随着人们生活水平的提高,人们在物质满足的基础上,对于喝的各类饮料的要求也越来越高。饮料是供人液体,它是经过定量包装的,供直接饮用或按一定比例用水冲调或冲泡饮用的,乙醇含量不超过0.5%的制品,饮料也可分为饮料浓浆或固体形态,它的作用是解渴、补充能量等功能。
饮料一般可分为含酒精饮料和无酒精饮料,无酒精饮料又称软饮料。酒精饮料系指供人们饮用且乙醇(酒精)含量在百分之0.5—65(v/v)的饮料,包括各种发酵酒、蒸馏酒及配制酒。

透明质酸钠青春饮的制备方法,采用如下步骤:
步骤一:按比例提取下列组成成份:透明质酸钠0.1000-0.5000%、Y-氨基丁酸0.1330-0.6330%、水密桃浓缩清汁3.0000-9.0100%、含SOD酵母粉0.0050-0.0350%、鳕鱼胶原蛋白肽0.1330-0.6330%、L-苹果酸0.0100-0.0500%、维生素C0.0100-0.0500%、柠檬酸0.0300-0.1500%、维生素E0.0010-0.0080%、燕窝提取物0.0030-0.0250%,加入反应罐中;
步骤二:通过反应罐中的加热机构进行加热至40-55℃,然后再利用反应罐中的搅拌构件实现均匀搅拌,形成初始原料;
步骤三:再陆续加入稳定剂0.1000-0.6000%、增稠剂0.0100-0.0800%、调味剂2.5000-7.5000%、防腐剂0.0200-0.0800%、氧化剂0.0008-0.0048%,再次搅拌均匀,形成半成品原料;
步骤三:在反应罐中加入水60.0000-95.0000%,与半成品原料混合,再次利用搅拌构件进行均匀搅拌,形成原料成品液;本设计中,水60.0000-95.0000%为纯净水或过滤杂质后的水。

本发明中的部分组成成份的功能作用如下:
1、山梨酸钾,白色至浅黄色鳞片状结晶、晶体颗粒或晶体粉末,无臭或微有臭味,长期暴露在空气中易吸潮、被氧化分解而变色。易溶于水,溶于丙二醇和乙醇。常被用作防腐剂,通过与微生物酶系统的巯基结合从而破坏许多酶系统,其毒性远低于其他防腐剂,目前被广泛使用。山梨酸钾在酸性介质中能充分发挥防腐作用,在中性条件下防腐作用小。山梨酸钾是由山梨酸以及氢氧化钾经过中和反应而制成,除了溶解度之外有着山梨酸的所有基本性能。山梨酸钾是白色或者类白色的颗粒或者粉末,易吸潮并且在空气当中很不稳定,容易氧化而变为褐色,不过对光、热较为稳定,在270℃左右时会溶化分解,1%水溶液的pH值是7~8。山梨酸钾可以有效抑制霉菌、好氧性细菌以及酵母菌活性,还可以防止葡萄球菌、肉毒杆菌以及沙门氏菌等微生物的繁殖,不过对厌氧性芽孢菌还有嗜酸乳杆菌等微生物是无效的,抑止发育作用要强于其杀菌作用,从而实现延长食品保存时间的目的,同时保持食品原有的风味
在饮料中的应用:山梨酸钾可以添加到果蔬汁饮料、碳酸饮料、蛋白饮料等多种饮料中,由于山梨酸钾的添加大大延长了产品的保质期。
2、三氯蔗糖是一种甜味剂,稳定性高,对光、热、pH均很稳定。极易溶于水、甲醇和乙醇,微溶于乙醚。10%水溶液的pH为5-8。,是唯一以蔗糖为原料的功能性的甜味剂,可达到蔗糖的甜度约400-800倍。三氯蔗糖特点具有无能量,高甜度,纯正甜味,安全度高等,也是最理想的甜味剂之一。三氯蔗糖称为蔗糖素,利用蔗糖制作无热量高倍甜味剂物质,具有无臭无吸湿性等特征,物质热稳定性较高,极易溶于水,能溶于乙醇以及甲醇等有机溶剂。三氯蔗糖在人体内不参与代谢,不被人体吸收,热量值为零,是糖尿病人理想的甜味代用品。1998年经FDA审核认证,它可作为所有食品的通用甜味剂,并且不影响血液中葡萄糖的浓度,可以为糖尿病患者接受。另外,三氯蔗糖不被龋齿病菌利用,能够减少口腔内病菌产生的酸量以及链球菌细胞在牙齿表面的黏附,有效的起到抗龋齿作用。动物研究表明,三氯蔗糖在超过人类使用水平几百倍的大剂量情况下,始终长期食用也很安全。在普通人类志愿者身上进行的长期实验表明,三氯蔗糖不会对人类健康产生不可逆作用。
