Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a conference reservation method, apparatus, electronic device, storage medium, and program product. The method comprises the following steps: responding to the entity conference room selection request, and determining a target entity conference room selected by a reservation person of a target conference; acquiring a conference number corresponding to second electronic equipment in the target entity conference room, wherein the second electronic equipment is entity equipment arranged in the target entity conference room; responding to a meeting number selection request, and at least displaying a meeting number of the second electronic equipment in a meeting number selection interface of the first electronic equipment; and determining the selected conference number as the conference number corresponding to the target conference in response to the selection of any conference number in the conference number selection interface.

Background
The conference has the functions of decision making, control, coordination, education and the like. In the related art, if there is a demand of a teleconference, after a reservation staff of the teleconference selects conference time and a conference room, the reservation staff needs to manually search for a corresponding conference number according to the conference room number or the conference room name, and then add the conference number to the conference invitation content, so that the process is complex and tedious, the efficiency is low, and much time of the reservation staff of the teleconference is consumed.
The disclosed embodiment provides a conference reservation method, a device, an electronic device, a storage medium and a program product, which determine a target entity conference room selected by reservation personnel of a target conference by responding to an entity conference room selection request, acquire a conference number corresponding to second electronic equipment in the target entity conference room, respond to the conference number selection request, at least display the conference number of the second electronic equipment in a conference number selection interface of first electronic equipment, respond to any conference number in the conference number selection interface to be selected, determine the selected conference number as a conference number corresponding to the target conference, thereby associating the entity conference room with the conference number corresponding to the electronic equipment in the entity conference room, display the corresponding conference number for the reservation personnel to select according to the target entity conference room selected by the reservation personnel during a conference, and the reservation personnel do not need to manually search the conference number corresponding to the target entity conference room, so that the conference reservation efficiency of the reservation personnel can be improved, and the time of the reservation personnel is saved.
The following describes the conference reservation method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure in detail with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a conference reservation method provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. In one possible implementation, the conference reservation method may be performed by a first electronic device. The first electronic device may be a User Equipment (UE), a mobile device, a User terminal, a cellular phone, a cordless phone, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a handheld device, a computing device, a vehicle-mounted device, or a wearable device. In some possible implementations, the conference reservation method may be implemented by a processor calling computer readable instructions stored in a memory. As shown in fig. 1, the conference reservation method includes steps S11 to S14.
In step S11, in response to the physical conference room selection request, a target physical conference room selected by a reservation person of the target conference is determined.
In step S12, a conference number corresponding to a second electronic device in the target entity conference room is obtained, where the second electronic device is an entity device disposed in the target entity conference room.
In step S13, in response to the meeting number selection request, at least the meeting number of the second electronic device is displayed in the meeting number selection interface of the first electronic device.
In step S14, in response to any meeting number in the meeting number selection interface being selected, the selected meeting number is determined as the meeting number corresponding to the target meeting.
The conference reservation method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can be executed by the first electronic device of the reservation personnel of the target conference. The first electronic device may be an electronic device that can be operated by a reservation person of the target conference. For example, the first electronic device may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, or the like of a reservation person of the target conference.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating a conference reservation system in a conference reservation method provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, the reservation staff can make a quick reservation or a meeting by the appointment staff through the conference reservation system, and can also view information of the reserved conference through the my reservation interface.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating a contractor meeting interface of the meeting appointment system in the meeting appointment method according to the embodiment of the disclosure. As shown in fig. 3, the reservation staff may invite the participant through the appointment meeting interface.
Fig. 4 shows another schematic diagram of a bystander conference interface of a conference reservation system in the conference reservation method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 4, the reservation staff may also fill in the conference subject, select the conference date and the conference time, etc. through the appointment meeting interface. The first electronic device may enter the meeting room selection interface in response to a selection of a meeting room control in the appointment meeting interface being triggered.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating a conference room selection interface of a conference reservation system in a conference reservation method provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 5, the reservation personnel may select the target physical conference room through the conference room selection interface. In the example shown in FIG. 5, the selected target physical meeting room is "SZ-12A-1905 coast City (10 people)".
In the disclosed embodiments, a physical conference room may represent an actual existing conference room, rather than a virtual conference room. The physical conference room selection request may represent a request for selecting a physical conference room. For example, the determination that an entity conference room selection request is received may be responsive to the selection of the conference room control in fig. 4 being triggered; or, in response to other preset controls for selecting a conference room being triggered, determining that an entity conference room selection request is received; alternatively, it may be determined that an entity conference room selection request is received in response to detecting a preset first gesture; and so on.
