本发明涉及一种塑料管的切割涂胶装置，包括底座、工作箱、前推步进电机、上移步进电机、压杆支架、锯片以及回收箱，底座上部滑动安装工作箱、底座上部还安装一前推步进电机，步进电机前端固装工作箱，实现工作箱在底座上的前后定速移动，在条形锯片出口的两侧分别制有一负压回收口，在箱体一侧壁连接负压吸头，负压吸头通过管道连接收集箱，在工作箱箱体的前部侧壁固装一滑座，滑座内同轴套装一滑杆，滑杆上部端部铰装一滚刷，滚刷一侧安装一胶盒。本发明提供的多功能衬塑管衬塑工作台在工作台上制有回收口，能够讲切割下来的碎屑从负压回收口进行回收收集，保证工作空间的清洁，保证安全。

技术领域
本发明属于钢管生产设备领域，特别是一种塑料管的切割涂胶装置。
背景技术
衬塑管是以普通钢管作为基础，内衬化学性优良的热塑性塑料，经冷拉复合或滚塑成型，它既有钢管的机械性能，又有塑料管的耐腐蚀性能，缓结垢，不易生长微生物的特点，是输送酸、碱、盐、有腐蚀性气体等介质的理想管道。其中以PE衬塑管为应用最广泛，的介质工作温度：-25℃～+75℃(改性聚乙烯工作最高温度105℃)；介质工作压力：正压2.5MPa，常温下负压为75KPa；耐腐蚀性：对非氧化性酸(如盐酸、稀硫酸、氢氟酸)、稀硝酸、碱和盐溶液都有良好的耐蚀性，但不耐浓硝酸、浓硫酸和其他强氧化剂的腐蚀。对有机溶剂、常温下一般耐腐蚀性良好。典型应用：适用于一般腐蚀性液体介质输送，更适用于生活用水和饮用冷热水的输送，输水时，不影响水质，符合食品卫生要求，高耐磨高密度聚乙烯管可广泛用于固液浆体如煤炭、矿砂的输送。广泛用于石油化工制品电力自来水环保等行业。
现有的塑料管的切割涂胶装置切割效率的塑料垃圾直接飞散到工作空间内，造成较大的环境问题和安全问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种工作效率高、能够图胶且能够回收塑料碎屑的塑料管的切割涂胶装置。
本发明解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的：

本发明提供的装置在工作台上制有回收口，能够讲切割下来的碎屑从负压回收口进行回收收集，保证工作空间的清洁，保证安全。
本发明提供的装置具有电机导航架，能够保证上移电机的移动位置，保证锯片的切割位置，保证切割准确。
本申请提供的装置在前部工作箱上表面安装有刷胶的装置，能够对需要外表面刷胶的塑料管进行涂胶，装置一体，使用方便。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本申请作进一步详述。以下实施例只是描述性的，不是限定性的，不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
一种塑料管的切割涂胶装置，包括底座14、工作箱1、前推步进电机12、上移步进电机13、压杆支架5、锯片9以及回收箱11，底座上部滑动安装工作箱、底座上部还安装一前推步进电机，步进电机前端固装工作箱，实现工作箱在底座上的前后定速移动。
在工作项上表面制有条形锯片出口，锯片出口的上方安装一压杆支架，压杆支架固装在工作箱上表面，压杆支架上部固装一气缸4，气缸活塞头下端固装一压板6，压板下表面间隔固装两压杆7，所述两根压杆为间隔平行的，分别设置在条形锯片出口的两侧，当两个压杆下压压住塑料管，锯片上移，切割断塑料管，压杆下表面固装软质压头8，比如橡胶硅胶等，保证塑料管不损害。
工作箱体内下底面安装一上推步进电机，上推步进电机端部安装一电锯电2，电锯电机输出轴固装一锯片，锯片径向对应条形锯片出口，锯片旋转，上推步进电机向上推动电锯电机，锯片从条形锯片出口出来，锯断被压杆压在工作箱上表面的塑料管。
为了保证上推电机上移的准确性，在工作箱体内表面固装一导航架15，电锯电机嵌装在导航架内，防止电锯电机的位置倾斜，造成电锯对工作箱上表面的伤害。
在条形锯片出口的两侧分别制有一负压回收口3，用于回收切割掉的塑料屑，保证工作空间的整洁，在箱体一侧壁连接负压吸头10，负压吸头通过管道连接收集箱，收集箱连接一负压电机制造负压。
在工作箱箱体的前部侧壁固装一滑座17，滑座内同轴套装一滑杆16，滑杆上部端部铰装一滚刷21，滚刷一侧安装一胶盒22，给滚刷供胶，在滑座上部的工作箱箱体侧壁铰装铰杆，该铰杆与滑杆相互啮合，当转动铰杆转动时，啮合滑杆向上移动，在滚刷对应的箱体上表面制有刷胶口23。当需要在塑料管外表面刷胶时，转动铰杆，将刷头突出工作箱体上表面，对塑料管进行刷胶。

Claims (3)

1.一种塑料管的切割涂胶装置，其特征在于：包括底座、工作箱、前推步进电机、上移步进电机、压杆支架、锯片以及回收箱，底座上部滑动安装工作箱、底座上部还安装一前推步进电机，步进电机前端固装工作箱，实现工作箱在底座上的前后定速移动；
在工作项上表面制有条形锯片出口，锯片出口的上方安装一压杆支架，压杆支架固装在工作箱上表面，压杆支架上部固装一气缸，气缸活塞头下端固装一压板，压板下表面固装压杆，压杆下表面固装压头；
工作箱体内下底面安装一上推步进电机，上推步进电机端部安装一电锯电，电锯电机输出轴固装一锯片，锯片径向对应条形锯片出口；在条形锯片出口的两侧分别制有一负压回收口，在箱体一侧壁连接负压吸头，负压吸头通过管道连接收集箱；
在工作箱箱体的前部侧壁固装一滑座，滑座内同轴套装一滑杆，滑杆上部端部铰装一滚刷，滚刷一侧安装一胶盒，在滑座上部的工作箱箱体侧壁铰装铰杆，该铰杆与滑杆相互啮合，当转动铰杆转动时，啮合滑杆向上移动，在滚刷对应的箱体上表面制有刷胶口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料管的切割涂胶装置，其特征在于：在工作箱体内表面固装一导航架，电锯电机嵌装在导航架内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的塑料管的切割涂胶装置，其特征在于：所述压杆为两根，两根压杆为间隔平行的，分别设置在条形锯片出口的两侧。
