本発明は、一の携帯端末から送信されてきた会議開催日時および会議開催対象者情報を含む会議開催情報と、予め登録された社員スケジュール情報とにもとづいて、会議開催対象者ごとに、参加者，外からの参加者，不参加者を識別し、この識別した情報を含む会議開催通知を会議開催対象携帯端末に送信して、通信ネットワークを介して、二以上の携帯端末および会議室電子黒板から入力された議事情報の送受信を仲介する携帯端末を用いた会議の管理・運営システム、方法、装置及びプログラムに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来から会議のスケジューリングは、一般に非常に煩雑な作業であった。すなわち、会議の主催者は、電話やメールなどを用いて会議の参加者に連絡を取り、会議に参加可能な日時を聞き出して、共通して空いている日時を探し出し、必要があれば、特定の参加者には、予定を変更してもらうなどの調整を行って、会議の日程を決定していた。
このような作業は、出席者の人数の増加に伴って、煩雑さを増し、また、会議に出席することが必須となる人物が多忙な場合などには、極めて困難な作業となり、調整を行うために多大な労力と時間が必要となるという問題があった。
このような問題を解決するために、会議のスケジューリングを簡便化する種々の装置等が提案されている（例えば、特許文献１，２参照。）。
特許文献１記載の発明によれば、会議の参加対象者全員の参加できる時間帯を自動的に判別して会議開催日時を決定することが可能とされている。
特許文献２記載の発明によれば、会議の日時候補を参加予定者に送信し、その返信を解析することによって、会議開催日時を決定することができるとともに、参加予定者ごとに出席させたいレベルを設定し、スケジュールの調整に利用することが可能とされている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従来の装置等は、参加予定者の会議に出席可能な日時を調整するものであり、会議に出席することはできないが、携帯端末を用いて参加することが可能な参加予定者について、考慮するものではなかった。
すなわち、会議の日程調整における特に困難な問題の一つに参加予定者の出張等により、参加予定者の全員が会議室に集合することの可能な日時を見つけることが難しいということがあった。
しかし、たとえ参加予定者が会議室に来ることができなくとも、携帯端末を用いて連絡を取ることが可能な場合が多くある。例えば、参加者が移動中の場合には、電車やバス、自動車などから携帯端末を用いて、他の参加者に連絡を取ることは可能である。また、食事中や他の会議に参加中であっても、携帯端末を用いれば容易に他者との連絡を取ることができる。
したがって、このように携帯端末を用いて会議に参加することができれば、参加予定者の参加可能日時は大幅に増加し、会議の日程調整が飛躍的に容易化すると考えられる。

本発明は、上記の事情にかんがみなされたものであり、一の携帯端末から送信されてきた会議開催日時および会議開催対象者情報を含む会議開催情報と、予め登録されたスケジュール情報とにもとづいて、会議開催対象者ごとに、参加者，外からの参加者，不参加者を識別し、この識別した情報を含む会議開催通知を会議開催対象携帯端末に送信し、各会議開催対象携帯端末，会議室電子黒板間で所定のデータ送受信画面を介して議事情報をやり取し、携帯端末を用いた会議の効果的な管理・運営を可能とする会議の管理・運営システム、方法、装置及びプログラムの提供を目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、本発明の請求項１記載の会議の管理・運営システムは、携帯端末を用いて会議の管理・運営を行う会議管理・運営システムであって、議事情報を入力して会議管理・運営装置に送信するとともに、当該会議管理・運営装置を介して他の携帯端末からの議事情報を受信する二以上の携帯端末と、一の携帯端末から送信されてきた、会議開催日時および会議開催対象者情報を含む会議開催情報と、予め登録された社員スケジュール情報とにもとづいて、会議開催対象者ごとに、参加者，外からの参加者，不参加者を識別し、この識別した情報を含む会議開催通知を会議開催対象携帯端末に送信し、かつ、会議開催対象携帯端末から送信されてきた議事情報を、他の会議開催対象携帯端末に送信する会議管理・運営装置と、携帯端末および会議管理・運営装置を接続する通信ネットワークと、を有する構成としてある。

会議の管理・運営システムをこのような構成にすれば、会議管理・運営装置を介して、二以上の携帯端末間で、議事情報の送受信を行うことができるとともに、会議日程のスケジューリングにあたり、会議への参加，外出先などの会議室の外からの参加，不参加の別を容易に識別して、各対象者に送信することが可能となる。
また、携帯端末を用いて会議に参加可能とすることによって、外出中であっても会議に参加することができるとともに、複数の携帯端末を用いれば複数の会議に同時に参加することも可能となるため、参加予定者の会議への参加可能日時を大幅に増加させることが可能となる。
このため、従来の会議の日程調整の困難性は解消され、会議主催者は、会議室の予約を行って会議開催通知を発行し、容易に会議を開催することが可能となる。