The target physical conference room may represent a physical conference room selected by a reservation person of the target conference. The number of target entity conference rooms may be one or more than two. For example, in the example shown in fig. 5, the number of target entity conference rooms is one. The target meeting may represent a currently scheduled meeting.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after the target entity conference room is selected, the conference number corresponding to the second electronic device in the target entity conference room is automatically matched. In a possible implementation manner, the obtaining a meeting number of a second electronic device in a meeting room of a target entity includes: and responding to the conference number selection request, and acquiring the conference number of the second electronic equipment in the conference room of the target entity. In another possible implementation manner, the obtaining a meeting number of a second electronic device in a meeting room of a target entity includes: in response to the target entity conference room being selected, a conference number of a second electronic device in the target entity conference room is obtained. Of course, the conference number of the second electronic device in the conference room of the target entity may also be obtained in response to other preset trigger conditions, which is not limited herein.
The target entity conference room and the second electronic device may be in a one-to-one or one-to-many relationship, that is, one or more second electronic devices may be disposed in any target entity conference room. The second electronic device may be in a one-to-one relationship with the meeting number, i.e., any second electronic device may have a unique meeting number.
In this disclosure, the second electronic device may be a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, or other physical devices disposed in the target physical meeting room, which is not limited herein. Fig. 6 shows a schematic diagram of a second electronic device in a conference reservation method provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. In the example shown in fig. 6, the second electronic device includes a screen 21, a base 22, and a camera 23.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the meeting number selection request can be determined to be received in response to the triggering of the meeting number control in the appointment meeting interface; or, in response to other preset controls for selecting the conference number being triggered, determining that a conference number selection request is received; alternatively, it may be determined that a meeting number selection request is received in response to detecting a preset second gesture; and so on.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating a conference number selection interface in the conference reservation method according to the embodiment of the disclosure. As shown in fig. 7, in response to the meeting number selection request, a meeting number "645 XXX" corresponding to the second electronic device in the target entity meeting room "SZ-12A-1905 coast city (10 people)" may be displayed in the meeting number selection interface of the first electronic device for selection by the reservation personnel.
In this embodiment of the disclosure, the first electronic device may determine, in response to any meeting number in the meeting number selection interface being selected, the selected meeting number as a meeting number corresponding to the target meeting. For example, the first electronic device may determine, in response to a selection of a conference number corresponding to a second electronic device in a conference room of the target entity, a conference number corresponding to the second electronic device as a conference number corresponding to the target conference.
In one possible implementation, the method further includes: searching a common conference number of the reservation personnel, wherein the common conference number is a personal conference number which is commonly used by the reservation personnel; responding to the conference number selection request, finding the commonly used conference number, and displaying the commonly used conference number in a conference number selection interface of the first electronic device. In this implementation manner, the personal meeting number commonly used by the reservation staff may be the meeting number of the reservation staff itself, or may also be the meeting number of other staff, which is not limited herein.
As an example of this implementation, a commonly used meeting number of a reservation person may be found in response to a meeting number selection request. As another example of this implementation, a commonly used meeting number for a reservation person may be looked up in response to a target entity meeting room being selected. As another example of this implementation, a commonly used meeting number of a reservation person may be found in response to a request to find a commonly used meeting number. Of course, the commonly used conference number of the reservation staff may also be searched in response to other preset trigger conditions, which is not limited herein.
In the implementation manner, under the condition that the common meeting number of the reservation personnel is found, at least the meeting number of the second electronic equipment and the common meeting number of the reservation personnel are displayed in the meeting number selection interface of the first electronic equipment so as to be selected by the reservation personnel.
As an example of the implementation manner, a conference number selection request may be responded, a frequently-used conference number of a reservation person may be found, and the frequently-used conference number and a conference password corresponding to the frequently-used conference number may be displayed in a conference number selection interface of the first electronic device. Of course, in another example, in the conference number selection interface of the first electronic device, only the commonly used conference number may be displayed, and the conference entry password corresponding to the commonly used conference number is not displayed.
Fig. 8 shows another schematic diagram of a conference number selection interface in the conference reservation method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure. In the example shown in fig. 8, in the conference number selection interface of the first electronic device, in addition to the conference number "645 XXX" corresponding to the second electronic device in the target physical conference room "SZ-12A-1905 coastal city (10 people)", the commonly used conference number "9034590 XXX" of the reservation person and the conference entrance password "315 XXX" corresponding to the commonly used conference number of the reservation person are displayed.
