the server 300 is configured to receive a conference file sent by the first conference device; generating an extraction identifier and an extraction link corresponding to the conference file according to the conference file; sending the extraction identifier and the extraction link to the first conference equipment end so that the first conference equipment end generates an extraction code according to the extraction link, displaying the extraction identifier and the extraction code so that the user end verifies whether the extraction code allows access through the extraction identifier, and downloading a conference file corresponding to the extraction code after verification is successful;
when a browsing instruction sent by a second conference equipment end is received, feeding back data information corresponding to each data packet to the second conference equipment end, wherein the data packet is a data packet corresponding to conference content included in a conference file uploaded by the first conference equipment end; and receiving a downloading instruction sent by the second conference equipment terminal, and feeding back a target data packet corresponding to the downloading instruction to the second conference equipment terminal so that the second conference equipment terminal can analyze the target data packet to obtain a conference file.
In the embodiment of the present invention, based on the above method for extracting a conference file, the present invention further provides a computer device, where the computer device may be a terminal, and an internal structure of the computer device is shown in fig. 4. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an in-system memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The in-system memory provides an environment for the operating system and the computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium to run. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a method of extracting a meeting file. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the illustration in fig. 4 is merely a block diagram of a portion of the structure associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
The embodiment of the invention provides computer equipment, which comprises a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores a computer program, and the computer equipment is characterized in that the processor executes the computer program and realizes the following steps:
acquiring a conference file, and uploading the conference file to a server; receiving an extraction identifier and an extraction link fed back by the server according to the conference file; generating an extraction code according to the extraction link, displaying the extraction code and the extraction identifier, so that the user side verifies whether the extraction code allows access through the extraction identifier, and downloading the conference file corresponding to the extraction code after the verification is successful;
or sending a browsing instruction to the server to receive data information corresponding to each data packet fed back by the server, wherein the data packet is a data packet corresponding to conference content included in a conference file uploaded by the first conference device; selecting each data information to select target data information; sending a downloading instruction corresponding to the target data information to a server so as to download a target data packet corresponding to the target data information; analyzing the target data packet to obtain a conference file;
or receiving a conference file sent by the first conference equipment terminal; generating an extraction identifier and an extraction link corresponding to the conference file according to the conference file; sending the extraction identifier and the extraction link to the first conference equipment end so that the first conference equipment end generates an extraction code according to the extraction link, displaying the extraction identifier and the extraction code so that the user end verifies whether the extraction code allows access through the extraction identifier, and downloading a conference file corresponding to the extraction code after verification is successful;
when a browsing instruction sent by a second conference equipment end is received, feeding back data information corresponding to each data packet to the second conference equipment end, wherein the data packet is a data packet corresponding to conference content included in a conference file uploaded by the first conference equipment end; and receiving a downloading instruction sent by the second conference equipment terminal, and feeding back a target data packet corresponding to the downloading instruction to the second conference equipment terminal so that the second conference equipment terminal can analyze the target data packet to obtain a conference file.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
It is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the examples described above, but that modifications and variations may be effected thereto by those of ordinary skill in the art in light of the foregoing description, and that all such modifications and variations are intended to be within the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A method for extracting a conference file is applied to a first conference device side in a conference file extraction system, the conference file extraction system further comprises a user side and a server, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring a conference file, and uploading the conference file to a server;
receiving an extraction identifier and an extraction link fed back by the server according to the conference file;
and generating an extraction code according to the extraction link, displaying the extraction code and the extraction identifier, so that the user side verifies whether the extraction code allows access through the extraction identifier, and downloading the conference file corresponding to the extraction code after the verification is successful.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining the meeting file and uploading the meeting file to a server comprises:
receiving an uploading instruction, wherein the uploading instruction comprises a conference file identifier;
and acquiring a conference file corresponding to the file identifier, and uploading the conference file to a server.
