Abstract

一种带吸尘装置的切割机，包括切割机，切割机主要由机架和圆盘锯组成；圆盘锯通过转轴和轴承安装在机架上，吸尘装置由吸尘罩、吸尘管、抽风机和除尘器构成，吸尘罩安装在机架上，位于圆盘锯下方，吸尘罩底部设有出尘口，吸尘管一端与吸尘罩的出尘口相通，另一端与除尘器的进风口相通，抽风机安装在吸尘管上。优点是：由于在切割机加设了吸尘装置，它可将切割机工作时产生的粉尘吸出送至除尘器处理，有效把保护了切割机车间的工作环境，有利操作人员的身体健康。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及切割机械领域。具体地说涉及带吸尘装置的切割机。 
背景技术
目前，在纤维板生产加工过程中会产生许多条状的纤维板废料，这些条状的纤维板废料需通过切割成标准尺寸的条状的纤维料，而现有的切割机工作时产生大量粉尘，严重影响操作人员的身体健康。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有的切割机上述之不足，而提供一种带吸尘装置的切割机。 
本实用新型包括切割机，切割机主要由机架和圆盘锯组成；圆盘锯通过转轴和轴承安装在机架上，其特征在于它还有吸尘装置，吸尘装置由吸尘罩、吸尘管、抽风机和除尘器构成，吸尘罩安装在机架上，位于圆盘锯下方，吸尘罩底部设有出尘口，吸尘管一端与吸尘罩的出尘口相通，另一端与除尘器的进风口相通，抽风机安装在吸尘管上。 
本实用新型的优点是：由于在切割机加设了吸尘装置，它可将切割机工作时产生的粉尘吸出送至除尘器处理，有效把保护了切割机车间的工作环境，有利操作人员的身体健康。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型包括切割机，切割机主要由机架1和圆盘锯2组成；圆盘锯2通过转轴和轴承安装在机架1上，其特征在于它还有吸尘装置，吸尘装置由吸尘罩3、吸尘管4、抽风机5和除尘器6构成，吸尘罩3安装在机架1上，位于圆盘锯2下方，吸尘罩3底部设有出尘口，吸尘管4一端与吸尘罩3的出尘口相通，另一端与除尘器6(可用袋式除尘器或旋风除尘器)的进风口相通，抽风机5安装在吸尘管4上。

1.一种带吸尘装置的切割机，包括切割机，切割机主要由机架和圆盘锯组成；圆盘锯通过转轴和轴承安装在机架上，其特征在于它还有吸尘装置，吸尘装置由吸尘罩、吸尘管、抽风机和除尘器构成，吸尘罩安装在机架上，位于圆盘锯下方，吸尘罩底部设有出尘口，吸尘管一端与吸尘罩的出尘口相通，另一端与除尘器的进风口相通，抽风机安装在吸尘管上。