A personal meeting number is typically 10 digits, and with a 6 digit entry code, it is difficult for most users to remember. In the related art, in the process of meeting appointment, a commonly-used meeting number of an appointment person cannot be provided for the appointment person to select, so that the appointment person needs to check, copy and paste the meeting number from personal information of a client or an APP (Application) side every time the appointment person fills the meeting number, and the process is complicated. In the implementation mode, the commonly used conference number of the reservation personnel is searched, the conference number selection request is responded, the commonly used conference number of the reservation personnel is searched, and the commonly used conference number of the reservation personnel is displayed in the conference number selection interface of the first electronic device, so that the reservation personnel can conveniently and quickly select the commonly used conference number as the conference number corresponding to the target conference, and the time for setting the conference number for the target conference by the reservation personnel is saved.
In one possible implementation, the method further includes: responding to the conference number selection request, and displaying a newly added conference number control in a conference number selection interface of the first electronic device; acquiring a newly added conference number of the reservation personnel in response to the newly added conference number control being triggered; and adding the newly added conference number as a common conference number of the reservation personnel. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, a new conference number control may be displayed in the conference number selection interface of the first electronic device. In this implementation, the newly added conference number control may be used to add a commonly used conference number of the reservation staff. The newly added conference number of the reservation personnel can be the own conference number or the conference numbers of other personnel. The newly added conference number control is displayed in a conference number selection interface of the first electronic device in response to the conference number selection request, the newly added conference number control is triggered in response to the newly added conference number, the newly added conference number of the reservation personnel is obtained, and the newly added conference number is added to be the common conference number of the reservation personnel, so that the function of the newly added common conference number is provided in the conference number selection interface, the newly added conference number of the reservation personnel can reside in the conference number selection interface, and the reservation personnel can conveniently select the conference number at the next time of conference reservation.
In one possible implementation, after determining the target entity conference room selected by the reservation person of the target conference, the method further includes: and responding to the conference number selection request, and displaying conference room description information corresponding to the conference number of the second electronic equipment in a conference number selection interface of the first electronic equipment, wherein the conference room description information corresponding to the conference number of the second electronic equipment is used for describing the target entity conference room. In this implementation manner, the meeting room description information corresponding to the meeting number of the second electronic device is meeting room description information corresponding to the meeting room of the target entity. In the examples shown in fig. 7 and 8, the conference room description information corresponding to the conference number of the second electronic device includes the name "SZ-12A-1905 coastal city", the address "shenzhen bay-12A", and the maximum containable number of people "10" of the target entity conference room. In the implementation mode, the meeting room description information corresponding to the meeting number of the second electronic device is displayed in the meeting number selection interface of the first electronic device in response to the meeting number selection request, so that the meeting room description information can be provided for the reservation personnel to refer to, and the reservation personnel can be helped to accurately and quickly select the meeting number.
In one possible implementation, the method further includes: acquiring a personal conference number of the reservation personnel; and responding to the meeting number selection request, and displaying the personal meeting number of the reservation personnel in a meeting number selection interface of the first electronic equipment. As an example of this implementation, a personal meeting number of a reservation person may be acquired in response to a meeting number selection request; as another example of this implementation, a personal meeting number of a reserved person may be obtained in response to a target entity meeting room being selected; as another example of this implementation, the personal meeting number of the reservation person may be acquired in response to a request to acquire the personal meeting number. Of course, the personal meeting number of the reservation person may also be obtained in response to other preset trigger conditions, which is not limited herein. In this implementation, at least the meeting number of the second electronic device and the personal meeting number of the reservation person may be displayed in the meeting number selection interface of the first electronic device in response to the meeting number selection request. In the implementation mode, the personal conference number of the reservation person is displayed in the conference number selection interface of the first electronic device by acquiring the personal conference number of the reservation person and responding to the conference number selection request, so that the reservation person can conveniently and quickly select the personal conference number of the reservation person as the conference number corresponding to the target conference, and the time for setting the conference number for the target conference by the reservation person is saved.