3. The method of claim 1, the meeting file comprising a screenshot of meeting content, the extracted link being a link of an HTM L5 page corresponding to the screenshot of meeting content, the generating an extracted code from the extracted link comprising:
and generating an extraction code corresponding to the HTM L5 page according to the link of the HTM L5 page corresponding to the screenshot of the conference content, wherein the extraction code is in a two-dimensional code form.
4. A method for extracting a conference file is applied to a second conference device side in a conference file extraction system, the conference extraction system further comprises at least one first conference device side and a server, and the method comprises the following steps:
sending a browsing instruction to the server to receive data information corresponding to each data packet fed back by the server, wherein the data packet is a data packet corresponding to conference content included in a conference file uploaded by the first conference device;
selecting each data information to select target data information;
sending a downloading instruction corresponding to the target data information to a server so as to download a target data packet corresponding to the target data information;
and analyzing the target data packet to obtain a conference file.
5. A method for extracting a conference file is applied to a server in a conference file extraction system, wherein the conference extraction system further comprises a first conference device end and a user end, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a conference file sent by the first conference equipment terminal;
generating an extraction identifier and an extraction link corresponding to the conference file according to the conference file;
and sending the extraction identifier and the extraction link to the first conference equipment end so that the first conference equipment end generates an extraction code according to the extraction link, displaying the extraction identifier and the extraction code so that the user end verifies whether the extraction code allows access through the extraction identifier, and downloading the conference file corresponding to the extraction code after the verification is successful.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the conference file includes a screenshot of conference content, and the generating the extraction identifier and the extraction link corresponding to the conference file according to the conference file includes:
generating an HTM L5 page according to the screenshot of the conference content;
and extracting the identification and the extraction link corresponding to the HTM L5 page.
7. A method for extracting a conference file is applied to a server in a system for extracting the conference file, the system for extracting the conference file further comprises a first conference device end and a second conference device end, and the method comprises the following steps:
when a browsing instruction sent by a second conference equipment end is received, feeding back data information corresponding to each data packet to the second conference equipment end, wherein the data packet is a data packet corresponding to conference content included in a conference file uploaded by the first conference equipment end;
and receiving a downloading instruction sent by the second conference equipment terminal, and feeding back a target data packet corresponding to the downloading instruction to the second conference equipment terminal so that the second conference equipment terminal can analyze the target data packet to obtain a conference file.
8. The system for extracting the conference file is characterized by comprising a first conference equipment end, a second conference equipment end, a user end and a server;
the first conference equipment terminal is used for acquiring a conference file and uploading the conference file to a server; receiving an extraction identifier and an extraction link fed back by the server according to the conference file; generating an extraction code according to the extraction link, displaying the extraction code and the extraction identifier, so that the user side verifies whether the extraction code allows access through the extraction identifier, and downloading the conference file corresponding to the extraction code after the verification is successful;
the second conference equipment terminal is used for sending a browsing instruction to the server so as to receive data information corresponding to each data packet fed back by the server, wherein the data packet is a data packet corresponding to conference content included in a conference file uploaded by the first conference equipment terminal, and the conference file is uploaded to the server by the first conference equipment terminal; selecting each data information to select target data information; sending a downloading instruction corresponding to the target data information to a server so as to download a target data packet corresponding to the target data information; analyzing the target data packet to obtain a conference file;
the server is used for receiving the conference file sent by the first conference equipment terminal; generating an extraction identifier and an extraction link corresponding to the conference file according to the conference file; sending the extraction identifier and the extraction link to the first conference equipment end so that the first conference equipment end generates an extraction code according to the extraction link, displaying the extraction identifier and the extraction code so that the user end verifies whether the extraction code allows access through the extraction identifier, and downloading a conference file corresponding to the extraction code after verification is successful;
when a browsing instruction sent by a second conference equipment end is received, feeding back data information corresponding to each data packet to the second conference equipment end, wherein the data packet is a data packet corresponding to conference content included in a conference file uploaded by the first conference equipment end; and receiving a downloading instruction sent by the second conference equipment terminal, and feeding back a target data packet corresponding to the downloading instruction to the second conference equipment terminal so that the second conference equipment terminal can analyze the target data packet to obtain a conference file.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
