The flos Chrysanthemi Indici extract has effects of clearing liver-fire and improving eyesight, contains abundant nutritional components, has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects, and also has effects of clearing heat and detoxicating, and preventing skin aging. The Borneolum has effects of clearing heat, eliminating swelling and improving eyesight. The Margarita powder has effects of whitening skin, resisting aging, removing toxic substances, promoting granulation, and reducing facial speckle. The Olibanum extract has effect in promoting activation of caspase (caspase is core enzyme for apoptosis, and its inhibition means prolonging cell life), activating peroxidase to activate receptor, resisting aging, resisting inflammation, and preventing and treating red blood cell; meanwhile, the skin can be whitened and oily skin can be conditioned. The oat extract has the effects of nourishing skin, wherein the beta-glucan contained in the oat extract can promote the synthesis of collagen and eliminate free radicals, the beta-glucan contained in the oat extract can promote the proliferation of fibroblasts and the synthesis of collagen, has the free radical scavenging capacity and can resist the damage of ultraviolet rays, so that the effects of resisting aging, removing wrinkles, moisturizing the skin and the like are achieved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the raw materials further comprise 0.1-0.3 parts by weight of an extract of ophiopogon root, 0.1-0.2 parts by weight of an extract of zingiber officinale root, and 0.2-0.4 parts by weight of an extract of purslane. The radix ophiopogonis extract is rich in active ingredients such as polyfructose, has good moisturizing capability, and can prevent excessive loss of skin moisture by strengthening adhesion of the upper layer of epidermis and recombining the barrier function of skin so as to achieve the moisturizing effect. The product has effects in improving skin activity, activating skin, resisting oxidation and resisting aging. The purslane contains alkaloid, coumarin compounds, flavonoid, phenols, mushrooms, sterol and other compounds, has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, and has good oxygen radical scavenging capacity, which indicates that the purslane has obvious antioxidant effect; has good skin moisture keeping effect.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the humectant is at least one of glycerin, 1, 2-hexanediol, butylene glycol, acetyl hexapeptide-8, squalane, acetyl chitosamine, hydrolyzed elastin, and aloe vera leaf juice. The glycerin and the butanediol have good moisturizing performance, and the 1, 2-hexanediol also has the effects of sterilization and moisturizing. The acyl hexapeptide-8 can reduce existing facial wrinkles and effectively prevent new wrinkles, and can reduce contraction of muscles by inhibiting release of neurotransmitter acetylcholine, thereby achieving reduction of dynamic lines and expression lines, and in addition, has excellent moisturizing effect. Squalane has excellent moisturizing effect, and also has the characteristics of harmlessness, no irritation and low irritability. The acetyl chitosamine can accelerate wound healing, improve skin hydration degree, reduce skin fine lines and improve rough skin condition; can also inhibit the synthesis of tyrosinase, reduce the generation of melanin, improve uneven skin color, and has certain whitening and moisturizing effects. The aloe vera leaf juice has the effects of promoting the growth of fibrin, inhibiting elastin, promoting the synthesis of collagen and removing free radicals, and has good skin-activating and anti-aging effects; it also has a promoting effect on cholesterol synthesis, and helps to reduce shine and increase the degree of skin softness; it also has antibacterial, antiinflammatory and moisture keeping effects. The hydrolyzed elastin can supplement elastin content in aged skin, increase skin softness, and lubricate skin stratum corneum.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the anti-aging agent comprises (1-3): (1-3): 2:3: (1-2) palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, carnosine, palmitoyl tripeptide-38, royal jelly, and taurine. Palmitoyl pentapeptide-4 can stimulate the synthesis of collagen of a skin matrix to achieve the anti-aging effect, is composed of lysine, threonine and serine, penetrates into the skin through cream containing base peptide to reach fibroblasts, synthesizes small molecules of skin connective tissue in the fibroblasts, participates in the formation of the skin matrix, stimulates the synthesis of the collagen, and has the good effect of removing wrinkles. Carnosine can resist free radical damage, remove free radicals and achieve the effect of antioxidation; carnosine can also achieve the effect of delaying aging by protecting mitochondrial function and reducing the generation of ROS; can react with active substances in vivo to protect protein from glycosylation, and has anti-aging effect, and carnosine contains imidazole ring, has strong oxidation resistance, and can prevent fibroblast growth and reverse aged human cells. The royal jelly contains protein, lipid, saccharide, vitamins, amino acids and minerals, has effects of resisting aging, resisting tumor, resisting bacteria, regulating immunity and promoting cell proliferation, can give cell energy, recover cell activity, and help skin growth, and has certain therapeutic effect on seborrheic dermatitis and acne. Taurine is helpful for synthesis of cysteine in vivo, has effects of nourishing skin and enhancing activity of cortical cells, and has anti-aging effect and anti-inflammatory effect in combination with its anti-oxygen property.