なお、「議事情報」とは、参加者によって携帯端末などに入力される質問事項や、回答事項、確認事項等の会議における各種情報を意味する。
「会議開催対象携帯端末」とは、会議開催対象者の携帯端末を意味する。
「会議開催通知を会議開催対象携帯端末に送信」とは、会議開催対象携帯端末において出力可能なように送信することを意味しており、例えば、会議開催通知を電子メールとして、会議開催対象者宛にメールサーバを介して送信し、会議開催対象携帯端末を用いてこれを参照可能とすることを含むものとして用いている。また、この「会議開催通知を会議開催対象携帯端末に送信」は、例えば、会議開催対象者情報にもとづいて、会議管理・運営装置などにあらかじめ記憶されている社員情報データベース等を検索して、その対象者の電子メールアドレスを取得し、この電子メールアドレス宛に送信することにより実行することができる。「社員スケジュール情報」とは、会社組織におけるスケジュール情報に限定するものではなく、組合や趣味の会など、各種組織におけるメンバーのスケジュールを管理する情報であればよい。

また、この会議開始情報によって、各参加者の携帯端末が保有し、議事情報を表示するクライアントソフトウェアを起動させるようにすることも可能である。この場合、会議開始情報を、クライアントソフトウェアの起動コマンドや、起動プログラムなどとすることができる。
また、会議開始情報として、これらを組合せたものとすることもできる。
これによって、参加者に対する会議への招集を容易に行うことが可能となる。

本発明の請求項５記載の会議の管理・運営システムは、会議管理・運営装置が、会議が終了すると、会議開催対象携帯端末または会議室電子黒板から入力された議事情報から議事録用情報を抽出し、この議事録用情報からなる議事録を作成して、会議開催対象携帯端末に送信する構成としてある。

会議の管理・運営方法をこのような方法にすれば、携帯端末を用いた会議のスケジューリングを容易に行うことができ、参加，外出先などからの参加，不参加の情報を付加した会議開催通知を会議開催対象者に対して行うことが可能となる。
また、会議の開始時に、会議開催情報を会議開催対象者に送信することによって、会議への参加を促すことができ、特に外出先の参加者などを的確に会議に参加させることが可能となる。
そして、各参加者の携帯端末間の議事情報のやり取りを会議管理・運営装置を用いて仲介することが可能となる。
なお、会議開始時とは、会議開催時刻ちょうどに限るものではなく、例えば、１分前や５分前などに送信するようにしてもよい。

本発明の請求項９記載の会議の管理・運営方法は、会議管理・運営装置に会議室電子黒板が接続され、会議管理・運営装置が、会議開催対象携帯端末または会議室電子黒板から送信されてきた議事情報を、当該会議開催対象携帯端末を含む会議開催対象携帯端末および会議室電子黒板に送信する方法としてある。
会議の管理・運営方法をこのような方法にすれば、各参加者の携帯端末および会議室電子黒板間の議事情報のやり取りを会議管理・運営装置を用いて仲介することが可能となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施形態につき、図面を参照して説明する。
［第一実施形態］
まず、本発明の第一実施形態の構成について、図１〜図４を参照して説明する。図１は、本実施形態の会議の管理・運営システムの構成を示すブロック図である。図２は、同システムにおける会議管理・運営装置の構成を示すブロック図である。図３は、同システムにおける会議室予約情報データベースにもとづく会議室予約表を示す図である。図４は、同システムにおける社員情報データベース及び社員スケジュールデータベースにもとづく社員スケジュール表を示す図である。

図１に示すように、本実施形態の会議の管理・運営システムは、会議管理・運営装置１０，会議室電子黒板２０，社員Ａ用携帯端末３０，社員Ｂ用携帯端末４０，社員Ｃ用携帯端末５０（以下、社員Ａ用携帯端末３０，社員Ｂ用携帯端末４０，社員Ｃ用携帯端末５０を各社員用携帯端末と総称する場合がある。），通信ネットワーク６０を有している。
会議管理・運営装置１０は、会議開催に必要な各種情報を管理する。また、社員用携帯端末からの会議開催要求にもとづいて、会議開催通知を発行するとともに、会議開始時に会議開始情報を会議室電子黒板２０および会議の参加対象である各社員の社員用携帯端末に送信する。さらに、会議室電子黒板２０および各社員用携帯端末から送信されてきた議事情報を、会議室電子黒板２０および各社員用携帯端末に送信する。そして、会議が終了すると、議事情報から選択された決定事項や懸案事項を抽出して議事録を作成し、これを各社員用携帯端末に送信する。

