Description
(I) technical field
The invention relates to the technical field of functional health products and medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine lotion and a preparation method and application thereof.
(II) background of the invention
For immunocompromised patients, prevention and treatment of infection throughout the course of treatment is an important factor in success or failure of treatment. There are many opportunities for causing infection, both with exogenous infection and infection due to foci of infection formed by potential pathogens in the body. The anus is an outlet for excreting dirt in the digestive tract of the organism, and as the anus sphincter forms a folded anatomical structure, favorable conditions are created for hiding bacteria. When the immune function of a patient is extremely low, if the patient suffers from micro-damage or improper nursing, perianal infection or perianal abscess can be caused, so that the patient can be threatened by systemic infection. Therefore, in daily perianal care, there is a need for a lotion for anal cleansing and health.
Disclosure of the invention
The invention aims to provide a traditional Chinese medicine lotion and a preparation method and application thereof, and the traditional Chinese medicine lotion is used for cleaning perianal nursing of patients with low immunity, so that cleanness around anus is ensured, infection can be effectively prevented, perianal abscess diseases are prevented, postoperative complications are reduced, and the cure rate is improved.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine lotion which is prepared by leaching the following raw materials in parts by weight with water: 15-20 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 15-20 parts of fructus cnidii, 15-20 parts of rhizoma smilacis glabrae, 10-15 parts of rose, 30-35 parts of buffalo horn, 6-10 parts of liquorice, 15-20 parts of cassia twig and 15-20 parts of talcum.
Further, the traditional Chinese medicine lotion is prepared by leaching the following raw materials in parts by weight with water: 15 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 15 parts of fructus cnidii, 15 parts of rhizoma smilacis glabrae, 10 parts of rose, 30 parts of buffalo horn, 6 parts of liquorice, 15 parts of cassia twig and 15 parts of talcum.
Further, the traditional Chinese medicine lotion is prepared by leaching the following raw materials in parts by weight with water: 20 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 20 parts of fructus cnidii, 20 parts of rhizoma smilacis glabrae, 15 parts of rose, 35 parts of buffalo horn, 10 parts of liquorice, 20 parts of cassia twig and 20 parts of talcum.
Further, the traditional Chinese medicine lotion is an extracting solution obtained by adding 1-10 times of water by weight to each raw material according to the formula amount and extracting.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine lotion, which comprises the following steps:
1) extracting effective components:
soaking radix Sophorae Flavescentis in 4-10 times of water at room temperature for 1-3 hr (preferably 4 times of water, 1 hr), decocting for 2-3 times (preferably 2 times), each time for 30-45 min (preferably 30 min), and filtering to obtain radix Sophorae Flavescentis extractive solution;
decocting fructus Cnidii in 2-8 times of water for 2-3 times (preferably 2 times of water for 2 times), each time for 30-45 min (preferably 30 min), and filtering to obtain fructus Cnidii extractive solution;
adding 2-8 times of water into rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae according to the formula amount, soaking at room temperature for 1-3 hr, decocting for 2-3 times (preferably 2 times of water, 1 hr, 2 times of decocting for 30min each time), and filtering to obtain rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae extractive solution;
