清水中洗净,然后将山茶籽捞出沥干水分备用;
S2:山茶籽炒籽:将洗净后的山楂籽进行晾晒,然后将山茶籽进行放入电热炒籽机中进行炒籽作业;
S3:山茶籽粉碎:将S2中加工后的山茶籽放入到研磨机中进行研磨粉碎为粉末状,使得山茶籽粉末直径为860nm,将山茶籽粉末放入到蒸锅中进行蒸煮;
S4:压榨山茶油:将压盘内壁铺设稻草,将S3中山茶籽粉末均匀放入压盘内壁的稻草上,将山茶籽粉末顶部铺设稻草对山茶籽粉末进行包覆,然后将山茶籽粉末压成茶饼,将压盘挨个固定到榨油机上,通过物理压榨的方式将将山茶籽粉压榨出山茶油;
S5:制备浸膏:取用干燥黄芪根原料,将黄芪根清洗、干燥,然后进行粉碎,在黄芪粉末中加入无菌水,使得黄芪粉末与无菌水配比为1:10,将黄芪溶液搅拌均匀,然后将黄芪溶液加热至沸腾,然后对黄芪溶液提取两次,提取时间为每次2小时,合并两次提取液,浓缩蒸发水至比重d=1.20的浸膏,将浸膏静置自然冷却至常温;
S6:浸膏处理:将S5中冷却后浸膏加入50%乙醇进行搅拌,然后静置沉淀,将浸膏放入到离心机中进行离心得出沉淀物,在沉淀物中继续加入5%乙醇进行搅拌,静置后再次进行离心,得出黄芪粗多糖;
S7:囊心液预加工:将山茶油倒入到电热锅中加热至40-50℃,然后将深海鱼油放入到电热锅中搅拌均匀,使得山茶油和深海鱼油混合均匀,然后将锅内温度降低至室温,然后将海藻酸钠放入到电热锅中,同时进行搅拌和加热,加热温度设置为30-35℃,然后自然冷却到室温;
S8:糖分混合:然后将壳聚糖和黄芪粗多糖混合后加热搅拌均匀,同步将混合物加热至35℃;
S9:辅料混合:将维生素B和黄原胶放入到搅拌器中加入40%无菌水进行搅拌,维生素B为维生素B2,搅拌均匀后静置备用;
S10:制备囊心液:将S7、S8和S9中制备的原料进行搅拌混合,然后将玻璃质酸放入到混合物中搅拌均匀,形成囊心液;
S11:胶囊成型:将食用明胶和囊心液加入到入胶囊机中制成胶丸,对胶丸冷风固化成型后,用65%乙醇除去胶丸表面油层,然后将胶囊进行风干干燥后,用真空机对胶囊进行独立真空包装。
优选的,所述无菌水为蒸馏水。
优选的,所述深海鱼油原料采用鱼龄6-12个月,无疾病深海鱼。
优选的,所述S2中,电热炒籽机工作温度为恒温57℃,电热炒籽机翻炒时间设置为35分钟。
优选的,所述S3中蒸煮温度设置为40-55℃,蒸煮时长为30-40分钟。
优选的,S4中将山茶油加热至80℃,保持加热时间为20分钟,然后自然冷却后装入油瓶中备用。
优选的,所述S5中在黄芪粉末中加入无菌水过程中保持加热,加热温度设置为恒温35℃,加热时间为15分钟。
优选的,所述S5中合并两次提取液时需要对均匀对混合液进行均匀搅拌,搅拌时间为15分钟,同时加入20%无菌水,使得两次提取液均匀混合。
优选的,所述65%乙醇为粮食加工可食用型乙醇。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.在山茶油胶囊中加入海藻酸钠,使得山茶油中有效成分茶多酚和山茶甙能够在人体肠道中停留较长的时间,从而方便人体对茶多酚和山茶甙进行吸收,提高了山茶油的有效利用率;
2.通过对山茶籽进行炒籽作业,使得山茶籽在压榨之前进行预热,并将加热后的山茶籽研磨粉碎为粉末状,从而方便在进行物理压榨时使得山茶籽出油率更高,通过物理压制的方法进行压榨,使得山茶油色、香、味齐全,保留了各种营养成份之特点,提高了山茶油有效成分的利用率;
3.通过设置食用明胶作为山茶油胶囊外壳,使得山茶油胶囊外壳为软质结构,同时由于食用明胶是一种无脂肪的高蛋白,且不含胆固醇,是一种天然营养型的食品增稠剂,是一种强有力的保护胶体,乳化力强,进入胃后能抑制牛奶、豆浆等蛋白质因胃酸作用而引起的凝聚作用,从而有利于食物消化,方便人们在食用山茶油胶囊的同时,不会影响其他食物的摄入,提高了山茶油胶囊的适用人群。