会議室予約情報データベース１２は、日時ごとの会議室予約情報を記憶する。この会議室予約情報データベース１２に記憶された情報にもとづいて、会議管理・運営サーバ１１により、例えば、図３に示すような会議室予約表示画面を作成し、各社員用携帯端末に送信することが可能である。そして、会議開催にあたっての開催場所と日時の決定のために利用することができる。

社員情報データベース１３は、社内の部門情報，各部門に所属する社員名，各社員が所持する携帯端末の電子メールアドレス等の社員情報を記憶する。会議管理・運営サーバ１１は、社内の部門情報，各部門に所属する社員名にもとづき各社員が所持する携帯端末の電子メールアドレスなどを検索して、会議開催通知，会議開始情報，議事情報等を各社員用携帯端末に送信する。

社員スケジュールデータベース１４は、各社員の日時ごとの用件や行き先等を記憶する。この社員スケジュールデータベース１４は、会議管理・運営サーバ１１により、各会議開催対象者が、会議に参加することができるかどうかや、会議室に来ることはできないが、外から参加することができるかどうかの判断などに使用される。
図４は、社員情報データベース１３および社員スケジュールデータベース１４に記憶された情報にもとづき作成可能な社員スケジュール表の例を示すものである。

社員スケジュールデータベース１４は、上記参加可否判断を行うために、各日時に設定される用件の付属情報として、会議に出席可能か否かの情報も合わせて保有する。
例えば、スケジュールに「外出（移動）」と設定されている場合であって、その付属情報として、「会議に出席可能」との情報が保有されている場合は、その会議開催対象者を、外出先からの参加者と判断する。また、その付属情報として、「会議に出席不可能」との情報が保有されている場合は、不参加者と判断する。この判断のための情報としては、フラグなどを用いることができる。
また、スケジュールに用件が登録されていない日時については、参加と判断する。

会議室電子黒板２０は、社内の会議室等に設置され、会議中に確認事項や質問事項、回答等の議事情報を入力・表示する電子式黒板である。また、この会議室電子黒板２０は、会議管理・運営装置１０に接続され、社員用携帯端末からの議事情報を会議管理・運営装置１０を介して受信し、表示する。さらに、当該会議室電子黒板２０に入力された議事情報を会議管理・運営装置１０を介して、社員用携帯端末に送信する。
この会議室電子黒板２０は、データ送信エリア，データ受信エリア，データ表示エリアの３つに分割された画面を表示する。
データ送信エリアは、この会議室電子黒板２０に入力され、会議管理・運営装置１０を介して、各社員用携帯端末に送信されるデータを表示する領域である。
データ受信エリアは、各社員用携帯端末から入力されて会議管理・運営装置１０を介して会議室電子黒板２０が受信したデータを表示する領域である。
データ表示エリアは、データ送信エリアとデータ受信エリアでやりとりした情報の中から選択された決定事項や懸案事項、アクションアイテム等を表示する領域である。

社員Ａ用携帯端末３０，社員Ｂ用携帯端末４０，社員Ｃ用携帯端末５０は、それぞれの社員が携帯する携帯端末であり、例えば、携帯電話機，ＰＨＳ，ＰＤＡ，モバイルツール等とすることができる。この社員用携帯端末は、会議の主催者により、会議管理・運営装置１０に会議開催要求を送信し、また、会議管理・運営装置１０から会議開催通知や会議開始情報を受信する。さらに、会議管理・運営装置１０を介して、会議中の発言や質問等の議事情報の送受信を行う。
この社員用携帯端末も、会議室電子黒板２０と同様に、データ表示エリア，データ送信エリア，データ受信エリアの３つに分割された画面を表示する。ただし、このデータ送信エリア，データ受信エリアには、それぞれの社員用携帯端末を主体とした場合の、議事情報の送受信情報が表示される。
なお、図１においては、会議管理・運営システムの構成として、社員用携帯端末を３台表示しているが、２台、あるいは、より多くの社員用携帯端末によって構成することももちろん可能である。