In one possible implementation, the method further includes: acquiring the personal meeting number of at least one participant of the target meeting; and responding to the meeting number selection request, and displaying the personal meeting number of the at least one participant in a meeting number selection interface of the first electronic equipment. In this implementation, the personal conference numbers of some or all of the participants of the target conference may be obtained, and in response to the conference number selection request, the personal conference numbers of some or all of the participants of the target conference are displayed in the conference number selection interface of the first electronic device. The participants of the target conference may or may not include reservation personnel. As an example of this implementation, a personal meeting number of at least one participant of the target meeting may be obtained in response to the meeting number selection request; as another example of this implementation, a personal meeting number of at least one participant of the target meeting may be obtained in response to the target entity meeting room being selected; as another example of this implementation, a personal meeting number of at least one participant of the target meeting may be obtained in response to the request to obtain the personal meeting number. Of course, the personal meeting number of at least one participant of the target meeting may also be obtained in response to other preset trigger conditions, which is not limited herein. In this implementation, at least the meeting number of the second electronic device and the personal meeting number of the at least one participant of the target meeting may be displayed in the meeting number selection interface of the first electronic device in response to the meeting number selection request. In the implementation manner, by acquiring the personal conference number of at least one participant of the target conference and responding to the conference number selection request, the personal conference number of at least one participant of the target conference is displayed in the conference number selection interface of the first electronic device, so that the reservation staff can conveniently and quickly select the personal conference number of the participant of the target conference as the conference number corresponding to the target conference, and the time for setting the conference number for the target conference by the reservation staff is saved.
In one possible implementation, the method further includes: and under the condition that the conference number selection interface of the first electronic equipment comprises any personal conference number and the personal conference number comprises personnel description information, displaying the personnel description information corresponding to the personal conference number in the conference number selection interface of the first electronic equipment, wherein the personnel description information corresponding to the personal conference number is used for describing personnel to which the personal conference number belongs. In this implementation, the person description information may be any information that can describe a person to which the corresponding personal meeting number belongs. For example, the person description information may include at least one of a name, a portrait image, information of a department to which the person belongs, and the like. The portrait image can be any image capable of showing appearance characteristics. For example, the portrait image may be an avatar, a bust, or a whole body portrait, and the like, but is not limited thereto. The information of the department may be a name, a number, etc. of the department. In this implementation manner, when any one person meeting number is included in the meeting number selection interface of the first electronic device and the person meeting number includes the person description information, the person description information corresponding to the person meeting number is displayed in the meeting number selection interface of the first electronic device, so that the reference can be provided to the reservation staff, and the reservation staff can be helped to accurately and quickly select the meeting number.
In one possible implementation, the method further includes: under the condition that any personal meeting number is included in a meeting number selection interface of the first electronic equipment, responding to a change request corresponding to the personal meeting number, and changing the relevant information of the personal meeting number, wherein the relevant information of the personal meeting number comprises at least one of the serial number, the conference-entering password and the personnel description information of the personal meeting number. In this implementation manner, the personal meeting number in the meeting number selection interface of the first electronic device may be a common meeting number of the appointed person, or may not be a common meeting number of the appointed person, which is not limited herein. In addition, the personal meeting number in the meeting number selection interface of the first electronic device may be the personal meeting number of the reservation person itself, or may be the personal meeting number of other persons, which is not limited herein. In the implementation mode, under the condition that the conference number selection interface of the first electronic device comprises any personal conference number, the relevant information of the personal conference number is changed in response to the change request corresponding to the personal conference number, so that the function of changing the relevant information of the personal conference number is provided in the conference number selection interface, and therefore, the reservation personnel can conveniently maintain the relevant information of the personal conference number in the conference number selection interface in the conference reservation process, and can conveniently select the conference number in the next conference reservation.
In one possible implementation, the method further includes: and under the condition that the conference number selection interface of the first electronic equipment comprises any personal conference number and the personal conference number comprises the conference password, displaying the conference password corresponding to the personal conference number in the conference number selection interface of the first electronic equipment. In the implementation manner, under the condition that any one person meeting number is included in the meeting number selection interface of the first electronic device and the person meeting number includes the access password, the access password corresponding to the person meeting number is displayed while the person meeting number is displayed in the meeting number selection interface of the first electronic device, so that a reservation person can conveniently and quickly obtain more information of the person meeting number in the meeting number selection interface.
Of course, in another possible implementation manner, in the case that the conference number selection interface of the first electronic device includes any personal conference number and the personal conference number includes the conference entry password, only the personal conference number may be displayed in the conference number selection interface of the first electronic device, and the conference entry password corresponding to the personal conference number is not displayed.
