Abstract
The invention provides a teleconference method and a teleconference device, wherein the teleconference method comprises the following steps: the remote conference method comprises the following steps; s101: the video host receives a conference setting instruction input by a conference host, and a conference is established according to the conference setting instruction; s102: the method comprises the steps of obtaining the authority of a conference host, determining the scope of conference personnel according to the authority, inviting the conference personnel in the scope of the conference personnel and sharing conference content to the conference personnel through an intelligent video terminal, and managing the conference according to an input management instruction. Background
Modern enterprises are getting larger and larger in scale, and people are distributed more and more widely and more dispersedly, so that the demand of people on the cooperation of different places is more and more urgent. Since the conference system can transmit voice and image data in real time, it has become an effective communication tool for cooperation with offices in different places.
However, the existing conference system is mostly based on a telephone network or a wired network for communication, and needs to collect the participants to a fixed place, and when the participants are distributed dispersedly or go out temporarily, the conference cannot be held; in addition, the conventional conference system only invites participants one by one through a conference host when inviting, which is time-consuming and inefficient, and is easy to mistake an invitation object when the number of conference system personnel is large.