まず、社員Ａ（販売促進部 山本）がある課題について、検討会議を開催することになったとする。会議に参加を必要とする対象者は、社員Ｂ（経営企画部 田代）と社員Ｃ（販売支援部 鈴木）である。
社員Ａにより、社員Ａ用携帯端末３０は、会議管理・運営装置１０に接続して、会議室予約情報データベース１２の登録情報にもとづいて、会議管理・運営装置１０により表示された図３に示すような会議室予約表にアクセスする。
そして、会議室の空き状況を確認の上、会議室を予約することにより、会議開催要求を行う（ステップ１０：会議開催処理）。
このとき、会議管理・運営装置１０は、社員Ａ用携帯端末３０から送信されてきた図６に示すような会議開催情報を、会議室予約情報データベース１２に登録する。そして、この会議開催情報にもとづいて、会議開催通知メールの発行処理を行う（ステップ１１）。

また、このメールの送信先の電子メールアドレスは、会議開催情報における通知先の社員名（または、社員名およびその社員の部門情報）にもとづいて、社員情報データベース１３を検索することによって得ることができる。

あるいは、会議管理・運営装置１０により、各社員用携帯端末へそれぞれのクライアントソフトウェアを自動的に起動するためのコマンドやプログラムなどを送信させるようにしてよい。
さらに、会議開始を告げるメールを送信するとともに起動コマンド等を送信し、クライアントソフトウェアを自動的に起動するようにしてもよい。

各社員用携帯端末がクライアントソフトウェアを起動すると、図９に示すようなデータ送信エリア，データ受信エリア，データ表示エリアの３つに分割された画面がそのモニタなどに表示され、会議管理・運営装置１０とのデータ送受信が可能となる。
例えば、会議室電子黒板２０のデータ送信エリアに社員Ｃに対して確認したい事項を入力し、会議室電子黒板２０による送信処理を行うと（ステップ１３）、会議管理・運営装置１０は、そのデータを各携帯端末３０、４０、５０に送信する（ステップ１４）。このデータの送信は、上述の会議開催通知メールと同様に、社員の電子メールアドレスに送信するようにすることができる。
そして、送信されたメールは、会議室電子黒板２０および各社員用携帯端末において、送信データはデータ送信エリアに、受信データはデータ受信エリアに表示される。
なお、送信用のデータは、データ送信エリア上に直接入力するのみならず、別途入力画面を表示して入力するようにしてもよい。したがって、画面表示の更新等を考慮して、送信データは、送信元である会議室電子黒板２０にも一律送信するようにすることが好ましい。もちろん、送信元である会議室電子黒板２０には、送信せずに送信データをデータ送信エリアに表示させることも可能である。これは、各社員用携帯端末が送信元である場合についても同様である。

次に、社員Ａにより、社員Ａ用携帯端末３０が、そのデータ送信エリアに会議上で発言したいことや確認したいことを入力して送信処理を行うと（ステップ１５）、会議管理・運営装置１０は、そのデータを会議室電子黒板２０と各携帯端末３０、４０、５０に送信する（ステップ１６）。社員Ｂについても同様である（ステップ１７、ステップ１８）。
このようにして送受信された議事情報は、図示しないが、会議管理・運営装置１０において会議履歴情報データベース等に記憶しておくようにすることができる。

ここで、外出先にいる社員Ｃにより、社員Ｃ用携帯端末５０は、そのデータ受信エリアに質問が送られてきたので、その回答をデータ送信エリアに入力し、送信処理を行う（ステップ１９）。会議管理・運営装置１０は、この回答データを会議室電子黒板２０および各社員用携帯端末に送信する（ステップ２０）。

このため、この決定事項や懸案事項等のデータを、図示しないが、会議管理・運営装置１０において会議履歴情報データベース等に記憶しておくようにすることが好ましい。

さらに、データ表示エリアへの表示データを、会議室電子黒板２０において入力するのではなく、会議室電子黒板２０または各社員用携帯端末からの送信データを用いるようにすることも可能である。
すなわち、会議管理・運営装置１０により、会議室電子黒板２０および各社員用携帯端末の間でやり取りされた情報から、決定事項や懸案事項、アクションアイテム等の事項を選択させ、会議室電子黒板２０および各社員用携帯端末にデータ表示エリア用の情報として送信することが可能である。

