Claims (9)
1. A paperless intelligent conference management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving meeting room reservation information, wherein the meeting room reservation information comprises meeting room information, meeting participant information and meeting time information;
identifying the information of the participants, generating a non-employee account when the information of the participants comprises non-company working hours, automatically generating an account password, and sending the non-employee account and the corresponding account password to an appointment terminal;
receiving conference materials and sending the conference materials to a conference room terminal;
verifying the input information of the participants through a conference room terminal, wherein the input information of the participants comprises company employee accounts, corresponding account passwords, non-employee accounts and corresponding account passwords, and after the verification is passed, the participants can check conference materials through the conference room terminal;
and sending the conference note information to the cloud platform through the conference room terminal so that the cloud platform stores the conference note information.
2. The paperless intelligent conference management method according to claim 1, wherein the step of identifying the participant information, generating a non-employee account when the participant information includes non-company man hours, automatically generating an account password, and sending the non-employee account and the corresponding account password to the reservation terminal specifically comprises:
judging and identifying the information of the participants;
when the information of the participants comprises the working hours of the company staff, automatically calling the account of the company staff after the registration of the company staff is completed;
and when the attendee information comprises the non-company working hours, generating a non-employee account, automatically generating an account password, and sending the non-employee account and the corresponding account password to the reservation terminal, so that the reservation personnel can forward the non-employee account and the corresponding account password to the non-company employees.
3. The paperless intelligent conference management method according to claim 1, wherein the step of receiving conference materials and sending the conference materials to a conference room terminal specifically comprises:
uploading conference materials to a cloud platform, and binding the conference materials with conference room reservation information;
and sending the meeting materials to the corresponding meeting room terminal according to the meeting room information in the meeting room reservation information.
4. The paperless intelligent conference management method according to claim 3, wherein the step of verifying the participant input information through the conference room terminal further comprises registering the participant with the check-in information, specifically:
recording the input information of the participants and the time for receiving the input information;
comparing the input information of all the participants in the conference room with the information of the participants in the reservation information, and judging whether the participants are in order;
and comparing the time for receiving the input information with the meeting time information in the reservation information, and judging whether the meeting personnel is late.
5. The paperless intelligent conference management method according to claim 1, wherein the step of sending the conference note information to the cloud platform through the conference room terminal so that the cloud platform stores the conference note information specifically comprises:
sending meeting note information to a cloud platform through a meeting room terminal;
the cloud platform automatically establishes a storage folder according to account information of the conference note information and generates a folder password, wherein the name of the storage folder is a company employee account or a non-employee account, and the folder password is a company employee account password or a non-employee account password;
and storing the meeting note information into the corresponding storage folder.
6. The paperless intelligent conference management method according to claim 5, wherein the step of sending the conference note information to the cloud platform through the conference room terminal so that the cloud platform stores the conference note information further comprises: and deleting the storage folder corresponding to the non-employee account regularly, wherein the interval time between the deletion of the storage folder and the establishment of the storage folder is greater than a first preset value.
7. A paperless intelligent conference management system, the system comprising:
the conference room reservation information receiving module is used for receiving conference room reservation information, and the conference room reservation information comprises conference room information, participant information and participant time information;
the reservation information identification module is used for identifying the information of the attendees, generating a non-employee account when the information of the attendees comprises non-company man-hours, automatically generating an account password, and sending the non-employee account and the corresponding account password to a reservation terminal;
the conference data receiving module is used for receiving conference data and sending the conference data to the conference room terminal;
the conference participant verification module is used for verifying input information of the conference participants through a conference room terminal, wherein the input information of the conference participants comprises company employee accounts, corresponding account passwords, non-employee accounts and corresponding account passwords, and after the verification is passed, the conference participants can check conference materials through the conference room terminal; and
and the conference note storage module is used for sending the conference note information to the cloud platform through the conference room terminal so that the cloud platform stores the conference note information.
8. The paperless intelligent conference management system of claim 7, wherein the reservation information identification module comprises:
the judgment and identification unit is used for judging and identifying the information of the participants;
the company employee account unit is used for automatically calling out the account of the company employee after the company employee registration when the attendee information comprises the company employee working hours; and
and the non-employee account unit generates a non-employee account and automatically generates an account password when the participant information comprises non-company working hours, and sends the non-employee account and the corresponding account password to the reservation terminal, so that the reservation personnel can forward the non-employee account and the corresponding account password to the non-company employees.
9. The paperless intelligent conference management system of claim 7, wherein the conference material receiving module comprises:
the conference data uploading unit is used for uploading conference data to the cloud platform and binding the conference data with the conference room reservation information; and
and the conference material sending unit is used for sending the conference material to the corresponding conference room terminal according to the conference room information in the conference room reservation information.