S1:山茶籽取材:通过人工采摘方式,采摘成熟的山茶籽,将采摘后的挑选出颗粒饱满、表面无破损、无损坏的优质山茶籽,然后将山茶籽放入清水中洗净,然后将山茶籽捞出沥干水分备用,具体的,通过人工采摘的方式方便在采摘时对山茶籽进行初步帅选,通过清水清洗山茶籽,有利于除去山茶籽表面的灰尘,提高了山茶油的加工品质;
S2:山茶籽炒籽:将洗净后的山楂籽进行晾晒,然后将山茶籽进行放入电热炒籽机中进行炒籽作业,电热炒籽机工作温度为恒温57℃,电热炒籽机翻炒时间设置为35分钟,具体的,通过对山楂籽进行晾晒和炒籽方便对山茶籽内部进行升温,有利于提高山茶籽榨油时出油率;
S3:山茶籽粉碎:将S2中加工后的山茶籽放入到研磨机中进行研磨粉碎为粉末状,使得山茶籽粉末直径为860nm,将山茶籽粉末放入到蒸锅中进行蒸煮,蒸煮温度设置为40℃,蒸煮时长为30分钟,具体的,通过对山茶籽研磨成粉末,并对粉末进行蒸煮,方便提高山茶籽在压榨时出油,提高了山茶籽的出油率,提搞了山茶籽的利用率;

S5:制备浸膏:取用干燥黄芪根原料,将黄芪根清洗、干燥,然后进行粉碎,在黄芪粉末中加入无菌水,无菌水为蒸馏水,使得黄芪粉末与无菌水配比为1:10,将黄芪溶液搅拌均匀,在黄芪粉末中加入蒸馏水过程中保持加热,加热温度设置为恒温35℃,加热时间为15分钟,然后将黄芪溶液加热至沸腾,然后对黄芪溶液提取两次,合并两次提取液时需要对均匀对混合液进行均匀搅拌,搅拌时间为15分钟,同时加入20%无菌水,使得两次提取液均匀混合,提取时间为每次2小时,合并两次提取液,浓缩蒸发水至比重d=1.20的浸膏,将浸膏静置自然冷却至常温,具体的,黄芪提取的浸膏具有增强免疫力,增强能量,抗疲劳,抗突变,保肝,抑制破骨细胞的作用,黄芪多糖具有降血脂,即降低胆固醇和甘油三酯、升高高密度脂蛋白的作用,能够预防和治疗心脑血管疾病,提高了山茶油胶囊的药用价值;
S6:浸膏处理:将S5中冷却后浸膏加入50%乙醇进行搅拌,然后静置沉淀,将浸膏放入到离心机中进行离心得出沉淀物,在沉淀物中继续加入65%乙醇进行搅拌,65%乙醇为粮食加工可食用型乙醇,静置后再次进行离心,得出黄芪粗多糖,具体的,通过在沉淀物中继续加入65%乙醇进行搅拌有利于提高促进人体吸收的作用;
S7:囊心液预加工:将山茶油倒入到电热锅中加热至40℃,然后将深海鱼油放入到电热锅中搅拌均匀,深海鱼油原料采用鱼龄6个月,无疾病深海鱼,使得山茶油和深海鱼油混合均匀,然后将锅内温度降低至室温,然后将海藻酸钠放入到电热锅中,同时进行搅拌和加热,加热温度设置为30℃,然后自然冷却到室温,具体的,深海鱼油是从深海中鱼类动物体中提炼出来的不饱和脂肪成分,分别为EPA和DHA,EPA被称为血管清道夫,有助于保持血管畅通,预防血栓产生,阻止中风或心肌梗塞的发生;清除血液中堆积的脂肪,预防动脉硬化及阻止末梢血管阻塞的发生,DHA被称为脑黄金,是大脑细胞形成、发育及运作不可缺少的物质基础,可以促进、协调神经回路的传导作用,以维持脑部细胞的正常运作,通过加入深海鱼油有利于提高山茶油胶囊的人体机能完善的作用;
S8:糖分混合:然后将壳聚糖和黄芪粗多糖混合后加热搅拌均匀,同步将混合物加热至35℃,具体的,壳聚糖具体提高抗菌性的作用;
S9:辅料混合:将维生素B和黄原胶放入到搅拌器中加入40%无菌水进行搅拌,维生素B为维生素B2,搅拌均匀后静置备用,具体的,维生素B具有参与细胞的生长代谢,是肌体组织代谢和修复的必须营养素,能够提高人体吸收和新陈代谢的作用,通过搅拌有利于维生素B2与黄原胶充分混合,便于人体吸收,黄原胶对不溶性固体和油滴具有良好的悬浮作用,能够支持固体颗粒、液滴和气泡的形态,显示出很强的乳化稳定作用和高悬浮能力,从而方便降低山茶油流失的概率,方便锁住山茶油中有效成分;
S10:制备囊心液:将S7、S8和S9中制备的原料进行搅拌混合,然后将玻璃质酸放入到混合物中搅拌均匀,形成囊心液,具体的,通过将S7、S8和S9中制备的原料进行搅拌混合,方便人体均匀吸收,提高吸收效率;
S11:胶囊成型:将食用明胶和囊心液加入到入胶囊机中制成胶丸,对胶丸冷风固化成型后,用65%乙醇除去胶丸表面油层,然后将胶囊进行风干干燥后,用真空机对胶囊进行独立真空包装,具体的,通过65%乙醇除去胶丸表面油层提高胶囊品相,同时通过独立真空包装方便提高胶囊的保质期,方便储存。