In some embodiments of the invention, the antioxidant is at least two of ascorbyl palmitate, tocopherol, aescin, panthenol and laminaria saccharina extract. Ascorbyl palmitate is a fat-soluble antioxidant, retains the pharmacological actions of ascorbic acid, namely vitamin C, in resisting oxidation, preventing angiosclerosis and treating septicemia, has fat solubility, and increases the application range of the product. Tocopherol is a fat-soluble vitamin and is also an excellent antioxidant. The natural vitamin E is easy to be absorbed by skin, and can promote skin metabolism, prevent pigmentation, improve skin elasticity, moisten skin, and has effects of caring skin, caring skin and resisting aging. Aescin has anti-inflammatory and swelling relieving effects, and can protect arterial blood vessel and improve venous function, and has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects; also has effects in inhibiting collagenase, hyaluronidase, beta-glucuronidase and elastase which catalyze the breakdown of the integrity of the venous structure and increase the exudation of the capillaries; in external preparation, the composition has effects in promoting blood circulation, promoting wound healing, relieving edema, resisting inflammation, resisting exudation, and protecting blood vessel (removing dark eye circles, removing red blood streak, resisting wrinkle, and repairing). Panthenol molecules penetrate into the stratum corneum of the skin and are rapidly reduced to vitamin B5 by enzymes, keeping the skin tender. The laminaria saccharina extract has certain inhibition effect on the activity of elastase and the elimination effect on oxygen free radicals, so that the laminaria saccharina extract has the effects of preventing wrinkles and resisting aging; has effect in inhibiting uricase, and can reduce ammonia substances generated by uricase activity.
The preparation method of the periocular anti-aging traditional Chinese medicine skin care composition is characterized by comprising the following steps:
mixing water and humectant, heating and stirring to obtain treated substance 1;
adding the rest raw materials into the treated product 1, heating and stirring under sealed condition to obtain the final product of the anti-aging traditional Chinese medicine skin care composition around eyes. The preparation method is simple and convenient, and can be put into large-scale production.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the above-mentioned treatment 1 is heated at 65 to 75 ℃ for 20 to 30 min.
In some embodiments of the invention, the heating temperature of the finished product of the anti-aging traditional Chinese medicine skin care composition for the periphery of the eyes is 55-65 ℃, and the stirring time is 40-60 min.
The features and properties of the present invention are described in further detail below with reference to examples.
Example 1
A preparation method of a periocular anti-aging traditional Chinese medicine skin care composition comprises the following steps:
raw materials: 3g of pseudo-ginseng extract, 6g of Chinese angelica extract, 1g of cassia seed extract, 1g of wild chrysanthemum flower extract, 2g of borneol, 1g of pearl powder, 1g of frankincense extract, 2g of oat extract, 1g of avocado extract, 1g of glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, 20g of humectant (glycerin), 10g of anti-aging agent (palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, carnosine, palmitoyl tripeptide-38, royal jelly and taurine in a weight ratio of 1: 1: 2: 3: 1), 5g of antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitate and tocopherol) and 600g of water.