在饮料领域,三氯蔗糖应用在饮料中较为常见,一般而言,在饮料中蔗糖添加量通常都集中在8%~10%,若是按照三氯蔗糖和蔗糖甜度比例,则需要添加0.013%~0.016%的三氯蔗糖,也就是说,在1000kg的饮料中,至多能添加130~160g的三氯蔗糖,才能保证饮料具有较好的甜度。另外,将三氯蔗糖应用在酒类或者是酒类饮料中,具有良好的效果,添加少量三氯蔗糖就能改善酒类饮品口感,能有效掩盖酒类原本存在的酸涩感,提高酒类口感,使其酒体协调并不存在异味。将三氯蔗糖应用在营养饮料中是较为新兴的做法,能掩蔽维生素以及功能性物质苦味以及涩味。将三氯蔗糖应用在乳酸菌和发酵乳中,不会被其分解,也不会对发酵过程产生不良影响,整体效果较好。由于三氯蔗糖稳定性较好,不会与其他物质发生反应,也不会对饮料透明度、色泽以及香味产生影响。加之三氯蔗糖具有加热杀菌以及长期保存的性能,不会存在降解或者是脱氯等问题。因此,将三氯蔗糖作为甜味剂应用在饮料生产中,能满足使用和流通管理。
3、柠檬酸又名枸橼酸,是一种重要的有机酸,为无色晶体,无臭,有很强的酸味,易溶于水,是天然防腐剂和食品添加剂。柠檬酸易溶于水,20℃时溶解度为59%,其2%水溶液的pH为2.1。柠檬酸结晶形态因结晶条件不同而存在差异,在干燥空气中微有风化性,在潮湿空气中有吸湿性,加热可以分解成多种产物,可与酸、碱、甘油等发生反应。柠檬酸溶于乙醇时与乙醇反应,生成柠檬酸乙酯。天然柠檬酸在自然界中分布很广,天然的柠檬酸存在于植物如柠檬、柑橘、菠萝等果实和动物的骨骼、肌肉、血液中。人工合成的柠檬酸是用砂糖、糖蜜、淀粉、葡萄等含糖物质发酵而制得的。
主要用于食品工业,如酸味剂、增溶剂、缓冲剂、抗氧化剂、除腥脱臭剂、风味增进剂、胶凝剂、调色剂等。在食品添加剂方面主要用于碳酸饮料、果汁饮料、乳酸饮料等清凉饮料和腌制品,其需求量受季节气候的变化而有所变化。柠檬酸约占酸味剂总消耗量的2/3。在水果罐头中添加柠檬酸可保持或改进水果的风味,提高某些酸度较低的水果罐藏时的酸度,降低pH值,减弱微生物的抗热性和抑制其生长,防止酸度较低的水果罐头常发生的细菌性胀罐和破坏。在糖果中加入柠檬酸作为酸味剂易于和果味协调。在凝胶食品如果酱、果冻中使用柠檬酸能有效降低果胶负电荷,从而使果胶分子间氢键结合而凝胶。在加工蔬菜罐头时,一些蔬菜呈碱性反应,用柠檬酸作pH调整剂,不但可以起到调味作用,还可保持其品质。柠檬酸所具有螯合作用和调节pH值得特性使其在速冻食品的加工中能增加抗氧剂的性能,抑制酶活性,延长食品保存期
柠檬酸具有促进肠道菌群健康:有机酸可以进入细菌的细胞壁,使细菌内部和外部出现pH梯度变化,抑制细菌生长。常见的几种病原菌生长的适宜pH均是中性偏碱,如大肠杆菌适宜的pH为6.0~8.0,链球菌为6.0~7.5,而乳酸菌等益生菌宜于酸性环境繁殖。柠檬酸使胃肠道内pH下降,肠道内乳酸菌等益生菌得到良好的生长条件,从而维持畜禽消化道中微生物菌群的正常平衡。增强机体抗应激和免疫能力:免疫活性细胞,即T淋巴细胞和B淋巴细胞,对机体起着免疫监视作用。研究表明,肉鸡饲喂柠檬酸可使免疫活性细胞具有较高的密度,使鸡处于较好免疫状态,可抑制肠道致病菌繁殖和预防传染病的发生。