参照附图1,本发明提供的一种山茶油胶囊,为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种山茶油胶囊,包括主料和辅料,(按照质量百分比计算)主料包括山茶油23%,辅料包括深海鱼油6%、黄芪粗多糖14%、食用明胶10%、玻璃质酸10%、壳聚糖17%、海藻酸钠7%、维生素B6%、黄原胶5%,65%乙醇5%,余量为无菌水;
进一步的,还包括具体操作步骤如下:
S1:山茶籽取材:通过人工采摘方式,采摘成熟的山茶籽,将采摘后的挑选出颗粒饱满、表面无破损、无损坏的优质山茶籽,然后将山茶籽放入清水中洗净,然后将山茶籽捞出沥干水分备用;
S2:山茶籽炒籽:将洗净后的山楂籽进行晾晒,然后将山茶籽进行放入电热炒籽机中进行炒籽作业,电热炒籽机工作温度为恒温57℃,电热炒籽机翻炒时间设置为35分钟;
S3:山茶籽粉碎:将S2中加工后的山茶籽放入到研磨机中进行研磨粉碎为粉末状,使得山茶籽粉末直径为860nm,将山茶籽粉末放入到蒸锅中进行蒸煮,蒸煮温度设置为50℃,蒸煮时长为35分钟;

S5:制备浸膏:取用干燥黄芪根原料,将黄芪根清洗、干燥,然后进行粉碎,在黄芪粉末中加入无菌水,无菌水为蒸馏水,使得黄芪粉末与无菌水配比为1:10,将黄芪溶液搅拌均匀,在黄芪粉末中加入蒸馏水过程中保持加热,加热温度设置为恒温35℃,加热时间为15分钟,然后将黄芪溶液加热至沸腾,然后对黄芪溶液提取两次,合并两次提取液时需要对均匀对混合液进行均匀搅拌,搅拌时间为15分钟,同时加入20%无菌水,使得两次提取液均匀混合,提取时间为每次2小时,合并两次提取液,浓缩蒸发水至比重d=1.20的浸膏,将浸膏静置自然冷却至常温;

