Abstract
本发明提供了一种蒙脱石天然矿物质浓缩洗衣乳及其制备方法,包括以下组分及其质量比:蒙脱石抑菌剂8%,发泡剂16%,去污清洗剂12%,表面去油乳化剂17%,增稠剂8%,丙烯酸乳液0.5%,JFC渗透剂0.5%,聚乙二醇0.5%,改性季铵盐柔顺剂1.5%,过碳酸钠0.5%,液体蛋白脂肪酶2%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.8%,DMDMH乙内酰脲0.2%,香精0.1%以及去离子水32.4%,与现有技术相比,本发明利用蒙脱石、硅酸镁铝和膨润土在液体、膏体、乳状洗涤剂上的抑菌除螨性与阳离子交换增溶性,降低有机表面活性剂在净洗衣物后对皮肤的刺激,解决阳离子季铵盐类产品同阴离子体系的融合,高效分解衣物皮脂等蛋白脂肪污渍。

技术领域
本发明属于日化用品领域,具体涉及一种蒙脱石天然矿物质浓缩洗衣乳及其制备方法。
背景技术
市面现有洗衣乳产品在除菌除螨的应用上大多使用玉洁新和三氯卡班等有毒有害成分作为除菌成分,经系统研究在药品和个人护理用品中添加的抗菌化学物质三氯卡班(TCC),有可能引发包括癌症、生殖功能障碍和发育异常等病症的诸多问题,因此目前美国食品药品管理局(FDA)已经禁止在洗手液、香皂等日用品中使用三氯卡班。其次,传统的洗衣粉、洗衣乳大多以有机表面活性剂阴离子型复配产品,在洗涤衣物过程中会造成部分有机成分的残留,穿着时会刺激皮肤,长时间使用会对皮肤造成瘙痒、发炎等伤害,而且长期使用会使现有的洗衣液配方中混合有大量的水,容易造成有机成分和活性成分在储存期的流失和分解,液体产品过快失效,从而使洗涤净洗度降低。普通洗衣乳的柔顺成分大多是阳离子季铵盐类的表面活性剂很难进入阴离子配方体系,所以现有的洗衣液很难具有使衣物柔软的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种蒙脱石天然矿物质浓缩洗衣乳及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种蒙脱石天然矿物质浓缩洗衣乳,由以下质量百分比的组分组成:蒙脱石抑菌剂5%~10%,发泡剂10%~20%,去污清洗剂10%~14%,表面去油乳化剂15%~19%,增稠剂5%~10%,丙烯酸乳液0.3%~0.7%,JFC渗透剂0.3%~0.7%,聚乙二醇0.3%~0.7%,改性季铵盐柔顺剂1.2%~1.8%,过碳酸钠0.3%~0.7%,液体蛋白脂肪酶1%~3%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.5%~0.9%,DMDMH乙内酰脲0.1%~0.3%,香精0.05%~0.15%以及去离子水若干;
优选地,所述抑菌剂为蒙脱石无机凝胶、硅酸镁铝和膨润土中的任意一种或多种复配组合物;
优选地,所述发泡剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠与十二烷基硫酸钠,二者质量比为1:1;
优选地,所述去污清洗剂为十二烷基磺酸钠;
优选地,所述表面去油乳化剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(O9)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(O7)以及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(O3),三者质量比为10:5:2;
优选地,所述增稠剂为椰油二乙醇酰胺与椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,二者质量比1:3。
一种蒙脱石天然矿物质浓缩洗衣乳,由以下质量百分比的组分组成:抑菌剂8%,发泡剂16%,去污清洗剂12%,表面去油乳化剂17%,增稠剂8%,丙烯酸乳液0.5%,JFC渗透剂0.5%,聚乙二醇0.5%,改性季铵盐柔顺剂1.5%,过碳酸钠0.5%,液体蛋白脂肪酶2%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.8%,DMDMH乙内酰脲0.2%,香精0.1%以及去离子水32.4%。
同时,本发明还提供了一种蒙脱石天然矿物质浓缩洗衣乳的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:用软化水处理设备,制备去离子水,在真空乳化机中加入去离子水进行真空处理;
步骤2:加入配方组分的蒙脱石无机凝胶、硅酸镁铝和膨润土三者复配混合物,温度加热至70℃,直至完全搅拌均匀分散;
步骤3:待步骤2的复配混合物降至60℃,加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,十二烷基磺酸钠开启均质机搅拌;
步骤4:待步骤3的混合物搅拌30~35分钟后,分别加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(09)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(07)、的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(03)、椰油二乙醇酰胺,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、丙烯酸乳液,均质30~40分钟;