柠檬酸作防霉剂和抗氧化剂:柠檬酸是一种天然防腐剂。由于柠檬酸可降低饲料的pH,有害微生物的增殖及毒素的产生受到抑制,有明显的防霉作用。作抗氧化剂的增效剂,将柠檬酸与抗氧化剂混合使用,可提高抗氧化效果,阻止或延缓饲料氧化,提高配合饲料的稳定性并延长贮存期。
4、维生素E是一类脂溶性维生素,有8种形式的脂溶性维生素,为一重要的抗氧化剂。维生素E具有抗氧化的作用,对酸、热都很稳定,对碱不稳定,若在铁盐、铅盐或油脂酸败的条件下,会加速其氧化。其主要功效:(1)延缓衰老,有效减少皱纹的产生,保持青春的容貌。(2)减少细胞耗氧量,使人更有耐久力,有助减轻腿抽筋和手足僵硬的状况。(3)抗氧化保护机体细胞免受自由基的毒害。(4)改善脂质代谢,预防冠心病、动脉粥样硬化。后来2000年新英格兰医学杂志上就有文章用超过9000人的严格随机实验证明维生素E根本不能降低冠心病风险,这一结论从此之后再也没被推翻过。(5)预防癌症,有效抑制肿瘤生长;预防多处慢性疾病;预防炎症性皮肤病、脱发症;预防溶血性贫血、保护红血球使之不容易破裂;预防治疗甲状腺疾病;改善血液循环、保护组织、降低胆固醇、预防高血压。(6)维生素E是一种很重要的血管扩张剂和抗凝血剂;预防与治疗静脉曲张;防止血液的凝固,减少斑纹组织的产生。(7)保护皮肤免受紫外线和污染的伤害,减少疤痕与色素的沉积;加速伤口的愈合。
5、燕窝提取物的美容功效除了美白淡斑、收缩毛孔、恢复肌肤弹力之外,在抗老、助眠、修复受损肌肤上也同样有很好的效果。
6、氨基丁酸的功效和作用是能抗焦虑和镇静神经,服用后能促进骨骼生长,还能激发运动潜能,能促进睡眠,美容润肤,健脑益智,促进大脑活力,延缓衰老。氨基丁酸的用途十分广泛,能作为一种抑制神经的产物,能参与体内多种代谢活动,还能调节情绪,缓解心境紧张。其具有以下作用:(1)镇静神经、抗焦虑。(2)降低血压。γ-氨基丁酸能作用于脊髓的血管运动中枢,有效促进血管扩张,达到降低血压的目的。(3)降低血氨。γ-氨基丁酸能抑制谷氨酸的脱羧反应,使血氨降低。更多的谷氨酸与氨结合生成尿素排出体外,以解除氨毒,从而增进肝机能。摄入γ-氨基丁酸可以提高葡萄糖磷酸酯酶的活性,使脑细胞活动旺盛,可促进脑组织的新陈代谢和恢复脑细胞功能,改善神经机能。(4)高脑活力。γ-氨基丁酸能进入脑内三羧酸循环,促进脑细胞代谢,同时还能提高葡萄糖代谢时葡萄糖磷酸酯酶的活性,增加乙酰胆碱的生成,扩张血管增加血流量,并降低血氨,促进大脑的新陈代谢,恢复脑细胞功能。(5)进乙醇代谢。(6其他。最新的研究表明,γ-氨基丁酸还具有防止皮肤老化、消除体臭、改善脂质代谢,防止动脉硬化高效减肥等功能。
7、透明质酸钠是人体内一种固有的成分,是一种葡聚糖醛酸,没有种属特异性,它广泛存在于胎盘、羊水、晶状体、关节软骨、皮肤真皮层等组织;器官中它分布在细胞质、细胞间质中,对其中所含的细胞和细胞器官本身起润滑与滋养作用。其具有“保湿作用、营养作用、皮肤损伤修复等作用。
