背景技术
直播分为文字图片直播和视频直播,传统电视台多以视频直播为主,比如新闻类的《新闻联播》、演艺类的《春节联欢晚会》等。移动互联网时代,文字图片视频皆可实现直播,随处可见就是利用手机进行直播,用户可以将手机拍摄的视频内容实时上传到平台上,让用户通过视频直播的形式与朋友和家人即时分享身边正在发生的每一个精彩瞬间,软件就能把全世界十几亿部智能手机变成可以现场直播的微型摄像机。
在使用手机进行直播时,就需运用到夹持用有机械手将其进行固定再来进行直播。直播用的机械手在生产装配时大多是通过半人工式安装,不仅效率低,还有安装不到位松动的现象发生,因此需开发一种直播机械手用的打磨装配一体式生产装置解决以上问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对以上问题,本发明提供一种直播机械手用的打磨装配一体式生产装置,设计巧妙,能对夹持块快速打磨涂胶并与滑动板快速安装,且质量高。

本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明中的生产系统通过定位座对滑动板进行定位,再通过打磨涂胶组件对其内部进行打磨处理,后对其进行出胶和出热风,再通过第二升降组件的协调作用,能实现滑动板与夹持块地自动化出胶、出热风最后粘紧式装置,能对夹持块快速安装,不仅体现了产品生产的一体化设计,还保持产品质量优良。
2、本发明中的生产系统中在过打磨涂胶组件对其内部进行打磨处理时产生的碎屑,与负压泵的协调作用, 通过负压管道进行吸附,再通过套筒的下端设置有收集框进行收集,整个过程集中回收处理,不仅减少了后期的设备清理维护,还延长了设备的使用寿命。
3、本发明中装配的直播机械手放置板的上端两侧活动设置有滑动板,滑动板内设置有夹持块,夹持块设置为橡胶材质的结构设计解决了现有技术中电商运营用直播设备在使用时,不能对不同大小的手机进行固定调节不方便和夹持时产生刮痕的问题,伸缩件的设计同时还能根据需要调整远近距离,这就使效率提高,避免了物品在拿的过程中损坏的现象发生。
4、本发明中装配的直播机械手的连接框组件包括竖板,竖板的两侧设置有侧板,侧板内活动设置有U型框设置有靠板;U型框的两侧端通过连接组件与侧板连接,其中一侧与侧板连接后与微型马达连接,这样的结构设计方便根据需要变换靠板的角度;它与伸缩件、伸缩杆的协调作用,不仅增加了使用的灵活性,还有防止手机还夹持过程中抖动的作用。