S7:囊心液预加工:将山茶油倒入到电热锅中加热至45℃,然后将深海鱼油放入到电热锅中搅拌均匀,深海鱼油原料采用鱼龄9个月,无疾病深海鱼,使得山茶油和深海鱼油混合均匀,然后将锅内温度降低至室温,然后将海藻酸钠放入到电热锅中,同时进行搅拌和加热,加热温度设置为33℃,然后自然冷却到室温;
S8:糖分混合:然后将壳聚糖和黄芪粗多糖混合后加热搅拌均匀,同步将混合物加热至35℃;
S9:辅料混合:将维生素B和黄原胶放入到搅拌器中加入40%无菌水进行搅拌,维生素B为维生素B2,搅拌均匀后静置备用;
S10:制备囊心液:将S7、S8和S9中制备的原料进行搅拌混合,然后将玻璃质酸放入到混合物中搅拌均匀,形成囊心液;
S11:胶囊成型:将食用明胶和囊心液加入到入胶囊机中制成胶丸,对胶丸冷风固化成型后,用65%乙醇除去胶丸表面油层,然后将胶囊进行风干干燥后,用真空机对胶囊进行独立真空包装。

S1:山茶籽取材:通过人工采摘方式,采摘成熟的山茶籽,将采摘后的挑选出颗粒饱满、表面无破损、无损坏的优质山茶籽,然后将山茶籽放入清水中洗净,然后将山茶籽捞出沥干水分备用;
S2:山茶籽炒籽:将洗净后的山楂籽进行晾晒,然后将山茶籽进行放入电热炒籽机中进行炒籽作业,电热炒籽机工作温度为恒温57℃,电热炒籽机翻炒时间设置为35分钟;
S3:山茶籽粉碎:将S2中加工后的山茶籽放入到研磨机中进行研磨粉碎为粉末状,使得山茶籽粉末直径为860nm,将山茶籽粉末放入到蒸锅中进行蒸煮,蒸煮温度设置为55℃,蒸煮时长为40分钟;
S4:压榨山茶油:将压盘内壁铺设稻草,将S3中山茶籽粉末均匀放入压盘内壁的稻草上,将山茶籽粉末顶部铺设稻草对山茶籽粉末进行包覆,然后将山茶籽粉末压成茶饼,将压盘挨个固定到榨油机上,通过物理压榨的方式将将山茶籽粉压榨出山茶油,将山茶油加热至80℃,保持加热时间为20分钟,然后自然冷却后装入油瓶中备用;

S6:浸膏处理:将S5中冷却后浸膏加入50%乙醇进行搅拌,然后静置沉淀,将浸膏放入到离心机中进行离心得出沉淀物,在沉淀物中继续加入65%乙醇进行搅拌,65%乙醇为粮食加工可食用型乙醇,静置后再次进行离心,得出黄芪粗多糖;
S7:囊心液预加工:将山茶油倒入到电热锅中加热至50℃,然后将深海鱼油放入到电热锅中搅拌均匀,深海鱼油原料采用鱼龄12个月,无疾病深海鱼,使得山茶油和深海鱼油混合均匀,然后将锅内温度降低至室温,然后将海藻酸钠放入到电热锅中,同时进行搅拌和加热,加热温度设置为30-35℃,然后自然冷却到室温;
S8:糖分混合:然后将壳聚糖和黄芪粗多糖混合后加热搅拌均匀,同步将混合物加热至35℃;
S9:辅料混合:将维生素B和黄原胶放入到搅拌器中加入40%无菌水进行搅拌,维生素B为维生素B2,搅拌均匀后静置备用;
S10:制备囊心液:将S7、S8和S9中制备的原料进行搅拌混合,然后将玻璃质酸放入到混合物中搅拌均匀,形成囊心液;
S11:胶囊成型:将食用明胶和囊心液加入到入胶囊机中制成胶丸,对胶丸冷风固化成型后,用65%乙醇除去胶丸表面油层,然后将胶囊进行风干干燥后,用真空机对胶囊进行独立真空包装。
通过将实施例1、实施例2和实施例3中的所制备的山茶油胶囊进行实验,通过模拟人体肠胃吸收实验,分别取用6颗实施例1、实施例2和实施例3中所制备的山茶油胶囊,将山茶油胶囊分为三组,将三组山茶油胶囊分别置于模拟消化系统中,实验时间为24小时,然后取出山茶油胶囊消化后残渣,分别对山茶油胶囊中茶多酚和山茶甙含量进行检测得出以下数据;
通过以上数据可得出,通过将实施例1、实施例2和实施例3的实验结果进行对比,得出实施例2中制备的山茶油胶囊中有效成分更容易被吸收。