In a possible implementation manner, after determining the selected meeting number as the meeting number corresponding to the target meeting, the method further includes: displaying a conference number corresponding to the target conference in a main page of a conference reservation interface; or, displaying the conference number corresponding to the target conference and the conference password corresponding to the conference number in a main page of a conference reservation interface. Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram illustrating a main page of a conference reservation interface in the conference reservation method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 9, a conference number "9034590 XXX" corresponding to the target conference and a conference entry password "315 XXX" corresponding to the conference number may be displayed in the main page of the conference reservation interface. In the example shown in fig. 9, a conference number "9034590 XXX" corresponding to the target conference and a conference entry password "315 XXX" corresponding to the conference number are displayed in the addition description window. Of course, the conference number corresponding to the target conference and the conference password corresponding to the conference number may also be displayed in other positions of the main page of the conference reservation interface, which is not limited herein. In the implementation mode, the conference number corresponding to the target conference is displayed in the main page of the conference reservation interface, or the conference number corresponding to the target conference and the conference access password corresponding to the conference number are displayed, so that after the main page of the conference reservation interface is returned, the reservation staff can still see the information of the selected conference number, and the reservation staff can conveniently and clearly know the current reservation condition of the target conference.
In a possible implementation manner, after determining the selected meeting number as the meeting number corresponding to the target meeting, the method further includes: and responding to the completion of the target conference reservation, and sending related information of the target conference to participants of the target conference, wherein the related information at least comprises a conference number corresponding to the target conference, or the related information at least comprises the conference number corresponding to the target conference and a conference-in password corresponding to the conference number. In the implementation mode, under the condition that the conference number corresponding to the target conference does not include the conference-in password, the conference number corresponding to the target conference can be sent to the participants of the target conference in response to the completion of the reservation of the target conference; and under the condition that the conference number corresponding to the target conference comprises the conference-in password, sending the conference number corresponding to the target conference and the conference-in password corresponding to the conference number to the participants of the target conference in response to the completion of the reservation of the target conference. In the implementation mode, the conference number corresponding to the target conference or the conference number corresponding to the target conference and the conference access password corresponding to the conference number are sent to the participants of the target conference in response to the completion of the reservation of the target conference, so that the participants of the target conference can conveniently remotely access the target conference.
The conference reservation method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can be applied to conference reservation systems, conference rooms, reservation systems, conference systems, enterprise administrative management and other application scenes of enterprises, units, colleges and universities and the like.
The following describes a conference reservation method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure through a specific application scenario. In this application scenario, a reservation person may fill in a meeting topic, invite a participant, and select a meeting date and time in a appointment meeting interface as shown in fig. 3 and 4. The first electronic device may enter a meeting room selection interface as shown in fig. 5 in response to a selection of a meeting room control in the appointment meeting interface being triggered. The reservation personnel can select the target entity conference room through the conference room selection interface. For example, the selected target physical meeting room is "SZ-12A-1905 coast City (10 people)". After the target entity conference room is selected, the first electronic device may acquire, in response to the conference number selection request, a conference number of the second electronic device in the target entity conference room and a common conference number of the reservation person. The first electronic device can at least display the meeting number of the second electronic device and the commonly used meeting number of the reservation personnel in a meeting number selection interface of the first electronic device so as to be selected by the reservation personnel. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the meeting number selection interface of the first electronic device may further include a new meeting number control. The first electronic device can respond to the triggering of the newly-added conference number control, acquire the newly-added conference number of the reservation personnel, and add the newly-added conference number as the common conference number of the reservation personnel. The newly added conference number can reside in the conference number selection interface, so that the reservation personnel can conveniently select the conference number when the next conference reservation is made. The first electronic device may determine, in response to selection of any conference number in the conference number selection interface, the selected conference number as a conference number corresponding to the target conference.
It is understood that the above-mentioned method embodiments of the present disclosure can be combined with each other to form a combined embodiment without departing from the logic of the principle, which is limited by the space, and the detailed description of the present disclosure is omitted. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that in the above methods of the specific embodiments, the specific order of execution of the steps should be determined by their function and possibly their inherent logic.
In addition, the present disclosure also provides a conference reservation apparatus, an electronic device, a computer-readable storage medium, and a program, which can be used to implement any conference reservation method provided by the present disclosure, and corresponding technical solutions and technical effects can be referred to corresponding records of the method section, and are not described in detail again.
