The preparation of the traditional Chinese medicine spray is carried out according to the following steps:

Comparative example 1
The traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution in the embodiment is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 27 parts of usnea, 37 parts of allium macrostemon, 39 parts of sophora flavescens, 24 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 22 parts of fructus forsythiae, 39 parts of angelica dahurica, 58 parts of honey-fried licorice root and 4 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, and other technical characteristics are the same as those in embodiment 5 and are not repeated.
Comparative example 2
The traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises, by weight, 45 parts of allium macrostemon, 35 parts of sophora flavescens, 50 parts of sour-swift-flow root, 25 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 25 parts of fructus forsythiae, 30 parts of angelica dahurica, 3 parts of folium artemisiae argyi and 20 parts of purslane. The manufacturing method of this embodiment refers to embodiment 1, and is not described herein again.
Example 6
Experimental species were cultured in nutrient agar medium and nutrient broth medium: the antibacterial experiments of the pseudomonas aeruginosa and the staphylococcus aureus are divided into five experimental groups and two control groups, and the experimental groups respectively use the traditional Chinese medicine spray liquid medicines in the embodiments 1 to 5; the two control groups used the liquid medicine of the Chinese medicinal spray in comparative examples 1-2.

Respectively soaking paper sheets in the liquid medicine of the traditional Chinese medicine spray in the embodiments 1 to 3 for 2 hours under the aseptic condition, taking out the filter paper sheets after the liquid medicine is completely absorbed by the paper sheets, drying at 50 ℃ to prepare drug sensitive tablets for standby, preparing 10 drug sensitive tablets for each traditional Chinese medicine spray, and simultaneously preparing 10 blank sterilized paper sheets as a control group;
respectively placing Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus in 10ml nutrient broth culture medium, and culturing at 37 deg.C for 18 h; respectively taking 1ml of culture solution, adding 9ml of 0.9% sterile sodium chloride solution, and respectively diluting the two kinds of bacteria solution to 105-106cfu/ml by adopting a 10-time incremental dilution method for later use;
respectively and uniformly inoculating the two test bacterial liquids prepared in the step (2) on two mannitol sodium chloride agar plates, standing for 5min at room temperature, uniformly dividing 40 tablets prepared in the step (1) into two groups which are the same, respectively paving the groups on the agar plates inoculated with Escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus, inversely placing the plates into an incubator at 37 ℃ for 24h, measuring the diameter (mm) of a bacteriostatic ring of each tablet, and calculating the average value of the diameters of the bacteriostatic rings of each group, wherein the operations are aseptic operations.
Test observation and measurement:

the numbers obtained in 10 samples in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-2 are added, wherein the score of example 1 is 45 points, the score of example 2 is 48 points, the score of example 3 is 42 points, the score of example 4 is 46 points, the score of example 5 is 46 points, the score of comparative example 1 is 26 points, and the score of comparative example 2 is 30 points, wherein the experimental result shows that the traditional Chinese medicine spray has better bactericidal and inhibitory effects on pseudomonas aeruginosa and staphylococcus aureus.
Example 7
The clinical curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine spray for treating acne provided by the embodiment 2 is summarized as follows:
the traditional Chinese medicine composition is applied to 100 clinical observation cases, wherein 50 men and 50 women have the age of 18-45 years, the patients with the shortest disease course have 2 months, the patients with the longest disease course have 2 years, and the average is 0.5 year. 100 cases are randomly divided into two groups, wherein 50 cases are divided into a control group and 50 cases are divided into an experimental group, the control group is given with external vitamin A acids or oral tetracycline drugs, the experimental group is given with the traditional Chinese medicine spray prepared in the embodiment 6 of the invention, all the dose groups are basically balanced, and baseline values of other research and observation indexes such as personal vital signs, previous medical history, medication, laboratory examination and the like show basic balance among the groups, have no significant statistical difference and are comparable.

2. The traditional Chinese medicine spray as claimed in claim 1, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine extract is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-25 parts of usnea, 30-40 parts of allium macrostemon, 35-38 parts of sophora flavescens, 42-45 parts of radix aconiti kusnezoffii, 20-28 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 20-23 parts of fructus forsythiae, 30-35 parts of radix angelicae, 50-55 parts of honey-fried licorice root, 5-8 parts of folium artemisiae argyi and 23-28 parts of purslane.
3. The Chinese medicinal spray of claim 1, wherein the external bacteriostatic agent is chlorhexidine acetate, benzalkonium bromide or aminopyridine.
4. The Chinese medicinal spray of claim 1, wherein the penetrant is dimethyl sulfoxide or laurocapram.
5. The method for preparing the Chinese medicinal spray as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of:
(1) pulverizing usnea, moutan bark and bighead atractylodes rhizome into coarse powder, mixing uniformly, soaking for 12 hours by using 75% ethanol as a solvent, then leaking at the speed of 1-2ml per minute, and collecting 120 parts by weight of leakage liquid of 100-;
(2) pulverizing Bulbus Allii Macrostemi, radix Angelicae Dahuricae, radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata and fructus forsythiae into coarse powder, respectively adding into volatile oil extractor, respectively adding 5-8 times of distilled water for extraction for 10-12 hr, mixing the three volatile oils, adding into glycerol, and stirring to obtain mixed solution;
(3) adding herba Achilleae, folium Artemisiae Argyi and herba Portulacae into an extraction tank, decocting with 2-3 times of water, concentrating to obtain a liquid with a density of 1.05-1.1g/ml, precipitating with ethanol, filtering, recovering ethanol to obtain filtrate, adding the percolate of step (1) and the mixed solution of step (2), dissolving Borneolum with ethanol, adding, stirring, and standing to obtain Chinese medicinal extractive solution;
(4) and (3) adding a bacteriostatic agent and a penetrating agent into the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution obtained in the step (3), uniformly stirring, and standing to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the Usnea, moutan cortex radicis and Atractylodes macrocephala in step (1) are pulverized into coarse powder of 8-10 meshes.
7. The method according to claim 4, wherein the Bulbus Allii Macrostemi, radix Angelicae Dahuricae, radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata and fructus forsythiae in step (2) are 10-15 mesh coarse powder.