透明质酸又叫做玻尿酸,是一种粘多糖,透明质酸有以下几个方面的作用:一、保湿作用,保湿作用是透明质酸钠在化妆品中最重要的作用,透明质酸的吸水能力非常强,是公认的天然保湿因子。二、营养作用,透明质酸钠是皮肤固有的物质,外源性的透明质酸钠是对皮肤内源性的补充,小分子的透明质酸钠可深入皮肤的表皮层,促进皮肤营养的供给以及废物的排泄,从而防止皮肤老化,起到一定的美容和养颜的作用。三、透明质酸钠有促进皮肤损伤修复的作用,可以通过促进表皮细胞的增殖和分化,加速表皮细胞的再生,从而促进损伤部位皮肤的愈合。透明质酸钠是皮肤固有的生物物质,外源性的透明质酸钠是对皮肤内源性透明质酸钠的补充。质量较小的透明质酸钠可渗入皮肤表皮层,促进皮肤营养的供给和废物的排泄,从而防止皮肤老化,起到美容和养颜作用。皮肤的保养重于其他化妆,已成为现代人望养颜意识。四、抗皱性:皮肤的湿润水平与透明质酸含量密切相关,随着年龄的增长,皮肤中透明质酸含量下降,使皮肤保水功能减弱,产生皱纹。透明质酸钠水溶液具有较强的黏弹性和润滑性,涂于皮肤表面,可形成一层保湿透气膜,保持皮肤滋润亮泽。小分子透明质酸能渗透到真皮层,促进血液微循环,有利于皮肤对营养物质的吸收,起到美容抗皱的保健作用。
8、鳕鱼皮中的胶原蛋白多肽能改善肌肤,起到美容养颜的作用,同时因胶原蛋白多肽中所含的一些营养物质也能促进伤口的愈合,还因为胶原蛋白中含有钙元素等。鱼胶原蛋白肽是一种高分子功能性蛋白质。胶原蛋白是皮肤的主要组成部分,占皮肤真皮层80%的比重。它在皮肤中构成了一张细密的弹力网,牢固锁住水分支撑着皮肤。通过胃液消化后的胶原蛋白在人体内的再生率无法验证。其中ACMETEA属于全球顶级胶原蛋白,是动物体内含量最丰富的蛋白质,属于不溶性纤维型蛋白质,也是细胞外基质中的一类,主要存在于结缔组织中。
9、烟酰胺是维生素B3的一种衍生物,也是美容皮肤科学领域公认的皮肤抗老化成份,近年来越来越为人们所重视,其在皮肤抗老化方面最重要的功效是减轻和预防皮肤在早期衰老过程中产生的肤色黯淡、发黄、菜色。当然,烟酰胺对皮肤的贡献远不止这些,也可以修复受损的角质层脂质屏障,提高皮肤抵抗力。
还有一些可能被人们忽视的功效,就是烟酰胺的深层锁水功效,所以,含有烟酰胺的护肤品对都有极强的锁水、保湿功效。当烟酰胺作用浓度为0.25mg/mL和1.25mg/mL时,黑素细胞中黑素小体的运动速率明显增加(P<0.05),同时细胞中黑素小体密集度随烟酰胺浓度增加而下降。结论是烟酰胺参与黑素的转运过程并能加快黑素细胞中黑素小体的运动速率,显示烟酰胺对钙泵、细胞动力蛋白和黑素小体运动具有调控作用,作用浓度为一重要调节因素。
10、木糖醇是一种天然甜味剂。在自然界中,木糖醇的分布范围很广,广泛存在于各种水果、蔬菜、谷类之中,但含量很低。对于人体来说,是人们身体正常糖类代谢的中间体。
木糖醇甜度与蔗糖相当,溶于水时可吸收大量热量,是所有糖醇甜味剂中吸热值最大的一种,故以固体形式食用时,会在口中产生愉快的清凉感。木糖醇不致龋且有防龋齿的作用。代谢不受胰岛素调节,在人体内代谢完全。木糖醇能促进肝糖元合成,血糖不会上升。生物木糖醇在体内代谢缓慢,不会使胰岛素突然上升或下降,普通食糖则会,木糖醇是胰岛素的天然稳定剂,食品用后不会增加血液中胰岛素。
10、sod酵母粉通常具有改善身体营养不良和缺铁性贫血等功效。酵母粉中含有非常丰富的蛋白质,可以增进食欲。其作用是用于治疗消化不良、呕吐、多发性神经炎等症状。
11、羧甲基纤维素钠也是增稠剂的一种,由于其本身具有良好的功能特性使其在食品工业得到了广泛的应用,也在一定程度上推动了食品工业快速健康的发展。如由于其具有一定的增稠乳化作用,可以用于稳定酸乳饮料并可增加酸奶体系的黏稠性;由于其具有一定的亲水性和复水性,可以用于改进面包和馒头等面食的食用品质,延长面食制品的货架期、提升口感。
羧甲基纤维素钠具有水化作用,乳蛋白在酸性条件下的变性沉淀一直是影响酸乳开发的一个关键性问题。因CMC-Na具有多功能的性质,来源丰富,价格便宜,所以多用作稳定剂。
