Abstract
一种功能性无纺布织物抗菌整理剂,由100份壳聚糖、10‑15份聚乙烯醇、3‑5份纳米氧化锌、3‑4份戊二醛、150‑300份蒸馏水,0.3‑0.7份吐温‑80表面活性剂、硅烷偶联剂1‑2份、三聚氰胺0.5‑1份组成。对于危害人体的各类细菌、真菌的生长繁殖有极强的快速杀菌作用,杀菌率大于99.9%。用于纯棉、混纺、化纤、无纺布、皮革等各类织物,可以赋予织物高效的抗菌除臭及耐水洗性,可达50次以上。

技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布坯布挤液技术领域,具体为一种功能性无纺布织物抗菌整理剂。
背景技术
在浸渍法中,通常要对无纺布坯布挤液,挤液处理中需要考虑挤液的质量、效率等,无纺布坯布挤出来的液体有些对环境会产生破坏,因此在挤液处理时还需将挤出来的液体收集同一处理,避免乱排乱放对环境造成破坏。
目前市场大部分无纺布坯布挤液装置都是两个装有毡套的挤压棍,通过两个挤压棍之间的压力将游离的水分挤出,基本上大部分都是在平面的工作台上进行,由于是在平面上工作的,挤出来的水部分会回流,导致挤液效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种功能性无纺布织物抗菌整理剂,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种功能性无纺布织物抗菌整理剂,由100份壳聚糖、10-15份聚乙烯醇、3-5份纳米氧化锌、3-4份戊二醛、150-300份蒸馏水,0.3-0.7份吐温-80表面活性剂、硅烷偶联剂1-2份、三聚氰胺0.5-1份组成。
作为优选,所述功能性无纺布织物抗菌整理剂,由100份壳聚糖、15份聚乙烯醇、5份纳米氧化锌、3份戊二醛、150份蒸馏水,0.3份吐温-80表面活性剂、硅烷偶联剂2份、三聚氰胺0.7份组成。
作为优选,所述功能性无纺布织物抗菌整理剂,由100份壳聚糖、12份聚乙烯醇、4份纳米氧化锌、4份戊二醛、200份蒸馏水,0.5份吐温-80表面活性剂、硅烷偶联剂1.5份、三聚氰胺0.9份组成。
作为优选,所述功能性无纺布织物抗菌整理剂,由100份壳聚糖、10份聚乙烯醇、3份纳米氧化锌、3.5份戊二醛、280份蒸馏水,0.7份吐温-80表面活性剂、硅烷偶联剂1份、三聚氰胺0.5份组成。
作为优选,所述功能性无纺布织物抗菌整理剂的制备工艺为:将100份壳聚糖、10-15份聚乙烯醇、3-5份纳米氧化锌、3-4份戊二醛、150-300份蒸馏水,0.3-0.7份吐温-80表面活性剂、硅烷偶联剂1-2份、三聚氰胺0.5-1份混合均匀后在均质搅拌机上以800rpm左右高速搅拌,进行乳化分散10-15分钟,加入50-150份蒸馏水,速度调至1500-2000rpm左右,均化分散20-30分钟,得到稳定乳液。
本发明是我公司自主研发的一种有机抗菌剂,对于危害人体的各类细菌、真菌的生长繁殖有极强的快速杀菌作用,杀菌率大于99.9%。用于纯棉、混纺、化纤、无纺布、皮革等各类织物,可以赋予织物高效的抗菌除臭及耐水洗性,可达50次以上。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1:一种功能性无纺布织物抗菌整理剂,由100份壳聚糖、15份聚乙烯醇、5份纳米氧化锌、3份戊二醛、150份蒸馏水,0.3份吐温-80表面活性剂、硅烷偶联剂2份、三聚氰胺0.7份组成。所述功能性无纺布织物抗菌整理剂的制备工艺为:将以上组分混合均匀后在均质搅拌机上以800rpm左右高速搅拌,进行乳化分散10-15分钟,加入50-150份蒸馏水,速度调至1500-2000rpm左右,均化分散20-30分钟,得到稳定乳液。
实施例2:一种功能性无纺布织物抗菌整理剂,由100份壳聚糖、12份聚乙烯醇、4份纳米氧化锌、4份戊二醛、200份蒸馏水,0.5份吐温-80表面活性剂、硅烷偶联剂1.5份、三聚氰胺0.9份组成。所述功能性无纺布织物抗菌整理剂的制备工艺为:将以上组分混合均匀后在均质搅拌机上以800rpm左右高速搅拌,进行乳化分散10-15分钟,加入50-150份蒸馏水,速度调至1500-2000rpm左右,均化分散20-30分钟,得到稳定乳液。
实施例3:一种功能性无纺布织物抗菌整理剂,由100份壳聚糖、10份聚乙烯醇、3份纳米氧化锌、3.5份戊二醛、280份蒸馏水,0.7份吐温-80表面活性剂、硅烷偶联剂1份、三聚氰胺0.5份组成。所述功能性无纺布织物抗菌整理剂的制备工艺为:将以上组分混合均匀后在均质搅拌机上以800rpm左右高速搅拌,进行乳化分散10-15分钟,加入50-150份蒸馏水,速度调至1500-2000rpm左右,均化分散20-30分钟,得到稳定乳液。
施工方法:本发明处理织物的方法可以采用浸轧、浸渍、喷涂等方法,一般用量为2-4%,具体用量和用法根据被处理物的用途、种类、组成,及加工设备而确定。通常抗菌整理与染色采用同浴吸尽法进行加工。
浸轧法:溶解、稀释:加水,快速搅拌下加织物抗菌整理剂。工艺操作:织物→漂染印花→烘干→浸轧抗菌溶液→高温拉幅。浸渍法:工艺操作:织物→浸泡→脱水→烘干。喷涂法:稀释后的工作液直接喷涂使用。
以下是实施例1、2、3无纺布的抗菌性试验。将产品碎片浸渍于菌液中,检测器表面受污染程度,实验结果如下:
本发明杀菌率大于99.9%。用于纯棉、混纺、化纤、无纺布、皮革等各类织物,可以赋予织物高效的抗菌除臭及耐水洗性,可达50次以上。

1.一种功能性无纺布织物抗菌整理剂,由100份壳聚糖、10-15份聚乙烯醇、3-5份纳米氧化锌、3-4份戊二醛、150-300份蒸馏水,0.3-0.7份吐温-80表面活性剂、硅烷偶联剂1-2份、三聚氰胺0.5-1份组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种功能性无纺布织物抗菌整理剂,其特征在于:所述功能性无纺布织物抗菌整理剂,由100份壳聚糖、15份聚乙烯醇、5份纳米氧化锌、3份戊二醛、150份蒸馏水,0.3份吐温-80表面活性剂、硅烷偶联剂2份、三聚氰胺0.7份组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种功能性无纺布织物抗菌整理剂,其特征在于:所述功能性无纺布织物抗菌整理剂,由100份壳聚糖、12份聚乙烯醇、4份纳米氧化锌、4份戊二醛、200份蒸馏水,0.5份吐温-80表面活性剂、硅烷偶联剂1.5份、三聚氰胺0.9份组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种功能性无纺布织物抗菌整理剂,其特征在于:所述功能性无纺布织物抗菌整理剂,由100份壳聚糖、10份聚乙烯醇、3份纳米氧化锌、3.5份戊二醛、280份蒸馏水,0.7份吐温-80表面活性剂、硅烷偶联剂1份、三聚氰胺0.5份组成。