Mixing water and humectant, heating to 65 deg.C, and stirring for 20min to obtain treated substance 1;
adding the rest raw materials into the treated product 1, heating to 55 deg.C under sealed condition, and stirring for 40min to obtain the final product.
Example 2
A preparation method of a periocular anti-aging traditional Chinese medicine skin care composition comprises the following steps:
raw materials: 6g of pseudo-ginseng extract, 10g of Chinese angelica extract, 2g of cassia seed extract, 2g of wild chrysanthemum flower extract, 3g of borneol, 2g of pearl powder, 2g of frankincense extract, 3g of oat extract, 2g of avocado extract, 2g of glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, 35g of humectant (glycerin), 20g of anti-aging agent (palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, carnosine, palmitoyl tripeptide-38, royal jelly and taurine in a weight ratio of 2: 2: 2: 3: 2), 12g of antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitate and tocopherol) and 650g of water.
Mixing water and humectant, heating to 70 deg.C, and stirring for 25min to obtain treated product 1;
adding the rest raw materials into the treated product 1, heating to 60 deg.C under sealed condition, and stirring for 50min to obtain the final product.
Example 3
A preparation method of a periocular anti-aging traditional Chinese medicine skin care composition comprises the following steps:
raw materials: 8g of pseudo-ginseng extract, 13g of Chinese angelica extract, 3g of cassia seed extract, 4g of wild chrysanthemum flower extract, 4g of borneol, 3g of pearl powder, 2g of frankincense extract, 4g of oat extract, 3g of avocado extract, 2g of glabrous greenbrier rhizome extract, 45g of humectant (glycerin), 25g of anti-aging agent (palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, carnosine, palmitoyl tripeptide-38, royal jelly and taurine in a weight ratio of 3: 2: 2: 3: 2), 15g of antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitate and tocopherol) and 700g of water.
Mixing water and humectant, heating to 70 deg.C, and stirring for 25min to obtain treated product 1;
adding the rest raw materials into the treated product 1, heating to 60 deg.C under sealed condition, and stirring for 50min to obtain the final product.
Example 4
A preparation method of a periocular anti-aging traditional Chinese medicine skin care composition comprises the following steps:
raw materials: 10g of pseudo-ginseng extract, 15g of Chinese angelica extract, 5g of cassia seed extract, 5g of wild chrysanthemum flower extract, 5g of borneol, 4g of pearl powder, 3g of frankincense extract, 5g of oat extract, 5g of avocado extract, 3g of glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, 20-60g of humectant (glycerin), 30g of anti-aging agent (palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, carnosine, palmitoyl tripeptide-38, royal jelly and taurine in a weight ratio of 3: 3: 2: 3: 2), 20g of antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitate and tocopherol) and 800g of water.
Mixing water and humectant, heating to 75 deg.C, and stirring for 30min to obtain treated product 1;
adding the rest raw materials into the treated product 1, heating to 65 deg.C under sealed condition, and stirring for 60min to obtain the final product.
Example 5
A preparation method of a periocular anti-aging traditional Chinese medicine skin care composition comprises the following steps:
raw materials: 8g of pseudo-ginseng extract, 13g of Chinese angelica extract, 3g of cassia seed extract, 4g of wild chrysanthemum flower extract, 4g of borneol, 3g of pearl powder, 2g of frankincense extract, 4g of oat extract, 3g of avocado extract, 2g of glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, 45g of humectant (1, 2-hexanediol, butanediol and acetyl hexapeptide-8), 25g of anti-aging agent (palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, carnosine, palmitoyl tripeptide-38, royal jelly and taurine in a weight ratio of 3: 2: 2: 3: 2), 15g of antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitate and tocopherol) and 700g of water.