Fig. 10 shows a block diagram of a conference reservation apparatus provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. The conference reservation device is applied to the first electronic equipment. As shown in fig. 10, the conference reservation apparatus includes:
a first determining module 31, configured to determine, in response to the entity conference room selection request, a target entity conference room selected by a reservation person of the target conference;
a first obtaining module 32, configured to obtain a conference number corresponding to a second electronic device in the target entity conference room, where the second electronic device is an entity device arranged in the target entity conference room;

and the changing module is used for responding to a changing request corresponding to the personal conference number and changing the relevant information of the personal conference number under the condition that the conference number selection interface of the first electronic equipment comprises any personal conference number, wherein the relevant information of the personal conference number comprises at least one of the serial number, the conference-in password and the personnel description information of the personal conference number.
In one possible implementation, the apparatus further includes:
and the eighth display module is used for displaying the conference password corresponding to the personal conference number in the conference number selection interface of the first electronic equipment under the condition that the personal conference number comprises the conference password.
In one possible implementation, the apparatus further includes:
the ninth display module is used for displaying the conference number corresponding to the target conference in a main page of a conference reservation interface;
or,
and the tenth display module is used for displaying the conference number corresponding to the target conference and the conference password corresponding to the conference number in a main page of a conference reservation interface.
In one possible implementation, the apparatus further includes:
and the sending module is used for responding to the completion of the reservation of the target conference and sending the relevant information of the target conference to the participants of the target conference, wherein the relevant information at least comprises a conference number corresponding to the target conference, or the relevant information at least comprises a conference number corresponding to the target conference and a conference-joining password corresponding to the conference number.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, by responding to a selection request of an entity conference room, determining a target entity conference room selected by a reservation person of a target conference, acquiring a conference number corresponding to a second electronic device in the target entity conference room, responding to the selection request of the conference number, displaying at least the conference number of the second electronic device in a conference number selection interface of the first electronic device, and responding to any conference number in the conference number selection interface being selected, determining the selected conference number as the conference number corresponding to the target conference, thereby associating the entity conference room with the conference number corresponding to the electronic device in the entity conference room, during a conference reservation process, according to the target entity conference room selected by the reservation person, displaying the corresponding conference number for the reservation person to select, without manually searching the conference number corresponding to the target entity conference room by the reservation person, therefore, the efficiency of meeting reservation of reservation personnel can be improved, and the time of the reservation personnel is saved.
In some embodiments, functions or modules included in the apparatus provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be used to execute the method described in the above method embodiments, and specific implementations and technical effects thereof may refer to the description of the above method embodiments, which are not described herein again for brevity.
Embodiments of the present disclosure also provide a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon computer program instructions, which when executed by a processor, implement the above-described method. The computer-readable storage medium may be a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, or may be a volatile computer-readable storage medium.
Embodiments of the present disclosure also provide a computer program, which includes computer readable code, and when the computer readable code runs in an electronic device, a processor in the electronic device executes the above method.
The disclosed embodiments also provide a computer program product comprising computer readable code or a non-volatile computer readable storage medium carrying computer readable code, which when run in an electronic device, a processor in the electronic device performs the above method.
An embodiment of the present disclosure further provides an electronic device, including: one or more processors; a memory for storing executable instructions; wherein the one or more processors are configured to invoke the memory-stored executable instructions to perform the above-described method.
The electronic device may be provided as a terminal, server, or other form of device.
Fig. 11 illustrates a block diagram of an electronic device 800 provided by an embodiment of the disclosure. For example, the electronic device 800 may be a mobile phone, a computer, a digital broadcast terminal, a messaging device, a game console, a tablet device, a medical device, a fitness device, a personal digital assistant, or the like terminal.
Referring to fig. 11, electronic device 800 may include one or more of the following components: processing component 802, memory 804, power component 806, multimedia component 808, audio component 810, input/output (I/O) interface 812, sensor component 814, and communication component 816.
The processing component 802 generally controls overall operation of the electronic device 800, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing components 802 may include one or more processors 820 to execute instructions to perform all or a portion of the steps of the methods described above. Further, the processing component 802 can include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between the processing component 802 and other components. For example, the processing component 802 may include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 808 and the processing component 802.
The memory 804 is configured to store various types of data to support operations at the electronic device 800. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the electronic device 800, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth. The memory 804 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
The power supply component 806 provides power to the various components of the electronic device 800. The power components 806 may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the electronic device 800.
The multimedia component 808 includes a screen that provides an output interface between the electronic device 800 and a user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 808 includes a front facing camera and/or a rear facing camera. The front camera and/or the rear camera may receive external multimedia data when the electronic device 800 is in an operation mode, such as a shooting mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.