步骤5:待步骤4的混合物关闭均质机开启搅拌机降低温度至45℃以下,加入丙烯酸乳液、JFC渗透剂、聚乙二醇、改性季铵盐柔顺剂、液体蛋白脂肪酶搅拌15分钟,再加入十二烷基硫酸钠搅拌15~20分钟,搅拌均匀后加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、香精、DMDMH防腐防霉剂,再搅拌5分钟,继续加入余量去离子水,搅拌20~25分钟,静止消泡30~35分钟;
步骤6:将步骤5的混合物打入储料罐静置6~8小时降温消泡,最后开启罐装机密封罐装出库。
优选的是,所述的蒙脱石天然矿物质浓缩洗衣乳加工设备包括真空不锈钢反应釜、去离子制水设备、出料罐、空气压缩机与真空灌装设备。
优选的是,所述步骤1中的去离子水的处理真空度为55~60kPa,处理温度为60~80℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
一、本发明利用本发明利用蒙脱石具有层纹状结构及非均匀性电性分布,以及硅酸镁铝、膨润土的抑菌性,因三者复配混合在液体、膏体、乳状洗涤剂上的强大吸附性在使用过程中可控制吸附细菌,达到抑菌除螨的功效,对沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球和大肠杆菌抗菌率都达到90%以上,其超长的碳链结构,可吸附大量分子,使每一个分子结构都更加稳定,并且具有止痒效果;
二、本发明利用纳米级蒙脱石无机凝胶的片层三维结构对有机类表活产生分散和吸附作用,利用蒙脱石的吸附性悬浮分散性,使膏体结构更均匀,使流失的有机分子积聚,极大发挥洗涤剂的净洗功能,强烈吸附洗涤残留污渍顽渍,有效提升织物的洁净度;
三、本发明利用蒙脱石无极凝胶的吸附功能,降低阴离子和非离子表活对皮肤的刺激,减少化学有机表面活性剂成分对皮肤造成的瘙痒和伤害;
四、本发明利用蒙脱石的阳离子交换增溶性,使阳离子柔顺成分形成有效连接,同阴离子非离子框架形成稳定的膏体状态,从而有效增强衣物净洗的柔软度效果。
具体实施方式
下面通过对实施例的描述,对发明做进一步详细的说明,以帮助本领域技术人员对本发明的发明构思、技术方案有更加完整、深入和准确的理解。
实施例1
本发明提供一种蒙脱石天然矿物质浓缩洗衣乳的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:用软化水处理设备,制备180kg的去离子水,在真空乳化机中加入去离子水180kg,真空度为55kPa,温度80℃,经过真空泵抽出空气后,加入配方组分的配方组分的蒙脱石无机凝胶、硅酸镁铝和膨润土三者复配混合物44.4kg,温度加热至70℃,直至完全搅拌均匀分散降温至60℃,加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠44.4kg和十二烷基磺酸钠66.5kg开启均质机搅拌30分钟后,分别加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(09)55.6kg、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(07)27.8kg、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(03)11.1kg、椰油二乙醇酰胺11.1kg,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱33.3kg、丙烯酸乳液2.8kg,均质30分钟后,关闭均质机开启搅拌机降低温度至45℃以下,加入丙烯酸乳液2.8kg、JFC渗透剂2.8kg、聚乙二醇2.8kg、改性季铵盐柔顺剂8.4kg、液体蛋白脂肪酶11.2kg搅拌15分钟,再加入十二烷基硫酸钠44.4kg搅拌15分钟,搅拌均匀后加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮4.4kg、香精5.5kg、DMDMH防腐防霉剂1.1kg,再搅拌5分钟,继续加入处理好的去离子水180kg,搅拌20分钟,静止消泡30分钟后,打入储料罐静置6个小时降温消泡,最后开启罐装机密封罐装出库。
实施例2
本发明提供一种蒙脱石天然矿物质浓缩洗衣乳的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:加入配方组分的配方组分的蒙脱石无机凝胶、硅酸镁铝和膨润土三者复配混合物66.6kg,温度加热至70℃,直至完全搅拌均匀分散降温至60℃,加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠44.4kg和十二烷基磺酸钠99.8kg开启均质机搅拌35分钟后,分别加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(09)83.4kg、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(07)41.7kg、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(03)16.7kg、椰油二乙醇酰胺16.7kg