Mixing water and humectant, heating to 70 deg.C, and stirring for 25min to obtain treated product 1;
adding the rest raw materials into the treated product 1, heating to 60 deg.C under sealed condition, and stirring for 50min to obtain the final product.
Example 6
A preparation method of a periocular anti-aging traditional Chinese medicine skin care composition comprises the following steps:
raw materials: 8g of pseudo-ginseng extract, 13g of Chinese angelica extract, 3g of cassia seed extract, 4g of wild chrysanthemum flower extract, 4g of borneol, 3g of pearl powder, 2g of frankincense extract, 4g of oat extract, 3g of avocado extract, 2g of glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, 45g of moisturizer (glycerol, 1, 2-hexanediol, butanediol, acetyl hexapeptide-8, squalane, acetyl chitosamine, hydrolyzed elastin and aloe barbadensis leaf juice), 25g of anti-aging agent (palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, carnosine, palmitoyl tripeptide-38, royal jelly and taurine in a weight ratio of 3: 2: 2: 3: 2), 15g of antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitate, tocopherol, aescin, panthenol and a sugar kelp extract) and 700g of water.
Mixing water and humectant, heating to 70 deg.C, and stirring for 25min to obtain treated product 1;
adding the rest raw materials into the treated product 1, heating to 60 deg.C under sealed condition, and stirring for 50min to obtain the final product.
Comparative example 1
This comparative example differs from example 3 in that: no Chinese medicinal materials are added.
Examples of the experiments
The skin care compositions prepared in examples 1-6 and comparative example 1 were subjected to volunteer experiments. 140 volunteers aged 30-35 years and having dry skin and fine lines/wrinkles around the eyes were randomly selected and tested in groups of 20 persons, groups 1-7, to test the skin care compositions prepared in examples 1-6 and comparative example 1, respectively. The skin care composition is applied around eyes twice in the morning and at night.
No skin care products other than the skin care composition were used during the experiment, during which the same facial cleanser was used for cleaning.
Allergy testing was performed on individual volunteers. Specifically, the skin care group materials of the corresponding group are pasted on the ears of the volunteers, and the skin allergy condition is observed after the mixture is waited for 24 hours. Skin is normal, no redness/no erythema is not allergic; weak erythema/redness/papules as weak allergies; erythema, redness, swelling, papules are strongly allergic. The results are shown in Table 1.

From table 1, it can be seen that the skin care compositions prepared herein are mild in nature, are not prone to human allergy, and can be tested on a continuous basis.
Measuring the skin moisture content and the skin fineness respectively in the first half hour and the second half hour before use, and calculating the average skin moisture improvement rate and the average skin fineness improvement rate of each group; and after 1 month of continuous use, the skin care composition was evaluated to calculate an average score, and the results are shown in table 2.

The using effect is moistening without greasiness, good ductility, good moisture retention, mildness and good anti-aging effect, and the score is 8-10; the using effect is more moist, less greasy, better ductility, better moisture retention, milder and good anti-aging effect, and the score is 4-7; the use effect is too oily, the ductility is better, the moisture retention is better, the stimulation is better, the anti-aging effect is poor, and the score is 0-3.

Analyzing table 2, it can be seen that the effect of the groups 1-6 is good compared to the group 7, and the effect of the group 6 is best by careful comparison, which indicates that the skin care composition prepared in example 7 has the best moisturizing, fine enhancing effect and use experience on skin.
