if yes, feeding back error-free information of personnel to the target host account;
otherwise, marking the participating account name which is not covered by the participating account name in the conference entering request in the participating information as an absent account name;
and an information sending module 405, configured to send the absence information of the staff to a use terminal corresponding to the target host account, where the absence information of the staff includes a name of the absence account.
Optionally, the information sending module 405 is specifically configured to:
acquiring historical terminal identification information corresponding to the name of an absent account within preset time, and selecting the historical terminal identification information with the latest time;
sending a meeting participation prompt to a using terminal corresponding to the selected historical terminal identification information, wherein the meeting participation prompt comprises meeting time and meeting entrance information;
and sending rechecking completion information to a use terminal corresponding to the target host account, wherein the rechecking completion information comprises the name of the absent account and an automatic notification prompt.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the apparatus further includes:
the information retrieval module 501: when the confidential attribute information is the confidential conference, calling a historical use record of the target conference participating account within a preset time range, wherein the historical use record at least comprises historical terminal identification information corresponding to the target conference participating account;
the information determining module 404 is further configured to: judging whether the historical terminal identification information comprises the terminal identification information in the conference entering request;
an information feedback module 402, further configured to: if the historical terminal identification information comprises the terminal identification information in the conference joining request, feeding back a conference interface to the target conference joining account;
otherwise, feeding back an account verification interface to the target participating account;
an information feedback module 402, further configured to: when the account verification is successful, a conference interface is fed back to the target conference account;
and the information storage module 502 is configured to store terminal identification information corresponding to the target participation account.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 6, the apparatus further includes:
the information generation module 601 is used for randomly generating access passwords corresponding to the names of the participating accounts one by one;
inquiring emergency contact terminals corresponding to all the participating account names in a preset emergency contact terminal database, and sending access passwords corresponding to the participating account names to the emergency contact terminals;

the information judgment module 404 is further configured to judge whether the target host account is legal, and if so, query company identification information corresponding to the host account name in a preset user database;
inquiring company information corresponding to the company identification information in a preset company information database, wherein the company information comprises a plurality of department names, and each department name corresponds to a member account name;
the information feedback module 402 is further configured to feed back a participant selection interface to the target host account, where the participant selection interface includes a selection key corresponding to each department name;
the instruction receiving module 401 is further configured to receive a selection instruction of a use terminal corresponding to the target host account for the target department name, and set the member account name corresponding to the target department name as the conference account name corresponding to the target conference.

Claims (10)