本发明的具体结构为:如图1-图5所示,一种直播机械手用的打磨装配一体式生产装置械手的生产系统,它包括底座21、机架22,机架22上设置有支撑板31,支撑板31上设置有用于限制滑动板20位置的定位座28,支撑板31内设置有通孔311;定位座28上升降式地设置有打磨涂胶组件29,打磨涂胶组件29的下端设置有第一升降组件;定位座28的上方设置有升降式地用来夹紧夹持块19的气动手指36,气动手指36的上端与气缸30的伸缩端连接。
装配如图6-8所示的直播机械手时,首先将滑动板20放至定位座28上进行定位,然后通过打磨涂胶组件29对滑动板20的内部进行打磨涂胶出热风处理,打磨涂胶组件29与第二升降组件协调作用,边打磨涂胶出热风边往下移动,最后将与气缸30连接的气动手指36上的夹持块19向下压至滑动板20内,夹持块19上设置有方块191,这样的结构有限位的作用。
如图2-图3所示,打磨涂胶组件29包括基体297,基体297的下端两侧设置有打磨块295,打磨块295的上端设置有漏胶孔293,漏胶孔293的侧端与集胶盒298连接,漏胶孔293与集胶盒298之间设置有阀门296,阀门296与顶出件连接;漏胶孔293的上端设置有出风口291,出风口291与热风发生器292连通,热风发生器292的上端设置有盖体299,具体使用时,首先通过打磨块295将滑动板20的两内侧打磨至光滑,然后打开阀门296,将集胶盒298盒内的胶水通过漏胶孔293漏出,最后通过出风口291里出的热风将胶水吹热再与夹持块19进行粘贴,这种结构设计第二升降组件的协调作用,能实现滑动板20与夹持块19地自动化出胶、出热风最后粘紧式装置,能对夹持块19快速安装,不仅体现了产品生产的一体化设计,还保持产品质量优良。
如图4所示,第一升降组件包括第一滚珠丝杆26,第一滚珠丝杆26通过滚珠螺母组件27设置在支撑板31内,滚珠螺母组件27的下端通过传动皮带组件32与驱动组件33连接,通过驱动组件33带动第一滚珠丝杆26转动,再滚珠螺母组件27作用下带动与第一滚珠丝杆26连接的打磨涂胶组件29升降。
如图1和图5所示,定位座28的下端通过隔板25、负压管道24、套筒23与负压泵34连通,套筒23的下端设置有收集框35。通过负压管道24和负压泵34进行吸附,再通过套筒23的下端设置有收集框35进行收集,整个过程集中回收处理,不仅减少了后期的设备清理维护,还延长了设备的使用寿命。
如图6-图8所示,本发明中的直播机械手包括底板1、万向轮12,底板1上设置有第二升降组件2,第二升降组件2上通过连接块3设置有支撑杆5,支撑杆5的上端设置有伸缩件4,伸缩件4的伸缩端与连接框组件连接,连接框组件内活动设置有靠板10,靠板10的下端设置有放置板15,放置板15的上端两侧活动设置有滑动板20,滑动板20内设置有夹持块19,夹持块19设置为橡胶材质。具体使用时,首先根据需要通过万向轮12将本发明移至所需位置,再通过第二升降组件2升降至所需高度,再将手机放至靠板10和放置板15上,通两侧的滑动板20滑至合适位置后通过夹持块19将手机夹紧来进行直播,这种结构设计对不同大小的手机进行固定调节方便和夹持时不会产生刮痕的问题。在直播时伸缩件4的伸缩能根据需要调整远近距离,这就使效率提高,避免了物品在拿的过程中损坏的现象发生。
如图6所示,伸缩件4设置为第一电动推杆,第一电动推杆的伸缩端与连接框组件连接,第一电动推杆的伸缩端设置在挂环9内滑动,挂环9设置在支撑杆5的上端;支撑杆5的下端铰接设置有伸缩杆11,伸缩杆11的另一端铰接设置在底板1上。伸缩件4在伸缩的同时,伸缩杆11的设计有防不仅增加了使用的灵活性,还有防止手机还夹持过程中抖动的作用。
如图7所示,连接框组件包括竖板6,竖板6的两侧设置有侧板7,侧板7内活动设置有U型框8,靠板10设置在U型框8上;U型框8包括横杆81和设置在两侧的侧杆82,U型框8的两侧的侧杆82端连接组件14与侧板7连接,其中一侧的侧杆82与侧板7连接后与微型马达13连接。具体使用时,当手机需要调节角度时,微型马达13的转动能带动U型框8上的靠板10转动。
如图7-8所示,放置板15的上端两侧通过第一滑块16活动设置有滑动板20,第一滑块16的侧端通过弹簧17设置有限位板18,这样的结构设计使手机的夹持更加稳定。
如图6所示,第二升降组件2包括第二滚珠丝杆,第二滚珠丝杆的底端与第一电机的输出轴连接,第二滚珠丝杆上的滚珠螺母与第二滑块连接,第二滑块的侧端与连接块3连接,通过第一电机的转动,带动第二滚珠丝杆上的滚珠螺母和第二滑块升降,从而带动连接块3升降。

1.一种直播机械手用的打磨装配一体式生产装置,其特征在于,所述直播机械手包括底板(1)、万向轮(12),底板(1)上设置有第二升降组件(2),第二升降组件(2)上通过连接块(3)设置有支撑杆(5),支撑杆(5)的上端设置有伸缩件(4),伸缩件(4)的伸缩端与连接框组件连接,连接框组件内活动设置有靠板(10),靠板(10)的下端设置有放置板(15),放置板(15)的上端两侧活动设置有滑动板(20),滑动板(20)内设置有夹持块(19);所述直播机械手用的打磨装配一体式生产装置包括底座(21)、机架(22),机架(22)上设置有支撑板(31),支撑板(31)上设置有用于限制滑动板(20)位置的定位座(28),支撑板(31)内设置有通孔(311);定位座(28)上升降式地设置有打磨涂胶组件(29);定位座(28)的上方设置有升降式地用来夹紧夹持块(19)的夹紧部件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种直播机械手用的打磨装配一体式生产装置,其特征在于,夹紧部件设置为气动手指(36),气动手指(36)的上端与气缸(30)的伸缩端连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种直播机械手用的打磨装配一体式生产装置,其特征在于,打磨涂胶组件(29)包括基体(297),基体(297)的下端两侧设置有打磨块(295),打磨块(295)的上端设置有漏胶孔(293),漏胶孔(293)的侧端与集胶盒(298)连接,漏胶孔(293)与集胶盒(298)之间设置有阀门(296),阀门(296)与顶出件连接;漏胶孔(293)的上端设置有出风口(291),出风口(291)与热风发生器(292)连通,热风发生器(292)的上端设置有盖体(299)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种直播机械手用的打磨装配一体式生产装置,其特征在于,打磨涂胶组件(29)的下端设置有第一升降组件,第一升降组件包括第一滚珠丝杆(26),第一滚珠丝杆(26)通过滚珠螺母组件(27)设置在支撑板(31)内,滚珠螺母组件(27)的下端通过传动皮带组件(32)与驱动组件(33)连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种直播机械手用的打磨装配一体式生产装置,其特征在于,定位座(28)的下端通过隔板(25)、负压管道(24)、套筒(23)与负压泵(34)连通,套筒(23)的下端设置有收集框(35)。