In conclusion, the traditional Chinese medicine composition is added with various traditional Chinese medicine extracts, can mildly maintain skin, has the effects of resisting oxidation and aging and eliminating black eyes, and has excellent effect due to the synergistic effect of various traditional Chinese medicine components; the glycyrrhiza glabra root extract can effectively inhibit tyrosinase activity, has a whitening effect, has a good inhibition effect on catalase, and reduces irritation to skin; in addition, it has certain anti-inflammatory effect. The avocado extract has good effect of inhibiting xanthine oxidase, has effect of scavenging superoxide radical generated by xanthine-xanthine oxidase system, and has skin activating and antiaging effects; the traditional Chinese medicinal materials can utilize effective components in natural medicinal materials, do not contain allergic components, are mild and non-irritant, have an outstanding anti-aging effect, and can effectively activate skin and reduce water loss; the humectant can lock moisture around eyes, so that moisture around eyes is prevented from being taken away by drying, and dry wrinkles around eyes are prevented; the anti-aging agent can be used for pertinently resisting aging and enabling epidermal cells to become plump; the antioxidant has antioxidant and antiaging effects.

Claims (10)

1. The anti-aging traditional Chinese medicine skin care composition for the periphery of eyes is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1.7-5.2 parts of traditional Chinese medicinal materials, 0.1-0.5 part of avocado extract, 0.1-0.3 part of glabrous greenbrier rhizome extract, 2-6 parts of humectant, 1-3 parts of anti-aging agent, 0.5-2 parts of antioxidant and 60-80 parts of water.
2. The anti-aging traditional Chinese medicine skin-care composition for the periphery of the eyes as claimed in claim 1, wherein the anti-aging traditional Chinese medicine skin-care composition for the periphery of the eyes comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3.8 parts of traditional Chinese medicine, 0.3 part of avocado extract, 0.2 part of glabrous greenbrier rhizome extract, 4 parts of humectant, 2 parts of anti-aging agent, 1.3 parts of antioxidant and 70 parts of water.
3. The periocular anti-aging traditional Chinese medicine skin care composition according to claim 1, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.3 to 1 portion of pseudo-ginseng extract, 0.6 to 1.5 portions of angelica extract, 0.1 to 0.5 portion of cassia seed extract, 0.1 to 0.5 portion of wild chrysanthemum extract, 0.2 to 0.5 portion of borneol, 0.1 to 0.4 portion of pearl powder, 0.1 to 0.3 portion of frankincense extract and 0.2 to 0.5 portion of oat extract.

The periocular anti-aging traditional Chinese medicine skin-care composition according to claim 1, characterized in that the raw materials further comprise 0.1-0.3 part by weight of radix ophiopogonis extract, 0.1-0.2 part by weight of ginger root extract and 0.2-0.4 part by weight of purslane extract.
5. The periocular anti-aging traditional Chinese medicine skin care composition according to claim 1, wherein the humectant is at least one of glycerin, 1, 2-hexanediol, butanediol, acetyl hexapeptide-8, squalane, acetyl chitosamine, hydrolyzed elastin, and aloe barbadensis leaf juice.
6. The periocular anti-aging traditional Chinese medicine skin-care composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the anti-aging agent comprises the following components in weight ratio of (1-3): (1-3): 2:3: (1-2) palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, carnosine, palmitoyl tripeptide-38, royal jelly, and taurine.
7. The periocular anti-aging traditional Chinese medicine skin-care composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the antioxidant is at least two of ascorbyl palmitate, tocopherol, aescine, panthenol and laminaria saccharina extract.
8. The method for preparing the anti-aging traditional Chinese medicine skin care composition for the periocular period as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, which comprises the following steps:
mixing water and humectant, heating and stirring to obtain treated substance 1;
adding the rest raw materials into the treated product 1, heating and stirring under sealed condition to obtain the final product of the anti-aging traditional Chinese medicine skin care composition around eyes.
9. The method for preparing the anti-aging traditional Chinese medicine skin-care composition for the periocular period as claimed in claim 8, wherein the heating temperature of the treatment substance 1 is 65-75 ℃, and the stirring time is 20-30 min.
10. The method for preparing the anti-aging traditional Chinese medicine skin-care composition for the periphery of eyes as claimed in claim 8, wherein the heating temperature of the finished product of the anti-aging traditional Chinese medicine skin-care composition for the periphery of eyes is 55-65 ℃, and the stirring time is 40-60 min.
