技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于食品的容器。
背景技术
在用于食品的容器领域，现有技术提供了一种容器，该容器包括具有杯形以容纳至少一种食品的托盘；以及用于封闭托盘的盖(例如薄膜)。
托盘由底壁限定，其进一步由围绕底壁的以环形闭合的侧壁限定，并且具有基本平坦的上周边缘。
盖通过沿上周边缘施加的粘合层固定到托盘。
托盘从聚合物材料片状物开始制造，该聚合物材料片状物与从卷轴展开的聚合物材料带状物分离。
为了防止缠绕在卷轴上的带状物的层彼此粘附，带状物的第一面设置有不粘材料层。
当带状物缠绕在卷轴上时，施加在带状物的第一面上的不粘材料与带状物的第二面接触，并且至少部分地转移到带状物的第二面上。
因此，当托盘从与带状物分离的片状物开始形成时，不粘材料也存在于上周边缘上。
如上所述的此类已知的用于食品的容器具有一些缺点，主要源于施加在上周边缘上的粘合层是施加在不粘材料上的事实。因此，粘合层至少部分地从托盘脱离，因而影响容器的正确闭合。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于食品的容器，该容器没有上述缺点并且生产简单且成本低廉。
根据本发明，提供了一种如权利要求1至3所述的用于食品的容器。
本发明进一步涉及一种制造用于食品的容器的方法。
根据本发明，提供了一种如权利要求4至15所述的一种制造用于食品的容器的方法。

具体实施方式
参考图1、图2、图3和图4，附图标记1表示作为一个整体的用于食品的容器，其包括聚合物材料托盘2，该托盘2具有用于在其中容纳至少一种食品的杯形，由底壁3限定，并且进一步由围绕底壁3的以环形闭合的侧壁4限定。
托盘2具有沿壁4获得的基本平坦的上周边缘5，并且由沿边缘5粘合的盖6(例如，薄膜)密封。
托盘2从片状物7开始获得，该片状物7与带状物8分离，该带状物8由彼此相反的两个面9限定(在图2中仅示出了其中一个)并且从卷轴10展开。
为了防止缠绕在卷轴10上的带状物8的层彼此粘连，带状物8设置有施加到面9中的一个上的不粘材料层(未示出)。
当带状物8缠绕在卷轴10上时，施加到面9中的一个上的不粘材料层(未示出)与另一个面9相接触并且至少部分地转移到另一个面9上。
一旦形成托盘2，则边缘5就会经受表面处理以去除存在于边缘5上的不粘材料层11。
根据图3所示出的，存在于边缘5上的层11通过切屑处理加工来去除，例如，通过横向于托盘2的进料方向14安装成围绕转动轴线13转动的磨辊12进行的研磨处理。
参考图4，在去除层11之后，托盘2被送进粘合装置15，粘合装置15设计为直接施加粘合层16到边缘5的聚合物材料上并且不插入层11。
层16沿着边缘5的整个周边并且在边缘5的至少部分宽度上施加。
在这种特定情况下，装置15包括粘合辊17，粘合辊17横向于方向14安装成围绕转动轴线18转动，具有设置有对应于边缘5的轮廓的压痕19的圆柱形侧表面，并且与转移辊20配合，转移辊20安装成围绕平行于轴线18的转动轴线21转动并且将粘合剂从储存箱(未示出)中转移到辊17。
图5所示出的变型与图3所示出的不同仅仅是因为在该变型中，磨辊12被除去并且替换成清洁装置22，清洁装置22配置为通过等离子处理或电晕处理来清除边缘5上的层11。
图6所示出的变型与图3所示出的不同仅仅是因为在该变型中，磨辊12被除去并且替换成激光装置23，激光装置23配置为烧毁施加在边缘5上的层11。
图7所示出的变型与图4所示出的不同仅仅是因为在该变型中，粘合装置15被除去并且替换成包括摇臂25的粘合装置24，该粘合装置24横向于方向14安装成围绕转动轴线26转动，并且承载连接到其臂的自由端的两个模型27，模型27具有与边缘5的轮廓相对应的轮廓。
每个模型27的轮廓沿着边缘5的整个周边并且在边缘5的至少部分宽度上延伸。
摇臂25安装成在接收站28和施加站30之间间歇地转动，在接收站28中，模型27中的一个布置为与垫片29接触以接收粘合剂，在施加站30中，另一个模型27布置为与边缘5接触以在边缘5上释放粘合剂。
从边缘5上去除层11可以在来自片状物7的托盘2的形成站的下游并且在托盘2填充食品或与其他托盘2堆叠之前进行。
可替代地，在托盘2形成之后，首先堆叠托盘2以进行储存和/或运输，然后将托盘2拆开以允许从边缘5去除层11并且在边缘5上施加层16，并且然后再次堆叠以将托盘2送进包装线，在包装线中托盘2填充相关的食品并且由相关的盖6封闭。
关于以上内容，应当明确，通过控制装置控制层16施加到每个托盘2的边缘5上。
容器1具有一些优点，主要源于这一事实：在施加粘合层16到边缘5上之前不粘材料层11已从边缘5去除，从而防止粘合层16即使部分脱离边缘5并且确保托盘2与盖6正确的密封闭合。

Claims (15)

2.根据权利要求1所述的容器，其中，所述粘合层(16)沿着所述上周边缘(5)的整个周边施加。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的容器，其中，所述上周边缘(5)具有基本平坦的形状和给定宽度；所述粘合层(16)施加在所述上周边缘(5)的至少部分宽度上。
4.一种制造用于食品的容器的方法，所述容器包括托盘(2)，所述托盘(2)由聚合物材料制成，并且具有底壁(3)、侧壁(4)以及上周边缘(5)；所述方法包括以下步骤：
在所述上周边缘(5)上施加粘合层(16)从而将封闭盖(6)锁定在所述上周边缘(5)上；
并且其特征在于，所述方法还包括以下步骤：
在将所述粘合层(16)施加到所述上周边缘(5)上之前，对所述上周边缘(5)进行表面处理；所述粘合层(16)直接施加到所述上周边缘(5)的所述聚合物材料上。