Claims (10)
1.一种山茶油胶囊,包括主料和辅料,其特征在于:(按照质量百分比计算)主料包括山茶油20-26%,辅料包括深海鱼油4-8%、黄芪粗多糖10-18%、食用明胶8-12%、玻璃质酸7-13%、壳聚糖14-19%、海藻酸钠5-9%、维生素B4-8%、黄原胶3-7%,65%乙醇5%,余量为无菌水。
2.一种山茶油胶囊制备方法,其特征在于,还包括具体操作步骤如下:
S1:山茶籽取材:通过人工采摘方式,采摘成熟的山茶籽,将采摘后的挑选出颗粒饱满、表面无破损、无损坏的优质山茶籽,然后将山茶籽放入清水中洗净,然后将山茶籽捞出沥干水分备用;
S2:山茶籽炒籽:将洗净后的山楂籽进行晾晒,然后将山茶籽进行放入电热炒籽机中进行炒籽作业;
S3:山茶籽粉碎:将S2中加工后的山茶籽放入到研磨机中进行研磨粉碎为粉末状,使得山茶籽粉末直径为860nm,将山茶籽粉末放入到蒸锅中进行蒸煮;
S4:压榨山茶油:将压盘内壁铺设稻草,将S3中山茶籽粉末均匀放入压盘内壁的稻草上,将山茶籽粉末顶部铺设稻草对山茶籽粉末进行包覆,然后将山茶籽粉末压成茶饼,将压盘挨个固定到榨油机上,通过物理压榨的方式将将山茶籽粉压榨出山茶油;

S7:囊心液预加工:将山茶油倒入到电热锅中加热至40-50℃,然后将深海鱼油放入到电热锅中搅拌均匀,使得山茶油和深海鱼油混合均匀,然后将锅内温度降低至室温,然后将海藻酸钠放入到电热锅中,同时进行搅拌和加热,加热温度设置为30-35℃,然后自然冷却到室温;
S8:糖分混合:然后将壳聚糖和黄芪粗多糖混合后加热搅拌均匀,同步将混合物加热至35℃;
S9:辅料混合:将维生素B和黄原胶放入到搅拌器中加入40%无菌水进行搅拌,维生素B为维生素B2,搅拌均匀后静置备用;
S10:制备囊心液:将S7、S8和S9中制备的原料进行搅拌混合,然后将玻璃质酸放入到混合物中搅拌均匀,形成囊心液;
S11:胶囊成型:将食用明胶和囊心液加入到入胶囊机中制成胶丸,对胶丸冷风固化成型后,用65%乙醇除去胶丸表面油层,然后将胶囊进行风干干燥后,用真空机对胶囊进行独立真空包装。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种山茶油胶囊制备方法,其特征在于,所述无菌水为蒸馏水。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种山茶油胶囊制备方法,其特征在于,所述深海鱼油原料采用鱼龄6-12个月,无疾病深海鱼。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种山茶油胶囊制备方法,其特征在于,所述S2中,电热炒籽机工作温度为恒温57℃,电热炒籽机翻炒时间设置为35分钟。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种山茶油胶囊制备方法,其特征在于,所述S3中蒸煮温度设置为40-55℃,蒸煮时长为30-40分钟。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种山茶油胶囊制备方法,其特征在于,所述S4中将山茶油加热至80℃,保持加热时间为20分钟,然后自然冷却后装入油瓶中备用。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种山茶油胶囊制备方法,其特征在于,所述S5中在黄芪粉末中加入无菌水过程中保持加热,加热温度设置为恒温35℃,加热时间为15分钟。
9.根据权利要求2所述的一种山茶油胶囊制备方法,其特征在于,所述S5中合并两次提取液时需要对均匀对混合液进行均匀搅拌,搅拌时间为15分钟,同时加入20%无菌水,使得两次提取液均匀混合。
10.根据权利要求2所述的一种山茶油胶囊制备方法,其特征在于,所述65%乙醇为粮食加工可食用型乙醇。