1. A method for remote office management, the method comprising:
receiving a newly-built conference instruction sent by a target host account through a terminal, wherein the newly-built conference instruction at least comprises conference time and participant information, and the participant information comprises participant account names of all participants;
feeding back conference information to the target host account, wherein the conference information at least comprises conference time, automatically generated conference identification information and conference entrance information;
receiving a conference joining request sent by a using terminal corresponding to a conference joining account, wherein the conference joining request comprises terminal identification information of the using terminal and a conference joining account name corresponding to the using terminal;
receiving a personnel rechecking instruction sent by the target host account, and judging whether the names of the conference participating accounts in the conference participating information are completely covered by the names of the conference participating accounts in the conference joining request;
if yes, feeding back error-free information of personnel to the target host account;
otherwise, marking the participating account name which is not covered by the participating account name in the conference joining request in the participating information as an absent account name;
and sending the absence information of the personnel to a use terminal corresponding to the target host account, wherein the absence information of the personnel comprises the name of the absence account.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the sending the absence of people information to a use terminal corresponding to the target host account comprises:
acquiring historical terminal identification information corresponding to the absent account name within preset time, and selecting the historical terminal identification information with the latest time;
sending a meeting participation prompt to a use terminal corresponding to the selected historical terminal identification information, wherein the meeting participation prompt comprises meeting time and meeting entrance information;
and sending rechecking completion information to a use terminal corresponding to the target host account, wherein the rechecking completion information comprises the absent account name and an automatic notification reminder.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the new conference command further comprises confidential attribute information, wherein the confidential attribute information is a general conference or a confidential conference;
when the confidential attribute information is a confidential conference, after receiving a conference joining request sent by a using terminal, the method further includes:
calling a historical use record of the target participation account within a preset time range, wherein the historical use record at least comprises historical terminal identification information corresponding to the target participation account;
judging whether the historical terminal identification information comprises the terminal identification information in the conference entering request or not;
if yes, a conference interface is fed back to the target conference account;
otherwise, feeding back an account verification interface to the target participating account;
when the account verification is successful, feeding back a conference interface to the target conference account;
and storing the terminal identification information corresponding to the target participating account.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein when the confidential attribute information is a confidential conference, after receiving a new conference instruction sent by the target host account using a terminal, the method further comprises:
randomly generating an admission password corresponding to the names of the participating accounts one by one;
inquiring all emergency contact terminals corresponding to the conference participating account names in a preset emergency contact terminal database, and sending admission passwords corresponding to the conference participating account names to the emergency contact terminals;
the feeding back a conference interface to the target conference account includes:
receiving an access password sent by the target using terminal;
judging whether the access password is the access password corresponding to the target participation account corresponding to the target use terminal;
if yes, a conference interface is fed back to the target conference account;
otherwise, sending password authentication failure information to the target use terminal.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising, after the sending password authentication failure information:
recording and storing an abnormal verification event, wherein the abnormal verification event comprises a target conference participation account name, target terminal identification information and target conference identification information corresponding to the target use terminal;
when the number of times of the abnormal verification events of the target conference account name aiming at the target conference information exceeds a preset early warning threshold value, generating illegal intrusion early warning information, wherein the illegal intrusion early warning information comprises the target conference account name;
and sending illegal intrusion early warning information to a use terminal corresponding to the target host account.
6. The method according to claim 5, further comprising, after sending the illegal intrusion alert information to the user terminal corresponding to the target host account, the following steps:
randomly changing the access password corresponding to the target conference account name;
and sending illegal intrusion information and the changed access password to a use terminal corresponding to the target host account.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising, before the receiving a new conference instruction sent by the target host account using the terminal:
receiving a login request sent by the target host terminal, wherein the login request comprises a host account name corresponding to the target host account;
judging whether the target host account is legal or not, and if so, inquiring company identification information corresponding to the host account name in a preset user database;
inquiring company information corresponding to the company identification information in a preset company information database, wherein the company information comprises a plurality of department names, and each department name corresponds to a member account name;
feeding back a participant selection interface to the target host account, wherein the participant selection interface comprises a selection key corresponding to each department name;
and receiving a selection instruction of a use terminal corresponding to the target host account for the target department name, and setting the member account name corresponding to the target department name as a conference participating account name corresponding to the target conference.
8. A remote office management apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the conference system comprises an instruction receiving module (401) and a conference information processing module, wherein the instruction receiving module is used for receiving a newly-built conference instruction sent by a target host account through a terminal, the newly-built conference instruction at least comprises conference time and participant information, and the participant information comprises participant account names of all participants;
an information feedback module (402) for feeding back conference information to the target host account, wherein the conference information at least comprises conference time, automatically generated conference identification information and conference entrance information;
a request receiving module (403) configured to receive a conference joining request sent by a user terminal corresponding to a conference joining account, where the conference joining request includes terminal identification information of the user terminal and a name of the conference joining account corresponding to the user terminal;
the conference joining system comprises an information judgment module (404) and a conference joining system, wherein the information judgment module is used for receiving a conference joining request sent by a using terminal corresponding to a conference joining account, and the conference joining request comprises terminal identification information of the using terminal and a conference joining account name corresponding to the using terminal;
receiving a personnel rechecking instruction sent by the target host account, and judging whether the names of the conference participating accounts in the conference participating information are completely covered by the names of the conference participating accounts in the conference joining request;
if yes, feeding back error-free information of personnel to the target host account;
otherwise, marking the participating account name which is not covered by the participating account name in the conference joining request in the participating information as an absent account name;
and the information sending module (405) is used for sending the absence information of the staff to a use terminal corresponding to the target host account, wherein the absence information of the staff comprises the name of the absence account.
9. An apparatus comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored thereon a computer program that can be loaded by the processor and that executes the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored which can be loaded by a processor and which executes the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
