The system as claimed in claim 5, wherein a statistical report module for counting the device usage information is disposed in the monitoring module, and the statistical report module performs statistics on the number of times of conference room usage, conference duration, the number of times of conference room device usage, and the usage rate of conference room according to the device usage information, and generates a report.
7. A conference management method, comprising the steps of:
a client registers, logs in and makes an appointment at a client side to generate registration information and appointment information which are transmitted to a cloud server;
the cloud server receives the registration information, then conducts auditing and generates a login verification code which is sent to the client, the cloud server receives the reservation information, conducts auditing and generates reservation auditing information, conducts conference room distribution according to the reservation auditing information and generates distribution information which is transmitted to the client and the conference room;
and the client side arrives at the corresponding conference room according to the distribution information, the client side establishes connection with the conference room side for verification, the conference room side controls and wakes up the conference room equipment after the verification is passed, and the conference room side controls the dormant conference room equipment when the conference is finished.
8. The conference management method according to claim 7, wherein said registration information includes client personal information and requirement information, and said client is further used for client to perform password setting and changing;
the reservation information comprises reservation person information, meeting room use starting time, the number of participants, the basic information of the participants and expected meeting room information;
the reservation auditing information is generated after the reservation information is approved, and re-reservation information transmitted to the client is generated if the reservation information is not approved;
the distribution data comprises corresponding conference room information and key information matched with the client and the conference room.
9. The conference management method according to claim 7, wherein said client and said conference room end perform key verification by creating connection through NFC module.