The audio component 810 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component 810 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the electronic device 800 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may further be stored in the memory 804 or transmitted via the communication component 816. In some embodiments, audio component 810 also includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The I/O interface 812 provides an interface between the processing component 802 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor assembly 814 includes one or more sensors for providing various aspects of state assessment for the electronic device 800. For example, the sensor assembly 814 may detect an open/closed state of the electronic device 800, the relative positioning of components, such as a display and keypad of the electronic device 800, the sensor assembly 814 may also detect a change in position of the electronic device 800 or a component of the electronic device 800, the presence or absence of user contact with the electronic device 800, orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the electronic device 800, and a change in temperature of the electronic device 800. Sensor assembly 814 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object without any physical contact. The sensor assembly 814 may also include a light sensor, such as a Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) or Charge Coupled Device (CCD) image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 814 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 816 is configured to facilitate wired or wireless communication between the electronic device 800 and other devices. The electronic device 800 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as a wireless network (Wi-Fi), a second generation mobile communication technology (2G), a third generation mobile communication technology (3G), a fourth generation mobile communication technology (4G), a long term evolution of universal mobile communication technology (LTE), a fifth generation mobile communication technology (5G), or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 816 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 816 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device 800 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described methods.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, such as the memory 804, is also provided that includes computer program instructions executable by the processor 820 of the electronic device 800 to perform the above-described methods.
The present disclosure may be systems, methods, and/or computer program products. The computer program product may include a computer-readable storage medium having computer-readable program instructions embodied thereon for causing a processor to implement various aspects of the present disclosure.
The computer readable storage medium may be a tangible device that can hold and store the instructions for use by the instruction execution device. The computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic memory device, a magnetic memory device, an optical memory device, an electromagnetic memory device, a semiconductor memory device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer readable storage medium would include the following: a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), a Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), a Digital Versatile Disc (DVD), a memory stick, a floppy disk, a mechanical coding device, such as punch cards or in-groove projection structures having instructions stored thereon, and any suitable combination of the foregoing. Computer-readable storage media as used herein is not to be construed as transitory signals per se, such as radio waves or other freely propagating electromagnetic waves, electromagnetic waves propagating through a waveguide or other transmission medium (e.g., optical pulses through a fiber optic cable), or electrical signals transmitted through electrical wires.
The computer-readable program instructions described herein may be downloaded from a computer-readable storage medium to a respective computing/processing device, or to an external computer or external storage device via a network, such as the internet, a local area network, a wide area network, and/or a wireless network. The network may include copper transmission cables, fiber optic transmission, wireless transmission, routers, firewalls, switches, gateway computers and/or edge servers. The network adapter card or network interface in each computing/processing device receives computer-readable program instructions from the network and forwards the computer-readable program instructions for storage in a computer-readable storage medium in the respective computing/processing device.
Computer program instructions for carrying out operations of the present disclosure may be assembler instructions, Instruction Set Architecture (ISA) instructions, machine-related instructions, microcode, firmware instructions, state setting data, or source or object code written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Smalltalk, C + + or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The computer-readable program instructions may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the latter scenario, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any type of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or the connection may be made to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider). In some embodiments, the electronic circuitry that can execute the computer-readable program instructions implements aspects of the present disclosure by utilizing the state information of the computer-readable program instructions to personalize the electronic circuitry, such as a programmable logic circuit, a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or a Programmable Logic Array (PLA).
Various aspects of the present disclosure are described herein with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems) and computer program products according to embodiments of the disclosure. It will be understood that each block of the flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams, and combinations of blocks in the flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer-readable program instructions.
These computer-readable program instructions may be provided to a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, or other programmable data processing apparatus to produce a machine, such that the instructions, which execute via the processor of the computer or other programmable data processing apparatus, create means for implementing the functions/acts specified in the flowchart and/or block diagram block or blocks. These computer-readable program instructions may also be stored in a computer-readable storage medium that can direct a computer, programmable data processing apparatus, and/or other devices to function in a particular manner, such that the computer-readable medium storing the instructions comprises an article of manufacture including instructions which implement the function/act specified in the flowchart and/or block diagram block or blocks.
The computer readable program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer, other programmable data processing apparatus, or other devices to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer, other programmable apparatus or other devices to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer, other programmable apparatus or other devices implement the functions/acts specified in the flowchart and/or block diagram block or blocks.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of instructions, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). In some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The computer program product may be embodied in hardware, software or a combination thereof. In an alternative embodiment, the computer program product is embodied in a computer storage medium, and in another alternative embodiment, the computer program product is embodied in a Software product, such as a Software Development Kit (SDK), or the like.

