本发明公开了一种抗衰老石榴汁饮品制备方法,包括如下步骤:选取优质新鲜的石榴,清洗备用;将选取的优质石榴去除果皮,得到石榴籽颗粒放入榨汁设备进行榨汁,得到石榴籽浆汁;将得到的石榴籽浆汁使用离心机分离去除残渣提取纯净的石榴汁;将得到石榴汁放置存储罐内低温0‑10℃,静置3‑6小时,将残渣与石榴汁分离,取用储罐内上部纯净的石榴汁;按照重量比例,将得到100%纯净石榴汁添加糖1‑5%、益生菌0.1‑0.5%、蜂蜜1‑3%,充分混合搅拌得到抗衰老石榴汁;步骤6、将得到抗衰老石榴汁进行杀菌消毒分装贮存。本发明工艺制备的石榴原汁的澄清度好、无沉淀物不浑浊,石榴汁口味较为纯正;完全保留了石榴的营养成分,具有助消化、软化血管、降血脂血糖、补充肌肤水分、延缓衰老的功效,符合现代人们对营养保健的追求。

技术领域
本发明涉及石榴加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗衰老石榴汁饮品制备方法。
背景技术
石榴是一种浆果,石榴果实中含有丰富的碳水化合物、蛋白质以及多种人体所必需的氨基酸和微量元素;石榴果实不仅营养丰富,而且具有较为广泛的药用价值;石榴中含有较多的抗氧化物质,如多酚、单宁、鞣花酸、黄酮和花青素等,可以有助消化、软化血管、降血脂血糖,同时能迅速补充肌肤水分、使皮肤明亮柔润,具有延缓衰老的功效。
鲁南地区盛产石榴,而尤为枣庄峄城地区最为聚集,具有“万亩石榴园”美誉,将石榴制备石榴汁饮品是最为直接的加工技术,而现有石榴汁加工技术存在三大缺陷。一是石榴原汁的澄清度不好、沉淀物多浑浊,二是石榴汁口味较为酸涩,口感无法满足要求。三是石榴汁加工过程营养流失较多,同时加入大量甜味剂、防腐剂、香精等食品添加剂调配造成营养成分大大降低,不符合现代人们对营养保健的追求,其助消化、软化血管、降血脂血糖、补充肌肤水分、延缓衰老的功效大大降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗衰老石榴汁饮品制备方法,以解决上述技术问题。
为实现上述目的本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种抗衰老石榴汁饮品制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、选取优质新鲜的石榴,将有虫害、果实不成熟的石榴去除,清洗备用;
步骤2、将选取的优质石榴去除果皮,得到石榴籽颗粒放入榨汁设备进行榨汁,果实渣清除,得到石榴籽浆汁;
步骤3、将得到的石榴籽浆汁使用离心机分离去除残渣提取纯净的石榴汁;
步骤4、将步骤3得到石榴汁放置存储罐内低温0-10℃,静置3-6小时,将残渣与石榴汁分离进一步提纯石榴汁,取用储罐内上部纯净的石榴汁;
步骤5、按照重量比例,将步骤4得到100%纯净石榴汁添加糖1-5%、益生菌0.1-0.5%、蜂蜜1-3%,充分混合搅拌得到抗衰老石榴汁;
步骤6、将步骤5得到抗衰老石榴汁进行杀菌消毒分装贮存。
作为本发明的进一步方案,所述步骤5中还加入重量比例的维生素 C 0.1-0.5%、山梨酸钾0.01-0.05%。
作为本发明的进一步方案,所述步骤5中还加入重量比例的从石榴果实提取的石榴多酚0.01-0.05%、花青素0.01-0.05%、维他命C0.01-0.05%。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明工艺制备的石榴原汁的澄清度好、无沉淀物不浑浊,石榴汁口味较为纯正添加剂少,口感可调;完全保留了石榴的营养成分,营养成分高,具有助消化、软化血管、降血脂血糖、补充肌肤水分、延缓衰老的功效,符合现代人们对营养保健的追求。

实施例1
一种抗衰老石榴汁饮品制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、选取优质新鲜的石榴,将有虫害、果实不成熟的石榴去除,清洗备用;
步骤2、将选取的优质石榴去除果皮,得到石榴籽颗粒放入榨汁设备进行榨汁,果实渣清除,得到石榴籽浆汁;
步骤3、将得到的石榴籽浆汁使用离心机分离去除残渣提取纯净的石榴汁;
步骤4、将步骤3得到石榴汁放置存储罐内低温0-10℃,静置3-6小时,将残渣与石榴汁分离进一步提纯石榴汁,取用储罐内上部纯净的石榴汁;

1.一种抗衰老石榴汁饮品制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、选取优质新鲜的石榴,将有虫害、果实不成熟的石榴去除,清洗备用;
步骤2、将选取的优质石榴去除果皮,得到石榴籽颗粒放入榨汁设备进行榨汁,果实渣清除,得到石榴籽浆汁;
步骤3、将得到的石榴籽浆汁使用离心机分离去除残渣提取纯净的石榴汁;
步骤4、将步骤3得到石榴汁放置存储罐内低温0-10℃,静置3-6小时,将残渣与石榴汁分离进一步提纯石榴汁,取用储罐内上部纯净的石榴汁;
步骤5、按照重量比例,将步骤4得到100%纯净石榴汁添加糖1-5%、益生菌0.1-0.5%、蜂蜜1-3%,充分混合搅拌得到抗衰老石榴汁;
步骤6、将步骤5得到抗衰老石榴汁进行杀菌消毒分装贮存。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种抗衰老石榴汁饮品制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤5中还加入重量比例的维生素 C 0.1-0.5%、山梨酸钾0.01-0.05%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种抗衰老石榴汁饮品制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤5中还加入重量比例的从石榴果实提取的石榴多酚0.01-0.05%、花青素0.01-0.05%、维他命C0.01-0.05%。