この会議管理・運営装置１０による決定事項等の選択処理は、種々の方法により行うことができる。例えば、「決定事項」や「懸案事項」等をキーワードとして、これらを含むデータが送信されてきた場合に、データ表示エリア用のデータとして、会議室電子黒板２０および各社員用携帯端末に送信するようにすることができる。
また、画面上に「決定事項」や「懸案事項」等を送信するための専用のボタンをもたせ、その押下により送信されてきたデータをデータ表示エリア用のデータとして、会議室電子黒板２０および各社員用携帯端末に送信するようにすることもできる。

さらに、この選択処理を会議管理・運営装置１０が行うのではなく、会議室電子黒板２０および各社員用携帯端末におけるクライアントソフトウェアが、「決定事項」や「懸案事項」等をキーワードとして、これらを含むデータが送信されてきた場合に、データ表示エリア用のデータとして表示するようにすることもできる。
その他、議事情報から「決定事項」や「懸案事項」等を選択することができる限りにおいて、その詳細な処理は、どのようなものであってもかまわない。
そして、このようにして選択された「決定事項」や「懸案事項」等を、上述のような会議履歴情報データベース等に記憶しておくようにすることができる。

以上のようなやりとりを繰り返して会議を進め、会議が終了すると、会議管理・運営装置１０は、会議終了通知するメールを会議室電子黒板２０および各社員用携帯端末に送信する（ステップ２１）。
この会議終了の決定についても種々の方法とすることができるが、例えば、会議室電子黒板２０のデータ送信エリアから所定の終了メッセージを入力して、会議管理・運営装置１０に送信し、会議管理・運営装置１０がこれに応じて上記メールを送信するようにすることができる。また、会議の主催者の社員用携帯端末などから、終了メッセージを入力するようにしてもよい。

また、会議管理・運営装置１０は、会議の終了にあたって、データ表示エリアに表示された「決定事項」や「懸案事項」等を議事録として、メールなどにより、各社員用携帯端末に送信する。このとき、会議管理・運営装置１０は、上述の会議履歴情報データベース等に記憶した「決定事項」や「懸案事項」等を用いることができる。
この議事録の作成は、上記終了メッセージの受信をトリガーとして実行するようにすることができる。あるいは、画面上などに議事録作成ボタン等を設け、その押下を示す情報の受信をトリガーとすることも可能である。
さらに、会議管理・運営装置１０により、各社員用携帯端末におけるクライアントソフトウェアを終了させるためのコマンド等を送信させて、各社員用携帯端末のクライアントソフトウェアを自動的に終了するようにしてもよい。

以上説明したように、本実施形態の会議の管理・運営システムによれば、会議管理・運営装置を介して、二以上の携帯端末および会議室電子黒板間で、議事情報の送受信を行うことができるとともに、会議日程のスケジューリングにあたり、会議への参加，外出先などの会議室の外からの参加，不参加の別を容易に識別して、各対象者に送信することが可能となる。
また、携帯端末を用いて会議に参加可能とすることによって、外出中などであっても、携帯電話などを使用することができる環境であれば、会議に参加することができ、参加予定者の会議への参加可能日時を大幅に増加させることが可能となる。
このため、従来の会議の日程調整の困難性は解消され、会議主催者は、会議室の予約を行って会議開催通知を発行し、容易に会議を開催することが可能となる。
加えて、従来の方法では、会議の議事録は、会議主催者などが会議終了後に別途作成して参加者に配布していたが、本発明によれば、会議の場で議事録を作成することができ、それを電子データとして参加者に配布することが可能となる。

［第二実施形態］
次に、本発明の第二実施形態について、図１０および図１１を参照して説明する。図１０は、本実施形態の会議の管理・運営システムにおける処理手順を示す動作手順図である。図１１は、同システムにおける会議開催通知画面を示す図である。
本実施形態は、会議開催通知メールが、会議開催対象者の全員に送信される前に、まず、会議開催処理を行った主催者宛に送信され、その内容でよいことの確認を受けた後に、全員に対して送信される点で第一実施形態と異なる。その他の点については、第一実施形態と同様であり、本実施形態のブロック図も図１および図２と同様のものを用いることができる。

まず、第一実施形態における場合と同様に、社員Ａにより、社員Ａ用携帯端末３０は、会議管理・運営装置１０に会議開催要求を行う（ステップ３０）。これに対して、会議管理・運営装置１０は、図７に示すような会議開催通知メールを、社員Ａ用携帯端末３０に送信する（ステップ３１）。
これによって、社員Ａは、社員Ｂおよび社員Ｃの参加・不参加を確認することができる。そして、会議開催通知メールの内容で問題ない場合に、社員Ａにより、社員Ａ用携帯端末３０は、確認返信メールを会議管理・運営装置１０に送信する（ステップ３２：確認返信処理）。
あるいは、例えば、特定の社員が不参加である場合など、その会議開催通知メールの内容に満足がいかない場合は、再度会議室の予約からやり直すことができる。