Claims (15)
1. A conference reservation method is applied to a first electronic device, and comprises the following steps:
responding to the entity conference room selection request, and determining a target entity conference room selected by a reservation person of a target conference;
acquiring a conference number corresponding to second electronic equipment in the target entity conference room, wherein the second electronic equipment is entity equipment arranged in the target entity conference room;
responding to a meeting number selection request, and at least displaying a meeting number of the second electronic equipment in a meeting number selection interface of the first electronic equipment;
and determining the selected conference number as the conference number corresponding to the target conference in response to the selection of any conference number in the conference number selection interface.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
searching a common conference number of the reservation personnel, wherein the common conference number is a personal conference number which is commonly used by the reservation personnel;
responding to the conference number selection request, finding the commonly used conference number, and displaying the commonly used conference number in a conference number selection interface of the first electronic device.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the method further comprises:
responding to the conference number selection request, and displaying a newly added conference number control in a conference number selection interface of the first electronic equipment;
acquiring a newly added conference number of the reservation personnel in response to the newly added conference number control being triggered;
and adding the newly added conference number as a common conference number of the reservation personnel.
4. The method of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein after determining the target entity conference room selected by the reservation person of the target conference, the method further comprises:
and responding to the conference number selection request, and displaying conference room description information corresponding to the conference number of the second electronic equipment in a conference number selection interface of the first electronic equipment, wherein the conference room description information corresponding to the conference number of the second electronic equipment is used for describing the target entity conference room.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:
acquiring a personal meeting number of the reservation personnel;
and responding to the meeting number selection request, and displaying the personal meeting number of the reservation personnel in a meeting number selection interface of the first electronic equipment.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising:
acquiring the personal meeting number of at least one participant of the target meeting;
and responding to the meeting number selection request, and displaying the personal meeting number of the at least one participant in a meeting number selection interface of the first electronic equipment.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising:
and under the condition that the conference number selection interface of the first electronic equipment comprises any personal conference number and the personal conference number comprises personnel description information, displaying the personnel description information corresponding to the personal conference number in the conference number selection interface of the first electronic equipment, wherein the personnel description information corresponding to the personal conference number is used for describing personnel to which the personal conference number belongs.
8. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising:
under the condition that any personal meeting number is included in a meeting number selection interface of the first electronic equipment, responding to a change request corresponding to the personal meeting number, and changing the relevant information of the personal meeting number, wherein the relevant information of the personal meeting number comprises at least one of the serial number, the conference-entering password and the personnel description information of the personal meeting number.
9. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising:
and under the condition that the conference number selection interface of the first electronic equipment comprises any personal conference number and the personal conference number comprises the conference password, displaying the conference password corresponding to the personal conference number in the conference number selection interface of the first electronic equipment.
10. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein after determining the selected meeting number as the meeting number corresponding to the target meeting, the method further comprises:
displaying a conference number corresponding to the target conference in a main page of a conference reservation interface;
or,
and displaying the conference number corresponding to the target conference and the conference password corresponding to the conference number in a main page of a conference reservation interface.
11. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein after determining the selected meeting number as the meeting number corresponding to the target meeting, the method further comprises:
and responding to the completion of the reservation of the target conference, and sending related information of the target conference to participants of the target conference, wherein the related information at least comprises a conference number corresponding to the target conference, or the related information at least comprises a conference number corresponding to the target conference and a conference-joining password corresponding to the conference number.
12. A conference reservation apparatus, the apparatus being applied to a first electronic device, the apparatus comprising:
the first determining module is used for responding to the entity conference room selection request and determining a target entity conference room selected by a reservation person of a target conference;
a first obtaining module, configured to obtain a conference number corresponding to a second electronic device in the target entity conference room, where the second electronic device is an entity device disposed in the target entity conference room;
the first display module is used for responding to a conference number selection request and at least displaying the conference number of the second electronic equipment in a conference number selection interface of the first electronic equipment;
and the second determining module is used for determining the selected conference number as the conference number corresponding to the target conference in response to the selection of any conference number in the conference number selection interface.
13. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a memory for storing executable instructions;
wherein the one or more processors are configured to invoke the memory-stored executable instructions to perform the method of any of claims 1-11.
14. A computer readable storage medium having stored thereon computer program instructions, which when executed by a processor, implement the method of any one of claims 1 to 11.
15. A computer program product comprising computer readable code or a non-transitory computer readable storage medium carrying computer readable code which, when run in an electronic device, causes a processor in the electronic device to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 11.