羧甲基纤维素钠也可以用来制作饮料。玉米饮料贮藏中易于分层、形成沉淀,而以CMC和海藻酸钠复配可提高稳定性。添加量均为0.05%的羧甲基纤维素钠和海藻酸钠时,玉米饮料的沉淀率最小,离心后分层不明显,稳定性好,这也为玉米饮料市场的发展奠定了一定的基础。羧甲基纤维素钠还用于冰激凌的生产,以及酒类的澄清。
11、L—苹果酸是生物体可以利用的形式,它常配以复合氨基酸注射液(手术后重要的营养药品)中,以提高氨基酸的利用率,这对手术后虚弱和肝功能障碍病人尤其重要。L—苹果酸钾是良好的钾补充药,它能保持人体的水分平衡,治疗水肿、高血压和脂肪积聚等症。食品工业:用做加工和配置饮料、露酒、果汁,也用于糖果、果酱等的制造,对食品且有抑菌防腐作用。亦可用于酸乳发酵PH调节,葡萄酒酿造中除酒石酸盐等。
12、维生素C,又称维他命C,是一种多羟基化合物,化学式为C6H8O6。结构类似葡萄糖,其分子中第2及第3位上两个相邻的烯醇式羟基极易解离而释出H+,故具有酸的性质,又称L-抗坏血酸。维生素C具有很强的还原性,很容易被氧化成脱氢维生素C,但其反应是可逆的,并且抗坏血酸和脱氢抗坏血酸具有同样的生理功能,但脱氢抗坏血酸若进一步水解,生成二酮古乐糖酸,则反应不可逆而完全失去生理效能。
本发明的实验举例:选不同年龄段的人群如下:15-25岁为A组,25-35岁为B组,36-45岁为C组,46岁-55岁为D组;
以六个月为周期,每天喝一瓶本设计饮料,跟踪结果如下:A组效果好,B组尤佳,C组效果尤佳,D组效果一般。
分析结果:从反应来看,A组为最低龄的一组对象,本身其皮肤肤质较佳,因此来看,没有看到更佳更优的效果,是其本身的肤质较佳的原因,但是也起到了保护保养的作用。而B组、C组效果好,能够明显看出具有一定的美容保温补水的作用,具有一定的改善皮肤的作用。D组由于年龄偏大,但是与初始的皮肤对比,还是具有较好的改善,因此能够说明,本设计的功能性饮料对于肤质补水美容具有功效,使得饮料与美容补水相结合。也使得产品的市场竞争力更强,利于销售,性价比高。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施方式,故凡依本发明专利申请范围所述特征及原理所做的等效变化或修饰,均包括于本发明专利申请范围内。
Claims (9)
1.一种透明质酸钠青春饮的组成配方,其特征在于:按质量百分比组成成份如下:
透明质酸钠0.1000-0.5000%、Y-氨基丁酸0.1330-0.6330%、水密桃浓缩清汁3.0000-9.0100%、含SOD酵母粉0.0050-0.0350%、鳕鱼胶原蛋白肽0.1330-0.6330%、L-苹果酸0.0100-0.0500%、维生素C0.0100-0.0500%、柠檬酸0.0300-0.1500%、维生素E0.0010-0.0080%、燕窝提取物0.0030-0.0250%、稳定剂0.1000-0.6000%、增稠剂0.0100-0.0800%、调味剂2.5000-7.5000%、防腐剂0.0200-0.0800%、氧化剂0.0008-0.0048%、水60.0000-95.0000%。
2.一种透明质酸钠青春饮的组成配方,其特征在于:透明质酸钠青春饮的制备方法,采用如下步骤:
步骤一:按比例提取下列组成成份:透明质酸钠0.1000-0.5000%、Y-氨基丁酸0.1330-0.6330%、水密桃浓缩清汁3.0000-9.0100%、含SOD酵母粉0.0050-0.0350%、鳕鱼胶原蛋白肽0.1330-0.6330%、L-苹果酸0.0100-0.0500%、维生素C0.0100-0.0500%、柠檬酸0.0300-0.1500%、维生素E0.0010-0.0080%、燕窝提取物0.0030-0.0250%,加入反应罐中;