また、本実施形態のステップ３０においては、会議管理・運営装置１０は、会議開催情報を会議室予約情報データベース１２に登録せず、社員Ａ用携帯端末３０から確認返信メールを受信し、会議室の予約内容が確定した後に登録するようにすることが好ましい。
そして、会議管理・運営装置１０は、社員Ａ用携帯端末３０から確認返信メールを受信すると、会議開催対象者すべてに会議開催通知メールを送信する（ステップ３３）。
以降の動作については、第一実施形態における動作と同様である。ただし、図１０においては、社員Ｂ用携帯端末４０からのコメント入力にもとづくメールの送信を省略して表示している。

例えば、会議管理・運営装置１０に会議室予約画面などを管理させ、携帯端末からのアクセスに対してこれを表示させるとともに、社員Ａ用携帯端末３０からの会議開催情報にもとづいて、図１１に示すような会議開催通知画面を表示させ、社員Ａがこれを参照して、社員Ａ用携帯端末３０から登録ボタンを押下することによって、当該会議開催情報を会議室予約情報データベース１２に登録するとともに、すべての携帯端末への会議開催通知メールを送信させるようにすることができる。また、やり直す場合は、キャンセルボタンを押下することによって、再度会議開催情報の送信から行うようにすることができる。

これによって、これらの処理は、会議の管理・運営プログラムとコンピュータとが協働した会議の管理・運営サーバ１１などにより実現される。

なお、会議の管理・運営プログラムは、コンピュータのＲＯＭやハードディスクに記憶させる他、コンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体、たとえば、外部記憶装置及び可搬記録媒体等に格納することができる。
外部記憶装置とは、磁気ディスク等の記録媒体を内蔵し、例えば会議の管理・運営サーバ１１などに外部接続される記憶増設装置をいう。一方、可搬記録媒体とは、記録媒体駆動装置（ドライブ装置）に装着でき、かつ、持ち運び可能な記録媒体であって、たとえば、ＣＤ−ＲＯＭ、フレキシブルディスク、メモリカード、光磁気ディスク等をいう。

そして、記録媒体に記録されたプログラムは、コンピュータのＲＡＭにロードされて、ＣＰＵにより実行される。この実行により、上述した本実施形態の会議の管理・運営サーバ１１の機能が実現される。
さらに、コンピュータで会議の管理・運営プログラムをロードする場合、他のコンピュータで保有された会議の管理・運営プログラムを、通信回線を利用して自己の有するＲＡＭや外部記憶装置にダウンロードすることもできる。
このダウンロードされた会議の管理・運営プログラムも、ＣＰＵにより実行され、本実施形態の参加，外出先からの参加，不参加の識別処理や、識別情報を含む会議開催通知の送信処理等を実現する。

なお、本発明は以上の実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の範囲内において、種々の変更実施が可能であることは言うまでもない。
例えば、会議室電子黒板２０や各社員用携帯端末における表示をデータ送信エリア，データ受信エリア，データ表示エリアの３画面による構成とするのみならず、例えば、参考資料などを表示するためのデータ参照エリア等を加えて４画面構成としたり、必要に応じてさらなるエリアを加えるようにすることも可能である。
また、会議管理・運営装置に通信ネットワークを介して複数の会議室電子黒板を接続し、複数の会議室において同一内容の上述の会議を行うようにするなど適宜変更することが可能である。

以上のように、本発明によれば、会議管理・運営装置を介して、二以上の携帯端末および会議室電子黒板間で、議事情報の送受信を行うことができるとともに、会議日程のスケジューリングにあたり、会議への参加，外出先などの会議室の外からの参加，不参加の別を容易に識別して、各対象者に送信することが可能となる。
また、携帯端末を用いて会議に参加可能とすることによって、外出中などであっても、携帯電話などを使用することができる環境であれば、会議に参加することができ、参加予定者の会議への参加可能日時を大幅に増加させることが可能となる。
このため、従来の会議の日程調整の困難性は解消され、会議主催者は、会議室の予約を行って会議開催通知を発行し、容易に会議を開催することが可能となる。
加えて、従来の方法では、会議の議事録は、会議主催者などが会議終了後に別途作成して参加者に配布していたが、本発明によれば、会議の場で議事録を作成することができ、それを電子データとして参加者に配布することが可能となる。
