Abstract

Specifically, when a user a establishes a conference by using an enterprise cloud conference room with a conference number of 9005629058, the server obtains configuration information of a personal cloud account preset by the user a according to account information read by the user a, wherein the configuration information of the personal cloud account is 456123 and the conference control password is 123456, the conference control password is that the user can host the video conference by inputting the conference control password, the conference-entering mute mode is intelligent mute, the call-in mode is allowed to be all users, the picture layout can be set to be in a picture-in-picture mode, the recording setting can be set to be 'only record a main conference place or a speaker picture', the server can provide for the user a to independently select by sending a selection instruction of 'whether to set the configuration information personally' to the user a, and if the user a selects the personalized configuration information, the configuration information of the conference is changed from the configuration information of the original enterprise cloud conference room to the configuration information of the personal cloud conference room of the user a, namely, the conference joining password is changed from the conference joining password of the original enterprise cloud conference room to 456123, the conference control password is changed from the conference control password of the original enterprise cloud conference room to 123456, the conference joining silent mode is changed from the silent mode of the original enterprise cloud conference room to intelligent silence, the call incoming mode is changed from the call incoming mode of the original enterprise cloud conference room to all users, and the like, namely, the configuration information in the current conference is changed from the configuration information of the original enterprise cloud conference room to the configuration information of the personal cloud conference room. By the method, different users can use the configuration information of different personal cloud conference rooms to carry out a conference when using the same enterprise cloud conference room to carry out the conference, and the configuration information of the same enterprise cloud conference room is not required to be used for carrying out the conference, so that the personalization of the enterprise cloud conference room is greatly improved under the condition that the conference is safely carried out, and the requirements of the users are better met.
In another embodiment, the configuration information of the enterprise cloud conference room backed up in advance is restored to the enterprise cloud conference room after the conference is finished, in one case, if another user reserves the enterprise cloud conference room after the conference is finished at the reserved time, a prompt that the conference is about to be finished is sent to the user at a time before the user reserves the conference, when the start time of the next conference is reached, the server automatically finishes the current conference, and the configuration information of the enterprise cloud conference room is replaced by the configuration information of the personal cloud conference room of another user. In another case, if no other user has reserved the enterprise cloud conference room after the conference reservation time is over, and the currently ongoing conference does not end the conference at the reservation end time, the configuration information of the original enterprise cloud conference room is not recovered, that is, the conference is also performed with the configuration information of the personal cloud conference room of the user after the reservation end time is reached.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, a user may share a preset conference control password with other participants, and a participant who receives the conference control password may host the conference in a manner of inputting the conference control password, where a specific hosting manner is as shown in the figure, and may control functions such as muting speech setting, ending the conference, recording the conference, locking the conference, sorting, setting, roll calling, intelligent detection of a conference place, and conference mode of the participant in the conference.
It should be noted that although in the above detailed description reference is made to a number of units/modules or sub-units/modules of a personalized enterprise cloud conference room, such division is merely exemplary and not mandatory. Indeed, the features and functionality of two or more of the units/modules described above may be embodied in one unit/module according to embodiments of the invention. Conversely, the features and functions of one unit/module described above may be further divided into embodiments by a plurality of units/modules.
Moreover, while the operations of the method of the invention are depicted in the drawings in a particular order, this does not require or imply that the operations must be performed in this particular order, or that all of the illustrated operations must be performed, to achieve desirable results. Additionally or alternatively, certain steps may be omitted, multiple steps combined into one step execution, and/or one step broken down into multiple step executions.
While the spirit and principles of the invention have been described with reference to several particular embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments, nor is the division of aspects, which is for convenience only as the features in such aspects may not be combined to benefit. The invention is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A method for personalized setting of an enterprise cloud conference room comprises the following steps:
receiving a request of a user for establishing a conference by using an enterprise cloud conference room;
acquiring configuration information of a personal cloud conference room of the user;
backing up configuration information of an enterprise cloud conference room used by the user;
and replacing the configuration information of the enterprise cloud conference room with the configuration information of the personal cloud conference room.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of receiving a request from a user to establish a conference using an enterprise cloud conference room comprises:
receiving an immediate meeting or appointment meeting request initiated by a user by using an enterprise cloud meeting room.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the step of receiving a user initiated immediate meeting or appointment request using an enterprise cloud conference room comprises:
acquiring information of a personal cloud conference room account number logged in by a user;
receiving a selection of one enterprise cloud conference room from a user;
receiving conference starting and ending time set by a user for the enterprise cloud conference room;
receiving the information of the participants selected by the user;
and sending the meeting notice to the participants selected by the user.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining configuration information of the personal cloud conference room of the user comprises:
and extracting configuration information of the personal cloud conference room preset by the user based on the account information of the personal cloud conference room logged by the user.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the configuration information comprises: a conference-in password, a conference-control password, a screen layout, a mute mode, an incoming call group permission, and a recording setting, or a combination thereof.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of backing up configuration information of an enterprise cloud conference room used by the user comprises:
acquiring configuration information of the enterprise cloud conference room selected by the user;
and storing the configuration information of the enterprise cloud conference room.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of replacing the configuration information of the personal cloud conference room with the configuration information of the enterprise cloud conference room comprises:
and correspondingly writing the acquired configuration information of the personal cloud conference room of the user into the configuration information of the enterprise cloud conference room selected by the user.
8. The method according to claim 7, further comprising, after the step of writing the obtained configuration information of the personal cloud conference room of the user into the configuration information of the enterprise cloud conference room selected by the user:
and restoring the configuration information of the enterprise cloud conference room which is backed up in advance to the enterprise cloud conference room after the conference is finished.
9. An apparatus for personalizing an enterprise cloud conference room, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a request of a user for establishing a conference by using an enterprise cloud conference room;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the configuration information of the personal cloud conference room of the user;
the backup module is used for backing up configuration information of the enterprise cloud conference room used by the user;
and the replacing module is used for replacing the configuration information of the personal cloud conference room with the configuration information of the enterprise cloud conference room.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the receiving module comprises:
means for receiving an immediate meeting or a reservation meeting request initiated by a user using an enterprise cloud conference room.