步骤二:通过反应罐中的加热机构进行加热至40-55℃,然后再利用反应罐中的搅拌构件实现均匀搅拌,形成初始原料;
步骤三:再陆续加入稳定剂0.1000-0.6000%、增稠剂0.0100-0.0800%、调味剂2.5000-7.5000%、防腐剂0.0200-0.0800%、氧化剂0.0008-0.0048%,再次搅拌均匀,形成半成品原料;
步骤三:在反应罐中加入水60.0000-95.0000%,与半成品原料混合,再次利用搅拌构件进行均匀搅拌,形成原料成品液;本设计中,水60.0000-95.0000%为纯净水或过滤杂质后的水;
步骤四:将步骤三中的原料成品液通过导管至灭菌容器中进行灭菌处理,得产成品原液;
步骤五:将步骤四中经过灭菌的产成品原液,导致至饮料灌装机中,实现在无菌灌装,形成成品。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种透明质酸钠青春饮的组成配方,其特征在于:透明质酸钠青春饮的组成配方,按质量百分比组成成份如下:透明质酸钠0.2000%、Y-氨基丁酸0.3330%、水密桃浓缩清汁7.0100%、含SOD酵母粉0.0100%、鳕鱼胶原蛋白肽0.3330%、L-苹果酸0.0500%、维生素C0.0500%、柠檬酸0.0900%、维生素E0.0040%、燕窝提取物0.0100%、稳定剂0.3000%、增稠剂0.0500%、调味剂5.0000%、防腐剂0.0500%、氧化剂0.0018%、水86.5082%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种透明质酸钠青春饮的组成配方,其特征在于:透明质酸钠青春饮的组成配方,按质量百分比组成成份如下:透明质酸钠0.1500%、Y-氨基丁酸0.3030%、水密桃浓缩清汁7.0600%、含SOD酵母粉0.0100%、鳕鱼胶原蛋白肽0.3030%、L-苹果酸0.04500%、维生素C0.0400%、柠檬酸0.0700%、维生素E0.0040%、燕窝提取物0.0150%、稳定剂0.3000%、增稠剂0.0400%、调味剂5.0000%、防腐剂0.0400%、氧化剂0.0018%、水87.4082%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种透明质酸钠青春饮的组成配方,其特征在于:所述防腐剂为山梨酸钾。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种透明质酸钠青春饮的组成配方,其特征在于:所述调味剂为三氯蔗糖或木糖醇。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种透明质酸钠青春饮的组成配方,其特征在于:所述稳定剂为羧甲基纤维素钠。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种透明质酸钠青春饮的组成配方,其特征在于:所述氧化剂为烟酰胺0.0018%。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种透明质酸钠青春饮的组成配方,其特征在于:所述含SOD酵母粉为活性5万lU/g的酵母粉。