,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱49.9kg、丙烯酸乳液4.2kg,均质35分钟后,关闭均质机开启搅拌机降低温度至45℃以下,加入丙烯酸乳液4.2kg、JFC渗透剂4.2kg、聚乙二醇4.2kg、改性季铵盐柔顺剂12.6kg、液体蛋白脂肪酶16.8kg搅拌20分钟,再加入十二烷基硫酸钠66.6kg搅拌20分钟,搅拌均匀后加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮6.6kg、香精8.3kg、DMDMH防腐防霉剂1.7kg,再搅拌5分钟,继续加入用软化水处理设备的去离子水270kg,搅拌20分钟,静止消泡35分钟后,打入储料罐静置7个小时降温消泡,得到洗衣乳。
实施例3
本发明提供一种蒙脱石天然矿物质浓缩洗衣乳的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:用软化水处理设备,制备360kg的去离子水,在真空乳化机中加入去离子水360kg,真空度为60kPa,温度75℃,经过真空泵抽出空气后,加入配方组分的配方组分的蒙脱石无机凝胶、硅酸镁铝和膨润土三者复配混合物88.8kg,温度加热至70℃,直至完全搅拌均匀分散降温至60℃,加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠88.8kg和十二烷基磺酸钠131kg开启均质机搅拌30分钟后,分别加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(09)111.2kg、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(07)55.6kg、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(03)22.2kg、椰油二乙醇酰胺22.2kg,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱66.6kg、丙烯酸乳液5.6kg,均质28分钟后,关闭均质机开启搅拌机降低温度至45℃以下,加入丙烯酸乳液5.6kg、JFC渗透剂5.。6kg、聚乙二醇5.6kg、改性季铵盐柔顺剂16.8kg、液体蛋白脂肪酶22.4kg搅拌12分钟,再加入十二烷基硫酸钠88.8kg搅拌12分钟,搅拌均匀后加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮8.8kg、香精11kg、DMDMH防腐防霉剂2.2kg,再搅拌5分钟,继续加入处理好的去离子水360kg,搅拌23分钟,静止消泡32分钟后,打入储料罐静置8个小时降温消泡,最后开启罐装机密封罐装出库。
性能评价测试
为了测试本发明制备的洗衣乳的抑菌除螨止痒能力,发明人做了如下实验:
取市售的纯棉、纯毛、纯麻以及纤维布料各两件,分别用传统洗衣乳与实施例1、实施例2以及实施例3制备的洗衣乳机洗5次,洗衣乳用量每次均为15ml,对应洗衣机调整为标准水洗水量30ml,清洗完成后将布料置于常温室内中,避免阳光直射晾干,得到干净布料后,利用FTT型织物触感测定仪与RRY-1000型柔软度测定仪对干净布料分别进行织物面料的纹理硬度与面料的主要舒适度的鉴定评估,再利用琼脂平皿扩散法对干净布料进行抑菌性能检测评定。

综上所述,由上表可以看出,本发明一种蒙脱石天然矿物质浓缩洗衣乳处理衣物布料具有很高的柔软度与舒适度,可降低衣物对皮肤损伤和刺激。
琼脂平皿扩散法:平皿内注入两层琼脂培养基,下层为无菌培养基,上层为接种培养基,试样放在两层培养基上,培养一定时间后,将培养基与干净布料接触处细菌,其中由传统洗衣乳处理过的布料处的细菌繁殖的程度远高于实施例样品处理的布料,定性评定本发明一种蒙脱石天然矿物质浓缩洗衣乳抑菌性能优良。

1.一种蒙脱石天然矿物质浓缩洗衣乳,其特征在于,由以下质量百分比的组分组成:蒙脱石抑菌剂5%~10%,发泡剂10%~20%,去污清洗剂10%~14%,表面去油乳化剂15%~19%,增稠剂5%~10%,丙烯酸乳液0.3%~0.7%,JFC渗透剂0.3%~0.7%,聚乙二醇0.3%~0.7%,改性季铵盐柔顺剂1.2%~1.8%,过碳酸钠0.3%~0.7%,液体蛋白脂肪酶1%~3%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.5%~0.9%,DMDMH乙内酰脲0.1%~0.3%,香精0.05%~0.15%以及去离子水若干;
所述抑菌剂为蒙脱石无机凝胶、硅酸镁铝和膨润土中的任意一种或多种复配组合物;
所述发泡剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠与十二烷基硫酸钠,二者质量比为1:1;
所述去污清洗剂为十二烷基磺酸钠;
所述表面去油乳化剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(O9)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(O7)以及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(O3),三者质量比为10:5:2;
