一种高内防腐性污水储罐,涉及防腐技术领域,包括罐体,相邻罐体通过焊接连接在一起,相邻罐体之间形成一焊缝,所述罐体内部设有一层聚硫橡胶改性环氧树脂,所述聚硫橡胶改性环氧树脂上方设有三层环氧聚硫鳞片玻璃布,所述三层环氧聚硫鳞片玻璃布上方设有环氧聚硫鳞片面漆。本发明利用聚硫橡胶改性环氧树脂作为底漆,利用多层环氧聚硫鳞片玻璃布进行焊接处的防护,利用导热板导热避免碳化,可完美的解决现有技术中存在的碳化、膜下腐蚀的问题。

一种高内防腐性污水储罐
技术领域
本发明涉及防腐技术领域,具体地说是一种高内防腐性污水储罐。
背景技术
在加工含硫原油时,常减压、催化裂化、延迟焦化、加氢精制等装置都要排出大量含油酸性水,这些污水必须经过预处理,进行油水分离后,将酸性水中的硫化氢含量降到一定值,才可以排放至污水处理场进一步处理。经过处理后的污水需要存储在污水储罐中。
目前污水储罐一般内部进行防腐处理,采用环氧树脂,但是从长期使用来看,污水储罐的防护层有碳化现象,其次,污水中酚含量很高,约在700-1000mg/L,它能造成膜下腐蚀,然而目前并没有很好的解决方案。
发明内容
针对现在污水储罐防护层碳化及容易出现膜下腐蚀的问题,本发明提供一种高内防腐性污水储罐,可以避免上述问题的发生。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
一种高内防腐性污水储罐,包括罐体,相邻罐体通过焊接连接在一起,相邻罐体之间形成一焊缝,所述罐体内部设有一层聚硫橡胶改性环氧树脂,所述聚硫橡胶改性环氧树脂上方设有三层环氧聚硫鳞片玻璃布,所述三层环氧聚硫鳞片玻璃布上方设有环氧聚硫鳞片面漆。
进一步的,所述聚硫橡胶改性环氧树脂与三层环氧聚硫鳞片玻璃布之间还设有两层环氧聚硫鳞片玻璃,所述环氧聚硫鳞片玻璃布处于焊缝正上方。
进一步的,所述环氧聚硫鳞片玻璃布边缘至少远离焊缝30cm。
进一步的,所述罐体上方设有上顶板,所述罐体底部设有下底板,所述上顶板与下底板之间设有预处理机构。
进一步的,所述预处理机构包括上连板及下连板,其中上连板上安装有上转轴,所述上转轴上连接有上绕线轮,所述下连板上转动连接有下转轴,所述下转轴连接有下绕线轮,所述下转轴连接有驱动电机,所述上绕线轮与下绕线轮通过同步带驱动连接,所述同步带上安装有连接盒,所述连接盒上滑动配合有靠近板,所述连接盒上设有支撑板,所述支撑板与靠近板之间设有弹簧,所述靠近板上设有辅助轮,所述辅助轮抵靠在罐体内壁上,所述靠近板上设有喷砂口,所述喷砂口连接有喷砂管,喷砂管连接有喷砂机,所述靠近板上设有无损检测装置。
进一步的,焊缝后经过无损检测装置检测后,如果存在漏点,需要对所有漏点进行高温修补剂进行修补。
进一步的,所述罐体外侧设有导热板,所述导热板处于焊缝正上方,所述导热板外侧设有外壳体。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明利用聚硫橡胶改性环氧树脂作为底漆,利用
多层环氧聚硫鳞片玻璃布进行焊接处的防护,并借助无损检测装置进行漏点检测并修补,利用导热板导热避免碳化,因玻璃鳞片加入涂层中在表面张力作用下能有效阻止腐蚀介质的扩散渗入,进而本发明可完美的解决现有技术中存在的碳化、膜下腐蚀的问题。

至少一个实施例中,所述聚硫橡胶改性环氧树脂3与三层环氧聚硫鳞片玻璃布5之间还设有两层环氧聚硫鳞片玻璃4,所述环氧聚硫鳞片玻璃布4处于焊缝正上方,对全部焊缝进行加强防护。
进一步的,所述环氧聚硫鳞片玻璃布4边缘至少远离焊缝30cm。
至少一个实施例中,如图3及图4所示,所述罐体上方设有上顶板11,所述罐体底部设有下底板12,所述上顶板与下底板之间设有预处理机构,预处理机构可对焊缝进行表面处理及对焊接进行检测漏点,避免后期出现内罐腐蚀及漏点现象。
至少一个实施例中,所述预处理机构包括上连板71及下连板7,其中上连板上安装有上转轴75,所述上转轴上连接有上绕线轮76,与之配合的是,所述下连板上转动连接有下转轴72,所述下转轴连接有下绕线轮73,所述下转轴连接有驱动电机74,所述上绕线轮与下绕线轮通过同步带77驱动连接,所述同步带上安装有连接盒78,所述连接盒上滑动配合有靠近板79,所述连接盒上设有支撑板710,所述支撑板与靠近板之间设有弹簧711。所述靠近板上设有辅助轮712,所述辅助轮抵靠在罐体内壁上,所述靠近板上设有喷砂口714,所述喷砂口连接有喷砂管,喷砂管连接有喷砂机,所述靠近板上设有无损检测装置713,可用于检测是否有气孔、夹渣、未焊透、未熔合、裂纹、凹坑、咬边、焊瘤等焊接缺陷。
进一步的,焊缝后经过无损检测装置检测后,如果存在漏点,需要对所有漏点进行高温修补剂进行修补。

1.一种高内防腐性污水储罐,其特征在于,包括罐体,相邻罐体通过焊接连接在一起,相邻罐体之间形成一焊缝,所述罐体内部设有一层聚硫橡胶改性环氧树脂,所述聚硫橡胶改性环氧树脂上方设有三层环氧聚硫鳞片玻璃布,所述三层环氧聚硫鳞片玻璃布上方设有环氧聚硫鳞片面漆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高内防腐性污水储罐,其特征在于,所述聚硫橡胶改性环氧树脂与三层环氧聚硫鳞片玻璃布之间还设有两层环氧聚硫鳞片玻璃,所述环氧聚硫鳞片玻璃布处于焊缝正上方。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高内防腐性污水储罐,其特征在于,所述环氧聚硫鳞片玻璃布边缘至少远离焊缝30cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高内防腐性污水储罐,其特征在于,所述罐体上方设有上顶板,所述罐体底部设有下底板,所述上顶板与下底板之间设有预处理机构。
5.根据权利要求4所述的高内防腐性污水储罐,其特征在于,所述预处理机构包括上连板及下连板,其中上连板上安装有上转轴,所述上转轴上连接有上绕线轮,所述下连板上转动连接有下转轴,所述下转轴连接有下绕线轮,所述下转轴连接有驱动电机,所述上绕线轮与下绕线轮通过同步带驱动连接,所述同步带上安装有连接盒,所述连接盒上滑动配合有靠近板,所述连接盒上设有支撑板,所述支撑板与靠近板之间设有弹簧,所述靠近板上设有辅助轮,所述辅助轮抵靠在罐体内壁上,所述靠近板上设有喷砂口,所述喷砂口连接有喷砂管,喷砂管连接有喷砂机,所述靠近板上设有无损检测装置。
