Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于食品的容器。
背景技术
在用于食品的容器领域,现有技术提供了一种容器,该容器包括具有杯形以容纳至少一种食品的托盘;以及用于封闭托盘的盖(例如薄膜)。
托盘由底壁限定,其进一步由围绕底壁的以环形闭合的侧壁限定,并且具有基本平坦的上周边缘。
盖通过沿上周边缘施加的粘合层固定到托盘。
托盘从聚合物材料片状物开始制造,该聚合物材料片状物与从卷轴展开的聚合物材料带状物分离。
为了防止缠绕在卷轴上的带状物的层彼此粘附,带状物的第一面设置有不粘材料层。
当带状物缠绕在卷轴上时,施加在带状物的第一面上的不粘材料与带状物的第二面接触,并且至少部分地转移到带状物的第二面上。
因此,当托盘从与带状物分离的片状物开始形成时,不粘材料也存在于上周边缘上。
如上所述的此类已知的用于食品的容器具有一些缺点,主要源于施加在上周边缘上的粘合层是施加在不粘材料上的事实。因此,粘合层至少部分地从托盘脱离,因而影响容器的正确闭合。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于食品的容器,该容器没有上述缺点并且生产简单且成本低廉。
根据本发明,提供了一种用于食品的容器。所述容器包括托盘,所述托盘由聚合物材料制成,具有底壁、侧壁以及上周边缘,并且设置有粘合层以将封闭盖锁定在所述上周边缘上;并且其特征在于,所述粘合层直接施加到所述上周边缘的所述聚合物材料上。
进一步地,所述粘合层沿着所述上周边缘的整个周边施加。
进一步地,所述上周边缘具有基本平坦的形状和给定宽度;所述粘合层施加在所述上周边缘的至少部分宽度上
本发明进一步涉及一种制造用于食品的容器的方法。
根据本发明,提供了一种制造用于食品的容器的方法。所述容器包括托盘,所述托盘由聚合物材料制成,并且具有底壁、侧壁以及上周边缘;所述方法包括以下步骤:
在所述上周边缘上施加粘合层从而将封闭盖锁定在所述上周边缘上;
并且其特征在于,所述方法还包括以下步骤:
在将所述粘合层施加到所述上周边缘上之前,对所述上周边缘进行表面处理;所述粘合层直接施加到所述上周边缘的所述聚合物材料上。

根据上述方法,其中,通过模型沿着所述上周边缘的整个周边并且在所述上周边缘的至少部分宽度上施加所述粘合层,所述模型具有与所述上周边缘的轮廓相对应的轮廓。

具体实施方式
参考图1、图2、图3和图4,附图标记1表示作为一个整体的用于食品的容器,其包括聚合物材料托盘2,该托盘2具有用于在其中容纳至少一种食品的杯形,由底壁3限定,并且进一步由围绕底壁3的以环形闭合的侧壁4限定。
托盘2具有沿壁4获得的基本平坦的上周边缘5,并且由沿边缘5粘合的盖6(例如,薄膜)密封。
托盘2从片状物7开始获得,该片状物7与带状物8分离,该带状物8由彼此相反的两个面9限定(在图2中仅示出了其中一个)并且从卷轴10展开。
为了防止缠绕在卷轴10上的带状物8的层彼此粘连,带状物8设置有施加到面9中的一个上的不粘材料层(未示出)。
当带状物8缠绕在卷轴10上时,施加到面9中的一个上的不粘材料层(未示出)与另一个面9相接触并且至少部分地转移到另一个面9上。
一旦形成托盘2,则边缘5就会经受表面处理以去除存在于边缘5上的不粘材料层11。
根据图3所示出的,存在于边缘5上的层11通过切屑处理加工来去除,例如,通过横向于托盘2的进料方向14安装成围绕转动轴线13转动的磨辊12进行的研磨处理。
参考图4,在去除层11之后,托盘2被送进粘合装置15,粘合装置15设计为直接施加粘合层16到边缘5的聚合物材料上并且不插入层11。
层16沿着边缘5的整个周边并且在边缘5的至少部分宽度上施加。
在这种特定情况下,装置15包括粘合辊17,粘合辊17横向于方向14安装成围绕转动轴线18转动,具有设置有对应于边缘5的轮廓的压痕19的圆柱形侧表面,并且与转移辊20配合,转移辊20安装成围绕平行于轴线18的转动轴线21转动并且将粘合剂从储存箱(未示出)中转移到辊17。
图5所示出的变型与图3所示出的不同仅仅是因为在该变型中,磨辊12被除去并且替换成清洁装置22,清洁装置22配置为通过等离子处理或电晕处理来清除边缘5上的层11。
图6所示出的变型与图3所示出的不同仅仅是因为在该变型中,磨辊12被除去并且替换成激光装置23,激光装置23配置为烧毁施加在边缘5上的层11。
图7所示出的变型与图4所示出的不同仅仅是因为在该变型中,粘合装置15被除去并且替换成包括摇臂25的粘合装置24,该粘合装置24横向于方向14安装成围绕转动轴线26转动,并且承载连接到其臂的自由端的两个模型27,模型27具有与边缘5的轮廓相对应的轮廓。
每个模型27的轮廓沿着边缘5的整个周边并且在边缘5的至少部分宽度上延伸。
摇臂25安装成在接收站28和施加站30之间间歇地转动,在接收站28中,模型27中的一个布置为与垫片29接触以接收粘合剂,在施加站30中,另一个模型27布置为与边缘5接触以在边缘5上释放粘合剂。
从边缘5上去除层11可以在来自片状物7的托盘2的形成站的下游并且在托盘2填充食品或与其他托盘2堆叠之前进行。
可替代地,在托盘2形成之后,首先堆叠托盘2以进行储存和/或运输,然后将托盘2拆开以允许从边缘5去除层11并且在边缘5上施加层16,并且然后再次堆叠以将托盘2送进包装线,在包装线中托盘2填充相关的食品并且由相关的盖6封闭。
关于以上内容,应当明确,通过控制装置控制层16施加到每个托盘2的边缘5上。
容器1具有一些优点,主要源于这一事实:在施加粘合层16到边缘5上之前不粘材料层11已从边缘5去除,从而防止粘合层16即使部分脱离边缘5并且确保托盘2与盖6正确的密封闭合。
Claims (11)
1.一种制造用于食品的容器的方法,所述容器包括托盘(2),所述托盘(2)由聚合物材料制成,所述托盘(2)具有底壁(3)、侧壁(4)以及上周边缘(5)并且从聚合物材料片状物(7)开始获得,所述聚合物材料片状物(7)从由两个面(9)限定的聚合物材料带状物(8)切割出,每个托盘(2)设置有不粘材料层(11);所述方法包括以下步骤:
在所述上周边缘(5)上施加粘合层(16)从而将封闭盖(6)锁定在所述上周边缘(5)上;
并且其特征在于,所述方法还包括以下步骤:
在将所述粘合层(16)施加到所述上周边缘(5)上之前,对所述上周边缘(5)进行表面处理,从而移除所述不粘材料层(11);所述粘合层(16)直接施加到所述上周边缘(5)的所述聚合物材料上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述粘合层(16)沿着所述上周边缘(5)的整个周边施加。

在将所述粘合层(16)施加到相关的上周边缘(5)之后,堆叠所述托盘(2)。
6.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,还包括以下步骤:
控制所述粘合层(16)施加到每个托盘(2)的所述上周边缘(5)上。
